The government, at its session also starting at 10:00 AM, will consider a project to increase support from the Labour Fund for performing tasks undertaken by local governments in the area of family support and the foster care system, particularly through co-financing the salaries of professional foster parents and those running family children's homes.

At 11:00 AM, during a meeting of the Sejm's Justice and Human Rights Committee, a public hearing will be held regarding the government's draft amendment to the Act on the National Council of the Judiciary.

At 11:30 AM in Zielona Góra, Lewica will hold a press conference with Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty and Anita Kucharska-Dziedzic. The topic will be: Women's rights and local government elections. Afterwards, at 5:30 PM, an open meeting will be held in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

At 1:30 PM – on the eve of the President's final decision regarding the over-the-counter "morning after" pill bill – MPs from the Lewica parliamentary club will meet with the head of state to persuade him to sign the bill. The delegation will include Anna-Maria Żukowska, Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus, Marcelina Zawisza, Wanda Nowicka, and Paulina Matysiak. A press conference after the meeting will be held around 2:30 PM.

As announced, today at noon, an preliminary motion to bring the President of the National Bank of Poland, Adam Glapiński, before the State Tribunal is expected to be submitted to the Marshal of the Sejm.

07:44

Szejna:

It Wasn't an Invitation, But a Summons for Ambassador Andreyev

- It wasn't an invitation, of course, but a summons for Ambassador Andreyev, in accordance with the Vienna Convention, to provide explanations regarding a very important, disturbing event that has no consent or acceptance whatsoever, namely the fact that a Russian cruise missile crossed the borders of the Republic of Poland, the airspace border, for 39 seconds. This is a violation of international law - stated Andrzej Szejna on RMF24.

07:47

Szejna:

Andriejew Demonstrated Diplomatic Desertion

- In my personal assessment, Ambassador Sergey Andriejew demonstrated what I would call diplomatic desertion, because he knew he would be strongly reprimanded by Minister Sikorski, to put it in less diplomatic terms, so he decided not to come, he decided to ignore the summons, thereby also violating the Vienna Convention - stated Andrzej Szejna on RMF24.

08:10

Zandberg:

I didn't sign the motion for the State Tribunal against Glapiński; I don't think clowning around and acting like a stand-up comedian is a constitutional offense.
- I did not sign this motion [to bring Adam Glapiński before the State Tribunal]. I do not have a good opinion of Adam Glapiński; I believe he made certain mistakes in central bank policy, but this motion is quite poor. Meritoriously, for example, it contains an accusation that Glapiński pursued quantitative easing policy, a policy pursued by most central banks in European Union countries and beyond - said Adrian Zandberg in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti". - The motion is written in such a way that it actually says [...] that quantitative easing is a constitutional offense. In my opinion, it is not, firstly, and secondly, I would not want to be in the shoes of future finance ministers if there were some dramatic, crisis situation requiring coordination of actions between the central bank and the government, at a time when some central bank president had been convicted by the State Tribunal for this very reason - he continued. - I believe that the president of the bank clowning around at press conferences is not something appropriate for this role, although I don't think clowning around and acting like a stand-up comedian is a constitutional offense either. [...] As I understand it, there will be a number of MPs who will support him even in this form, but I will not be among them - he went on to say.

08:13

Siemoniak:

Glapiński's Approach to Reality is Naive; He's an Icon of NBP Politicization, Arrogance, and Errors
- A great deal has happened in recent years. President Glapiński's approach to reality is very naive. He is an icon of the National Bank of Poland's politicization, an icon of arrogance, an icon of errors made regarding interest rate policy. It seems to me that these are attempts [letter to the Prime Minister] to save his image, but it is so entrenched... So many words have been spoken, so much aggression also from President Glapiński towards the former opposition, and today the majority, so surely no one will change their minds here. I signed this motion [to the State Tribunal] with full conviction – said Tomasz Siemoniak in an interview with Paweł Zieliński on PR1's "Sygnały dnia".

08:20

Zandberg on Health Contribution Changes: The Poor Will Subsidize the Rich, We Believe This is Unfair
- The biggest beneficiaries of such a change [in the health contribution] will be wealthy and very wealthy people, and on the other hand, the cost of this change will actually be pushed onto employees [...]. This proposal [...] entails that employees will continue to pay contributions depending on their income, while the relief, the privilege, will only be granted to a group of entrepreneurs. This boils down to employees paying for entrepreneurs when it comes to maintaining the healthcare system. Moreover, [...] the majority of employees earn less, are poorer, than these entrepreneurs, meaning the poor will subsidize the rich. In our opinion, and I state this very firmly, unequivocally, this is simply unfair, unjust - said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News. - What Minister Domański has proposed is a system where an IT specialist earning 30,000 PLN on a lump sum basis will pay a lower health contribution than a supermarket saleswoman. It is a system where if an entrepreneur settles on general principles, they will pay a lower health contribution, even if they are a millionaire, than the employees they hire - he continued.

08:22

Siemoniak on Russian Missile: Lessons Learned from Previous Administration's Egregious Negligence, Actions Exemplary
- The Polish Army, Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, all services acted perfectly in this matter [of the Russian missile]. Lessons have been learned from the egregious negligence of the previous team. We remember the missile that nobody noticed, then Minister Błaszczak claimed he knew nothing, and on January 2nd he reviewed the report - said Tomasz Siemoniak in PR1's 'Sygnały dnia'. - Looking back also as a former Minister of Defence, I believe that the actions here are exemplary; the public is being warned, all systems are being deployed, Polish-American standby pairs are taking to the air. However, decisions are made by the operational commander. I believe these are the right decisions - he continued.

08:25

Zandberg:

If Domański wants to address the contribution system, I would propose subjecting agricultural entrepreneurs with large farms to the same rules as other entrepreneurs.
- I believe that if Minister Domański has the will to address the contribution system, I would propose that agricultural entrepreneurs, meaning those who run large farms, be subjected to the same insurance rules as other entrepreneurs - said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News. - I believe that if someone has 1000 hectares and is truly a large entrepreneur, there is no reason why we should treat them as if they were someone who needs social support - he continued.

08:31

Zandberg on Healthcare Contribution: We Will Not Support a System That Fuels Inequality, That Means Robbing Public Healthcare
- I can speak here on behalf of my party, on behalf of Lewica Razem, and I say very clearly, unequivocally: we will not support a system in which the rich pay lower contributions than the poor, we will not support a system that fuels inequality even further in Poland [...]. We will not support a system that means robbing public healthcare of money – said Adrian Zandberg on Polsat News.

08:32

Siemoniak on CBA Liquidation: A Few Days Left Until the End of March, We Will Present This Project, Initiating a Discussion
- The [CBA liquidation] bill is practically ready, a team appointed by Prime Minister Donald Tusk is working on it. There are a few days left until the end of March, and we will present this project to the public, initiating a discussion. Because we don't want to push such an important bill through in one evening in the Sejm, as the previous government used to do – said Tomasz Siemoniak in “Sygnały dnia” on PR1.

08:37

Zandberg:

Russia's Ambassador Has Not Ignored Rules for Ambassadors in Poland for the First Time
- I think there have been several such moments before; it's not as if the ambassador is disregarding the rules that apply to all ambassadors in Poland for the first time. However, the decisions in this matter lie with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Adrian Zandberg stated on Polsat News.

09:06

Gawkowski on Hennig-Kloska's Criticism: 'I'd Rather Not Listen to Such Statements Because I Don't Understand Them'

- I'd rather not listen to such statements because I don't understand them. Government meetings, fortunately, we don't sit next to each other. I have different views, the minister has different ones. I am on the side of more progressive thinking, women's rights, the ability to imagine that women should decide about their bodies - stated Krzysztof Gawkowski in a conversation with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:07

Gawkowski:

Those Earning More Should Contribute More to the Contribution Basket

- If someone earns more, they should contribute more to the contribution basket. I wouldn't want it to be the case that everyone in Poland pays an equal contribution. It would mean that someone earning the least pays the same as someone earning four times more than them. That is not a normal system, it shouldn't be like that. We need to talk about how to change the health contribution to ease the burden on entrepreneurs a bit, so their financial situation is decent, and Lewica is willing to discuss this – stated Krzysztof Gawkowski in the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:10

Gawkowski:

Today I wouldn't change Sunday trading, unless Sunday workers earned more

Today I wouldn't change Sunday trading, but in the future we could approach it under one condition: that a person working on Sunday will earn more – stated Krzysztof Gawkowski on the program “Gość Radia Zet”.

09:12

Gawkowski on the motion to bring Glapiński before the Tribunal of State: I signed it

- I signed it, I read the motion. I agree with several points that are very important to me. Mr. Glapiński did not adhere to the state's financial policy, and secondly, I am convinced that he said one thing about the Polish economy while another was happening, inflation, loan installments - stated Krzysztof Gawkowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:20

Jaki:

Tusk and Bodnar's Neo-Prosecutors Ordered Services to Break into Ziobro's House; This is Gangster-like Action
- This morning, on the orders of Tusk and Bodnar's neo-prosecutors, services broke into Zbigniew Ziobro's house. They smashed windows and destroyed the house. All this while he was absent and undergoing cancer treatment. His absence was easy to ascertain. There wasn't even an attempt to contact him – he would have allowed entry, and his phone number is known. However, this was deliberate. Gangster-like action - wrote Patryk Jaki on social media. - The matter concerns the Justice Fund and grants for the Archipelag center. The purpose of the Fund is to help victims. The emerging center of the well-known Father Olszewski is pioneering a place for hundreds of victims of violence. [...] The entire grant is directed to this project. There are no incidental costs - stated the politician from Suwerenna Polska. - The entire operation stems from the fact that the grant is allegedly "inappropriate" because only "leftist" organizations can receive funds, not priests who have been helping people for years. In the same case this morning, Bodnar's people entered the homes of MPs Woś, Romanowski, and Matecki - he emphasized. - People who were rightly demoted by Zbigniew Ziobro (this case was an international scandal) have now been given the right to primitive revenge by Bodnar and Tusk. Laws in Poland are supposed to be upheld by people who, by taking positions and benefits for themselves, have broken all laws - stated the MEP. - We will demand a special session of the Justice Committee on this matter - he announced.

09:42

Siewiera on Russian Missile Violating Airspace: Remaining Calm is Absolutely Fundamental
- Calmness in such situations is indeed fundamental, meaning maintaining a cool head, making decisions based on situational analysis is absolutely fundamental, yes, I confirm. However, whether the situation allows for being calm in the longer term is an entirely different matter – stated Jacek Siewiera on RMF FM.

09:47

National Prosecutor's Office: Searches Conducted Nationwide on Orders from Prosecutors of the Justice Fund Investigative Team
Searches are being conducted today at various locations across the country on the orders of prosecutors from the investigative team for the Justice Fund. The operations are ongoing. Their aim is to secure evidence, including, among other things, documentation related to the JF - the National Prosecutor's Office informed on social media.

09:48

Siewiera on Russian Ambassador's Conduct: Foreign Minister's Response Should Be Decisive
- The goal of the actions of both the [Russian] ambassador and these airspace violations is precisely to spark such a discussion, to raise doubts, to undermine the credibility of state institutions. Also to undermine alliance ties – Jacek Siewiera said on RMF FM. - Yes [the response should be decisive], with a third such action, and especially in a situation where the ambassador is not fulfilling his duties, the [Foreign] Minister should communicate in a decisive manner to the Russian Federation – he continued.

09:52

Siewiera:

The Ambition Level of Polish Arms Company CEOs is Scandalously Low
- This is a scandal, I have described it as a scandal. It is a scandal on three levels, meaning the first is the issue of 500 million euros in funding, let's recall. This is the total amount for the entire EU, which the previous government allocated in the National Ammunition Reserve Program for funding and contracting ammunition only in Poland. Only Poland allocated as much as the entire European Commission for the entire ammunition industry, because it was 2 billion. This is the first point, so the funding level for such a crucial resource is scandalously low. The second is, of course, the scandalously low level of ambition of the heads of ammunition companies, the heads of our arms companies – stated Jacek Siewiera on RMF FM. - Today, we are indeed unable to produce ammunition worth 0.5 billion euros in a short period because the production capacities of Polish industry do not allow for it, and this is a very significant achievement of all ministers of state assets and defense over the last good two decades – he added.

09:59

Błaszczak:

Andreyev Should Be Expelled

- This makes no sense whatsoever. It truly makes no sense when an ambassador ignores the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country in which that ambassador resides - stated Mariusz Błaszczak in a conversation with Łukasz A. Jankowski on Radio Wnet.

- He should be expelled [Sergey Andreyev], indeed. Decisive action must be taken here, because otherwise, the question arises: what next? What further steps will the Russian side take? - he continued.

10:00

Błaszczak:

The Fight is for Polish Reserves, to Drain Poland of Capital and Savings, Reducing Poles to Cheap Labor
There is a ruling by the Constitutional Tribunal that stipulates this. The Constitutional Tribunal obliged parliament to amend the law. However, as the practices of the December 13th coalition have shown so far, they disregard the law. As long as they have the support of Brussels and Berlin, which expect Poland to be pushed into the eurozone, because after all, the $200 billion in reserves held by the National Bank of Poland, some of which is in gold, represents a very interesting prospect for the European Central Bank based in Frankfurt - stated Mariusz Błaszczak on Radio Wnet. The fight is for Polish reserves and currencies. The fight is for Polish reserves, the fight is to effectively drain capital from Poland, to drain these savings, to reduce Poles to the level of cheap labor. During the rule of Law and Justice, we pursued an ambitious policy. Evidence of this ambitious policy is, for example, the concept of the Central Communication Port. This concept was competitive with Germany, therefore, everything that is competitive with Germany is now being suppressed and pacified - he continued.

10:15

Kierwiński on Services' Action: The "Unpunished Caste" is Gone. Whoever Committed a Crime Will Be Held Accountable.
- Today's action by the prosecution and services is a clear signal that the Polish state is functioning. And the "unpunished caste" is gone. Whoever committed a crime will be held accountable for it. This is a simple principle - wrote Marcin Kierwiński on social media.

10:58

Błaszczak:

We are submitting the bill on population protection and state of natural disaster to the Marshal of the Sejm

- We are submitting the bill on population protection and the state of natural disaster to the Marshal of the Sejm. This project fulfills the commitment regarding the establishment of a system for population protection and civil defense. This is a project prepared in 2022, adopted by the Committee for Security and Defense Matters, and then consulted with communities, primarily local governments - the Joint Commission of the Government and Local Government accepted this project in April 2023. Later, the Legal Commission met, so the project was ready for Parliament to consider. It ended up on the desk of the current Minister of the Interior and Administration - stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a press conference.

- We wanted to present in detail the project concerning the creation of an entire population protection system. This system is based on the activities of the State Fire Service and Volunteer Fire Brigades. We are talking about large cities (...) but this project contains many interesting solutions for smaller towns, for example, the project assumes that each municipality will have an ambulance, which will be operated by comrades from the Volunteer Fire Brigades who will undergo medical rescue training, so that even in the smallest town, medical assistance will be available in a crisis situation, in a situation that requires such support - he added.

11:04

Szefernaker:

This Law Was Created Based on Poland's Experiences with the Pandemic and the Arrival of War Refugees from Ukraine

- This law was created based on the experiences that the Polish state has had in connection with the pandemic, in connection with the arrival of war refugees from Ukraine, in connection, for example, with the disaster on the Oder River, in connection with numerous floods and weather anomalies that have occurred in recent years. Based on these experiences, services subordinate to the Ministry of Interior and Administration, local governments, and organizations that deal with these matters on a daily basis have taken action to ensure this law is best tailored to the needs of the 21st century - stated Paweł Szefernaker at a press conference.

11:06

Nowacka:

I am appointing a team to draft a law on the Student Rights Ombudsman
- Today, I am appointing a team that will draft a law on the Student Rights Ombudsman. The law itself is inspired by Warsaw, as Warsaw implements good projects for young people, and the Warsaw Student Rights Ombudsman was an inspiration for us, the team being appointed today - said Barbara Nowacka at a press conference. - The team will be developing a law whose basic assumption is that an institution of the Student Rights Ombudsman will function under the minister, but also that a regional Student Rights Ombudsman with visitor's powers will operate in each voivodeship under the superintendent's office. [...] Our ombudsman, the one under the minister, will primarily be tasked with educating and supporting problem-solving, and assisting teachers in creating school statutes - she explained. - The Student Rights Ombudsman will have the main task of supporting students, teaching them about their rights, and pointing out their obligations, so that we all have a sense that school is a place where we treat each other seriously and as partners - she continued. - This team includes lawyers, non-governmental organizations, and practicing teachers […]. I assume that within 3 months, the first draft of the law will be ready to be presented, so that we can begin real work from the beginning of September - she added.

11:22

Trzaskowski:

I have full confidence in the prosecution. It's very good that the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości case is being investigated
- I have full confidence in the prosecution, and I remind you that regarding the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości (Justice Fund), there have been numerous press reports indicating that this fund was not being used as it should have been, that there were many irregularities. It's very good that this situation is being investigated – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference.

11:42

Błaszczak:

This is a diversion. The '100 Specifics' was a lie, Tusk lied during the campaign

- We are dealing with the creation of another matter that threatens the freedom of the Republic of Poland, because it's not even about Zbigniew Ziobro being a minister. It's about the methods of operation. The prosecution, taken over by the coalition of December 13th, appointed prosecutors illegally, breaking the law, and these prosecutors are now carrying out the orders they received. This issue is a diversion because it has turned out that all the rhetoric created by Donald Tusk during the election campaign, those '100 Specifics,' was a lie. The PiS club proved last week that Donald Tusk, consciously and with premeditation – he is an experienced man, after all – lied during the election campaign, making promises and then failing to keep them. Parliamentary inquiry commissions have also proven to be a failure, a disgrace for the coalition of December 13th. Today, we hear about an attack on another independent state institution, the National Bank of Poland (NBP), in order to push Poland into the Eurozone. This is the goal for which the removal of Professor Glapiński is intended – stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a press briefing in the Sejm.

11:43

Błaszczak:

We Will File a Motion for a Special Session of the Justice and Human Rights Committee

- We will file a motion for a special session of the Justice and Human Rights Committee, where the Prosecutor General should provide explanations on this matter. These are our actions, the PiS club's - stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a press briefing in the Sejm.

11:48

Wójcik:

Ziobro's Children's Phones and iPads Seized. This is What Tusk's "Joyful Poland" Looks Like

- In the case of Minister Ziobro, a break-in occurred, I want to emphasize this very strongly, a break-in into his home. The doors were destroyed, the doors were forced open, no one informed Minister Ziobro that such actions would take place. Despite the fact that regulations stipulate that to conduct a search, and this is precisely written in the criminal procedure regulations, such a decision must be delivered to the person whose premises are being searched, this decision was not delivered - stated Michał Wójcik at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- The phones of Minister Ziobro's children were seized, the iPads of Minister Ziobro's children were seized. This is what Donald Tusk's "joyful Poland" looks like. Such actions cannot be carried out without the consent of the person whose premises are being searched - he continued.

12:11

Czarzasty on the Left MPs' Visit to Duda Regarding the 'Morning-After Pill': Today the Lion's Anti-Abortion Den, but We're Willing to Meet Even the Devil
- Today at 1:30 PM, President Andrzej Duda is receiving a delegation of Left MPs. This is a meeting initiated by us, a meeting where we will fight for the President's consent to sign the bill related to the 'morning-after pill'. Whether we get it, whether the President signs this bill, vetoes it, or sends it to the Constitutional Tribunal, we shall see. But one thing is important: the Left fights for these issues, fights for women's rights [...]. Today it's the lion's anti-abortion den, I'm referring to President Andrzej Duda, but on this matter, we are willing to meet even the devil, as long as we are fighting for things that we believe are among the most important - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference.

12:18

Czarzasty:

We Submit Motion for State Tribunal for Glapiński with Full Conviction
- Today, three parliamentary clubs, our friends from Third Way, Civic Coalition, and the Left Parliamentary Club, are submitting a motion for a State Tribunal for the President of the National Bank of Poland, Mr. Adam Glapiński. We are submitting this motion with full conviction. I do not want to go into details justifying the substantive grounds of this motion [...] but I can say one thing to the President of the National Bank of Poland, Mr. Adam Glapiński: As the head of an institution of national trust [...] you should never have deceived people by telling the younger generation that they could take out loans because interest rates would not be raised, therefore, loan repayment installments would not be increased, and there would be no inflation in Poland, and you said this. [...] A person who deceives people cannot head one of the most important Polish institutions - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press conference.

12:22

Czarzasty on Services' Actions, including at Ziobro's Home: Everyone is Equal Before the Law
- Today, the entry of the prosecution and state services into the homes of various individuals, including Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro, is being widely commented on. I want to state clearly: everyone is equal before the law, regardless of the situation [...]. This is a demonstration to everyone, including us, the governing party, to make it clear that state assets must be managed honestly, and that duties must be performed honestly - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference.

12:26

Czarzasty on Poland's Reaction to Russian Ambassador's Stance: I Trust Sikorski on This Matter, He Will Make the Necessary Decisions
- We have not just gotten used to the arrogance of Russian representatives; we must assess it coolly, because what they are doing is dreaming of provoking anyone to get angry and make moves that will be presented in their country and around the world as nervous and unlawful actions. I trust Sikorski on this matter and believe he will make the decisions that should be made - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press conference, when asked about Poland's appropriate reaction to the Russian ambassador's failure to appear at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

12:33

Czarzasty on Services' Actions in Politicians' Homes: Don't Be So Delicate Now, Colleagues from the Right, Because You Were Never Very Delicate
- Mr. Ziobro should know about the forms of entering homes, because during the previous PiS government, when PiS ruled for two years, services entered my home at 6 AM under Mr. Ziobro. They laid my wife, daughter, and son on the floor, put a submachine gun to my head, and told me that if I lifted my head, they would blow it off. Therefore, I wouldn't cry too much about the methods of action here. The methods of action should be consistent with the law and adequate to the situation. [...] No charges were ever brought against anyone [...] I was never apologized to for it, therefore, don't be so delicate now, colleagues from the right, because you were never very delicate - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference.

13:04

National Prosecutor's Office: ABW Officers Conduct Searches in Dozens of Locations, Four Individuals Detained – Ministry of Justice Officials and a Beneficiary of the Fund for Assistance to the Imprisoned
- One of the first decisions of the Prosecutor General, Adam Bodnar, was to establish a team to investigate irregularities in the activities of the Fund for Assistance to the Imprisoned. Currently, five prosecutors are working within this team. The team has commenced its operations and has begun obtaining evidence, including documentation and witness testimonies. In total, this documentation and other evidentiary material have been compiled into 99 volumes of case files, indicating a very extensive body of evidence gathered in essence over a few weeks. The investigation itself was initiated on February 19th - stated a representative of the National Prosecutor's Office at a press conference. - During the course of this proceedings, it became necessary to obtain additional material that could not be acquired through any means other than searches. Consequently, the prosecutor issued appropriate orders, and today, ABW (Internal Security Agency) officers conducted searches in several dozen different locations and premises. It should be emphasized that a prosecutor participated in each of these actions. These actions were carried out in the standard procedural manner, meaning on the prosecutor's order, during daytime hours, and each time either in the presence of a resident, a person designated by them, or, if that was not possible, in the presence of an appointed individual - he continued. - Four individuals have been detained. These are three officials from the Ministry of Justice associated with the fund, and one person who is a beneficiary of the Fund for Assistance to the Imprisoned. The searches themselves are still ongoing; the purpose of these actions is to obtain additional evidentiary material [...]. The four individuals will be brought to the prosecutor's office, where the prosecutor will press charges against them - he added.

13:11

National Prosecutor's Office on Services' Action at Ziobro's Home: Doors Were Forced to Enter the Apartment, But Windows Were Not Broken
- It is standard procedure not to inform the person being searched about the action, because it would then lose its purpose, but at the commencement of the search, such a person is informed, asked to voluntarily hand over the item. [...] Zbigniew Ziobro was not at home, the prosecutor contacted his family, asking them to open the premises, apartment, house, but this proved unsuccessful. Consequently, in accordance with the regulations [...] another person was simply brought in for this action - said a representative of the National Prosecutor's Office at a press conference. - No windows were broken, indeed the doors were forced enough to enter the apartment, but the windows were not broken. Immunity concerns the person, not the premises, there is no doubt about this, and therefore a Member of Parliament's immunity does not protect the premises, apartment, or house of an MP - he continued.

13:16

National Prosecutor's Office: There is no political coloring here, the case is administrative-criminal in nature
- None of the individuals detained today had immunity. [...] From the evidence we have obtained, a picture emerges that this is a very serious case of a fundamentally strictly criminal nature. There is no political coloring here; the case is administrative-criminal in nature and is in the initial stage, meaning it is developing. Simply put, this material initially indicated suspicion of a crime, and now it indicates a justified suspicion that four specific individuals have committed a specific crime – said a representative of the National Prosecutor's Office at a press conference.

13:22

Konwiński:

We've Filed a Preliminary Motion to Bring Glapiński Before the State Tribunal, Charging Him with 8 Offenses
- Literally just moments ago, a motion was filed with the Marshal of the Sejm to bring the President of the National Bank of Poland, Mr. Glapiński, before the State Tribunal. We have submitted the motion with the signatures of 191 parliamentarians, so the required number of signatures has been met. We are bringing 8 charges against President Glapiński; all these charges are precisely described in the motion, discussed in great detail, with examples of violations of the constitution or specific laws provided – stated Zbigniew Konwiński at a press conference in the Sejm. - In December 2020 and March 2022, he undertook currency interventions without proper authorization from the Management Board of the NBP, and moreover, at least some of them were aimed at weakening the value of the Polish currency, which constituted a violation of Article 17(1) and Article 17(3) point 2 of the Act on the NBP in connection with Article 7 of the Constitution, and a violation of Article 227(1) sentence 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and Article 3(1) of the Act on the NBP. In the years 2021-2023, he initiated, accepted, and carried out actions contrary to the established assumptions of monetary policy referred to in Article 227(6) of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland – he continued. - Another charge: he obstructed some members of the Monetary Policy Council and some members of the NBP Management Board from performing their constitutional and statutory duties by refusing them access to documents produced at the NBP – he added.

13:23

Trela:

Glapiński was the worst NBP president since 1989
- We, as Lewica, repeatedly said during the last term, looking at Adam Glapiński's antics, that this would come to an end and there would be accountability, and today that accountability begins. Contrary to what PiS politicians said, the motion is very specific, the charges are concrete, and the justification is over 70 pages. This is not politics, these are facts, Adam Glapiński was the worst NBP president since '89 - stated Tomasz Trela at a press conference in the Sejm.

Żukowska on 'Morning-After Pill' Law: President Duda Will Gather and Consider All Arguments, He Declared to Us

- I hope that the President will gather all these arguments, arrange them in his mind, and calmly consider them. This is what he declared and told us, that there is still time for him to make this decision. He has until tomorrow, and we hope that this meeting will be one that will influence the President's decision in a positive way. That is, in a way that is expected by Polish girls and women. Such a decision would be one that would place us among the majority of civilized countries – stated Anna Maria Żukowska at a press briefing.

Jaki:

Ziobro was abroad for treatment during the search
- He [Zbigniew Ziobro, during the search of his home] was abroad in a place [...] where he was undergoing treatment. Yes [he interrupted his treatment in the country and is being treated abroad] - said Patryk Jaki in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

Jaki:

Neither Ziobro nor his wife were contacted. Officers taped over the cameras in his home. If they have nothing to hide, why did they do it?
- A situation occurred here where not only was the minister or his wife not contacted, but officers also taped over the cameras, both external and internal, which were in the house. The question is: if they have nothing to hide, why did they do it? - said Patryk Jaki on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń". - Indeed, it happens – very rarely – that ABW enters homes by destroying fences, doors, demolishing the house, but this is done in cases of terrorists, people who, for example, have kidnapped a child and the child is in danger, not a minister who says he would have opened the door for them without any problem. An opposition politician whom they dislike very much. And what's more, it was done by prosecutors who illegally occupy their positions, who took their offices in a gangster-like manner - he continued.

Joński on PiS: I Saw Them Giving Away Pots, Coffee Makers, Refrigerators During the Election Campaign, All Funded by the Justice Fund

- I think they breathed a sigh of relief because everyone knew about it, it was widely discussed. People can read, they also observed the election campaigns, they saw what the politicians of Suwerenna Polska, in short, Ziobro's politicians, were doing. I also saw it during the election campaign, how they were giving away pots, coffee makers, refrigerators, even fire trucks, and all of this was funded by the Justice Fund. The second aspect is the transfer of huge sums of money to various foundations and associations, which, by the way, often closed down shortly after they had quickly spent the money – stated Dariusz Joński on the TVN24 program "Fakty po faktach".

20:09

Joński:

Together with MP Szczerba, we will submit a motion to the National Electoral Commission to check for illegal financing of PiS's campaign

- Together with MP Szczerba, we will submit a motion to the National Electoral Commission to check if there has been illegal financing of PiS's campaign and their policies. It is high time to verify this. The motion will be submitted in the coming hours, perhaps even tomorrow - stated Dariusz Joński on the TVN24 program "Fakty po faktach".

Jaki:

Prosecutors are taking revenge on Ziobro for justly demoting them, entering his home like terrorists
- Bodnar and Tusk's first action was to promote prosecutors demoted by Minister Ziobro, it was about six prosecutors, to hold our government accountable. This group includes prosecutors whom Minister Ziobro demoted for one of the biggest scandals in the history of the Third Polish Republic, for handing over a Nobel Peace Prize laureate who sought refuge in Poland, [...] to the Belarusian dictator - said Patryk Jaki on "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News. - Now these prosecutors are taking revenge on Minister Ziobro for demoting them, for justly demoting them, by organizing actions like this, entering his home like terrorists, disregarding all legal principles - he stated.

Żukowska:

Ziobro's Circle is the Last to Judge Such Situations. I Remind You of the Cases of Blida and Czarzasty's Homes Being Entered
- Minister Ziobro's circle is the last to judge such situations. Let me remind you of just two situations: one concerns the entry into Barbara Blida's home, and the other concerns the entry into Włodzimierz Czarzasty's home. All of this happened during the PiS government, it was with weapons, it was, similarly, unannounced. It ended tragically in one situation, and in the other, one could say, with trauma - said Anna Maria Żukowska in "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

Ziobro on Services' Actions at His Home: Execution of Tusk and Bodnar's Political Order, a Spectacle of Banditry
- I have currently interrupted my post-operative therapy to travel here to see you from afar. Firstly, I wanted to say that all these actions are unlawful and are the execution of a political order from Donald Tusk and Mr. Bodnar. Secondly, as part of this unlawful operation, my rights as the owner of the building being searched have been flagrantly violated. Every person in such a situation has the right to familiarize themselves with the prosecutor's order regarding the scope of the search, has the right to hear demands for specific items to be handed over, and finally, if absent, has the right to request the participation of a specific, trustworthy person to accompany them during the search and to facilitate entry in a manner that does not involve destroying the building - said Zbigniew Ziobro in a conversation with journalists in front of his house. - All these rights have been flagrantly and intentionally violated in my case. Intentionally, because there is no doubt that those conducting this operation, who prepared for it thoroughly, knew perfectly well that I was not at home for reasons beyond my control. [...] One did not need to be a genius or have special operational powers from ABW to determine where I was at a given moment, to contact me, and to obtain the possibility of entering the house in a civilized, lawful manner, without destroying the property. This was not done because they wanted to organize a performance, a spectacle. It is merely a spectacle of banditry and lawlessness, for which certain individuals will one day be held accountable - he continued.

Ziobro:

My Phone Number is in Bodnar's Secretariat, It Would Have Allowed Civilized Entry, Not Breaking Down Doors Like Thieves
- Firstly, my family was allegedly asked to contact me to grant access or keys to this house. Well, my family does not have keys, my family was not asked to provide access to this house and, most importantly, to contact me. [...] You can judge the credibility of claims that ABW officers, in the numbers they arrived in, that prosecutors who made decisions, could not contact me by phone, at a time when I have not changed my phone number. I have the same one I had when I was Prosecutor General, and this phone is in Mr. Bodnar's secretariat and other prosecutor's office secretariats. And yet, the number that would have allowed these people to enter the house in a civilized manner, through the door, without breaking it down like thieves, and to conduct activities according to the law, with a person designated by me as trustworthy, was not dialed – said Zbigniew Ziobro in a conversation with journalists in front of his house. - This is all a political spectacle of lawlessness, a demonstration of Donald Tusk's powerlessness after 100 days of unfulfilled promises. It was about theater, there is theater, and the truth is that my family supposedly contacted me and we refused access here to the house, is like claiming that I am simulating cancer and did not recently have a major surgery – he continued.

20:46

Ziobro:

Phone records confirm no one called us, proving the prosecution's lies
- My mother-in-law was only asked if she had keys [...] and was not asked if she would facilitate, because she wouldn't, entry here, and it's not her role anyway, nor was she asked to contact us - said Zbigniew Ziobro in a conversation with journalists in front of his home. - My phone records confirmed that no one made any calls to us, which is the best proof of the lies the prosecution is presenting today to try and justify their, one might say, unlawful and thuggish behavior and actions - he continued.

Żukowska on the 'Day After' Pill Bill: The President Said He Would Sign It Without Any Discussion If It Clearly Stated 18 Years Old
- The President said he would take into account our information and arguments. He did not agree with the argument concerning age. [...] In the President's opinion, it should be - and he wouldn't have a problem signing it, he pointed this out immediately - he said that if it were clearly stated that it was from the age of 18, he would sign it without any discussion - Anna Maria Żukowska said in Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".

20:55

Ziobro on the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości: All evidence is at the ministry; my subordinates made the decisions directly
- This is probably an expression of desperation related to the heavy defeat that was the questioning of President Jarosław Kaczyński in connection with the Pegasus story, and a desperate attempt to find anything during the search. This isn't about searching in connection with ongoing proceedings, because there are no grounds to look for any evidence here regarding my decisions on the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości, as all decisions and all evidence are at the Ministry of Justice, and everyone also knows perfectly well that, apart from one instance, my subordinates made the direct decisions regarding specific matters within the Fundusz Sprawiedliwości, so I didn't even participate in making those decisions in terms of documentation – Zbigniew Ziobro told journalists in front of his house.

20:59

Ziobro:

I didn't expect to be informed in advance about searches
- I didn't expect to be informed in advance about searches, but the moment the gentlemen arrived here, they had an obligation to contact me and allow me to exercise all my rights, especially since they had my contact details, which were directly at the headquarters that issued the unlawful orders, i.e., the National Prosecutor's Office - said Zbigniew Ziobro in a conversation with journalists in front of his home.
