At 14:00, the head of the Polish government will meet with the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda. Subsequently, at 14:45, a wreath-laying ceremony is planned at the cemetery in Rasos.

At 10:00, the investigative committee on the "envelope elections" will interrogate Member of Parliament Paweł Kukiz, followed by the former president of Poczta Polska, Tomasz Zdzikot, and Member of Parliament Jarosław Sachajko.

At 11:15, a press conference by the Head of the Prime Minister's Chancellery, Jan Grabiec, will take place.

At 12:00, a press briefing by the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, will be held in Warsaw's Włochy district.

Przydacz on the Constitutional Tribunal: I cannot fathom an attempt to nullify it for political reasons

- After these past few weeks and months of the liberal-left coalition's functioning in Poland, things have happened that were incomprehensible to many people, so today it is difficult for me to rule out any scenarios, even the most escalatory ones. Frankly speaking, nullifying constitutional bodies, foreseen in the Constitution, including the election of their members as provided for by relevant legal provisions, is something I cannot fathom an attempt to do for political reasons, and that is how it is somehow being designed today - stated Marcin Przydacz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

08:24

Przydacz on the Constitutional Tribunal: There are no legal provisions authorizing any zero options

- There are no legal provisions that would authorize any zero options. That would require amending the Constitution. At this moment, in my opinion, the Constitutional Tribunal is functioning. Of course, there have been various internal problems, disputes, but they have been resolved, cut short. Let's give these judges a chance to continue working - stated Marcin Przydacz in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

08:31

Przydacz on Constitutional Reset: From the Perspective of PO, PSL, Hołownia, There Seems to Be No Openness or Readiness for Any Dialogue

I am not Alexander I, I am not speaking of any dreams here, gentlemen, but at least no one has approached me, I don’t know if they’ve approached the PiS leadership either, with any proposals or ideas. I know that the constitutional reset initiative proposed by Konfederacja is on the table, the president has received representatives of Konfederacja. Those talks are ongoing. However, from the perspective of PO, PSL, and Szymon Hołownia, there seems to be no openness or readiness for any dialogue. From the PiS perspective, I think some topics could probably be discussed – stated Marcin Przydacz in the TVN24 program “Rozmowa Piaseckiego”.

08:33

Przydacz:

It's Difficult to Imagine Sitting Down with Those Who Break the Constitution and Entrusting Them with Anything

- As a general rule, my imagination should perhaps allow for such conversations, however, we are in a political reality that is what it is. After these 3 months of brutal law-breaking, circumventing regulations through Sejm resolutions, it is difficult for me to imagine sitting down with people who break the Polish Constitution and entrusting them with anything, because they simply do not respect any rules of a democratic state - stated Marcin Przydacz in "Piasecki's Conversation" on TVN24.

08:38

Czarzasty:

Everything in the coalition is moving in the right direction

- Everything in the coalition is moving in the right direction. I say this responsibly; I also said it yesterday at the convention. The coalition is difficult, but the cooperation is really going well. We have problems, and they are related to two things. Firstly, the state of affairs left by PiS has even surprised us. The Gordian knots tied over eight years concerning the legal system, all these simple nasty things, these thefts, these Pegasuses that eavesdrop on people. It's a whole set of things that we thought could be resolved faster – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the program "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

08:43

Czarzasty:

On Abortion and Women's Rights – We Won't Back Down an Inch

- We will not set a condition at the convention that if you don't do this, we will break up the coalition, because we see what problems exist in other spheres. On abortion and women's rights, we will not back down an inch, I say this everywhere. Women's rights are not some damn ideology – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the program „Graffiti" Polsat News.

- I will not enter into any conflict with Marshal Hołownia, because these are not personal matters. If the Marshal of the Sejm said it, and he did say it, he will do what he does – he added.

08:44

Czarzasty:

I Didn't Say I Wouldn't Criticize Government Colleagues. Szymon and Władek Must Sit Down and Rethink Their Words
- I didn't say I wouldn't criticize government colleagues. Szymon and Władek must sit down and simply rethink their words, because gentlemen, if this matter is being delayed, and you want to be consistent in politics, I fear it will lead to nothing. If the next step is for you to leave the coalition, then that sounds and looks bad. I think that simply within the fervor of the campaign, you said one word too many - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in the program "Graffiti" on Polsat News.

08:46

Biejat:

I Think Substitute Judges Will Definitely Not Resign from Sitting on the Constitutional Tribunal After the Sejm's Resolution
- I think they will definitely not resign [the substitute judges from sitting on the Constitutional Tribunal after the Sejm's resolution on this matter] and I don't think anyone has any doubts about that, with Minister Bodnar leading the way. However, the content of this resolution is to give them that possibility. We have repeatedly heard from representatives of Law and Justice, from representatives of the Presidential Palace, that dialogue is not being conducted, that there is no conversation, so this is a form of appeal, on what seem to me to be fair principles, to the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal - said Magdalena Biejat in "Sygnały Dnia" on PR1.

08:52

Biejat on Abortion Liberalization: We're Trying to Convince Our Colleagues from the Third Way, It's Not Easy Because They Believe a Referendum Will Solve the Problem
- We are trying to convince our colleagues from the Third Way, and it's not easy, because the Third Way politicians have come to believe that a referendum will solve the problem. This is unfortunately not true. The first signals are already appearing from ministers at the Presidential Palace that the president will want to veto the Third Way's bill, just like all other abortion bills that emerge from the Sejm. Moreover, even if we were to hold such a referendum and if it went our way, nothing binds the president and nothing will force him to adopt an abortion bill after such a referendum. This will therefore only prolong the process - said Magdalena Biejat on PR1.

08:58

Biejat:

I would ask the Third Way to adopt a position of dialogue, not blackmail
- It never occurred to us, even though abortion is important to us, to blackmail the coalition in this way. I would ask the Third Way, however, to adopt a position of dialogue, not blackmail. We can talk about changes to the health contribution, about regulating some absurdities in the law, but the Left will never vote to reduce funding for healthcare, because we desperately need this money to reform healthcare. So I want to see what the Third Way will propose in return, and I hope it won't mean increased burdens for employees - said Magdalena Biejat on PR1.

09:07

Biejat:

Everything Points to Trzaskowski Facing Me in the Second Round. PiS Conceded Warsaw by Walkover.
- Everything points to the fact that in the second round, the President [Trzaskowski] will naturally face me. Mr. Bocheński, through his entire campaign, shows he is not prepared for this role, and I think he is proving this even to the voters of the Law and Justice party. With all due respect to Mr. Bocheński, because I see he is trying, unfortunately, he has no vision for Warsaw, he doesn't know the city, and I think a candidate's first accomplishment for the city shouldn't be that they are running for president of that city. In my opinion, this candidacy shows that Law and Justice has conceded Warsaw by walkover, and no pronouncements from their side will change that - Magdalena Biejat said on PR1. - No, that's not the plan [for me to later be a candidate for President of Poland]. Our plan is to ensure that Warsaw has more breathing room, that left-wing voters have their strong representation both in the City Council and in the district councils - she continued.

10:37

Ociepa:

PiS's Biggest Strategic Mistake Was Failing to Maintain or Gain Coalition Capacity
- This is PiS's biggest strategic mistake, that it was unable to maintain or gain coalition capacity, and that's why PiS is not governing today, or the United Right is not governing today. It's not that PiS lost the elections, because PiS still has the largest parliamentary club in the Sejm, but rather that it lacks this coalition capacity. And how does this look in individual voivodeships? Unfortunately, at the regional assembly level, these coalitions often mirror the national coalitions, perhaps there have been exceptions somewhere, but as I said, everything depends on local conditions - stated Marcin Ociepa in Poranek Siódma9. - I am, of course, generally known for harshly assessing in politics, among many politicians and in all political parties, the ostentatious display of disrespect towards opponents. Because today he is an opponent, and after the elections, he might be a coalition partner, and a lack of understanding of the basic rules of politics leads to fundamental misunderstandings, and sometimes a fanaticism that has yielded the following fruit today. Largely, the conservative PSL preferred to be in a centre-left government rather than with PiS. So, in a nutshell, it is certainly worth learning this lesson and talking anew about how to make the right wing inclusive, more open, and capable of dialogue – he continued.

10:40

Ociepa:

PiS Has Done More Than I Expected to Renew Itself, But Still Not Enough to Bring Success
- After the parliamentary elections, I met with Jarosław Kaczyński. We talked about it, and I developed a political science index for the renewal of PiS for our conversation. As the president of the OdNowa association, I had to use this word, and this index of PiS's renewal assumes a certain operational plan, what needs to be done to ultimately assess whether PiS has a chance to return to power. And this concerns personnel changes, rejuvenation, a new program agenda, the functioning of what is now called the "Team for Work for Poland" initiative, as well as candidate lists for local and European elections. And today I can say this: PiS has done more than I expected to renew itself, but still not enough to bring success – said Marcin Ociepa in the "Morning Seventh9" program.

10:44

Ociepa:

Kaczyński is a man who knew how to step back and can perform a similar maneuver with the party
- Jarosław Kaczyński is a man who, when we talk about the government in Poland, knew how to step back, how to step aside. First Beata Szydło, then Mateusz Morawiecki, we all know that Jarosław Kaczyński is the leader of the camp, he said: no, due to my limitations related to age, health, ability to travel, as well as my duties as party leader, I am unable to properly fulfill the duties of prime minister. It's better for it to be Beata Szydło, and later it's better for it to be Mateusz Morawiecki. [...] It is very rare for a political leader to have such an ability not to consume electoral victory by holding the highest office in the executive branch. I am talking, of course, apart from the President of the Republic of Poland, I am talking about the prime minister position, derived from parliamentary decisions. Yet Jarosław Kaczyński was able to do this, and in my opinion, he can perform a similar maneuver with the party – stated Marcin Ociepa in Poranek Siódma9.

12:01

Tusk:

It's no coincidence Vilnius is one of the first capitals I'm visiting. It's a geopolitical priority

- It's no coincidence that Vilnius is one of the first capitals I'm visiting. From a Polish perspective, our partnership with Lithuania, our friendship, cooperation, especially in the era of Russian aggression against Ukraine, is the highest political and geopolitical priority. We discussed with the Prime Minister how to intensely strengthen the security and stability of our entire region. After Finland and Sweden joined NATO, we finally saw the last ratification regarding Sweden's membership. Both the Prime Minister and I are convinced that Polish-Lithuanian cooperation can set a good tone and pace for cooperation among all states in this region, primarily in the context of security - stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Vilnius.

- Today I also came to Vilnius to synchronize the actions of all those states that are co-responsible for the security of the region, the Baltic Sea, and for providing solidarity aid to Ukraine, as effectively and intensively as possible. And I am very grateful for this first part of our meeting - he continued.

12:04

Tusk:

I Will Propose a Sejm Resolution Calling on the EC to Impose Full Sanctions on Russian and Belarusian Agricultural and Food Products

- I want to inform you, I have just informed the Prime Minister about this, that today, upon my return from Vilnius, I will turn to the Marshal of the Sejm in Warsaw with a proposal for a Polish Sejm resolution calling on the European Commission to impose full sanctions on Russian and Belarusian agricultural and food products - stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Vilnius.

- I am convinced that a common European decision will be incomparably more effective than the individual decisions of the countries in the region. I understand them, but I would prefer us to jointly, as the entire EU, make a decision on sanctions against Russia and Belarus concerning food and agricultural products - he continued.

12:12

Tusk:

I will present a concrete initiative in the coming days regarding the revision of certain provisions of the Green Deal

- But we also find provisions in the Green Deal that are not entirely adequate to the real problems facing the EU. To put it plainly, environmental protection cannot and does not have to be in conflict with the fundamental interests of European food production and agriculture. We need to find common ground here. This cannot be a civil war between ecology and agriculture. Europe does not have to be condemned to such an absurd internal war, a war of interests, and our task – and we will certainly find a solution – is to correct some of the Green Deal provisions so that they do not directly impact the interests and sense of security of large groups of people. It's not just about agricultural producers, but they are particularly exposed to some of the consequences of the Green Deal, perhaps unforeseen by politicians, and I too will present a concrete initiative in the coming days regarding the revision of certain provisions of the Green Deal – stated Donald Tusk at a press briefing in Vilnius.

12:23

Kierwiński:

Poland Returns to the European Family After Many Years, Including in Internal Affairs and Administration

- I am very pleased that today I can participate in the JHA Council meeting for the first time. I am glad that Poland is returning to full dialogue with European institutions. There are very, very many matters, because today we will discuss both the functioning of the Schengen area. We will discuss migration issues, but also what is happening beyond our eastern border, issues of migration instrumentalization, how to secure our border. Truly very many matters. I am glad that we will be able to talk with the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. We are in ongoing contact with the minister, but there are many issues that we need to discuss, to talk through, in a current manner. In any case, Poland is returning to this European family after many years, also in this area of internal affairs and administration – stated Marcin Kierwiński at a press briefing in Brussels.

12:24

Kierwiński on the Migration Pact: Poland Will Primarily Fight to Be Exempt from These Mechanisms

- The government of our predecessors negotiated this [migration] pact. In our opinion, it is simply unsuitable for the Polish situation in many aspects. It does not take into account Poland's uniqueness as a border country, a country where a war is taking place. Hence, we decided not to support these solutions. However, it is obvious that if these solutions are implemented, we will implement them; that is quite natural. As I said, I deeply regret that over the last dozen or so months, the previous government did not focus on fighting for this very individual approach for Poland in this regard. The situation we faced at the Polish border, the Polish-Belarusian border, is so exceptional that all the solutions of the migration pact should take into account this Polish specificity – said Marcin Kierwiński at a press briefing in Brussels.

- Poland will primarily fight to be simply exempted from these mechanisms. Poland has accepted war refugees. We are a country that helps Ukraine the most, and we will count on applying the provisions of this pact here as well, to be treated more individually in this regard – he added.

12:49

Hołownia:

Resolution on the Constitutional Tribunal - at the next Sejm session

- We also expect, most likely we will do it on the first day, a resolution regarding the Constitutional Tribunal. It has already been widely announced in the media. Some of you have even published fragments of its content. Today at 2 p.m. it will be presented here by Minister Bodnar - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

12:52

Trzaskowski on Farmers' Protest: Court Confirmed Our Concerns That Tractors Entering the City Center Could Be Dangerous
- Regarding the disputed issues, they concern the departure of tractors, and this is the most important issue, that we are constantly trying to ensure that these demonstrations are as least burdensome as possible for the residents. Of course, ensuring safety is the responsibility of the police, but we will do absolutely everything possible to ensure that these difficulties, should this demonstration take place, are as least severe as possible for the residents, and we are striving for this, and here the court has confirmed our concerns that tractors entering the city center could simply be dangerous and also contribute to the destruction of city property – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference.

12:55

Trzaskowski:

I Confirm Porowska from Third Way Will Be Vice-President if We Win the Election
- I hope we will be able to confirm this together with the leaders of the PSL and Third Way, because indeed such support has been given to my candidacy, and then we will be able to say more about the details. Of course, I do not want to count my chickens before they hatch at this moment and talk about who will be responsible for which area, but I confirm that Ms. Ada Porowska [from Third Way] will indeed be vice-president if we win the election – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference.

13:07

Hołownia:

Regarding the embargo on products from Russia and Belarus, I see no room for dispute.

- Certainly, from our side, concerning the issue of an embargo on products from Russia and Belarus, I see no room for dispute here. What matters, of course, is the final wording of this resolution, what will ultimately be included in it. I see no problem in addressing this urgently in this Sejm session, in line with the Prime Minister's wishes - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

13:22

Hołownia:

Poland Should Have Passed the Civil Partnerships Act Long Ago

- I believe that Poland should have passed the civil partnerships act a very long time ago, and the fact that we haven't enacted it yet is proof of some strange weakness of our democracy, not its strength. A civil partnership, registered normally at an office, which allows the state to recognize the civil partnership of individuals and which has specific consequences regarding taxes, inheritance, health information, and many others, is one thing. Introducing same-sex marriage is another. If you ask me about the current stance in Polish politics, I will vote with my whole heart for the civil partnerships bill, but I believe we are not ready, and I will not vote for a same-sex marriage bill. Of course, I have concerns about whether President Andrzej Duda would sign either of them - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

13:35

Hołownia on the 'Hermes' in the National Prosecutor's Office: The Matter is Extremely Serious

- The matter is extremely serious. It turns out that not only did everyone there have their own private 'bugging device' for people, but on top of that, they had no sense of shame when it came to abusing power. They truly believed that after them, let the deluge come, that the ends justify the means - stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing in the Sejm.

- This is a madness bordering on paranoia because these people were dangerous to the Polish state, because they were directly attacking its foundations. The fundamental basis of a state's existence is the trust of its citizens in the state - he added.

15:02

We Propose That the Sejm Rebuild the Constitutional Tribunal
- We would like to present today the assumptions for a comprehensive reform of the Constitutional Tribunal. [...] The package of solutions that we will present to you today consists of four legal acts. This is a draft resolution of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, which will be debated at the next Sejm session, provided that [...] the MPs sign the resolution and submit it to the Marshal of the Sejm, it is also a draft law on the Constitutional Tribunal [...], it is also a law, the implementing provisions of the law on the Constitutional Tribunal, and finally, a law aimed at amending the Constitution in the context of the functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal and introducing the principle of direct application of the Constitution by common courts - said Adam Bodnar at a press conference. - The presence of parliamentarians from both the Sejm and the Senate is not accidental, because when it comes to the issue of changing the Constitution and, one might say, renewing the composition of the Constitutional Tribunal, we count on the relevant legislative work being first undertaken in the Senate Legislative Committee, and if this work leads to a deeper reflection, then it will become the subject of Sejm work - he continued. - This will be depoliticization in earnest. Please look, firstly, only individuals who have not been members of a party, MPs or senators for at least four years will be eligible to run for judge. Secondly, a single parliamentary majority cannot permanently shape the personal composition of the Constitutional Tribunal, hence the proposal for a qualified majority of 3/5 to elect a judge, but also hence the staggered election: five judges will be elected for three years, five for six years, and five for a full nine-year term. [...] Anyone who puts the Polish Constitution first will sign this law. This includes the President of the Republic of Poland, on whom we are counting - said Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz. - We propose that the Sejm rebuild the Constitutional Tribunal, so that this tribunal is non-partisan, depoliticized, and does not issue rulings on demand, for political expediency [...]. We also want [...] to introduce [...] dispersed control of the conformity of laws with the Constitution, i.e., control carried out by common courts. This will require a change to the Constitution, and we are counting on it being possible to present such a project to the President for signature - said Jacek Trela.

15:08

Żukowska:

Resolution on the Constitutional Tribunal states, among other things, that the ruling on abortion will be considered legally flawed and non-binding
- At this moment, the so-called rulings of Mrs. Przyłębska's tribunal are legally flawed. Those in which so-called substitute judges participated. This resolution, which I hope the Sejm will adopt [...], states that, among other things, this ruling on abortion, which has effectively, one can clearly say, led to the deaths of at least several women in Poland, will be considered legally flawed, meaning non-binding - said Anna Maria Żukowska at a press conference.

15:40

Bodnar:

Legislative Work is Needed to Remove Constitutional Tribunal's Abortion Ruling from the Legal System
- We will undertake all possible actions to reverse the effects of this ruling [Constitutional Tribunal on abortion], and the resolution is a step in this direction - said Adam Bodnar at a press conference. - This ruling [...] is the subject of, and related to, the provisions introducing the Act on the Constitutional Tribunal. Please look at these provisions, there is a fragment at the end, one of these introductory provisions, which refers to rulings issued with the participation of substitute judges. We believe that legislative work must simply be carried out here to completely eliminate this ruling from the legal system - he continued.

15:46

Bodnar:

Government to Work on Horizontal Law Rectifying Consequences of Declaring Constitutional Tribunal Rulings Void
- There may be rulings of the [Constitutional] Tribunal issued in recent years with the participation of substitute judges that have had positive effects for citizens. [...] If we were to reach a point where these rulings cease to exist in the legal system, then some citizen could say, 'But wait, I benefited from that, a regulation changed thanks to that which had positive effects for me.' Therefore, the government will work on a horizontal law, which would consist, I would say, of a series of different specific provisions concerning various laws, which in a sense will rectify the consequences of these rulings being declared void by this law. [...] So, we are also thinking about this comprehensively, so as not to, in a sense, throw the baby out with the bathwater - said Adam Bodnar at a press conference.

17:11

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We Signed a Contract for Anti-Tank Grenade Launchers with Saab for Approximately PLN 6.5 Billion

- We discussed our relations, cooperation in exchanging experiences, strengthening defense, but just a moment ago we also signed a very important contract. We accompanied them, as representatives of the Armaments Agency, the head of the Armaments Agency signed this contract, and a representative of the Saab company. Poland will acquire, the Armed Forces of the Republic will be enriched with excellent, good equipment, anti-tank grenade launchers of Swedish production, for which we will allocate approximately 6.5 billion zlotys. This is one of the most important contracts for equipment that has proven itself in combat in Ukraine – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Gdynia.

- This is a continuation of our cooperation, and purchases from the Polish army from Sweden are continuing. It is a very responsible and good partner. We are awaiting the delivery, which will happen in the coming days, of a reconnaissance aircraft, also of the Saab brand, which will be delivered to the Polish Armed Forces – he continued.

17:12

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

By Joining NATO, Sweden Joins a Pact That Will Defend Every Inch of Member States' Territory

- Finally, I would like to very cordially thank Mr. Minister for his most important declaration that I could hear today. By joining NATO, Sweden knows that it is joining a pact that is organized for cooperation, but most importantly, it is joining a pact that will defend every inch of the territory of NATO member states. And Mr. Minister, on behalf of the Kingdom of Sweden, expressed full commitment to Article 5, expressed full support. This is cooperation within NATO and defense, should such a need arise, regardless of whether a given country is attacked directly or indirectly, it is an attack on all NATO states – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Gdynia.

17:12

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

The Situation in Europe and the World is Extremely Serious; NATO Must Be Ready to Act Every Day
Steadfast Defender is a NATO-wide exercise involving 90,000 soldiers. It has been underway for several weeks, and last week the Polish part of the NATO exercises, Dragon 24, began. Tomorrow, I will participate in these exercises, as will the President of the Republic and ministers responsible for security. The situation is very serious; the situation in Europe and the world is extremely serious. Therefore, NATO must be ready to act, to deter and defend, and this deterrence component is incredibly important. Exercise Dragon 24 fulfills this deterrence component. It sends a clear signal of the North Atlantic Alliance's readiness to take all possible actions to defend member states of the alliance. This is the first signal emanating from these exercises. The second is significant for Poland: these are the largest military exercises since Poland joined NATO in 1999. [...] There is no defense without cooperation, no defense without preparation and without drills. We must be ready to defend ourselves every day. We cannot wait and say we will be ready in a year, two years, or ten years. It's about now, here, and that's what exercises are for – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press conference in Gdynia.

17:54

Sikorski Discusses with Ukrainian Foreign Minister

During a phone conversation with Minister Radosław Sikorski, Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba thanked him for the support in discussions with the American side. The ministers discussed the prospects of adopting new military aid packages for Ukraine in the USA and the EU, and the necessity of further cooperation in this area – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.

19:59

Grabiec:

Resolution on the Constitutional Tribunal to Set a Precedent for Public Authorities' Approach to the Current Pseudo-Tribunal
- Today, we have institutions in legal circulation whose legitimacy is contrary to the constitution. This applies particularly to the Constitutional Tribunal, which operates with an illegal composition, but also to the National Council of the Judiciary. Therefore, we are presenting both a constitutional amendment and legislative proposals aimed at reforming this system, but we are aware that on the other side, we have PiS regarding the constitutional majority in the Sejm. We know there is a president who was involved in these negative changes in the judiciary and the Constitutional Tribunal - said Jan Grabiec in an interview with Katarzyna Kolenda-Zaleska on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach". - That is why a draft Sejm resolution has also been prepared, which is intended to set a precedent for the approach of public authorities towards the work of the Constitutional Tribunal, this current pseudo-Tribunal. The aim is for that part of the public authority which operates based on and in accordance with the constitution - and this is the vast majority of state bodies - to act in accordance with… Yes [this resolution] - he continued.

20:03

Grabiec:

Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal Must Be Respected, Unless We're Dealing with the Przyłębska Tribunal
- Rulings of the Constitutional Tribunal must be respected, unless we are dealing with the Julia Przyłębska Tribunal here. The President is illegally appointed; if we have illegal judges of the Tribunal, it is difficult to speak of them as rulings of the Tribunal – said Jan Grabiec in "Fakty po Faktach" on TVN24.

20:15

Grabiec:

PLN 60 Million Leaked to Generation Institute and De Republica Institute in Two Years, with No Benefit to the Polish State
- The Chancellery of the Prime Minister has become overgrown with numerous institutions, mini-institutions, institutes, and also various agencies, contractors, who drew money from public funds. We are talking here about such a very broad transfer of public funds to people who were supposed to perform some tasks for the state, but in reality, they were people connected with PiS, if not personally, then ideologically. For instance, the example of these two institutes: the Generation Institute and the De Republica Institute shows that in the last two years, PLN 60 million has leaked there, from which the Polish state derives absolutely no benefit - said Jan Grabiec in TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach".

20:32

Żukowska on Electricity Price Hikes: Hennig-Kloska Will Make Decisions Most Favorable Given the Budgetary Situation

- Work is underway in the Ministry of Climate and Energy, and Minister Hennig-Kloska will make decisions that will be most favorable, taking into account inflation and the budgetary situation. These will certainly be solutions that will in some way apply to those persons in the most difficult financial situation, single-person households, seniors, and parents of large families - stated Anna Maria Żukowska on the program "Gość 19:30" on TVP Info.

20:35

Grabiec:

A Request for an Opinion on the New National Prosecutor Will Arrive at the Presidential Palace in the Coming Hours
- Regarding Pegasus, Minister Bodnar, as the Prosecutor General, has the most to say. I hope that a new National Prosecutor will be appointed quickly, because today we have an acting one. According to the regulations, the president must express an opinion on this matter. A request for this opinion will arrive at the Presidential Palace in the coming hours. I hope the president will not delay, and the Presidential Chancellery will prepare a positive or negative opinion – we know the president's views, it doesn't matter – so that there is a National Prosecutor, to clarify such matters very quickly – said Jan Grabiec in „Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24.

20:46

Żukowska:

We Have the Constitutional Tribunal We Have; We Must Change How It's Staffed to Depoliticize It

- This is a moment when we must clean house. We have the Constitutional Tribunal we have, and we must change how it's staffed so that it is not politicized, so that there is, for example, a staggered approach, as we propose. A sequence of terms, so that it's not one nine-year term, but rather staggered appointments, for 3, 6, and 9 years, to mix the representatives – stated Anna Maria Żukowska on TVP Info's program “Guest 19:30.”
