- A decision was issued by the Prime Minister under the relevant provision of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, which had, as it were, two parts. One is the withdrawal of that counter-signature and its revocation. This decision consisted of two such elements, and this decision has, of course, been communicated to the Supreme Court - stated Adam Bodnar in "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- I think that this decision, or at least the operative part of the decision to withdraw the counter-signature by the Prime Minister, should be published consistently - he continued.
