This week, the incumbent president, Rafał Trzaskowski, seeking re-election, will focus on the topic of health. At 12:00 in Warsaw, a joint press conference will be held with the participation of the Minister of Health, Izabela Leszczyna. Meanwhile, at 11:00, a press conference will be held by the PiS candidate, Tobiasz Bocheński.

At 10:00, the investigative committee on postal voting elections will again question the former Deputy Minister of State Assets, Artur Soboń, followed by a confrontation of witnesses – Artur Soboń and the former Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska, Grzegorz Kurdziel.

At 10:00, a PiS press conference will take place with the participation of the PiS parliamentary club leader, Mariusz Błaszczak, and MPs Marlena Maląg, Katarzyna Sójka, and Zbigniew Kuźmiuk.

At 11:00 in the Senate, the Marshal of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, and the Deputy Marshal of the Senate, Maciej Żywno, will participate in a conference titled "Support Circles Model – Direction: Deinstitutionalization".

The Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Fra` John Dunlap, will pay an official visit to Poland, during which he will meet with President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

- There were talks on this matter [ambassadorial replacements]. I think there was a thread of agreement, there were certain understandings, or rather - indications of what the president's priorities were in this process of replacing ambassadors, as it's an obvious process that follows a change of government. There was talk about what the government's priorities were, and somehow these talks got stuck at some point - stated Jan Grabiec in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- What is important is that this is not really about who talked to whom about what. In the end, what matters are the provisions of the Constitution and the law. We are dealing with cohabitation with a president who belongs to a different political camp than the current government, as happens in democratic countries, and it has happened in Poland before, and one simply needs to cooperate on the basis of the regulations – stated Jan Grabiec in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- The prerogatives are clear – the government leads foreign policy. Ambassadors are tools for the implementation of this foreign policy. This is particularly important in these difficult times. Because we are not living in normal times when one can wait half a year to appoint an ambassador in an important capital. So much is happening in international relations – the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister continued.

- These are special, difficult, and dangerous times, and there is no doubt that the Polish government must have representatives in important countries around the world, and it will have these representatives. Regardless of the President's decisions, embassies must function. It would be good if they functioned with new ambassadors who have the government's trust – stated Jan Grabiec in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

- '100 Specifics for 100 Days of Government' is still relevant. I think we are implementing our specifics step by step, a lot has already been achieved. If not everything, then primarily after entering the ministries, we wanted to understand the scale of backlogs, the scale of terrible projects, or even finalized competitions, like in my case with oncology, where over PLN 4 billion was allocated without any business plan, any cost estimate, any contracts - stated Izabela Leszczyna in the program 'Graffiti' on Polsat News.

- We also have a ready draft of "babciowe" (grandma's allowance), an additional benefit for young parents who are professionally active. The Council of Ministers will soon consider it, and it will go to the Sejm. This is also being worked on, the health contribution with Minister Domański, because the Ministry of Finance has a significantly better macroeconomic apparatus; we are working together - stated Izabela Leszczyna in the program "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

- This is indeed a scandal [that Poland will receive only 0.4% of the funds from the EU program aimed at increasing ammunition production capabilities]. We will conduct an investigation into this matter, both within the Ministry of National Defence (MON) and at the Prime Minister's Chancellery level. One thing is a consequence of the other [that out of 11 million, we received 2]. The applications were prepared so poorly that the fact that no application was submitted from the Polish side for the main competition is, of course, a scandal – stated Jan Grabiec in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

- The Ministry of National Defence is preparing an action program regarding the armament of the Polish army based on Polish capabilities. The results of the investigation are needed here. I think those responsible will face consequences. I know that personnel changes are currently being made in defense companies as well. Beyond responsibility involving the dismissal of incompetent individuals, criminal liability is also at stake if negligence occurred – continued the Head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery.

- Is [Poland in the hands of a new government] safe? If they continue PiS's program of strengthening the Polish Army, then yes, and if the program is halted, and unfortunately there are such signals that show they are not active, then it won't be good – stated Mariusz Błaszczak in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Radio Zet.

- I believe we have done a great deal to strengthen the Polish Army, both numerically. What have they done? They dismissed Gen. Bryś, a man who ensured the growth of the army's numbers from 95,000 to 200,000. And if we look at the largest export contract for the Polish defense industry, it's the sale of Krabs to Ukraine, and it was concluded when I was the Minister of National Defense. Above all, I believe we have done a great deal to strengthen the Polish Army; we replaced post-Soviet weapons with modern American and Korean weapons – he continued.

- [The defense industry is] in a much better state than it was in 2015, in a much better state. There are excellent companies within the PGZ group, such as HSW Huta Stalowa Wola, which have a lot of orders, which I initiated when I was the Minister of National Defense, for example, we are waiting for the Borsuk infantry fighting vehicle – said Mariusz Błaszczak on Radio Zet.

- [We are not in the nuclear sharing program] because until 2015, well, nothing was done to make it so. What is the fundamental problem? It is that Donald Tusk is anti-American. He criticizes Republicans, he gets into American disputes, it makes no sense – he added.

- The United Right camp should be united, and Prime Minister Kaczyński guarantees this unity. We will hold this December 13 coalition accountable for its promises this week. This week, we will present concrete details regarding the accountability of the December 13 coalition. As for our activities, the investigative committees, last Friday. - It was supposed to be 100 concrete actions in 100 days of government, and this week marks exactly 100 days of government, and it turns out these concrete actions are absent. In place of 100 concrete actions, there are 100 cheats. PiS will present precisely what the December 13th coalition committed to, and what it failed to deliver. PiS is credible here; we fulfill our commitments, which is why we tightened VAT, introduced 500+, then 800+, which is why we strengthened the Polish army, and took care of seniors through the 13th and 14th pensions. What has the December 13th coalition done? Essentially nothing. We have decided to present these projects, which we consider sensible, as ready draft laws this week. Thus, there will be a draft law on increasing the tax-free allowance to 60,000 PLN, a draft law on voluntary social security contributions, a draft law on flat-rate health contributions, a draft law concerning the increase of the child support fund, a draft law concerning the 'babciowe' (grandmother's benefit), a draft law concerning cash VAT, and also a draft law concerning the de-concretization of cities, making it 7 draft laws in total. These projects will be submitted to the Sejm this week – stated Mariusz Błaszczak at a PiS press conference in Warsaw.

- One could say that what the December 13th coalition is doing is implementing projects that were initiated during the PiS governments. Therefore, one could say that a little ant has jumped onto an elephant's back and is shouting loudly: 'look how loudly we are stomping!' This is an allegory showing what we are dealing with today. Moreover, many solutions introduced during the PiS era, good solutions for Poles, have been abandoned. We must remember that credit holidays have been abolished. We must remember that from April 1st, a 5% VAT on food will come into effect. We recall that during the PiS governments, VAT on food was zero, which will undoubtedly cause price increases even before Easter and will lead to an increase in inflation – said Mariusz Błaszczak at a PiS press conference in Warsaw.

- [The PiS leader] will be questioned again. The leader, as a lawyer, could not properly address the issue of not taking the oath, because if he knew he had classified information, he could have asked the Prime Minister earlier to release him from this restriction. - I don't rule out various solutions that will make our country's budget more realistic, but that's just one thing. We, as the Third Way, are advocating for solutions concerning the health contribution, if not this year, then next. All of this, of course, must be overseen by the Minister of Finance, who is responsible for the budget, to avoid entering the excessive deficit procedure or other restrictions resulting from EU matters. Naturally, we are prepared for the possibility that things might turn out differently - stated Piotr Zgorzelski in the program "Sedno sprawy" on Radio Plus.

- On March 26, we will activate, as co-leaders, Poland and Germany, the armored capabilities coalition for the support of Ukraine. This is one of the most important coalitions that has been established, with our two countries as co-leaders of this project. Other partners have already come forward, such as Great Britain, Sweden, and Italy, who declare their willingness to participate in this coalition, but those who are creating it are precisely these two states: Poland and Germany. The activation of the armored coalition will take place in Warsaw on March 26 – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Our cooperation today within the EU and within NATO is a foundation linked to security, not only of NATO's eastern flank, but truly the security of Europe, our way of thinking, our democratic achievements, our civilizational heritage, principles and values, where individual freedom and the rule of law form the basis. This is a foundation for us, which we will develop, we will strengthen, and we will build upon. We discussed very concrete matters of cooperation between our states in the military and political dimensions. A tangible effect of the change of government, and also of this new opening – there's no point in hiding it, relations were correct under our predecessors, but they were not friendly and did not strive to multiply Poland's security in this regard. The presence of 5,000 soldiers and personnel on NATO's eastern flank, soldiers and personnel of the Federal Republic of Germany in Lithuania, is a strengthening of Poland's security, it is a strengthening of NATO's eastern flank. And this is a tangible example of how important it is for us to cooperate with each other and have good relations – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Warsaw.

- Poland and Germany are taking responsibility for rapid response forces in Europe. This is another matter we want to inform you about. From July, our battle groups, 2.5 thousand Polish soldiers and 2.5 thousand German soldiers, will be on standby for rapid response. These are rapid deployment forces fulfilling the tasks of the Strategic Compass, which is a plan adopted by the EU after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine – he added.

- Today's meeting is, in a way, a culmination of preparations for the meeting of national defence ministers, which will take place in Wrocław in the first days of May. Poland will host the Weimar Triangle of national defence ministers. Immediately after our meeting, we will likely have another conversation with our French counterpart; we already discussed this in Brussels a few weeks ago, but from Poland, we are now sending the invitation. We are revitalizing the Weimar Triangle in the political and defence spheres, and also in relations between our staffs – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Warsaw.

- This is what effective politics looks like. When Prime Minister Donald Tusk said these words, inflation in Poland was over 12%. - For two years, we have been in legal proceedings with Jarosław Kaczyński; I won the Supreme Court case a month ago. In the first instance, a neo-judge expedited the case within two months, dismissing the lawsuit without hearing witnesses. We won in the appellate court, we won in the Supreme Court. It's not about only the middle class receiving it now; someone who already has a house and can afford solar panels will receive additional co-financing. That's good, but it's not enough.
