Tusk at the European Council

An extraordinary meeting of the European Council will take place today in Brussels, during which issues of increased EU financial and military aid for Ukraine will be discussed – in this context, also the US decision to halt aid – as well as plans to strengthen the EU in terms of armament and increasing defense spending.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk will participate in the summit. At 12:00 PM, the head of the Polish government will attend the NBIP8 coordination meeting. At 12:30 PM, a meeting of European Council members with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola is scheduled, followed by a videoconference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at 1:00 PM.

A working lunch will take place at 1:30 PM, a working session at 3:00 PM, and the day will conclude with a working dinner at 8:00 PM.

Duda at NATO Headquarters

President Andrzej Duda is undertaking a working visit to Brussels, where he will meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at NATO Headquarters. The Polish head of state's reception is scheduled for 3:15 PM. The meeting will commence at 3:20 PM, and a press conference is planned for 4:00 PM.

Kosiniak-Kamysz Meets Ukrainian Minister of Defence

At 7:30 AM in Warsaw, Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Rustem Umerov. The meeting will focus on "discussing the current security situation in light of recent global events and the continuation of cooperation in the defense sector.".

At 7:35 AM, one-on-one talks between the two ministers will begin. At 7:50 AM, bilateral discussions will take place, and at 8:40 AM, media statements are scheduled.

Sejm to Address Błaszczak's Immunity

The Sejm (Polish Parliament) will resume its session at 9:00 AM. Initially, MPs will decide on the Presidium of the Sejm's motion to conduct proceedings in secret. The secret session is expected to last half an hour, during which MPs will consider the motion to lift Mariusz Błaszczak's immunity.

After the conclusion of this part of the proceedings, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, a break is scheduled. Upon resuming open proceedings, the Sejm will proceed to the first reading of the government's draft amendment to the Prison Service Act. At 12:15 PM, the first reading of a citizens' bill on protecting minors from pornographic content online is scheduled.

At 2:15 PM, the first reading of the government-presented amendment to the Act on the Council of Ministers will take place. This amendment introduces, among other changes, a modification that has been criticized by President Andrzej Duda. The changes concern the participation of the head of state's representative in meetings of the Council of Ministers, committees, or permanent committees of the Council of Ministers where matters concerning state security and defense are considered.

From 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, a voting block will be held, during which MPs will, among other things, decide on the motion to reject at the first reading the PiS project concerning the introduction of so-called vehicular homicide into the Penal Code, as well as the Confederation's project aimed at abolishing inheritance tax.

At 4:30 PM, the second reading of the bill on the EU network of data concerning the sustainability of agricultural holdings (FSDN) will commence. At 5:45 PM, MPs will address, in the second reading, the PSL's proposed amendment to the Sejm's Rules of Procedure, which envisages the establishment of a permanent parliamentary Committee for Deregulation. At 6:15 PM, the second reading of a parliamentary resolution project on the 150th anniversary of the birth of Cyryl Ratajski will begin. Subsequently, at 6:45 PM, a two-hour discussion on the information regarding significant problems arising from the activity and jurisprudence of the Constitutional Tribunal in 2023 will commence. This is the last substantive item on the agenda.

Trzaskowski at PKW, Nawrocki on the Road, PiS Conference

At 8:15 AM, a press conference by KO presidential candidate Rafał Trzaskowski will take place in front of the PKW (National Electoral Commission) headquarters.

Also at 8:15 AM, a press conference by PiS parliamentary club leader Mariusz Błaszczak and PiS MPs will be held.

The PiS-supported presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki will visit the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. A press conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM in Piaseczno, and an open meeting is planned for 3:00 PM in Żyrardów.

Siemoniak with Trade Unions

At 12:30 PM, a press briefing will be held by the Minister of the Interior and Administration Tomasz Siemoniak and representatives of trade unions of uniformed services subordinate to the ministry. As announced, an agreement between the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and the social side will be signed before the briefing.

Mentzen on the Road

Today's meetings for Confederation presidential candidate Sławomir Mentzen will take place in Łęczna, Włodawa, Parczew, and Radzyń Podlaski.

– No [I wouldn’t decide to swap], because Karol Nawrocki is a candidate whom we have supported irrevocably, fundamentally, and we believe in his victory. – I would certainly like to hold the honourable position I once held again, because it is a great dignity and honour that befell me, the greatest in my life, that is, the honour of being Prime Minister, but this, of course, depends on the will of the voters – stated Mateusz Morawiecki on RMF FM.

– The Chairman is in very good form today, he said he would continue his mission and is a guarantor that our camp is truly cohesive, grand, and Reagan-esque. Reagan-esque above all, because it is with him that this phrase, 'a big tent' Republican party, is associated. We are a 'big tent' Republican party – he continued.

– Volodymyr Zelensky is fighting all the time now, but along the way, he made gigantic mistakes; he simply attacked Poland, he bet on the wrong player. I would absolutely not use such a word [that he is a fool], that is not my style, I do not use such words even in relation to people with whom I disagree. I disagree with Zelensky's policy towards Europe, towards Poland – stated Mateusz Morawiecki in RMF FM.

– My primary interest is Poland, and the AfD is not a party with which I would see any alliance, given that they occasionally, though rarely – and that doesn't matter to me – question the Oder-Neisse border, and have a very strong push towards an alliance with Russia. – No [Poland, nor PiS, should endorse this]. It's a mistake. It's a repetition of a certain logic of Western European elites over the last two decades, leading up to the aggression against Ukraine in 2022, which boils down to believing that if we give Putin an inch, he won't want the whole mile – said Marcin Ociepa on "Graffiti" Polsat News, when asked by Marcin Fijołek for his assessment of the initial decisions of the D. Trump administration towards Ukraine.

– Our entire experience as the Republic of Poland and as Central and Eastern Europe is that the logic of the Russians' actions is completely different; they need to be stopped. Either on the battlefield, as a last resort, or earlier through diplomatic and economic means – he continued.

– I understand Donald Trump's intentions. Yes, Ukraine and Europe need peace, but it cannot be peace, firstly, at any cost, and secondly, it cannot be peace that will de facto be a truce for a few years – he indicated.

A farce in the Polish Sejm, consisting of discussing the annulment of my immunity under the veil of secrecy, related first to the declassification, and then to the disclosure of archival materials concerning the defense on the Vistula line. A farce, because political trials, involving the judiciary in political struggles, are returning to Polish practice – stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a press briefing in front of the Sejm.

– As the head of the Ministry of National Defence, I had the right to declassify archival materials, indeed, I would say I had a duty to the residents of eastern Poland. No harm was caused by this, quite the contrary, it has been beneficial for the security of our homeland, as the residents of eastern Poland can feel safe – he continued.

– We need a President of the Republic of Poland who will be ready to cooperate with the government on the most important matters. This is precisely where responsibility is needed, so that we can ensure predictability, prosperity, but above all, security – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in front of the PKW (National Election Commission) headquarters.

– We need a president who will be independent, who, when necessary, will take matters into their own hands. We need leadership that is responsible; for these difficult times, we need leadership that is experienced, and we need a president who is responsible and experienced – he continued.

– As I submit these signatures, which are proof of the great trust Poles have in my candidacy, I wanted to once again appeal to all political forces: on the matter of security, we truly must speak with one voice – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in front of the National Election Commission (PKW) headquarters.

– It is very important that everyone hears this signal coming from Poland, primarily our friends, but also our enemies, that we will not be divided when it comes to security, defense, and our aspirations to strengthen the North Atlantic Alliance – he continued.

– We must consider this thesis: they perhaps want to return to those plans, which is why they are hiding behind this secrecy. Therefore, I submitted a motion for these deliberations to be public. Of course, the motion was rejected, but we are not giving up. We will guard Poland. Every regime falls eventually. The one that governs Poland will fall sooner rather than later because it governs poorly – stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a press briefing in front of the Sejm.

– I would like to declare this on behalf of the party leadership. We fully support both Prime Minister Błaszczak and also other victims of this political operation, which unfortunately resembles distant years and which is intended to intimidate not so much us, because I believe they don't think they can intimidate us, but it is intended to intimidate Polish society, to introduce a new atmosphere not seen in Poland since communism, to lead to the downfall of democratic will in Poland. It won't succeed, but this is precisely one of these acts – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press briefing in front of the Sejm.

– We are supporting Ukraine, we have been doing so since day one of the war, this is an issue of extreme importance to us. For over 3 years, Poles have opened their hearts, the doors of their homes. In the first hours, days, they provided extraordinary support, taking in thousands, and ultimately millions, of people who needed shelter, a safe haven, a place to live and function – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference with the head of Ukraine's Ministry of National Defence.

– We will support Ukraine, we will help, we continue logistical security, what the hub in Jasionka is doing, what is happening on the territory of Poland. We are training soldiers; Poland is a leader in this process of training soldiers, nearly 28,000 have already been trained on the territory of the Republic of Poland. – The 46th donation is already beginning its delivery; we are commencing deliveries of the 46th donation for Ukraine, valued at approximately 200 million euros – the head of the Ministry of National Defence emphasized.

– We greatly need dialogue; we are proponents of talks, cooperation among allies and friends, and this is how I view the relationship between NATO and Ukraine – he said.

– We deeply believe that Ukraine and the US returning to talks, returning to the negotiation table, offers hope, a chance for a just peace. We strongly support transatlantic relations, strengthening European capabilities, and in all of this, it is extremely necessary for the negotiation table to be a place for dialogue, understanding, and searching for the best solution – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference with the Ukrainian Minister of Defence.

– These are clear preparations to simply repeat what happened in Romania, meaning it's a defense of that repulsive so-called liberal-democratic, and in essence anti-democratic system, against change, against the rebuilding of democracy – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

– Yes, we believe that Poland will be normal, that Poland will be safe, will be ambitious, strive for its greatness, and will develop. But for this to happen, we must be convinced and determined to also address the issues of Poland and its counties, the Piaseczno county, so that Poland is a sphere of security, then the residents of Piaseczno cannot feel unsafe – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press conference in Piaseczno.

– We know what happened last year and what is happening recently. Too few filled positions in the police lead to many burglaries and robberies. Some of them, unfortunately, end fatally, as you experienced last year. Citizens of other countries are also involved in this, those who have arrived in the Republic of Poland. To ensure our safety and for Poland to become a sphere of security, the residents of Piaseczno, our wonderful women, for whom I am grateful for their support, but also our children and all of us must feel safe – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press conference in Piaseczno.

– To respond to the crisis in the Polish police, in my 'Plan 21' I proposed introducing a patrol supplement for those officers who are leaving their service too quickly and departing from the police, because patrol work is hard, demanding, and not associated with good funding. This is how we must take care of the fleeing positions in the Polish police, so that the residents of Piaseczno feel safe – he continued.

– Where are Donald Tusk's 100 promises today? The only fulfilled promise is the restoration of retirement privileges for SB (Security Service) officers. How has the Mayor of Warsaw, Donald Tusk's deputy Rafał Trzaskowski, fulfilled his promises over the last 7 years? Where is the tram to Białołęka, where are the two SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska - Urban Rapid Rail) lines? How are we to listen and believe that anything will be implemented for the entire Republic of Poland if promises have not been kept in the capital city of Warsaw over 7 years? – We will submit the signatures [to the National Electoral Commission] soon, it's already, I can reveal, several hundred thousand signatures. – Let the EU deal with its identity crisis, its economic chaos, its problems finding the right direction in the security strategy for the entire EU, as well as for individual member states. I think the EU today has so many problems that the commissioner should be dealing with, that the presidential elections in Poland, and thus the choice of Polish women and men, should not be a topic of EU interest. Polish women and men will choose their President of the Republic of Poland, and Brussels, Berlin, or Kyiv will not choose our Polish president for us – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press conference in Piaseczno.

– A disgrace from the time of Donald Tusk's first government – referring to a document from 2011 approved by then-Minister of National Defense Bogdan Klich, concerning the establishment of defense on the Vistula River. We, PiS, will not allow it – that almost half of Poland would be surrendered to Russian occupation if Russia were to invade Poland – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference in the Sejm.

– We will not allow the residents of Białystok, Lublin, Siedlce to share the fate of the residents of Irpin or Bucha. We will not allow Poland to become a victim of Russian aggression again – he continued.

– And this is not about words, declarations, it is about deeds. That is why, when PiS took power in 2015, we began strengthening the Polish army – he pointed out.

– We are on the day when everything can change. And I think everything will change when it comes to determination regarding armaments and the defense industry, readiness to take on this challenge that Russia has thrown at the entire world – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Brussels.

– There is no doubt that the war in Ukraine, the new approach of the American administration towards Europe, primarily initiated by Russia, must be clear to everyone, the arms race, presents us with completely new challenges, and Europe must take up this challenge, this arms race, it must win it, and I am convinced that Russia will lose this arms race, just as the Soviet Union lost the race 40 years ago – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Brussels.

Especially for the parliamentarians of the December 13 coalition elected from eastern Poland. How can they look the residents of eastern Poland in the face, those whom they wanted to leave and did leave to the mercy of Russian occupation? – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference in the Sejm.

– And for the second reason, which must be taken into account – if they close the system, if, God forbid, Rafał Trzaskowski, Donald Tusk's deputy, becomes President of the Republic of Poland, they will return to this, because they will say there is no money and there won't be. So there will be cuts. Where will they introduce cuts? In the Polish Army, just as they introduced these cuts when Donald Tusk governed for the first time – he stated.

– This must not be allowed to happen, because it is a mortal threat to Poland – he added.

"The accusations they are leveling against me: allegedly I did not have the right to declassify archival documents. I had the right to do so. [...] But I also had a duty stemming from the fact that I serve people, I serve the residents of eastern Poland," Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference in the Sejm.

"All Poles are important, not just those who live in big cities, but everyone. Therefore, the government should care about the security of all. So, since I was the Minister of National Defense, a different principle has been in effect – the principle of defending every inch of Polish land. Previously, the principle of the Vistula River line, meaning the Tusk line, was in effect," he continued.

– The French proposal is not new; this topic, meaning the possibility of expanding nuclear deterrence capabilities by France, has come up a few times before, including in conversations with me. And this is, of course, highly worthy of consideration. Today, we must coordinate everything well; the defense capabilities of each European country should become part of this whole – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Brussels.

– A very important day, we've got it, we have an agreement that we have been working on for the past few months – stated Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference at the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA).

– Awareness that we are jointly assessing the situation, expecting that officers of the uniformed services subordinate to the MSWiA will have the strongest possible material, legal, and moral status, when there is a common goal, it is always possible to reach an agreement – he added.

– The Polish Prime Minister has effectively abdicated, abdicated his fundamental duties. Poland has become an object, not a subject, and this at a time when Poland holds the presidency. A report on the presidency, proposals for the EU presidency, we prepared together with Minister Szynkowski vel Sęk a few months ago – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in the Sejm.

– We have, once every 14 years, a splendid opportunity, which has fallen into their lap like a windfall, to shape the European agenda. We planned summits between the EU and the USA, and other entities – he added.

– Today, we also stand on the eve of the European Council, where topics related to the arms fund will be discussed, and new funds to strengthen the defense of the entire Europe. And I want to say what I expect from Donald Tusk and what I call him to do, which is to bring these results – he said.

Morawiecki spoke, among other things, about the need to confiscate Russian property and use that money, about a grant fund that must, among other things, serve to refinance what member states, especially those on the eastern flank, have provided to Ukraine. Another point is the issue of the interchangeability of this fund with the cohesion fund. The fourth postulate concerns the question of where these funds are to be engaged – whether solely within Europe.

– Today it is evident that President Trump aims to reshape the US presence in Europe. Europe must wake up; it is good for Europe to wake up. Let it act immediately – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in the Sejm.

– I don't want any round tables organized by the European Commission. Let them take their own acolytes and friends and organize round tables for themselves in Brussels, but not round tables organized by the EC here for Poland, Ms. Trzaskowski's colleague. What kind of democracy is it when others will shape reality for us? Gawkowski, the Deputy Prime Minister, is threatening to shut down platforms like X and Facebook; he constructed his thought somewhat like that – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference in the Sejm.

Lawmakers voted on the requests to lift the immunities of MPs Jarosław Kaczyński and Mariusz Błaszczak, as well as Dariusz Matecki – in the latter case, also for detention and temporary arrest.

– Everyone knows that Russian imperialism has revived, that Russia is attacking more countries. In 2008, it attacked Georgia, in 2014 – Ukraine, because in reality, this war began then. The Minsk agreements and other attempts to appease Putin have not yielded actual results, as clearly indicated by the fact that in 2022, it launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press conference with the NATO Secretary General.

– This danger is indeed real, primarily observed by us, on the eastern flank of the alliance, in Poland, the Baltic states, Slovakia, Romania – in those countries relative to which this war is close. Truly observing these countries, we see that the increase in defence spending is significant – PAD continued.

– One thing is 100% certain: if the entire alliance does not increase its defence spending, then unfortunately, Vladimir Putin might be tempted to attack once again, because there will be insufficient deterrence. The goal is for the alliance to be able to build sufficient deterrent potential – he added.

– I believe that the time has absolutely come to make a firm decision on this matter, and that is why I came to Brussels today and, among other things, submitted a written proposal to the Secretary General for this issue to be raised at the upcoming summit in The Hague and for a decision to be made within the alliance that at least 3% of the GDP of member states, of course, more if someone wishes, be allocated to defense, and not from 2030, but immediately, so that it is implemented immediately – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press conference with the NATO Secretary General.

– Today, it is indeed necessary to bring about the end of the war in Ukraine, but what is extremely important is that it must end with a just, lasting peace. For us in Poland, lasting also means one that will not be violated by Russia again. – We spoke here with the Secretary General – maintaining ties between the USA and Europe is of fundamental importance. We hope that the impasse that has arisen in relations between the US and Ukrainian leaders will be broken. I have repeatedly encouraged our colleague, partner Volodymyr Zelensky, to calmly return to the negotiating table with President Trump – stated President Andrzej Duda during a press conference with the NATO Secretary General.

– I expect a substantive discussion in the Sejm tomorrow, the Prime Minister’s address, and also one more surprise, which I am not yet able to tell you about today – stated Szymon Hołownia in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

– I am concluding the security topic by expressing, together with you all from Żyrardów, great appreciation for Minister Mariusz Błaszczak. And who wants to take away his immunity? People who have decided that Poland can be divided in half – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– I do not agree, ladies and gentlemen, to not listen to the voice of 200,000 Polish citizens who voted for PiS, as well as for Civic Platform, the Left, and other parties. People, Poles, want development, they want aspirations, they want the Central Communication Port, and Donald Tusk will not take it away from us – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– These are unequal elections. The party that supports me, for which I am very grateful, PiS, did not receive subsidies for the election campaign, and therefore we are without financial resources. Only funds donated by citizens give us the possibility of financing, – said Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– The European Union wants to involve itself in Polish presidential elections, creating some kind of regulations, which is incomprehensible to me. The entire potential of the media, the potential of the Polish state services, and the current government are attacking politicians of the United Right, and instead of dealing with public finances, they are also occupied with a civic candidate for the office of president, – he added.

– Last year, recruitment to the Polish Army and the Territorial Defence Force dropped threefold, and you know why? Because there is a deputy minister in the Ministry of National Defence who deals with everything except the Polish Army, his party, his own interests, and not the Polish Army. There is no place for such people in the Polish security system, and as President, I will coordinate all recruitment processes for the Polish Army – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– If this government doesn't get to work and stops dealing with stripping immunities, and instead starts working for Polish women and men. Electricity prices, food prices, rebuilding Poland, rebuilding Polish, not Ukrainian, apartment buildings, if it can't handle this, then it should resign and apologize – said Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– I will lead you, our children, and our grandchildren to a peaceful Poland. To a Poland without war, but for there to be no war, we must arm ourselves, build our deterrence potential, and be prepared for any armed conflict, precisely so that it doesn't happen – said Karol Nawrocki in Żyrardów.

– This is the classic way of thinking about security. We must be strong so that no one attacks us, and we cannot liquidate military units like Donald Tusk did, nor can we allow the army to be in its current state – he added.

– Very disturbing. Let's hope it's only temporary and that this aid [from the US to Ukraine] will be reinstated as soon as possible – said Rafał Trzaskowski in an interview with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (The Dot Over the 'i').

– I hope that in the end, President Trump, despite everything we are observing, will realize that if Putin wins this war, it will weaken not only Europe but also the United States – he stated.

– Trump will take seriously whoever has a mega-strong position in the European Union. Because he will know that then he is a partner: the Union stands behind him, he is able to influence the Union, influence the fact that the EU will arm itself, that it will be a true partner for the USA, that – in his opinion – the EU will be a business partner – said Rafał Trzaskowski in "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

– On the other hand, someone weak, who has had conflicts with the EU or – God forbid – is outside the EU, will not matter to Trump at all. Therefore, this shows that PiS does not understand this today – he indicated.

– I would prefer us to speak with one voice. Today, our advantage is to have: unity, like between President Duda and Prime Minister Tusk – I don't praise the President often, but here we are truly speaking with one voice – super strong influence in the EU, which the government has today – may the next President also have – and transatlantic relations. This is what we need today – said Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24's "Kropka nad i" (Point over i).

– I absolutely do not understand how PiS today can rely solely on Trump while weakening themselves in the EU. This is a complete weakening of Poland. If we want to be safe, we must have very good relations with our partners in the EU – he assessed.

– They [PiS] mock me for speaking French. It’s simply unthinkable. It’s one of the tools a president should have – not to brag about it – but to communicate with the French, who today play a primary role in the EU. We need to talk with them as partners – said Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24’s “Kropka nad i.”

– Instead of being happy that we have such tools, they actually believe that the EU is a burden today. But the EU today is an opportunity to strengthen our security – he added.

– I'll say something you probably don't expect: PiS is completely lost, but I'm not happy about it. I would really prefer PiS to say exactly the same thing as President Duda, and for us to speak with one voice, because that strengthens our security – said Rafał Trzaskowski in TVN24's “Kropka nad i,” referring to what PiS politicians have recently been saying about Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

– What PiS is saying today, that they are trying to justify everything that is happening right now, trying to attack the EU and looking for problems here, shows that PiS is completely lost. I think the word “reset” paralyzes them because it makes their paranoia of recent years ridiculous – he assessed.

He added: – I would really prefer PiS to either say nothing, or to say exactly the same thing as the President, because it is in the interest of our country that Russian propaganda does not use this. […] I hope they come to their senses.

– I am ready to argue with anyone. […] Of course, yes [I am ready for a debate with everyone] – said Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24’s "Kropka nad i" program.

– We all want lower taxes. I also spoke about a tax veto, that I will not accept higher taxes. However, today taxes largely go towards our security – said Rafał Trzaskowski in "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.

– If someone says to abolish taxes – okay, nice, but that means in the second sentence they should say: we will not spend so many billions on Polish security, on border protection and our army. So I would always ask those who want less taxes – when PiS talks about it, it's funny and it's a joke […] – but I would ask anyone who says 'zero taxes': what will you pay for the army with, what will you secure our border with? – he asked.

– Anyone who knows my character knows that I am an independent person. However, in foreign policy, we need cooperation today, we need to play on all the pianos – said Rafał Trzaskowski in TVN24’s „Kropka nad i”.

– I will certainly not sign laws blindly, as Duda does, because I have my own responsibility, I will consult with people, I will listen to experts. But on the matter of security, we must be as one fist – he emphasized.
