I expect the Sejm to pass a new KRS bill that will allow judges to elect KRS members again, and I hope the President will sign it
- There is a dispute, which you have known about for some time, between this part of the body [KRS] appointed by the Sejm, and in our opinion should be appointed by judges. Namely, by those judges who sit there not by nomination of judges, but precisely by nomination of the Sejm. And us, who were elected, as the previous law also indicated, by parliament [in the number of 6] – stated Anna-Maria Żukowska on PR24.
