President Andrzej Duda will continue his working visit to the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday in connection with the World Government Summit.

In turn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will begin a two-day visit to NATO headquarters in Brussels. On Wednesday, the head of the Ministry of National Defence will participate in a meeting of the defence ministers of the so-called "Group of 5" (Poland, Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom) and in the Ukraine Defence Contact Group meeting. Around 4:30 PM, Kosiniak-Kamysz will meet with the media.

Wednesday also marks the beginning of a two-day Senate session, during which the upper house of parliament will address, among other things, the so-called incidental act regarding presidential elections and amendments to the law on the execution of the parliamentary mandate. This project is intended to regulate the legal status of MPs and senators against whom arrest warrants have been issued.

The Senate session will commence at 11:00 AM. Earlier, at 10:50 AM, a briefing by Senate Marshal Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska is scheduled.

At 11:00 AM in the Sejm, a press conference will be held by Mariusz Błaszczak and Michał Moskal.

A press conference is scheduled for 11:30 AM at the Ministry of Health concerning the inauguration of the social campaign "Don't rob yourself of health! Fake medicines are a real threat!" with the participation of, among others, Minister Izabela Leszczyna.

On Wednesday, Karol Nawrocki will be in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. At 10:00 AM, a press conference will be held by the PiS-backed presidential candidate in the town of Sępólno Krajeńskie. At 11:30 AM, Nawrocki will meet with residents in Nakło nad Notecią.

An open meeting with the PiS-backed candidate is planned for 3:00 PM in the town of Żnin. At 5:30 PM, Nawrocki will visit Mogilno, and at 7:00 PM, Inowrocław. Open meetings with residents are planned in both cities.

At 9:45 AM, Rafał Trzaskowski's press briefing will begin in Dęblin. At 2:30 PM, a meeting with the Civic Platform presidential candidate is scheduled at the Dawton plant in Milejów-Osada. At 5:30 PM, an open meeting with Trzaskowski will be held in Lubartów.

At 6:00 PM in Bydgoszcz, an open meeting with Adrian Zandberg and residents will begin.

– Investments in Poland are clearly accelerating, and that was the subject of the Prime Minister's conference, which I attended. We have unlocked funds from the KPO, 56 billion euros. These are significant funds that are flowing into the Polish economy for investments. Thanks to Donald Tusk unblocking the KPO, billions of zlotys are entering the Polish economy, and with this money, we are implementing key investments – stated Andrzej Domański in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

– This is one of the reasons we are accelerating the economy, so that we can actually exit this excessive deficit procedure. We have presented a plan to exit the excessive deficit procedure, which has been positively assessed by the European Commission, and this deficit will steadily decline – stated Andrzej Domański in the "Piasecki Interview" on TVN24.

– We don't present grand PowerPoint presentations, or huge investments, like our predecessors did. Instead, we are working on concrete legislative projects. We are securing specific funds – stated Andrzej Domański in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

– Of course, this electoral postulate remains current [raising the tax-free allowance to PLN 60,000]. I will present the Prime Minister with a plan to implement this point, this commitment. We are currently working on investments. This plan, as I said, will be presented, and this postulate will be fulfilled. I would like this to happen as soon as possible, i.e., during this term of office – stated Andrzej Domański in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

– Tax thresholds remain unchanged. We announced this earlier, and I will stick to that. The threshold for 2025 and 2026 remains unchanged – stated Andrzej Domański on TVN24's "Piasecki's Conversation."

– I am waiting. On December 30th last year, the National Electoral Commission (PKW) prepared a resolution that was internally contradictory. Not just in my opinion, but in the opinion of legal authorities and constitutionalists, and I, standing guard over public finances and how public funds are spent, asked the PKW for clarification. I am interested in the PKW’s answer. I have not received such a letter, or indeed any letter, from the PKW in the last 1-2 weeks. I am waiting for explanations – stated Andrzej Domański on TVN24’s “Rozmowa Piaseckiego” (Piasecki’s Conversation).

– I did not hear any real, new idea for public investments during the Prime Minister’s speech at the stock exchange – said Adrian Zandberg in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program “Gość Radia ZET”.

– I am sure Mr. Brzoska and his billionaire colleagues are pleased, because at the end of this rather helpless statement, the Prime Minister said that since there are no ideas, and this is how it should be interpreted, he would gladly hand over part of the power over the economy to them, and this is how I understand this declaration, that Mr. Brzoska will now be responsible for economic regulations in Poland, which seems like a bizarre idea to me – he continued.

– If we want to live in an economy where the future is to be couriers on sole proprietorships driving from one Paczkomat to another, then perhaps it is a good idea for Mr. Brzoska to set that future, but I would like us to be a bit more ambitious in Poland – said Adrian Zandberg on Radio ZET.

– It is a magnificent business success [achieved by Brzoska], but I ask myself the question of where I would like Poland to be in 15 years, and my answer is that I would like Poland to be significantly further than a country of Paczkomats and Żabkas – he continued.

– I would not want [Krzysztof Paszyk] to stubbornly push through a very bad idea of loan subsidies, subsidies which we know already are inflating property prices and are in fact anti-developmental, not developmental, for our economy – said Adrian Zandberg on Radio ZET.

– Now, as I understand it, there is a plan to rename it and push it through in a different form after the presidential elections – he continued, when asked about Krzysztof Paszyk's statement that there will be no 0% loan.

– I believe this is an obvious truth, but I believe the problem is much deeper. If you listen to Civic Platform politicians, between the lines you will hear that they want to return to this subsidy policy, but that it will happen after the elections – he went on to say, when asked if Minister Paszyk should resign.

– Poland would have to leave the European Union by renouncing the pact that is being adopted, some sense of reason. I appeal to those politicians who speak as if they do not understand how the European Union works – said Adrian Zandberg on Radio ZET, when asked if Poland should unilaterally renounce the migration pact.

– I think the fundamental problem is that today we have a finance minister who is afraid to increase budget revenues. He is afraid to tell big corporations, to tell funds, to tell banks: you need to contribute more to the budget, because we have to invest in the future – said Adrian Zandberg on Radio ZET.

– He is the one who sketched out this budget, which is a budget of stagnation. When we talk about investments in science, research, and development, this is a budget of stagnation – he continued.

– I have the feeling that Prime Minister Tusk doesn't really attach much importance to the views he expresses. That is, he is perfectly flexible. The only thing that is constant is that he has this great political conflict with the other elderly gentleman – said Adrian Zandberg on Radio ZET, responding to a listener's question about whether he believes Prime Minister Tusk is lying about immigrants and will change his mind after the elections.

– Donald Tusk has accustomed us all to speaking a lot, promising a lot, and envisioning grand, magnificent projects that ultimately amount to very little. This project, like all the others, will amount to nothing, I have no doubt about it. We already had 100 concrete actions for 100 days, and it turned out as usual, and it will be similar here – stated Jacek Sasin on the program "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

"A Sum Less Than Spent on Investments in 2023". Sasin on Tusk's Investment Plans

– I would even say that the declarations themselves are not something that is captivating. Experts have already pointed out that if we relate this to GDP, it's a sum lower than what was actually spent on investments in 2023. Donald Tusk is creating fireworks by saying that we will spend less on investments than a year earlier – he continued.

– This is a kind of lifeline for Rafał Trzaskowski for these few months of feigned activity, nothing more – he added.

– The voices within the government that might be appearing [regarding CPK], Prime Minister Tusk doesn't hear them; he's implementing it his own way, he doesn't listen to anyone. This is a problem we genuinely see, not just announcements. Let's not get fired up by these announcements because they bring nothing concrete – Jacek Sasin said in Polsat News.

– This theatre of pointing fingers at Mr. President Brzoska, a rather embarrassing spectacle. I understand that Mr. President Brzoska wants to get involved. It's natural for entrepreneurs to be interested in any government, to want to cooperate here, but I am convinced it will amount to nothing. And I am also certain that entrepreneurs will not want to play the role of useful idiots in Donald Tusk's theatre – stated Jacek Sasin on Polsat News.

– I know that entrepreneurs have deregulation proposals prepared, and we are ready, and I want to state this very clearly to the business community, to President Brzoska. We are ready for a thorough and substantive discussion on this matter, and we give our guarantee, because we have shown that we are credible in what we do. We give a guarantee that when we return to power, we will indeed carry out these processes realistically, so let's talk about that. It's a waste of time to talk with Donald Tusk – said Jacek Sasin in Polsat News.

– They are terribly afraid of the results of this investigation. Both Bodnar, Tusk, his principal, and all those who are involved in these actions, realize that they are breaking the law, breaking the constitution, and that such an investigation, which creates certain material for the future, is a mortal danger to them. This decision, in reality, is an admission of guilt – stated Jacek Sasin on Polsat News.

– At the end of the year, in November, there will be a congress, and the campaign in the gminas has already begun – said Waldemar Pawlak on TOK FM Morning, when asked by Maciej Głogowski about the party leader elections.

– I think so [Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will remain chairman for another term]. Generally, such changes happen in more critical situations, when there is a weaker result – he stated.

– On the one hand, the PSL has significant chances, many opportunities, not least because it is quite intensely represented in the government in important positions. But whether it is utilizing these chances, I don't know – said Waldemar Pawlak on TOK FM Morning.

– Because I think that more could be achieved in many matters if this work were more based on the entire formation, on the experience of those who have been, and on the activity and energy of those who are in positions of power – he assessed.

– There are 250 working days in this year, 2025. And exactly 250 days have been spent on domestic and foreign delegations during his term by the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski. He even, recently, I don't know if he wanted to boast or if it slipped out, admitted that he’s only in Warsaw one, sometimes two days a week. This is how he treats his duties, this is how he works, and yet he holds a public office – stated Paweł Jabłoński at a press briefing in the Sejm.

– We are dealing with monstrous hypocrisy from Civic Platform (PO), which spends public funds, thereby financing the activities of a presidential candidate, and then accuses its opponents of exactly the same thing. We call on Mr. Trzaskowski to get to work – the PiS MP continued.

– Over the last 5 years, Rafał Trzaskowski has spent 250 days on delegations, both to various cities in Poland and abroad. Minister Jabłoński here mentioned his statement where he said he is in Warsaw one day a week and works. It is evident that these voices, which everyone is already talking about, that Rafał Trzaskowski is not only a left-wing activist concerned with worldview issues, but above all, he is lazy. Rafał Trzaskowski is lazy, he doesn't engage in work to build underground parking lots in Warsaw, to deal with the construction of the metro, but rather he engages in trips – said Andrzej Śliwka.

– We have a multitude of experts, our veterans, who can help us strengthen the state's security. For many, many years, for decades, the Polish state made a huge mistake, because we invested in our soldiers, in training that often cost millions […] and later, unfortunately, the Polish state forgot about our veterans; there was no readiness or idea on how to utilize their immense knowledge – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Dęblin after a meeting with veterans.

– After many, many weeks of preparations, after talks with Minister Tomczyk, but also after talks with Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, I decided to prepare the concept of the "Second Mission Centre," where we could utilize the immense experience of our veterans to strengthen security in Poland – he continued.

– The "Second Mission Centre" has the capacity […] to invite all veterans who would like to undertake such cooperation to participate, which […] would primarily respond to the needs of today's situation and help us secure the country's safety, secure the safety of each municipality that would like to benefit from such support – he went on to say.

– I know that this type of support from the "Second Mission Centre," which would be organized under the Ministry of National Defence, would be absolutely invaluable, both in strategic actions concerning security audits, and also in helping to acquire those basic skills that might prove essential today. That is why we are announcing this program; I believe its assumptions should be ready within the coming weeks – he added.

– Regarding the issues of the trade war, we will simply calmly explain to President Trump’s administration that we should work on facilitating trade between the United States and the European Union, because the potential to increase trade is even greater, to the mutual benefit of both the United States and the European Union – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Dęblin after meeting with veterans.

– Imposing tariffs on the European Union would be a double-edged sword, and both the European Union and the United States would lose from it – he continued.

– Regarding the Prime Minister’s plans, I am very happy about that, because today investments are very, very necessary for us. We also need dialogue with entrepreneurs; I have been conducting such dialogue for many, many months, and I already have some initial conclusions, and there will be more and more of these conclusions – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Dęblin after meeting with veterans.

– I see that entrepreneurs are also taking on the responsibility of advising the government today, or they are showing a willingness to advise the government; I am very happy about that, because they know best what facilitations should be introduced. If the government introduces these facilitations in the coming months, I will simply join this debate, because I will also have a package of facilitations ready, and let's hope that the government will demonstrate its effectiveness here – he continued.

– It has translated very concretely, because the majority of my delegations involve work within the Committee of the Regions, which ensures that our position, the position of cities and regions, is taken into account when the European Union makes decisions. This has resulted in hundreds of millions, even billions of zlotys from the EU budget, flowing into Warsaw – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Dęblin after a meeting with veterans, when asked about the time spent on delegations and how it has benefited Warsaw residents.

– My missions in the United States contributed to Americans allocating very significant financial sums for Warsaw, amounting to hundreds of millions of zlotys, over 100 million zlotys, specifically for assistance to refugees […] these funds were primarily channeled through UN agencies – he continued.

– Lech Kaczyński, during his election campaign when he was running for President of the Republic of Poland, acted exactly the same way I am. Exactly the same. Namely, when he was outside Warsaw conducting his campaign [...] he took leave. When he was in Warsaw and working, he did not take leave – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Dęblin after a meeting with veterans.

– So I understand that questioning what I am doing is also questioning the experience derived from the actions of the late President Lech Kaczyński, because I am doing exactly what he did – he continued.

– During the election campaign, it is indeed the case that I am in Warsaw one day a week, sometimes two days a week. I manage the city all the time, because today, using new technologies, one can manage the city practically constantly and I solve the city's problems. I have my deputies [...] we are also on duty all the time – he went on to say.

– This law concerning the presidential election, that the 15 judges with the longest tenure will decide, is, in my opinion, correct, and here in the Senate, this law raises no doubts. I understand that it does not fit within the concept of destabilizing the law made by PiS, and from their side, we will hear that this is a law inconsistent with the Constitution, but we must take this step so that after the elections are concluded […] we will all have the conviction and certainty that everything was done in accordance with the law – said Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska at a press briefing.

– This lifeline thrown by Donald Tusk to his deputy, Rafał Trzaskowski, is a lifeline that fails to account for the fact that the past year and a half has not been a year of breakthroughs, but a year of setbacks in Polish investments. In ambitious large-scale projects like the Central Communication Port – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– I'd like to start with bonjour, but I must start with deja vu. I have deja vu when I watch Donald Tusk's recent conference on the year of breakthroughs and recall that in 2009, the same Donald Tusk announced an acceleration in the Polish economy and certain investment breakthroughs at the same stock exchange. It wasn't long before unemployment rose to 14% in 2013, with 2.5 million people out of work. For several months in 2013, the Polish economy was in deep recession, with no development at all – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– When Donald Tusk today announces another year of breakthroughs, as a candidate for the office of president, I am in deep trepidation about what will happen in 2025, knowing those breakthroughs from 2012-2013, also announced at the WSE in Warsaw — he continued.

– I see a certain absurd element to this proposal, which is that these 15 longest-serving Supreme Court judges began their political and judicial careers essentially during the times of the Polish People's Republic (PRL), i.e., in the 1980s, thus they have a connection to the communist system. I believe it will be an unhealthy situation, where if I win the presidential election, it will be healthy and expected by Polish society, but it will be unhealthy that the decision on the validity of these elections will be made by 15 judges who began their careers in the PRL – said Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– Naturally, I do not like this kind of incidental bill, and it seems to me that the rules of the game cannot be changed during an election campaign – he added.

– As a future president, I will certainly strive to restore the strength and power of the Medical Fund, which was also created with significant commitment from President Andrzej Duda. I have already announced my path as a future president towards creating a patient service center, meaning the integration of all electronic systems into a single system – stated Karol Nawrocki at a press conference.

– I appeal to Donald Tusk: Mr. Donald, the situation has gone awry. First Chancellor Scholz, and recently your comrade, a loyal comrade for years, Janusz Lewandowski, said that you did not build a blocking minority and that the migration pact is coming into effect – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

– Worse, because additionally, the German Chancellor has already stated that 40,000 illegal migrants have been transferred to Poland, and this is just a prelude, because if the migration pact actually comes into effect, we can expect a flood of illegal migrants precisely being dumped on us from Germany – he continued.

– However, for this not to happen, action must be taken. As we informed you, we submitted a request for an additional Sejm session on this matter and announced the submission of a resolution […] and here is the draft resolution regarding the obligation of the government of the Republic of Poland to unilaterally denounce the migration pact – he went on.

– We are submitting this project to the Marshal of the Sejm, we expect that at the session which will begin next week, this project will be discussed and adopted by the parliamentary majority. Those who reject this project agree to accepting illegal migrants transferred to our country from Germany into Poland – he added.

– That's not all. […] To further strengthen this message, we are collecting signatures for a referendum […] in which Poles will express their opinion on the migration pact – he emphasized.

– I think that Poland today needs stubborn and decisive visionaries, because new technologies in the narrative of historical memory, about our past, were something I was advised against. They said – it's impossible to do, to tell about what has affected us in the past through new technologies, virtual reality, augmented reality. But I was stubborn, decisive. I said – it will work, it must work – stated Karol Nawrocki in Nakło nad Notecią.

– GPW, year 2009 – Donald Tusk said a breakthrough was coming. Do you know what happened? The retirement age was raised to 67 for both women and men. In 2013, the Polish economy entered a state of recession, it began to decline instead of develop – stated Karol Nawrocki in Nakło nad Notecią.

– Poland will be secure if we have at least a 300,000-strong Polish army, the largest ice-cold NATO army in the EU. And I guarantee that as the future Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I will stop the negative trend that has affected today's Polish army – stated Karol Nawrocki in Nakło nad Notecią.

"I have already handled a very important matter – a cemetery for Polish civilians from WWII. Listen on site to the impression it made on the local community" – Karol Nawrocki wrote on X, responding to Radosław Sikorski, who had previously posted: "As the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has asked me to visit Zimbabwe, as the Presidency, I would hereby like to ask President Karol Nawrocki what Polish matters can be handled there in passing.".

– I don't intend to pay a single złoty for those they want to force upon us. The threshold of our home and our borders are sacred to the Republic of Poland. No readmissions, no forcing upon us those they have let in over so many years. We are an open nation that doesn't need to prove anything. – Donald Tusk appointed a plenipotentiary for deregulation in his government, but he has so many deputy ministers that the chap has already lost control of the situation, he’s not managing it, which is why he turned to an entrepreneur [Rafał Brzoska] – Mariusz Błaszczak said at a press conference.

– Karol Nawrocki is the President of the Institute of National Remembrance, who visited places connected to Poland's history, to the history of World War II – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

– Many Poles ended up in New Zealand who could not return to Poland due to the communist regime [...]. Also in the United States, very many Poles found refuge [...] so in my opinion, Dr. Karol Nawrocki's visits were justified – he continued.

Yes, we want to be partners, for them to win the war, but we have our own Polish matters, which is why we cannot agree to be Ukraine's junior partner, because there are no nations chosen for their memory and also for dealing with their own affairs – stated Karol Nawrocki in Nakło nad Notecią.

– When I saw what Foreign Minister Kuleba said – he's no longer a minister, or when President Zelensky comes to Poland and thinks he'll choose Poland's president, I consider it indecent, because it is this state, it is us, it is Poles who will choose the President of the Republic of Poland – stated Karol Nawrocki in Nakło nad Notecią.

– These elections are also about whether Poland will develop sustainably, with consideration for the needs of large agglomerations, the Polish capital, and major Polish cities, but also for provincial, local Poland, and towns that require transport connections, roads, and investments – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żnin.

– I stand before you so that this system does not close, it cannot close because it is bad for Poland. And we want development, a normal Poland, without ideology in schools – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żnin.

– I think, I am even certain, that with the current Minister of National Defence, the Deputy Prime Minister, with whom I cooperated on matters of national memory, I am ready, as President of the Republic of Poland, for the sake of your security, all Polish women and men, to step onto the line of agreement and joint action. Our security demands it – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żnin.

– But this cannot be done if the Deputy Minister of National Defence is a person who ignites like a torch on Twitter and only engages with Twitter, party politics, their party, and does not see that in recent years the number of recruits in the Polish Army and WOT has fallen threefold – he continued.

– Security must be the concern of all political circles, but its security cannot be handed over to politico-party lunatics – stated Karol Nawrocki in Żnin.

– Didn’t I say some people would feel a bit disappointed? You know, those perpetual grumblers and gloomy individuals. Because we are not slowing down – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording published on X.

– On Friday, the deregulation team will meet with Rafał Brzoska’s people and relevant ministers. Tomorrow, Google, and in a few days, Microsoft. Here in Warsaw, we will be discussing their investments – he announced.

– The stock market, one could say, has exploded – in a good sense of the word. WIG – over 90 thousand points. That’s a record. Currently, our stock market is the strongest in the world. mWIG40, meaning mid-cap companies, also up. Shares of companies like KGHM, Tauron, PGE – up – he listed.

– When I see that today police officers, officers of the Polish state, are sent on party errands, on government assignments, and chase a former Minister of Justice across television studios, while people do not want to serve in the Polish police – there are 10,000 vacancies, with 2,500 vacancies in the capital city of Warsaw alone – I ask: where is the Polish state, and why is the Polish uniform wallowing in political and party discussions? – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– When I see that prosecutors are sent after our border guards, […] carrying out political tasks as well, I say “no.” Because we want security and we need prestige and honor for the soldier and the Polish uniform – he added.

– This is what I ask of you: that we always think about the Polish state and do not allow the Polish uniform to appear in partisan disputes: whether it's the uniform of the Border Guard, the uniform of the Polish Army, or the uniform of a Polish police officer – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

This declaration that Americans are not going anywhere from Europe is very important, but they are also clearly and distinctly stating their expectations – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

– Until now, there has been no invitation, and it's clear that following the American side's statement, there will be no such invitation. If the most important country in NATO doesn't agree, then there's no point in having hopes that this invitation will come and fall from the sky [for Ukraine to join NATO] – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

– I think it's good that this was said, it's a clear answer. We certainly need to do everything to ensure Ukraine wins the war today, for peace to be just, and to offer support. I believe that's what all participants of today's meeting are concerned about – he added.

– I always have this problem of not knowing if I'm old or young, because I'm 41. But I feel like a really young and strong candidate for president. That's why I walk, and Rafał Trzaskowski doesn't necessarily like that I walk. You know, I walk because I don't have this objective burden here, in some places. I have a lot of energy and I gladly walk and share this energy with you – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– We need to have a president who will work hard for us. And this energy that I have within me, I will dedicate to the Republic of Poland, to our future, to an ambitious Poland, with aspirations. So, I hope that my walking doesn't bother you. And if Donald Tusk's deputies are bothered, then they shouldn't watch me – he stated.

– Poland has no plans to send troops to Ukraine. If Poland is a frontline state and spends so much on armaments and is building, for example, the East Shield, that is already our effort in protecting NATO's eastern flank – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

– They were supposed to be disbanding units, and I am moving units to the east. For example, I have decided to relocate a unit from Brodnica, which houses a chemical regiment and it will remain, but the mechanized brigade? To the east, to Białystok – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference.

– I am accelerating the creation of the Border Protection Component and increasing the number of territorial defense brigades that will operate within this component. My predecessors planned for us to achieve this by 2032, but we will do it by 2028, and not with two brigades as they planned, but four. Development is underway, we are building new divisions – he continued.

– When I spoke with veterans, I thought about how in the United States there is such a beautiful tradition where they always thank all veterans, thank soldiers, thank uniformed services for their service. These are very solemn moments – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Lubartów.

– We lack this, and therefore I think we should introduce such a tradition, that at the moment we see a uniform, at the moment we see someone who was in service, and we know about it, we should thank them for that service. We should always approach and say "thank you for your service," because today, without our soldiers, without our veterans, without our police officers, without the Border Guard, without firefighters, it would be difficult to talk about security at all – he continued.

– I told President Zelensky the same thing, that we deserve an honest conversation. And I told him that they should be admitted to NATO as soon as possible, but to the European Union, that it will be a long process, that it won't be simple, that it will take time – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Lubartów.

– That today we are not ready to admit Ukraine, for example, to European agricultural policy, that we cannot afford to pay the same subsidies, it would be immense competitiveness for our agriculture. This must take time – he continued.

– They are talking about energy prices today? When it was Morawiecki who led to the highest energy prices in Europe. They are talking today about us blocking Mercosur? Who proposed this agreement when they had their own agriculture commissioner? And they did nothing about it – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Lubartów.

– If you think about Morawiecki's foreign policy, just look at how he showed off in the United States. How, where he wasn't invited, he tried to sneak in the back door, and then take a photo, a selfie with a large screen, that's more or less what it looks like – he continued.

– In our Poland, after May 18, 2025, there is room for everyone. Also for those who have been deceived, who are falling for the lies that are broadcast daily on television thanks to Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, who has led to a disastrous situation for public finances, to an increase in food prices in Polish stores, to an increase in electricity prices, to the dismantling of CPK – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– I didn't talk about the palace of silence for no reason. The palace of silence, the Presidential Palace, which truly comes alive only when it's time to order 100 pens to sign 100 laws. That's not what it should be about – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Lubartów.

– Nobody calls, listen, President Duda, from the world, for advice, nobody calls from the political circle, because unfortunately, they don't respect him. I sometimes think, I wonder about Andrzej Duda's sad gaze fixed on that phone that doesn't ring, not even Jarosław Kaczyński calls – he continued.

– I promise you this, because I simply wouldn't dare to look you in the eye if I were a president who listened to someone, to just one political option. I wouldn't dare to look you in the eye if I didn't try to reconcile us all again and care for the community. We won't reconcile with politicians, but I want all of us, as Poles, to have the feeling that together we can achieve something – said Rafał Trzaskowski in Lubartów.

– Warsaw is my city, I wouldn't have the courage to walk the streets of Warsaw if it simply turned out after a few years that I was dependent. I will not be dependent, there is no such possibility – he continued.

– Regardless of what experts, professors think, or what we hear in the public media, if a solution to this dramatic situation in Poland’s justice system cannot be created during my presidency, I will use Article 125 of the Constitution, and we will decide how the justice system will look through a referendum. Because this situation cannot be tolerated any longer – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– If there is a need, I will want to fix it with you. I want you to be ready. I will not hesitate to use the tool that the president has, which is a referendum, if the state of the Polish justice system remains as it is – he stated.

– Will you help me? – Nawrocki asked, to which the audience responded with “yes” and applause.

– I am following the discussion around the in vitro program, and I know that many local governments, there is also a government in vitro program. I recognize that these children who are born through in vitro are part of our society, they are citizens of the Republic. I myself know such children – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– I am attached to Christian values and I see no problem in naturally recognizing these children as part of our society – he added.

– You cannot see me as someone who will come out with this type of initiative himself, but I would also not want you to see me as someone who will fight this program, if such decisions are made at the local or government level – he stated.

As he emphasized: – I do not intend to take action on this matter. However, I also would not want you to understand my answer as someone who will promote it.

– My idea for demographic issues is a large program, a repatriation project. 20 million Poles live outside the borders of the Republic of Poland, and the Polish state has never created a comprehensive program to enable Poles to return from abroad, even from Central Asia or Brazil – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– My idea for changing the demographic situation in Poland is a repatriation project, but also supporting those social initiatives that the United Right government has managed to create – he emphasized.

– Until we have this [nuclear] energy in Poland and a nuclear power plant, then… hands off Polish coal. We should – and this is my slogan, also the slogan that accompanies me in my presidential campaign – mine, extract, and develop Poland – said Karol Nawrocki in Mogilno.

– Donald Trump said in his election campaign “drill, baby, drill.” I say: “mine, extract, develop” – he indicated.

– It is difficult to expect the president to deny his position consistently presented since 2018: standing firmly behind judges appointed after 2017, safeguarding their independence and their status – said Małgorzata Paprocka in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń."

– The bill in the form passed today, [...] 15 judges with the longest tenure [adjudicating election validity], diametrically differs from the initial proposal and suggestions of Marshal Hołownia. Today, the cards are on the table, it's clear what it's about. It's about negating the status of judges. It's about ensuring that selected, specific judges rule on election matters – she assessed.

– I do not have the ability today to announce what the president's exact decision will be, the bill has not yet arrived. But it is difficult to assume that the president will accept such solutions. […] It is hard to expect the president to be satisfied with such solutions – she indicated.

– Are we serious people or are we just making fools of people? There was no, is no, and will be no coup d’état, because there is no need to carry out any coup d’état in Poland. The only thing we are doing is putting Poland back on the track of the rule of law, democracy, and into the family of European countries – stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

– There is good news in this part of the program. Likely at the beginning of March, the first of the deregulation packages, Minister Paszyk's draft laws, will be submitted to the Sejm. Mr. Brzoska will work in the team appointed by the Prime Minister – stated Piotr Zgorzelski on TVP Info.

– I would really like to see us move past press conferences and move towards action and concrete initiatives after more than a year in government. [...] After nearly a year and a half in government, we are hearing an appeal to entrepreneurs to write the deregulation laws themselves – Małgorzata Paprocka said on Polsat News's “Gość Wydarzeń” (Guest of Events).

– There is work to be done on the government's side. At the moment, it's even difficult to identify a minister responsible for the economy, it's difficult to identify the government's chief economist. We see that the state, to put it mildly, is running on empty – assessed the Head of the President's Chancellery.

– The state is running on empty? The President said something else. His statement from Dubai, which was widely disseminated, speaks of Poland as a country of success. That doesn't quite align with what you're saying – replied Bogdan Rymanowski.

– And how else can one imagine the role of the president, than when he travels to a conference in a country as significant as the UAE, where people and economic entities capable of making huge investments gather? Surely, the president's role in such places is to lobby for entities to be willing to invest in Poland – she answered.

– So, were those words just for show? – the host inquired.

– For over a year, the president has done nothing in economic matters other than encourage the government to be active. Whether it's about CPK (Central Communication Port) or other key investments. The government says one thing, and does quite another – stated the presidential minister.

However, she emphasized: – Demanding that the president, outside the country, instead of encouraging investment and showcasing Poland as a country of success, speak about some potential problems, is generally a misunderstanding of the head of state's role.

– Yes, we are helping Ukraine, we are supporting Ukraine in the fight against Putin, but for example, if someone breaks the law in Poland and comes into conflict with the law, they must be deported. As was the case in 2024 with over 1000 people. This is simply common sense, it has nothing to do with a left or right turn, and I am surprised that my competitors on the democratic side do not understand this – stated Rafał Trzaskowski in the program "Fakty po Faktach" on TVN24.

– Today, we must build security in every municipality. I initiated the program "Warsaw Protects," where we are strengthening critical infrastructure, fighting cyber threats, and we can utilize our veterans for this. I propose establishing a Second Mission Center where we can draw on their experience, where they can assist us in security audits of institutions. They can also teach those who wish to learn how to handle weapons, cope in stressful situations, and operate drones. They possess immense knowledge, and we should utilize it – said Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24.

– Nobody needs to teach me empathy. I spent weeks working at train stations when refugees were arriving, and then for months I helped them as the mayor of the largest city in Poland. Thanks to the cooperation, primarily between our citizens and non-governmental organizations, we were able to support Ukraine – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24.

– Today, we must send clear signals regarding the issue of migration policy and our security. We must secure the eastern border, and we are doing that. We must also clearly state that we have given Ukrainians enormous rights, almost equal to those of our citizens. Today, the discussion about how this policy should look in the future is justified – he continued.

– This is a presidential campaign. I am the candidate of Civic Coalition (KO), and what is important to me is harmonious cooperation with the government, but I am a very independent person. Right now, the most important support for me is the support of citizens. That's why we are building the largest support committee for a candidate for the President of the Republic, which is simply made up of citizens – said Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24.

Trzaskowski: We Need an Active President

– Today we have something like a silent palace; absolutely nothing is happening there. The President is just waiting for the next shipment of pens to sign whatever Jarosław Kaczyński gives him to sign. We need a president who is active. The Presidential Palace must be a center of activity where new ideas are born – he continued.

– Until now, we have had political agreement across divisions that Ukraine's place is in Europe, and this agreement was not questioned. It was only my opponent who started questioning it. We need to explain to everyone that Ukraine's place is in NATO, not in Putin's grasp – stated Rafał Trzaskowski on TVN24.

– Today, our very active role in explaining what is most important to the American administration is needed – he added.
