At 8:00 AM in Warsaw, a press conference and happening organized by the PiS Youth Forum and Warsaw councillors will take place. The theme is: Greeting Rafał Trzaskowski at work.

At 9:30 AM, a press briefing will be held at the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) with Tomasz Siemoniak and Rafał Trzaskowski. Earlier, the head of MSWiA and the Mayor of Warsaw will meet with services. The briefing will focus on inter-service cooperation in combating organized crime, including in Warsaw.

At 10:00 AM, a press conference will be held by the chairman of the PiS parliamentary club, Mariusz Błaszczak, and the PiS spokesperson, Rafał Bochenek.

At 12:00 PM, a government session will commence. The agenda includes a draft amendment to the Development Cooperation Act, a draft amendment to the Act on the National Science Centre, and a draft amendment to the regulation concerning the list of entities subject to protection and their respective supervisory authorities. The government will also consider a resolution on the adoption of the "Policy for the Economic Promotion of Poland".

Also at 12:00 PM, two Senate committees will consider amendments to certain acts in connection with the Republic of Poland's accession to enhanced cooperation on the European Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as the so-called incidental act – the act on specific solutions concerning the Supreme Court's handling of cases related to the elections of the President of the Republic of Poland and supplementary elections to the Senate of the Republic of Poland called for in 2025.

President Andrzej Duda is currently in the United Arab Emirates to participate in the World Governments Summit, but his schedule has not yet been published.

– We certainly should have our own investments in Ukraine, of course […] if we were the first to help, it cannot be that we will be the last to rebuild and that our companies will not be involved there. Hence our mission with the defense industry, because unfortunately, no one before us was implementing this – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia ZET".

– Minister Tomczyk was already there with representatives of the defense industry, I will be there soon with a large mission, where we are also joined by other countries, strong partnership with Sweden – he continued.

– Next week I will be opening the NATO-Ukraine centre for education, training, and analysis in Bydgoszcz. This is a new body within the North Atlantic Alliance, and Poland will be [...] the host – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

– We will be learning from Ukraine, from their experience [...], and on the other hand, we will continue to train Ukrainian soldiers – he continued.

– Minister Paszyk prepared a whole deregulation package, which had already been submitted to the Standing Committee. I understand that, also due to the desire to broaden this package, the Finance Minister has finally added something to it as well. This is very good news – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Radio ZET, when asked about Andrzej Domański's statement that he did not consult the proposals presented on the Warsaw Stock Exchange with Krzysztof Paszyk.

– Of course, we will support […] good plans must be presented first […] we also don't yet see such financial engagement, there isn't the stage of billboards and banners yet – Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz stated on Radio ZET.

– We will support this campaign [of Szymon Hołownia], of course also financially, but it's no secret that the greater burden lies with Poland 2050, just as the greater burden of financing the local government campaign was on the PSL's side – he continued.

– With the help of all the competencies that the president has within his reach. First and foremost, he will submit a legislative initiative on this matter and will conduct a large, broad campaign, including Cabinet Councils, to convince the parliamentary majority – since there will be no parliamentary elections for now – to implement it – said Przemysław Czarnek in the program „Bez uników” (Without Evasion) on PR3, when asked how Karol Nawrocki intends to lower electricity prices.

– And that it can be done was shown by PiS when it was in power – he added.

– Of course, these elections will decide the fate of the Third Way. That also needs to be said; what binds the Third Way together is the stance of myself and Szymon Hołownia. It was we who took on the burden of carrying this project through the parliamentary elections, where there were many emotions – Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said on Radio ZET.

– I am interested in this cooperation. I believe that the combination of these two environments yielded an effect that no one else would have achieved; no single list would have achieved such an effect. PiS would still be governing today if it weren't for the Third Way – he continued.

– I am convinced that Karol Nawrocki's victory in the presidential election will paralyze the December 13 coalition, cause some MPs to turn away from that side, and create an opportunity to persuade them to support new legislative projects – said Przemysław Czarnek on the program “Bez uników” (No Evasion) on PR3.

– The presidential election will be a turning point; Karol Nawrocki's victory will cause a real major shock to the coalition. Then it will be possible to find a majority in this Sejm for Karol Nawrocki's projects, which will aim to immediately lower electricity prices by 1/3 – he stated.

– I think that colleagues from Platforma also need to understand that they will not rule alone. They don't always [understand that]. It seems that sometimes they flex their muscles so much, as if they have already won all elections, both the upcoming presidential ones and the subsequent parliamentary elections. I would recommend humility and historical experience here, that they have never in their history ruled without the PSL – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

– If there is no space for everyone who forms the coalition today, the result could be very nice for Platforma's individual outcome and a lack of ability to govern – he continued.

– I want to cooperate with him [Jacek Siewiera], I will certainly utilize his experience in matters of Baltic Sea security – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET.

– Together with the Naval Academy, we are establishing such a task force concerning Baltic Sea security. Minister Siewiera has a very good understanding and extensive experience in this area. I certainly want to utilize him in this way, and I believe this is just the first step – he continued.

– I think the latter is very possible – he added, when asked whether Siewiera would be a member of this task force or its head.

– I don’t have a problem with meetings… I do meet, I see the Prime Minister at Council of Ministers sessions, we saw each other on Friday in Gdańsk… I do see Szymon Hołownia, of course – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on Radio ZET, when asked if it was true that the coalition leaders had not met as a foursome for a long time.

– A different formula has been adopted. I think the Prime Minister also had the opportunity to meet with the leader of Lewica, Włodzimierz Czarzasty. Changes were made to the Council of Ministers not so long ago, so that was also after consultations. Here, the Prime Minister’s role in coordinating these actions is, of course, the greatest – he continued, when pressed about the lack of coalition leaders' meetings.

– These meetings do take place… I have no problem meeting with the coalition leaders – he added.

– Thank God, if it were truly so, that would be excellent [PLN 650 billion for investments in 2025]. Only, you know, who is saying it? The same man who said he would deliver 100 specifics in 100 days, and in 100 days he delivered, I don't know, 15% of those 100 specifics, and 85% are still completely undone – said Przemysław Czarnek in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

– I don't particularly believe Mr. Tusk, who tells various fairy tales for electoral purposes, including now for the presidential elections, and then doesn't implement them – he stated.

– This Tusk's Musk is a man who led a company that benefited from Poles receiving parcels from courts or tax offices in grocery stores, butcher shops, or Ruch kiosks since 2013. Lawyers and notaries did the same – said Przemysław Czarnek in the program “Bez uników” on PR3.

– All strategic correspondence was taken from Poczta Polska and transferred to the free market, meaning to Mr. Brzoska's InPost. If deregulation for one company is to proceed in this manner, then indeed Tusk has once again met Brzoska, and Brzoska has met Tusk – he continued.

He assessed: – We are dealing with a repeat of entertainment. None of it was good. Poczta Polska was practically liquidated during Tusk's government. It was only us who returned strategic parcels, which Poczta Polska is supposed to handle.

– There was no serious project there, we essentially learned nothing new. The only significant news was, of course, the Prime Minister's cooperation with Rafał Brzoska, but that's essentially it. The Prime Minister simply looked at the statistics, what the minimum investments will be in 2025, I remind you, private and public, it's not like the government will take this money and spend it on something, it's all Poles who will spend their money on investments. Prime Minister Tusk came out and said this is a great breakthrough. This is absolutely no breakthrough, it's some kind of PR stunt – stated Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– Our historical policy is completely failing; we have woken up in a place where we were accomplices to some Nazis during World War II, not victims of that war – said Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– The Green Deal is exceptionally detrimental to Poland and to all of Europe. At a time when China and India are not concerned by it at all, when Donald Trump has announced that he is withdrawing from the Green Deal, that he is returning to fossil fuels, maintaining these restrictions on fossil fuel energy production in Europe is simply economic suicide, it is some form of madness – said Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– We have foreign policy that is not entirely serving Poland's interest. We have a prime minister who will promote Ukraine's unconditional accession to the European Union. A presidential candidate who claims that it is in Poland's interest for Ukraine to join NATO. Clearly, they are not pursuing Poland's national interest in international politics, but Ukraine's, and it's not entirely clear why – stated Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– The further expansion of the European Union's competencies must be halted as soon as possible. This is a huge series of mistakes by Mateusz Morawiecki, who agreed to the European Union's own revenues, to linking the so-called KPO with the rule of law, to EU debt, and also to the Green Deal – all of these were mistakes. Therefore, we must veto any possible further expansion of EU competencies, and then form a coalition with parties in the EU that also do not want the development of these competencies, in order to slowly roll them back, limit them, and return to what it was before – said Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– Our proposal is singular and unwavering. We need to achieve a constitutional reset. This means, more or less, restoring the situation from before 2015, that is, the election by parliament with a constitutional majority of a new composition of the Constitutional Tribunal, the Supreme Court, and the National Council of the Judiciary. If this majority is to be constitutional, it will necessitate compromise between both major sides of this dispute. They will have to choose judges on whom both sides agree – stated Sławomir Mentzen on Radio Wnet.

– Mariusz Błaszczak should not give up his parliamentary immunity. This is not a matter of not revealing Poland's defense plans, but treason against Poland. I came from Lublin. According to these plans, as you call them: defense plans, if the Russians attacked Poland, then according to Klich and Tusk's plans, there would be Bucha in Lublin, and my family would have no chance of survival – said Przemysław Czarnek in the program “Bez uników” (No Evasion) on PR3.

– Poland's defense on the Vistula River would mean that you in this studio would be under mortar fire from the Russians, who would be on the other side of the Vistula – he added.

– I am grateful to Prime Minister Mariusz Błaszczak for showing Poles that the so-called defense of Poland according to Klich and Tusk was meant to involve immediately handing over Eastern Poland to the Russians – he stated.

– Deregulation is to be carried out by an entrepreneur. Donald Tusk forgot that he has a plenipotentiary for deregulation in his government. It's such a large government, so many ministers, Tusk forgot that one was specially appointed for this purpose. This move can be treated as another PR stunt – stated Mariusz Błaszczak in the Sejm.

– Palikot dealt with deregulation. What came of it? We all know exactly. I don't wish Brzoska the same fate as Palikot, but he must reckon with the fact that cooperation with Donald Tusk ultimately destroys – he continued.

– Since there were 100 specifics for 100 days and nothing came of it, then yesterday we dealt with zero specifics and, again, nothing will come of it – stated Mariusz Błaszczak in the Sejm.

– We must formally annul the migration pact, just as the civic presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki talks about. When he becomes president, he will formally annul this pact. I very much encourage everyone to sign the petition for a referendum on this matter, the annulment of the migration pact – stated Mariusz Błaszczak in the Sejm.

– The [PiS] parliamentary club is also preparing a draft resolution. We are counting on the Sejm, above political divisions, to adopt a resolution that will oblige Donald Tusk not to accept migrants from Germany – stated Mariusz Błaszczak in the Sejm.

– For the Police and other services, the Border Guard, and the Internal Security Agency, this is an absolute priority confirmed at successive briefings and when setting tasks. We cannot allow organized criminal groups composed of foreigners to undermine public order and reduce the level of security – stated Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

– Such meetings [with services] will continue in the largest urban areas, where the threat of crime, including crime by foreigners, is greatest. Police statistics here are absolutely unequivocal. The strategy of these actions, this plan, which is being prepared jointly with the Minister of Justice, assumes firm action by all services, strengthening the criminal division in the police, which is in a very poor state after 8 years of the predecessors' rule – said Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

– Regarding the fight against illegal street racing. A few weeks ago, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Infrastructure, and I presented a package of regulations. Work on it is currently concluding, as it concerns the Penal Code, which involves very complex matters. Two ministries are leading this effort, namely Infrastructure and Justice. We are strongly supporting the swift regulation of these issues in legislation and the prohibition of certain activities or the imposition of sanctions upon them – stated Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

– This is our joint initiative with the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor General, stemming from a feeling that various matters require settlement from these 8 years, concerning democratic activists and the damages they have suffered, or situations that may not be procedural but require clarification – Tomasz Siemoniak said at a press conference.

– We are currently working on the details and on appointing the members. We strongly want representatives of civil society and democratic activists to be part of this commission [the government commission investigating abuses of power against democratic activists in the years 2016-2023], and these discussions are also very advanced – he continued.

– This closes the matter. The Prosecutor's Office is a hierarchical organization. If the boss sees that a subordinate is absolutely acting on their own, in an embarrassing way that severely damages the prestige of the prosecutor's office, then they take action. I think the matter is absolutely closed, the prosecutor's office is not a place for these kinds of private initiatives by various individuals – stated Tomasz Siemoniak at a press conference.

– I am very pleased that the government is reacting firmly to these kinds of signals and is not allowing this crime to be reborn, allowing these criminal groups from the East to be reborn and threaten the security of the state – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference.

– Last year we dealt with the deportation of 1800 people, so the state is acting here, and we are cooperating with all services and will continue to cooperate. This is because our task is to nip in the bud any potential source of danger to Warsaw and, more broadly, to Poland – he continued.

– Therefore, we are taking action, because it is also very important to send a very clear signal: zero tolerance for all those foreigners who come into conflict with the law – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference.

– I believe that we, as Poland, as the EU, should respond in a balanced way [to Donald Trump's tariffs]. This means it is certainly worth doing everything to avoid unnecessary trade or customs wars, especially among friends, because they always bring negative consequences for producers and consumers – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk before the government meeting.

– I would also ask all of you [ministers] to conduct an urgent review of your deregulation initiatives. I know that work is at various stages in individual ministries, which took on this burden of deregulation work much earlier. I know how difficult it is for officials and politicians who are accustomed to regulation, to reverse this direction and strive for honest deregulation – Prime Minister Donald Tusk said before the Council of Ministers meeting.

– On Friday, I will meet for the first time with the team that will work, on behalf of entrepreneurs and managers, under the leadership of Mr. Rafał Brzoska, who has decided to accept my proposal. So, on Friday afternoon, we would have our first meeting, and I would ask Minister Paszyk and Minister Myrcha [...] to accompany me during this meeting – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk before the Council of Ministers meeting.

– Yesterday, the National Public Prosecutor's Office received a notification from Adam Bodnar regarding a justified suspicion of criminal offense committed by prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, who formally serves as his deputy. In this notification, Adam Bodnar points to the suspicion of exceeding authority by Michał Ostrowski – said Prosecutor Przemysław Nowak at a press conference.

"A Series of Circumstances Justifying Suspicion of Committing an Offense"
– The justification points to a series of circumstances that justify this suspicion of committing a crime. These are largely circumstances consistent with [...] the circumstances that formed the basis for the decision to suspend the prosecutor from his official duties. It primarily concerned the prosecutor taking official actions contrary to current service practices and regulations – he indicated.

As he listed: – Acceptance of a notification from his colleague Bogdan Święczkowski, followed by the initiation of an investigation without adhering to any of the rigorous procedures applicable in the prosecutor's office, meaning without obtaining the decree for this case [...] and subsequently carrying out further official and procedural actions, essentially consisting solely of interrogating 9 witnesses. None of the documentation produced by Mr. Ostrowski contains any case number.

"Investigation Launched"
– This notification was forwarded today to the Internal Affairs Department of the National Public Prosecutor's Office, and today a prosecutor from this department launched an investigation into an act under Article 231 – informed the spokesperson for the National Public Prosecutor's Office.

"Suspicion of Privatization and Rigging"
As he continued: – The justification for this initiation and the description of the act are more or less identical to the notification. [...] To put it in a simplified way: there is a suspicion in the case that it involved a type of private proceeding, a type of privatization, as well as, in my opinion at least, a type of rigging between the notifying party and the person who initiated an investigation "alongside" the prosecutor's office, having an obvious environmental and private interest in initiating and conducting this investigation in such a manner.

– Yesterday, Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar decided to suspend Deputy Prosecutor General, Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, from performing his official duties – said Prosecutor Anna Adamiak at a press conference.

Bodnar Appointed a So-Called Ad Hoc Spokesperson
As she stated: – This decision was preceded by another decision, namely that Adam Bodnar – acting here as Minister of Justice – appointed a so-called ad hoc spokesperson, i.e., a spokesperson for the Minister of Justice, a prosecutor to conduct an explanatory proceeding, which is an early stage of disciplinary proceedings.

– The subject of this proceeding is to assess the actions taken by Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski in the course of carrying out the prosecutor's tasks, which, in Adam Bodnar's assessment, are contrary to current regulations – she indicated.

"He Initiated Proceedings Despite the Investigation Not Being Registered"
As she explained: – Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski initiated proceedings, an investigation based on a notification from the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, despite the fact that this investigation was not registered in the prosecutor's office's record-keeping systems. [...] He did not forward correspondence that arrived to him – it was addressed to him personally – in accordance with the principles regarding document circulation in the prosecutor's office [...] for the registration of this notification and its transfer to the appropriate prosecutor's office unit.

– This case was not assigned to any prosecutor, let alone to Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski – she added.

– Conducting proceedings, meaning undertaking procedural actions, is also conditioned by the objectivity and impartiality of the person conducting the proceedings – said prosecutor Anna Adamiak at a press conference.

As she noted: – It is common and general knowledge that prosecutor Michał Ostrowski maintains close relations with the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski – for a long time, he was his direct subordinate – therefore, in this situation, grounds exist to disqualify this prosecutor from conducting the proceedings.

– Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, having full knowledge […], that such circumstances exist, undertook procedural actions irrespective of this awareness – she added.

– The Prosecutor General deemed it necessary to prevent Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski from taking further actions, as these actions and the circumstances surrounding them violate the fundamental principles of the prosecution service's functioning as a lawful body – said Prosecutor Anna Adamiak at a press conference.

– Furthermore, they could lead public opinion to believe that the prosecution service remains a state organ serving the particular interests of certain political groups – she added.

– This decision was necessary in order to [...] avoid creating the image of the prosecution service as a political body, meaning that in concern for the authority of the prosecution service, Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski had to be removed from his official duties – stated the spokesperson for the Prosecutor General.

"An important reminder for entrepreneurs. This winter, the so-called ZUS holiday enters into force, meaning you can choose any month [...] in the year, and for that month, the state pays your ZUS contributions, so you lose nothing from your future pension" – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in a recording posted on X.

– A guilty person feels exposed, Minister Bodnar feels exposed, and he made the decision to take away the investigation by suspending Prosecutor Ostrowski. An investigation that directly concerns Mr. Bodnar and his superior, Prime Minister Donald Tusk – said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

– This is a scandalous decision, in reality, one could say, an admission of guilt by the main parties interested in the outcome of proceedings related to the suspicion of committing a very serious crime, namely an attack on the system of the Republic of Poland – he continued.

– When the rulings of the Supreme Court are not in line with the current authorities' wishes, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Minister Bodnar hold a press conference […] and say that these are not judges and these are not verdicts. But at the same time, if these same judges, the very same ones by name and surname, issued rulings the day before or the day after that do not hinder or pose a problem to the political goals that these authorities set for themselves, then they acknowledge their verdicts, they recognize them as judges – said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

– A resolution issued by three judges of the Supreme Court, the Criminal Chamber, which was allegedly issued […] by people who are not judges and therefore did not have the right to issue a ruling in the name of the Supreme Court, this resolution, unrecognized by the current authorities, was subsequently introduced into legal circulation by the very same judges who then on numerous occasions issued rulings in the same Supreme Court chambers, issued judgments in the same Supreme Court chambers, which were recognized by Mr. Minister Bodnar and the prosecution subordinate to him – he continued.

– There should be some elementary logic and consistency in life. If Donald Tusk and Mr. Minister Bodnar say that they are not judges, that these are not verdicts, that these are not rulings, when they are not to their liking, then they should probably be consistent. […] It is impossible to reasonably say that a given person is not a judge one day, and the next day […] is a judge – he went on to say.

– What is this, if not an assault on the fundamental principles of the functioning of the third branch of power in Poland? The most important court, the Supreme Court, the rulings of the Criminal Chamber are valid one time, and not valid another time. Surely, something like this did not even happen during the Jaruzelski era, where it was stated that some verdicts are valid, others are not, such things cannot be found even with a very in-depth analysis of jurisprudence during the hard communist period – he added.

– It is a matter of time when a change will occur in the arrangement of the Polish political scene […] and I can assure you that this investigation will have a continuation. Despite the fact that now, in a completely absurd manner, with lunar arguments, it is being questioned, contested, and taken away from Mr. Prosecutor Ostrowski, it will have its continuations – said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

– Certain individuals who have committed crimes described in Article 127 of the Penal Code [concerning an act of state] will, in due time, hear charges and bear responsibility – he continued.

– It is no secret that I know Prosecutor Ostrowski and I do not intend to hide the fact that we are in contact from time to time, we remain in contact – said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

– However, I would like to clarify. The fact of initiating these proceedings and filing the notification was not consulted with me in any way. It was a decision made by the President of the Constitutional Tribunal, and the decision to initiate proceedings was made by Prosecutor Ostrowski. It was their independent decision – he continued.

– What do I hope for? I hope that President Trump, who speaks loudly about wanting to end the war in Ukraine, will propose and implement solutions – not only political but also economic – that will force Vladimir Putin to enter into negotiations and lead to the end of this war – said President Andrzej Duda in an interview with Becky Anderson on CNN.

As he noted: – President Donald Trump is, first and foremost, a businessman, and I always emphasize this in every discussion. He has a business approach to politics and a business way of conducting it. Not all politicians like it; they are not accustomed to it. It's a different style of speaking and a different way of acting.

– Trump immediately approached the problem like a businessman. He said clearly: The United States has already provided enormous aid to Ukraine. That's true – no one else has helped Ukraine as much as the United States, and this must be emphasized – President Duda continued.

– But let's also remember that the first one who actually helped Ukraine was Donald Trump. I mean the Pentagon budget for 2020, when Trump was still president. Even then, he was providing military support to Ukraine, when no one was yet seriously thinking about war and the need for defense – he pointed out.

– Today he says: 'Well, what will America get out of this? Is Ukraine capable of offering anything to the United States?' – he stated.

– I know that the [migration] pact will come into effect in mid-2026. We haven't managed to organize the so-called blocking minority for this pact yet. The countries that gathered to block it represented only 14% of the EU's population, so the pact will enter into force, and we will open a gate for ourselves, which Tusk already announced in the presence of Ursula von der Leyen. Specifically, as a country under migratory pressure, we will not accept relocations from other countries – stated Janusz Lewandowski on RMF FM.

– Anyone in a household who received a price increase after January 1st should contact their supplier, because I hear that this sometimes happens. We have frozen prices at the same level as they were last year, so after January 1st, no one's [electricity] bills should increase, and they will remain at this level for the first 9 months. – A very good decision. I would have even expected it to happen sooner – said Ryszard Petru on TVP Info's "Pytanie dnia" (Question of the Day), when asked by Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf about the suspension and commencement of an investigation against Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski.

– I would have preferred this decision even earlier. Because there is no coup d'état, there is no attempt to seize power by force. Therefore, Mr. Ostrowski exceeded his authority, and that clearly warrants a motion to the prosecutor's office – he assessed.

– Bogdan Święczkowski stopped being a lawyer a long time ago; he is simply a politician. As a politician, he became part of the so-called Constitutional Tribunal, which was elected unlawfully, contrary to the principles enshrined in the constitution, in violation of the law, with unpublished rulings, and so on. [Constitutional Tribunal judges] were chosen to issue rulings, process cases, and declare various types of states for political purposes. That this is an element of the ongoing election campaign is obvious to all your viewers and to all of us – stated Paulina Hennig-Kloska on Polsat News.

– For me, this matter is primarily sad because the fact that it became an object of propaganda in Putin's mouth, found its way onto the front pages of news outlets in Russia and Belarus, shows how we are feeding our greatest enemies with pure propaganda – she continued.

– Today we also discussed this last week with representatives of the European Commission, and we had a common denominator and reached an agreement on key issues. The European economy must be more competitive, and prices impact this competitiveness. Households across Europe must feel the benefits of having more and more energy produced from renewable sources – said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on Polsat News.

– From this perspective, we are discussing postponing this ETS2 regulation at least. I believe there is a real chance for this in Europe – she added.

– It cannot be that these gentlemen [Bogdan Święczkowski and Michał Ostrowski] are playing with people's nerves and the signal is going out to the world that the rule of law in Poland is uncertain. They specifically want to rock this Polish boat, these gentlemen – Ryszard Petru said in TVP Info's “Question of the Day.”

He continued: – So that it is weaker, so that there is no certainty whether Poland is a country governed by the rule of law or not, so that someone can question certain decisions in the future. This is a fantastic reason for Poland not to be taken seriously in certain matters.

– That's what they're after – they want Poland to be weaker, and they want to leverage this weakness of Poland in the election campaign – he assessed.

– We cannot allow those gentlemen, who do not care about the rule of law, but rather about the lack of the rule of law in Poland, to rock the Polish boat – he stated.

– If Mr. Nawrocki continues to conduct this campaign as unskillfully as he has so far, then a merger with PiS will likely occur. That is, PiS will get more involved in Nawrocki's campaign, and he will cease to be a pseudo-independent candidate – said Ryszard Petru in TVP Info's "Question of the Day."

– I am talking about [involvement that is] personal, physical, and complete. It is known that it exists, but for now, they are trying to suggest that it is him and his campaign, and they are on the sidelines – he pointed out.

– They [PiS] seem to think that he [Donald Trump] is more right-wing than Kamala Harris, which is why they are delighted with Donald Trump, but Donald Trump, in many areas, is completely contrary to PiS's socialist way of thinking about the economy, for example – said Ryszard Petru on TVP Info's “Question of the Day”.
