- Prime Minister Trudeau has just returned from Kyiv. I was there three weeks ago. We have a similar impression, similar intentions. Ukraine needs our help in the war with Russia, all Western countries should act very decisively. We have at least several ways to significantly increase pressure on Russia. Today we talked at length, among other things, about the assets of the Russian, the Russian central bank, frozen in Western banks and all over the world, including in Japan. A discussion is currently underway in Europe and in other countries on how to use these funds for Ukraine, for the reconstruction of Ukraine, and we present identical positions here - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press briefing with the Prime Minister of Canada.
