Prime Minister Donald Tusk and President Andrzej Duda will visit the USA on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Poland's accession to NATO – at 20:30 Polish time, they will meet with President Joe Biden. The head of state will also meet with leaders of the Senate majority and minority, as well as the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

President Andrzej Duda's address to the media is scheduled for 21:35 Polish time, and Prime Minister Donald Tusk's address for 21:40.

At 9:45, a press conference will be held at the headquarters of the National Council of the Judiciary with the participation of Civic Coalition MPs Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz and Krzysztof Kwiatkowski.

At 10:00, the government will consider a draft amendment to the Act on the National Revenue Administration, and a draft amendment to the resolution on the adoption of the multi-year program entitled "National Oncological Strategy for the years 2020–2030". Ministers will also hear information regarding Poland's organization of a meeting of the OECD Committee for Regional Development at the ministerial level during Poland's presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2025.

At 10:30, a press conference will take place in Warsaw with the candidate for Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, and candidates for the Warsaw City Council and the Mokotów district council.

At 12:00, Sejm Marshal Szymon Hołownia will participate in a solemn roll call on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Poland's accession to NATO.

- There is also an element there, in my opinion, showing that Poland is in a difficult situation, a situation of particular threat, and that Poland certainly has great responsibilities here to inform the whole world, especially Europe, to mobilize, because you are the apple of NATO's eye. Of course, the Baltic states and Slovakia are also threatened, but let's be honest, a 40-million-strong country threatened, especially since we have a direct border with Russia in the Kaliningrad Oblast. It's not that we don't have a border, and there are Russian troops in the Kaliningrad Oblast. We are truly directly threatened. - Yesterday we had a report, more people want to join the Polish army than in recent years, and 100 percent since 1989. In the first 10 days of March alone, over a thousand people have registered for voluntary basic military service. We are capable of defending every inch of the Republic of Poland, as our allied commitment also assumes, and we will support all our allies. Let's remember that the desire to receive support under Article 5 concerns supportive actions, but also active ones on our part, when we have to support others - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- A joint trip by the President and the Prime Minister, where we often disagree on many issues, but Poland's security is an absolute raison d'état. Political cooperation transcends this. This is the first signal for the public opinion in Poland - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- I am for the investment, for the vision. However, we need to know how to do it wisely. We also have 3 airports within the Warsaw agglomeration: Modlin, Okęcie, and Radom, which is currently completely underutilized. It can be used for military purposes, and I will submit such a proposal. There are airports near the border areas that are very much needed for us to be able to conduct operations of a military nature - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- We must consider every scenario. Imperialist ambitions and the desire to recreate the influence of the former USSR are part of a strategy that has been present for many, many years – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz on the program “Gość Radia Zet”.

I think the judicial community has perhaps calmed down a bit, meaning they understand that the logic I proposed, which is to bring about changes that are achievable, effective, and bring about real change, especially in the functioning of courts or disciplinary proceedings, is the right path. However, we all realize that without legislative changes, certain things cannot be completed. We can undertake various protective, supportive, and staffing measures. But ultimately, it is very important whether the law that reforms either the National Council of the Judiciary, the Constitutional Tribunal, or the Supreme Court will be signed by the president – stated Adam Bodnar on TVP Info.

- I think that the recipients of this [Sejm] resolution are not only the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. Of course, it would be wonderful if they recognized that there is no point in serving in this body, which is assessed in such a way by the parliamentary majority. But it is also assessed that way by the majority of society, because if we look at various public opinion polls, we see that the Constitutional Tribunal does not enjoy any special respect. However, I would draw attention to the part of the resolution concerning the Constitutional Tribunal, which speaks about the various behaviors of public authorities. For example, for me, this resolution means that as Prosecutor General, I should no longer participate in proceedings before the tribunal, because it simply makes no greater sense – said Adam Bodnar on TVP Info.

- We cannot [treat the Constitutional Tribunal] this body seriously, as a real Constitutional Tribunal, a real constitutional court guarding the constitution, but simply as a body that performs some various, vaguely defined, purely political tasks – he added.

- I know that the current situation is such that the prosecution is actually performing better and better. I would also like to emphasize my will. My will is, and I stressed this in Szczecin [at a meeting with prosecutors], that through cooperation with prosecutors, I want to restore dignity to their profession. This means that they should not be individuals who are carrying out tasks of a political nature somewhere, but that they should actually stand guard over the rule of law and prosecute criminals – said Adam Bodnar on TVP Info.

- There must be understanding from Ukraine, because we do not intend to build a new oligarchy in Ukraine. Humanitarian aid, yes, military aid, absolutely yes, and farmers understand this very well and emphasized it at many meetings that this is always a priority for them, but from the Ukrainian side, we expect partnership in the economy and equal competition, not competition that puts Polish farmers and consumers in a worse position - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press briefing.

- Because Poland, and this is something that always needs to be pointed out, is not only in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, but it is the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. We are all its citizens, the citizens of the Republic, striving for the security of our country wherever the area of our responsibility lies. As for whether I will answer all questions – I fear there will be many questions to which I am unable to respond, because, quite simply, my understanding of this matter, I fear, barely exceeds, or perhaps does not exceed at all, what is currently in the media. The article in 'Rzeczpospolita' has clarified a lot here, I believe. Perhaps there will be some other explanations too. There is no doubt that the existence of this commission is purely for propaganda purposes. It's an attempt to fit into the fabricated reality created by the media. Unfortunately, Madam [referring to a journalist, implicitly from TVN] represents such media, perhaps TVN in particular contributed significantly to this fabricated reality, a reality of dictatorship, abuses, and surveillance. These are all simply nonsense - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference.

- To the groups that may have felt neglected recently. Believe that the fight for your rights also includes local government elections. Believe that by voting for the Left, because we believe in it, we see a prospect for improving the quality of your life. - On October 15th, Polish women and men decided on a change. Mainly young people, young women, and women in general decided that we removed PiS from power after 8 years of bad governance. Now it's time for local governments. PiS ruled in the Lublin Voivodeship for 8 years, destroying local governments. Ladies and gentlemen, the Left exists to return these local governments to citizens, young people, older people, and seniors. - It is not my job to put our compatriots in a bad mood. There is enough anxiety caused by facts without further amplifying this anxiety with words and narrative. But there is no doubt that especially us, lying in such a place on earth, must be aware that denying the reality of what is happening around us certainly does not increase our security. Poland is not directly threatened. Incidents occur, as we know, particularly in the air. There is no doubt that Russia is not and will not be in the future favourably disposed towards the West, NATO, and especially towards the eastern flank of NATO, including Poland, but it still seems very unlikely that Russia would decide on an open conflict with NATO. - Sanctions must stop being fictitious sanctions. Half of Europe continues to trade with Russia and Belarus. Many companies, including in Poland, effectively circumvent sanctions, because somehow nobody is interested in enforcing them with real power - stated Donald Tusk on TVN24.

I am talking about the issue of the right to legal, safe abortion as a woman's right to decide for herself, about her health, her body, and I will not change my mind. And I will say honestly, I didn't know if this would be good for elections or not, because it's not a matter of electoral benefits. It's a matter of conviction, and it's not about what I think about abortion, but about what I and others think about human rights, about equality, about women's rights. And that's why I won't back down, and what is within the government's power, we will do. We are doing it right now. That is, so that pregnant women whose health and life are threatened feel safer. We presented, we submitted to the Sejm, we will fight for the bill on safe, legal abortion up to the 12th week. Will we get a majority in parliament? I don't know. - In a very solemn and pleasant atmosphere, we had a conversation about security. That's mainly what we discussed with President Joe Biden, about the situation in our part of Europe, and also the wartime situation in Ukraine. I briefed the President because he asked how we assess this situation, what the front line looks like today, and in our opinion, what the future will look like regarding the war and Ukraine's chances. I said that the aid being provided to Ukraine is undoubtedly of immense importance; it is fundamental for Ukraine's ability to defend itself. - At the White House with President Joe Biden and his associates, the American delegation discussed Apache helicopters for the Polish army, regarding the support that was offered to us. Today, I saw that the media in Poland have already written about it – $2 billion of this exceptional loan, support for the modernization of this element of our army. We are currently in talks on this matter as well. Tomorrow, I am heading to Georgia, where I will visit the most modern American nuclear power plant, a very similar one will be built, or rather, its construction is already beginning in terms of investment documentation in our country. We also spoke about this during the meeting, about developing this cooperation – stated President Andrzej Duda at a press briefing in the United States.
