It's a game.

– I assess this as another element of the negotiation strategy, another point in the negotiations, intended to make clear, as I understand it to those on the other side of the table, that the United States is determined today. These negotiations are ongoing, they will continue, and they will likely take on many different forms and have many different twists and turns – said Szymon Hołownia at a press conference.

– It's a game, so I would treat this type of statement as a game. It is in the geopolitical interest of the United States for this conflict in Ukraine to end, because they want to have free hands for other actions as well – he added.
