At 4:00 PM in Siedlce, an open meeting between PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński and residents will commence.

PiS-backed presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki continues his campaign tour. At 11:00 AM in Łęka Opatowska, he will meet with entrepreneurs, and at 1:00 PM in Namysłów, he will visit a sports complex at a special needs school.

At 3:00 PM in Kluczbork, an open meeting between Nawrocki and residents will take place. Subsequently, at 4:20 PM in Praszka, he will meet with firefighters, and at 7:00 PM in Pajęczno, another meeting with residents is scheduled.

– Today we do not live in a smiling Poland, but we live in a grinding democracy. A democracy that growls at all those who think differently, who want to make different choices. A democracy that growls at political opponents. If this growling is directed at political opponents, even those who have decided to enter the political ring, then I am ready for it – stated Karol Nawrocki in Kluczbork.

– The rule of law in Poland is being violated, and it is being violated because today we live in a Poland that does not respect the rulings of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Tribunal, and questions the status of judges who became judges in democratic Poland. We are ready, but the growling democracy cannot touch those who did not want to enter politics, who do not want to be part of political life, but have a democratic, civic right to support their fighters and warriors in this ring who are fighting for important matters – stated Karol Nawrocki in Kluczbork.

– We are in a place where Donald Tusk's 'growling democracy' reaches those who are not part of political life, and this is neither manly, nor noble, nor decent. Because touching these people, who do not want to be part of political life, questioning them by the prosecution under inhumane conditions, preventing a lawyer from standing up in defense of their client, is a dishonorable and unacceptable thing – stated Karol Nawrocki in Kluczbork.

– What happened yesterday, the death of the late Ms. Barbara Skrzypek, is the highest price that can be paid for living in a barking democracy. The highest price for the political conditions we live in today, for the violation of our rule of law. I do not agree with this, and I stand before you today to say that if you elect me to the office of president, I will restore the rule of law in Poland. The entire political system, the entire state machinery, cannot be ruthless towards individuals, because that is sheer cowardice – stated Karol Nawrocki in Kluczbork.

– The public debate before every election often takes the shape of a conversation about women solely in the context of abortion. My main opponent, Rafał Trzaskowski, acts as if abortion were the most important topic for all women, and when this political camp is increasingly struggling, they bring up this issue to engage with it, while they themselves, despite championing abortion, are unable to reach an agreement within their coalition and have produced no legislation – said Karol Nawrocki in Kluczbork.

– We have the first fatality from these actions. It is the late Barbara Skrzypek, a truly remarkable person who worked with our formation, and with me directly for 30 years, and contributed an enormous amount of her work, her extraordinary skills in her profession, but also in a broader sphere, in contact with people, in organizing everything that a political formation must organize. She was, as I said on television, a kind of genius in her profession, walking order, and not everyone in the party is walking order, including myself – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– She fell victim to scoundrels, scoundrels who brought about her death. I want to say this clearly, they are trying to defend themselves today, they are trying to intimidate today, but we will not be intimidated – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– You are Rafał Trzaskowski. He is the vice-president of this party. Remember that he is the deputy to the main culprit, the main, one could say, creator of this policy, i.e., Donald Tusk himself. Has he ever distanced himself from this policy, as he often states today, saying he convinced, for example, Merkel against the Nord Stream pipeline? Well, I don't know if anyone in this hall, or among any reasonable people at all, would believe that, but that's exactly what he says – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– He [Rafał Trzaskowski] is red. He is a man of the left, of the far-left. He is a man who today is trying to repaint himself white, so that it comes out white and red, so that he comes across as a Polish patriot. He's as much of a patriot as I am a high jumper – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– First, our own strength, because those who cannot defend themselves, who lack the means to defend themselves, will not be defended by others, and second, an alliance with the United States. Why with the United States? Some say it's too far, and we don't know what they'll do. But do we know what Germany will do? Maybe they'll send us helmets – Jarosław Kaczyński stated in Siedlce.

– Europe today simply lacks strength, while the United States remains the world's most militarily powerful state, and that is the fundamental difference. Russia fears the United States, but laughs at Western Europe – he continued.

– Karol Nawrocki stands on the exact opposite side. He wants Polish independence, Polish security, development, common sense, normally educated children; he wants to maintain a certain order of customs and morals in Poland, a Polish culture that ensures our survival. He wants Poles to be strong, to have grounds for pride, so they are not exploited – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– We are certainly not a nation that wants to be exploited. And we must remember this. We must also remember that Karol Nawrocki is a man who not only stands on the right side – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– Professor Dudek is attacking in a rather peculiar way. He says: he cannot be president, beware of him, because he is a tough man, a consistent man, a man who implements his plans. He doesn’t back down, he is a brave man. Ladies and gentlemen, this is exactly the president we need – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– There is no other choice today, that choice is Karol Nawrocki. And there is no worse candidate than Rafał Trzaskowski. Anything but Trzaskowski – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– We supported him [Karol Nawrocki], and he is our candidate today, a PiS candidate. Remember this and also talk about it, because there are those who seem to be a little unaware of this. He is PiS's candidate, our candidate, a civic one, but aren't we citizens? We are citizens. Do we not want to be citizens? We want to be – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

– If we ask which side Rafał Trzaskowski is on in all these matters, the answer is short: he is on the bad side, in all of them, exactly. If we are to say clearly and transparently what he will do, what he wants, it can be said that he wants all these agendas I've spoken about, starting with the independence-oriented one and ending with the common sense one, to be pursued in the wrong direction, to wreck Poland, to demoralize it, to weaken Polish society – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Siedlce.

The new political week will begin with a press conference by President Kaczyński and PiS parliamentarians in front of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. The government will address the so-called wind turbine bill and a regulation on state defense readiness, while the Sejm will convene for a two-day session mid-week.

This week will also see the continuation of the presidential campaign – Rafał Trzaskowski and Sławomir Mentzen, among others, will return to the campaign trail, and President Duda will visit Hungary. Towards the end of the week, Prime Minister Tusk will participate in a European Council meeting.

Kaczyński at the Prosecutor's Office. On Monday, a press conference will be held by PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński and PiS parliamentarians in front of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

Government on Defense and Wind Turbines. At its Tuesday session, the Council of Ministers will discuss a draft regulation on state defense readiness, as well as a draft amendment to the act on investments in wind power plants – the most significant change involves the abolition of the 10H rule introduced in 2016 and the introduction of a minimum distance of 500 meters for wind turbines from buildings.

Sejm on Poland's EU Exit. During the two-day session starting on Wednesday, MPs will address, among other things, a bill proposed by Poland 2050 regarding the detailed regulation of Poland's withdrawal from the European Union – according to the proposal, exiting would require two nationwide referendums.

Duda in Hungary. On Tuesday in Wschowa, Lublin Voivodeship, President Andrzej Duda will meet with residents of the Wschowa district. On Friday, the Presidential Couple will pay a working visit to Hungary, where they will participate in the Polish-Hungarian Friendship Day celebrations.

Trzaskowski on Tour. Another week in March means another week of the presidential campaign. On Tuesday, Rafał Trzaskowski will visit Grodzisk Mazowiecki. From March 21st – the first day of spring – Trzaskowski's campaign will launch with new meeting formats. The candidate will visit: Kołobrzeg, Koszalin, Szczecinek, Wałcz, and Złotów. On Wednesday, Confederation candidate Sławomir Mentzen will return to the campaign trail.

European Council. On Thursday and Friday, the European Council meeting will take place in Brussels. This will be the first summit of 2025 and the first during the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
