New PiS Spot:

They Didn't Listen to Poland and Now They Regret It.

- They didn't listen to Poland and now they regret it. The same will happen with the Migration Pact pushed by Weber's Group with Tusk and the PSL - this is how PiS announces its latest, less than 2-minute clip, which also serves as promotion for the 4 referendum questions.

07:55

Hołownia:

We want to accelerate in the final stretch so our result falls between 12% and 15%
- Today we are at around 11%, even 12%. We want to accelerate in this final stretch with a few more elements, so that our result falls between 12% and 15% - said Szymon Hołownia in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.

08:07

Hołownia:

We are pleased that an unwritten non-aggression pact has functioned within the democratic opposition
- We are pleased that an unwritten non-aggression pact has functioned within the democratic opposition. We met [with the leaders of the other opposition parties] before the [Million Hearts] March [...], we talked for a long time [...] we considered what to do to maximize the chances of a change of government in Poland during these last two weeks - said Szymon Hołownia on TVN24.

08:08

Wąsik:

The Polish-Belarusian Border is the Best Guarded in the Schengen Area – A Fact, Not an Opinion

- The Polish-Belarusian border is the best guarded border in the Schengen area, and this is a fact, not an opinion. There is no other border with such a physical barrier. Everyone who visits this border, and there have been 40 international delegations recently, including NATO delegations, Frontex, or from the United States, who have their own wall with Mexico and wanted to see our experience. Because we don't just have a physical barrier, but we have a perimeter, meaning an electronic system of cameras – stated Maciej Wąsik on PR24.

08:09

Wąsik on German Border Controls: 'I Am Glad They Are Starting to Notice the Problem, Because They Created This Problem'

- At the border, Germany has not officially introduced controls, they have set up checkpoints, they are investigating. It's good that they investigate their own space so that migrants don't appear. This is a novelty for the Germans, because they are finally starting to notice the problem. I am glad they are starting to notice the problem, because they created this problem - stated Maciej Wąsik on PR24.

08:16

Hołownia on criticism from PiS: We're coming to take power from them. They don't attack the weak.

- Why, for example, did Kaczyński suddenly start to reveal his hand and in such an absolutely unpretentious way attack Kosiniak, me, Trzecia Droga, for the last few days these conferences, then he did it personally, he said that we are coming to take power from them. That's exactly why we're coming, to take power from them - said Szymon Hołownia on TVN24.

- They don't attack the weak, because it's of no use to them, because then you just conquer the weak. Unnecessarily. However, if something like this comes out of their polls, and it probably does, judging by Kaczyński, it means that we are a real alternative for PiS voters, those who are hesitating today and those who are undecided - he continued.

08:23

Dziemianowicz-Bąk:

The Abortion Compromise Absolutely Didn't Work. During Its Tenure, Women Also Died in Maternity Wards

- The abortion compromise absolutely didn't work. During the time the abortion compromise was in effect, women also died in maternity wards, and their rights were not fulfilled. After striking out Article 152, it is necessary to abolish the conscience clause, so that no hospital or doctor can hide behind the relics of John Paul II and refuse a woman help, but the goal must be the liberalization of anti-abortion law, introducing abortion on demand for women up to the 12th week of pregnancy - stated Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk in the 'Rozmowa o 7:00' [Conversation at 7:00 AM] on RMF FM.

08:27

Dziemianowicz-Bąk:

From the Start of My Political Career, I Haven't Hidden My Desire to Take Over the Ministry of Education

- I definitely feel I am up to the task [of taking over the Ministry of National Education from Przemysław Czarnek] and, moreover, I believe that the Ministry of Education finally deserves someone for whom education is paramount. The Ministry of National Education cannot be treated as a springboard to the European Parliament, as Anna Zalewska did, nor as a consolation prize, as Minister Czarnek treated it. He, as our listeners may recall, dreamed of unseating Zbigniew Ziobro and becoming Minister of Justice - stated Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk in the 'Rozmowa o 7:00' (Conversation at 7:00 AM) on RMF FM.

- From the very beginning of my entry into politics, I haven't hidden the fact that I would like to take over the Ministry of Education. Of course, one cannot count their chickens before they hatch before the elections; everything depends on the female and male voters. However, yes, I would like to focus on Polish schools, education, and also higher education - she added.

Poboży:

In this matter, the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime has already analyzed the material posted on Wardęga's channel
The matter is indeed outrageous. This case shows how much we have already done to combat potential threats and crime online. In this case, the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime (...) has already analyzed the material that was posted on Wardęga's channel. All elements that could potentially indicate the possibility of committing a crime have been extracted. This material has been transferred to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, which indicated the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime as the competent authority for further proceedings - stated Błażej Poboży on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:02

Poboży:

If Tusk Ruled Poland, an Entity like the CBZC Wouldn't Exist

- If Donald Tusk ruled Poland, an entity like the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime (CBZC) wouldn't exist. During Donald Tusk's government, there wasn't even a modernization act, which allocates PLN 10 billion for services subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior and Administration for the years 2022-2025 - stated Błażej Poboży on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:11

Poboży on Sebastian M.'s Arrest: He Has Two Passports. He Used Both, Which is Why Our Services Had Full Control Over Him
- This is not true [that the BMW driver had false documents]. He used a German passport because he is also a German citizen. He has two passports. He used both of them too, which is why our services had full control over him. In this matter, as in many cases that appear like comets in the media world, briefly shining, there is always not so much disinformation, but generalizations, rumors, unconfirmed information - stated Błażej Poboży on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

09:15

Poboży:

Today it's a party of troublemakers. Where are the PO leaders: Tusk, and then Kołodziejczak, Szczerba, Joński, Sterczewski. Are these serious politicians?

- PO was once a serious, conservative-liberal formation that also had an interesting personnel offering. Today it's a party of troublemakers, happeners. Please look at where the leaders of Civic Platform are: Donald Tusk, and then Kołodziejczak, Szczerba, Joński, Sterczewski. Are these serious politicians? - stated Błażej Poboży on the program "Guest of Radio Zet".

Ban on Fur Farming, Cage Breeding, and Live Fish Sales: The Left Reminds of its Animal Rights Protection Program
- We are the only political group that has a full, comprehensive animal rights protection program. We are also the only group that is absolutely credible in this regard, because as a whole club, the entire club, I emphasize, we voted for the so-called "Fifth for Animals" [initiative], which unfortunately did not come into effect - said Anna Maria Żukowska at a press conference. - We are in favor of a ban on fur farming. This is about profiting from animal suffering, from cruel suffering [...]. We will also end the sale of live fish. We always have the opportunity around Christmas to see carp or other fish suffocating in supermarkets, at markets, at bazaars. There is no need for this [...]. We will also end the exploitation of animals in circuses. [...] We also have a program concerning the ban on cage breeding - she continued. - Another matter that we want to raise here is the animal rights ombudsman. This is an institution that, in our opinion, should be established to protect the rights of animals, both domestic, farmed, and wild. Such an ombudsman should intervene wherever these rights may be violated, wherever animals may be tortured. [...] The last thing is the wildlife fund. The wildlife fund, meaning we propose allocating 20% of revenue from forestry to the protection of wildlife, to the protection of wild animals - she went on to say.

10:52

Ziobro:

We Must Protect Children from Criminal Phenomena, Especially Those Related to Sexual Abuse
- We must protect children from criminal phenomena, especially those related to sexual abuse. Exploiting a child's naivety and trust to later harm them, deprave them, destroy their self-worth, and cause far-reaching damage that can impact their entire development and life. So, this is a fundamental matter. Personally, the names of these influencers, these people who operate in the online sphere, mean little to me. Because it's not my world, but since the minister is presenting data showing that millions of reach this issue attracts public attention, and since in this case we are dealing primarily with events that are themselves extremely shocking. Then it is our duty to do everything we can to ensure that the Polish state can react decisively, deterring potential imitators of these perpetrators – stated Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference.

10:59

Ziobro on Polish Influencer Case: I Contacted the Regional Prosecutor in Warsaw and Ordered Him to Initiate Investigative Activities
- I believe that the case [concerning the behavior of Polish influencers towards underage viewers] requires decisive action [...]. Therefore, yesterday, after a notification was filed by the minister, I contacted the Regional Prosecutor in Warsaw and issued an order for him to initiate investigative activities in this matter within the framework of proceedings that will be directly supervised by the Regional Prosecutor – said Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference. - Such a shocking case could not have had any other outcome regarding the actions of the prosecution than the one we are informing you about here – he added.

11:37

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We Need a Deposit System to Protect Polish Consumers

- Food security is unfortunately threatened today by the uncontrolled outflow of grain, other agricultural products, including honey, including honey from Ukraine. We have proposed a deposit system, we are introducing deposits, we are limiting the possibility of importing these products which are currently entering Poland in an uncontrolled manner. It is very important that we do this to protect the Polish consumer, because food produced in Poland is of the best quality, and we don't know what these products are like, because Ukraine does not have to meet certain standards. There is also unfair competition; the largest farms there are 500,000 hectares, while the largest farm in Poland is 12,000 hectares; it is incomparable, so there are no equal rules today, which is why we are talking about a deposit system that will solve this problem - stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in Ulkowo.

- In addition, a very important topic is the regionalization of the rural development program. The needs of agriculture here in Pomeranian Voivodeship are different from those in Świętokrzyskie, and different from those in my native Lesser Poland in the Tarnów district. Therefore, the rural development program needs to be regionalized - he added.

11:53

Szydło:

No Blackmail Will Force Us to Accept Illegal Immigrants into Poland
We have proven, we don't just talk about it, but we have proven through our concrete actions that we are effective in this and no blackmail will force us to accept illegal immigrants into Poland. We did not yield in 2016 when the first wave of migration occurred, when there were the first attempts to impose mandatory relocation of migrants on member states, we vetoed it then, we built a dam, and it will be the same this time - stated Beata Szydło at a briefing in Strasbourg. - There must be a clear signal that Poles do not agree to this, which is why it is so important to go to the referendum and say a decisive "no", because if a clear voice from the citizens flows from Poland, we do not want the kind of migration policy that the EU is proposing, it will be easier to stop all of this - she continued.

BGK:

Results of the Seventh Edition of the Strategic Investment Program – Development of Industrial Zones

The latest edition of the government program for co-financing investments in industrial zones has been decided. The support granted covers 79 projects. The government plans to allocate a total of PLN 4.32 billion for these investments.

The results are available on the website of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. The allocated funds will be used by local governments for infrastructure development:
  • Road infrastructure – PLN 3.58 billion for 66 investments
  • Water and sewage infrastructure – PLN 677 million for 12 investments

The granted co-financing can cover up to 98 percent of the costs of a given investment. More information about the program is available on the Program's website.

12:28

Duda:

We Remember the Decisions Made by the PO-PSL Government – Agreement on Quotas, on Accepting Migrants into Poland
Moments ago, the Prime Minister and I concluded consultations that directly precede our departure and participation in two extremely important meetings that will take place over the next two days. The Prime Minister will literally head to Granada, Spain, for a European Council meeting where the issue of the migration and asylum package will be discussed, a topic that today is arguably the hottest in the EU. I, too, will be going to Portugal today, specifically to Porto, where the Arraiolos Group leaders' meeting is being held, also involving EU states. In essence, over these two days, the Prime Minister and I will participate in a meeting of virtually all the most important political leaders and heads of state currently in the EU – stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace. - It must be said this way – the problem is not new, we know the problem very well, it appeared in 2014, 2015. We remember the decisions made then by the PO-PSL government, Donald Tusk, Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz, the agreement on the quota system, on accepting migrants into Poland at that time, which the Civic Platform government expressed. When there was a change of power in Poland in the autumn of 2015, when I first won the presidential election, and then the United Right won the parliamentary elections, Poland's position was decisively changed. We strongly opposed, from the very beginning, the quota system, the forced relocation of migrants. We argued in one way – it cannot be that when a problem arises, instead of preventing the problem, it is solved by imposing it on everyone – continued PAD.

12:31

Duda:

Our Stance on Migration, Especially Forced Relocation of Immigrants, Has Been Unanimous and Unwavering Since We Took Power in 2015

- Our stance on migration, especially on the issue of forced relocation of immigrants since 2015, since we took over the government in the Republic of Poland by the will of the voters, is absolutely unanimous and unwavering. This was my position from the very beginning as President of the Republic of Poland, the same position was presented by the government of Prime Minister Szydło, and then, when Prime Minister Morawiecki became Prime Minister, through subsequent governments headed by him, this position has remained consistent throughout - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

12:34

Duda:

We Oppose the Migration Pact and Will Present This Stance with the Prime Minister at International Meetings Today and Tomorrow
Today the problem has returned. Back then, in 2015, 2016, we managed to torpedo those proposals for mandatory migrant relocation, we decidedly opposed them, we fought for there to be no quota system as it was an unjust system that solves the consequences, not the problem, in reality. We said that the problem needs to be solved, and today, when this problem returns, when it is again being attempted to be solved by addressing the consequences and again, de facto, by mandatory migrant relocation within the framework of the proposed migration pact, we consistently say 'no'. We oppose this, and we will present this stance of opposition together with the Prime Minister at international meetings today and tomorrow - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

12:37

Duda Appeals to All Compatriots to Participate in the Referendum

- We believed and still believe that the voice of Polish society is paramount, and that is why we decided to hold a referendum on this matter, also in connection with the upcoming elections, and I appeal to all my compatriots, to all of you, to participate in this referendum – stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

- It will also concern this issue, specifically the migration issue. We need to speak out collectively, as a nation, as voters in Poland, those who have the right to decide the fate of our country, because this democratic verdict, which will be the outcome of the referendum, gives legitimacy to the authorities to unequivocally demonstrate the will of society at the EU forum – he continued.

12:40

Duda:

European Elites Attempting to Impose Their Views and Ideology on Nations; We Disagree

- Today, European elites, the ruling groups in Europe, are attempting to impose their opinion, stance, and ideological approach to this matter on European nations. We do not agree with this; we believe that the will of the nations is paramount, and therefore, in our absolute conviction, a referendum is a tangible sign of what the will of Poles is – stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

12:42

Duda:

The Prime Minister and the Government and I Present an Absolutely Unified Stance. We Will Defend Our Security

- We absolutely do not want to allow this to happen; the Prime Minister, the government, and I are presenting an absolutely unified stance here. We will defend this, we will defend our security, the stability of our borders, and this is precisely the stance we will present during the upcoming deliberations - stated President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace.

12:48

The Left Calls for Civil Protest Regarding the Referendum:

PiS Takes, I Don't Take.
- Yesterday I heard something that frightened me. One of the people at this meeting, which we had [...] said something like: I'm afraid to not take a ballot for the referendum, because I'm afraid my family will be fired. I'm afraid that some sanctions will be imposed against me. I'm afraid that if I act according to my conscience, there will be repercussions against me and my family - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty at a press conference. - I wanted to tell Mr. Kaczyński one thing: you have led to people being afraid, you have intimidated people from participating in democratic procedures. [...] It is terrifying that you have intimidated people to such an extent that people are simply afraid of you, afraid that someone will report them from the election commission, afraid that there will be sanctions against them. I want to propose a protest to the entire society. A civil protest. A civil protest under the slogan "PiS Takes, I Don't Take". According to me, this should consist of the following: we go to the election commission, refuse to accept the ballot for the referendum, and clearly tell the election commission to record that we refuse to take this ballot, because then it will not affect the turnout in this referendum - he continued. - I believe that Polish women and men are brave. I believe they have their dignity, they have their pride, and no man, regardless of how he is the head of a party, even a ruling one, will intimidate us - he went on to say.

12:51

Żukowska to Morawiecki: What Penalties Await These Pedophiles? Will You Treat Them Like Priests, Send Them to Another YouTube Channel?
- I wanted to refer to the scandal that has shaken the Polish internet, to a kind of Polish, YouTube #MeToo, also known as Pandora Gate. This is a story that represents such a magnitude of hypocrisy that all the mines of Zagłębie wouldn't be able to contain it. The Confederation, among others, has addressed this scandal. A scandal that concerns the exploitation of underage girls, even girls who were under 15 years of age. [...] Let us recall the words of Janusz Korwin-Mikke: "I would prefer my daughter to fall into the hands of a pedophile who will pat her on the bottom, feel her breasts, perhaps caress and kiss her. Behavior of a pedophilic nature has a positive connotation." - said Anna Maria Żukowska at a press conference. - The Prime Minister of the Polish government, Mr. Mateusz Morawiecki, also decided to address this. Seriously, Mr. Prime Minister? You want to address this, you condemn it? This means what penalties are to befall those who exploited young girls, those pedophiles? Will you treat them like priests, will you send them to another YouTube channel? - she continued. - Mr. Prime Minister, if you truly want to fight pedophilia crimes, child exploitation, violence against children, where is the helpline? Where are the anti-violence trainings? They don't exist because you don't want to allow non-governmental organizations into schools. And further, where is the commission for prosecuting pedophilia? It cannot function because you, the PiS authorities, have been unable to appoint the missing member of this commission for several months, which is why it is not operational - she went on to say.

13:03

Morawiecki:

We have black and white proof that Tusk's party in Europe voted for the adoption of the migration pact

13:04

Morawiecki:

Why Should We Accept Dictates from Berlin When Germany Has Been Wrong on All Major Issues in the Last 10 Years?

- We must ask a very clear question. Why should we accept this dictate from Brussels, this dictate from Berlin. After all, Germany has been wrong on all the most important issues where it was possible to be wrong in the last 10 years. I will mention just three of these most important issues. Firstly, they were wrong on the issue of illegal immigration, through their policy of inviting tens of millions of illegal immigrants to Europe. Secondly, they were wrong in their energy policy, and thirdly, they were wrong about Russia, the tragic consequences of which we see today in Ukraine and in subsequent stages of Russian aggression – stated Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

- We do not agree to this dictate, because we see at the same time that it not only fails to solve problems. It creates ever-larger problems – he continued.

13:07

Morawiecki:

I'm Going to Granada, to the European Council Summit to Veto Firmly

- Poland is not going to the European Council just to say a firm no, a firm veto. To the imposition of illegal immigrants on Poland, any quotas, any numbers for accepting these illegal immigrants in Poland. I am going to Granada, to the European Council summit to firmly veto, but also to remind. To put on the table a plan, which I spoke about three months ago. The only plan, the only possible remedy for what is happening in terms of illegal migration – said Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference.

13:51

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We're Competing in This Election to Pass on a Better Poland to Our Children, Grandchildren, and Successors
– Why are we competing in this election? Because we need to start with this most important definition. We are doing it to pass on a better Poland to our children, our grandchildren, our successors, to bequeath a better Poland to the next generations than the one we inherited. I am very proud that Marek Biernacki is leading this list. He is passing on our beloved Poland in a better state than he found it, because of his opposition activities in the 90s, his accountability, and his rectifying injustices, and his care for Polish security. He is a pillar of our security, a pillar who built the cybersecurity program, the security of Poland's borders, internal security, and internal peace. This is what is lacking today, this normality, all of this – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press briefing in Puck.

13:53

Kosiniak-Kamysz:

We've Had Enough of Dividing Poles

- A vote cast for the Third Way is a vote for a better Poland, for an end to bad governance, but above all, it is a vote for the end of divisions, hatred, envy, hypocrisy, rudeness – all that we have had enough of – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press briefing in Puck.

- We have had enough of this, we have had enough of such wastefulness, of dividing Poles, which simply destroys the community – he added.

14:45

Hołownia:

Kaczyński and PiS, whose party has been furiously attacking the Third Way for days, show they fear us

- Jarosław Kaczyński, whose party has been furiously attacking the Third Way for days, showing that they fear us. Such things do not happen by chance. If Jarosław Kaczyński's hysterical, panicked reaction is escalating to this extent, delivering speeches about Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and his anti-clericalism, or the embarrassing, compromising conferences of Mr. Bochenek with Mr. Müller, who are spinning some absurd fantasies about our party, it shows that things are really shaky there, that someone's pants have started to shake with fear - stated Szymon Hołownia in Suwałki.

15:09

Morawiecki:

An End to Patostreamers and Internet "Celebrities" Preying on the Youngest

- I cannot speak about all the actions, but I assure you that our services are operating. An end to patostreamers and internet "celebrities" who prey on the youngest! - wrote Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki on Twitter.

15:18

Glapiński:

We're No Longer in a World of High Inflation, We're in a World of Moderate Inflation

- Definitionally, we have moved away from high inflation. We are no longer in a world of high inflation; we are in a world of moderate inflation, sometimes called creeping inflation, but it is moderate. Let us all rejoice in this. This is not something for just any Prime Minister to be happy about, or for the opposition leader to oppose. Both the opposition leader and the head of government should rejoice in this just as all Poles should - stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

15:24

Błaszczak:

PIT-RADWAR to Produce Components for Patriot Radar Systems

- We are currently in a new hall, at a new location, a new production and service center, at the Mazovian Production and Service Center, part of PGZ, which is ready to conduct radar production. Pit Radwar is an excellent company, one of the world's leaders. I had the pleasure and honor to sign an offset agreement, based on which Pit Radwar will produce components for the omnidirectional radar, meaning the most modern one, which will equip Patriot systems in the United States and Poland. This is the future of the plant, but of course, not only these radars, but also those for the Narew system. These are truly good products - stated Mariusz Błaszczak during the opening of the production hall in Kobyłka.

- Thanks to this investment, Pit Radwar's production capacity will triple, meaning new jobs here in Kobyłka near Warsaw. It is a good thing that Pit Radwar is developing near Warsaw in the Wołomin district, but the reason for these practical relocations of the company was that until 2015, the areas where the company previously operated in Praga-Południe were being sold off. These were necessary funds for the company to exist, to survive, to be able to pay employees' salaries, because those who governed Poland before 2015 did not place orders at Pit Radwar, so there were no prospects for the company's development - he continued.

- The Law and Justice governments have prioritized security, and therefore we are strengthening the Polish Army and, whenever possible, we direct our orders to the Polish defense industry - he emphasized.

Glapiński:

The Overwhelming Majority of Media is in Foreign Capital's Hands. They Want to Harm Poland and They Lie. Lies All Day Long.

- We have a situation where we have allowed [this to happen], that the majority of media, an overwhelming majority of media, including economic media, is in the hands of foreign capital, and particularly from one country. And they want to harm Poland and they lie, they simply lie all day long. Lies all day long, non-stop. Not a word of truth - stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

Tusk Publishes Poll Results:

We've Got Them
On the home stretch. We've got them! Survey of 1500 people after the March - Donald Tusk wrote on Twitter.

15:45

Glapiński:

I Urge TVN, Radio Zet, Tok FM, RMF to Stop Harming Poles

- I urge TVN, Radio Zet, Tok FM, RMF, all those media outlets in foreign hands, to stop harming Poles, to allow normal, elementary, simple, basic information. I know there were plans for inflation, so-called high prices, to be the theme of the election campaign. I couldn't care less about this campaign, and the fact that it's not a campaign theme makes me happy, as the head of the bank, and also as a citizen. There is no inflation threat, and not so long ago, it was said that we were facing a Turkish scenario, where inflation has now fallen to 60%, that Turkey, that Greece. People who seemed serious, with grey hair, with professor titles, from Belvedere, were spouting such idiocies. I don't delve into whether someone paid them for it, whether someone told them to, whether their minds are simply not working well, or if they are so ideologically poisoned. Well, for God's sake, this will stick with you. Gentlemen professors, ladies professors, please do not say such idiocies - stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

15:46

Glapiński:

What is the impact of falling fuel prices on inflation? 0.0, that's the impact

- What is the impact of falling fuel prices on the month-on-month decrease in inflation to 8.2 percent? Yesterday, I was reading in very serious – I mean that in quotes, but in terms of reach, the biggest foreign media broadcasting or publishing in Polish. Inflation fell because fuel prices fell, and that's artificial. So what is the impact of falling fuel prices on the decrease from 10.1 to 8.2? 0.0, that's the impact. I'm saying this against virtually all media, radio, television, print, whispered, and so on and so forth. Professors, doctors, associate professors, politicians, come to your senses, how can you lie like that – stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

15:59

Glapiński:

All Available Forecasts Indicate Inflation Drop. In the First Quarter of Next Year, We Assume Around 5%

- All available forecasts indicate a drop in inflation, not just the NBP's, in a word. All of them. I said that some institutions, which must be taken seriously, although no one is as good as us, even predict inflation dropping to 4% in the first quarter of next year. This is already very close to the permissible inflation target, which is 3.5%. We assume it will be around 5% in the middle of the year. Very conservatively, very cautiously, let's hope it turns out that way, that inflation in reality will be lower than our projections - stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

17:03

Kaczyński:

These are the most important elections since 1989

- The spokesperson just mentioned that these are almost the most important elections since 1989. I hope he won't be offended if I correct him slightly. These are the most important elections since 1989. The issues we will be deciding are truly broadly outlined. This concerns the very existence of our nation, its future, its opportunities, individual families, individual people. Our security, understood in various ways – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:06

Kaczyński:

PSL's Alliance with Hołownia and Thun's 'Fanatical' Support for a German-Controlled EU Superstate

- Has any [of our political opponents] stood up and said in the European Parliament: no, we do not agree to this? No, ladies and gentlemen, neither Civic Coalition nor the Polish People's Party, although some declare this less decisively and the PSL even decisively that they are against it. Only there they are no longer intimidated to say anything against it. The Polish People's Party has an alliance with Hołownia's group, and there is Ms. Thun, who is practically a fanatical supporter of these kinds of solutions and a fanatical supporter of the EU essentially transforming into one state realistically managed by Germany - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:06

Glapiński:

The Theory of an Inflation Tax Must Be Thrown in the Trash. It Leads to an Anti-Polish Thesis That Someone Deliberately Fueled Inflation for Profit.

- I like the fact that in European countries there is no such destitution, no such poverty on the streets among certain social groups, in certain parts of cities, etc., which is now appearing in Western Europe with mass immigration. This is not the case in Poland, and never will be. We will not allow it – said Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

- So, this theory about the inflation tax should be crumpled up, thrown in the trash immediately, it should be rejected at once, and yet it was accepted. And from this, a terribly malicious, but how harmful, how entirely anti-state, anti-Polish thesis arises, that someone deliberately fueled inflation to gain some benefits from it – he added.

17:07

Glapiński:

We are fighting to maintain independence and state sovereignty. And some are presenting us with imaginary problems that don't exist.

- All authorities have been focused on fighting this hydra of inflation, and finally, we have succeeded. Let's celebrate this day, rejoice. We've had enough other problems; worse ones will come, primarily related to state security. We are currently fighting to maintain independence and state sovereignty. And some are presenting us with imaginary problems that don't exist. We have to finance enormous defense expenditures to be able to secure ourselves against aggression – stated Adam Glapiński at a press conference.

17:08

Kaczyński:

Don't Believe Opposition Declarations, Don't Believe PSL, as They Have Significant Influence in These Areas

- Don't believe the opposition's declarations, don't believe the PSL, because they have significant influence in these areas, so it's worth mentioning. Don't believe it. These are people who will ultimately carry out any command. After all, Kosiniak-Kamysz took on the worst things that were said, you can hear it on those tapes, meaning raising the retirement age in the countryside, by 12 years for women. Also, the seizure of funds from OFE, so if he did that, they will do this too. They will be able to pretend they have a different opinion, but well, that's how it has to be - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:20

Kaczyński:

When Nobody Interferes and We Rule Ourselves, Not Germans or Russians, We Govern Here, and Things Work Out

- We have shown over these eight years that when nobody interferes, when we rule ourselves, not Germans or Russians govern here, we govern here, we Poles, then things somehow work out. I'm not saying it's ideal, that everything succeeds, because we are only human. We are not saying we are the best in the world, or some kind of super-people, but simply we are honest, we have some skills, we want the good of Poland, and we are patriots - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:20

Kaczyński:

If They Win, There Will Be Hellish Chaos

- We will also, and this needs to be emphasized, arm ourselves, so that there is no war, because otherwise there will be war. And what will happen if they win? Firstly, there will immediately be hellish chaos, because a government of several parties, each from left to right, and this Third Way, within itself, on one hand declares that it is against relocation, and then Ms. Thun von there, etc. is in the same coalition. How can this be reconciled? I would like Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz to stand here and answer me. How does he reconcile this? These are completely fundamental matters - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:22

Tusk:

We Believe Poland Doesn't Need Bastions, Fortresses, or Front Lines. Politics Doesn't Have to Be a War
- We are all meeting here today in Rzeszów, just as a few days ago over a million of us were in Warsaw. We are holding white and red flags, pennants, we have white and red hearts, because we don't want politics to be a field of ruthless struggle. Because we believe that Poland doesn't need to have bastions, fortresses, or front lines. Politics doesn't have to be a war - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów. - In politics, one can compete. In politics – especially in democratic conditions – one must argue, one must have the courage to express one's own view. When a campaign comes, one must stand firm on the side of one's own reasons, but not in order to destroy someone - he continued.

17:23

Tusk on Latest Internal Poll: PiS and KO Both Around 33-34%
- We feel in how many places in Poland we already have an advantage, that there are more and more of us. As I was coming to you, I received this report from the workshop that is preparing us for these elections and diligently surveys 1500 people, 500 people each day, and from this, a survey as reliable as possible is created. And even it shows that yes, we have caught up with our main competitor. Today, PiS and Civic Coalition are roughly [at] 33-34%. And I felt it would be like this - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów.

17:23

Kaczyński:

There Will Be Chaos, Because They Want to Wage War on the President, the National Bank, and the Constitutional Tribunal

- There will be chaos, because they want to wage war on the president, there will be chaos, because they want to wage war on the National Bank, on the Constitutional Tribunal. There will be super chaos. Even if there were no other reasons, this in itself is a sufficient premise to reject their rule, because Poland today, in the conditions of war, of the crises we have emerged from, but which still hang over us, because they hang over Europe, over the world, this is simply the worst possible scenario, and we must decisively reject it – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:27

Kaczyński:

We Draw Conclusions, While They Defend People Accused of Serious Crimes as if for Independence

- They will have trials, someone who was politically responsible for this, for now we can say only politically, there is no other evidence, procedural evidence, has ceased to be a deputy minister and is not on our parliamentary lists. We draw conclusions, while they simply defend people accused of serious crimes as if for independence, and this is extremely characteristic - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:32

Kaczyński:

Those who try to convince us of Polexit are brazenly lying

- We are one of those political forces, and it can be said that today we are the leading political force fighting for this. So those who try to convince us, as they say, to put a baby in the belly, meaning Polexit, are lying, as they always do, as they lie about every matter, they are brazenly lying. We will indeed defend the Polish national interest, the Polish state, the Polish future, Polish dignity – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:33

Tusk:

It was supposed to be a second Bavaria. That Kaczyński came up with the idea of making Podkarpacie a German state is very interesting.
- We cannot allow people in Podkarpacie to feel more excluded. It's not enough to say, remember, it was supposed to be a second Bavaria. That Kaczyński came up with the idea of making Podkarpacie a German state is, by the way, a very interesting… But the reality looks completely different - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów.

17:38

Tusk to Morawiecki and Kaczynski: You Have Billions, We Have Millions of Hearts
- Mr. Kaczynski, Mr. Morawiecki. Yes, you have billions, but we have millions. You have billions of money from these companies, from these eight years in power, and we have millions of hearts, and have no doubt which is stronger - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów.

17:39

Kaczyński:

Small Parties Were Created to Steal Our Votes. But These Are Wasted Votes.

- A considerable portion of our voters, and indeed in Poland generally, are still undecided. And another thing, some small parties have emerged or were created, which often refer very intensely to religion, and of course, that's beautiful, but they were created to take our votes, so that the most religious individuals, perhaps less politically oriented, would vote for them. Something like Polska Jest Jedna. With all due respect, I don't want to take away respect from anyone, especially people who refer to our faith, but these are wasted votes that should have gone to Zjednoczona Prawica (United Right) - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Busko-Zdrój.

17:49

Tusk Appeals to Third Way and Left Voters: Vote for Yourselves, Don't Let Anyone Tell You Your Vote Doesn't Matter
- I am making a heartfelt appeal to all Third Way voters: vote for yourselves, do not hesitate for a moment. It is very important that you believe in the success of your committees. To the Left voters: do not let anyone convince you that your vote makes no sense. No, vote, go vote for those you trust - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów. - To all those who are wondering, I'm not talking to the undecided, about whom to vote for in order to effectively remove PiS from power, I say: vote for Civic Coalition, because the first condition for victory [...] is victory, to win against PiS, you have to be first - he continued.

17:54

Tusk Announces Participation in TVP Debate, Challenges Kaczyński: "Perhaps You Have the Courage to Appear on Your Own TV"
- I hope Mr. Kaczyński can hear me. Jarosław Kaczyński, perhaps you have the courage to appear on your own television, under the wing of your officials, Rachoniów and other such PiS television viceroys, and face me in a debate? I will be on this television at 6 PM - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów. - I don't know what they will concoct now, because they have indeed changed the hosts, they have changed the time of this debate. [...] As you know, Michał Kołodziejczak was not allowed into the public television debate, so we expect all sorts of tricks, stratagems, perhaps aggression. I have a feeling I won't be going to that television alone, that a great many people will go with me, so that it doesn't even occur to them, for example, not to let me into the studio - the Civic Platform leader continued.

18:03

Tusk:

If the Debate on TVP Takes Place, My First Question Will Be: Where is Jarosław?
- If this debate [on TVP] takes place, my first question will be, one way or another: where is Jarosław? - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów.

18:13

Tusk:

If the PiS television were public – not pro-PO, but relatively objective – there would be no trace of this government left
- I have no doubt that if the PiS television were public television – not pro-Civic Platform, not speaking well of Tusk, but relatively objective – then today no one would be wondering who will win the elections. There would be no trace of PiS, of this government left – Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów. - Imagine for a moment that for the last 4 years, public television has been objective. Would they have 30% or 35%? Definitely not. I don't know who would remain with them. Only someone who truly can no longer distinguish black from white […] or an obvious lie from the truth – he continued.

18:25

Tusk:

I want to end the fiction of the RTV subscription fee. It won't be necessary
- Restoring the normal mission of public television may cost much less money than it does now, there is no problem with that. I would also like to end the fiction of the subscription fee. I've said this a few times already, we've held back on this a bit later... - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów. - I know how people feel who pay the subscription fee and will never turn on this sewer that is poured onto them from the screen. It's humiliating. So, the subscription fee will definitely not be needed, public television can be maintained for much less money from the state budget, which will not be a hate-monger on several channels broadcasting all day against the opposition, but will be some normal public television - he continued.

18:42

Tusk:

One of Kaczyński and PiS's plans is to lead Poland out of the EU. This is a matter of months, a year to a year and a half at most
- I have more and more reasons not to suspect, but to state, that one of the political plans, and it is already well-prepared, of Kaczyński and PiS is to lead Poland out of the European Union. [...] If Poland votes in such a way that PiS continues to rule, then I want to tell you that this is not a matter of decades, it is a matter of months, a year to a year and a half at most, that Kaczyński will bring his plan to fruition - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów.

18:55

Tusk:

"Sleazy Guys from the Far-Right, Some from Konfederacja or PiS Lists, Talk About Returning to Times When Women Could Be Beaten"
- You may have seen with your own eyes these discussions by these sleazy guys from the far-right, some of whom are on the Konfederacja or PiS lists, and they, on camera, in front of parliamentarians, talk about the need to build a dream system for them, where a woman is part of their property, these are their words. A woman is part of their property, that it would be good to perhaps return to the times when a woman could be beaten. These are their words, this is not the 19th century. They are saying this today, they are not hiding their dreams of a Poland where there is patriarchy, where the dark ages are back - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów.

19:05

Tusk:

Saying 'Kaczyński won't give up power anyway' is meant to discourage people from voting. We cannot fall victim to this tactic
- I hear at many meetings, I read in many newspapers, on portals, precisely these kinds of fears or even predictions, or even prophecies - 'Kaczyński won't give up power anyway'. 'And what will you do if Duda will be president anyway?'. 'They will cheat and falsify the elections'. 'They won't let hundreds of thousands of people vote'. 'And if they give up power, they'll leave so many buried bombs behind', metaphorically speaking - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów. - I myself feel this unease or these fears. But increasingly I have the impression that repeating this endlessly is actually meant to discourage people from voting. Because if for the thousandth time we hear: 'they won't give up power anyway', or 'they will come out onto the streets and wreck everything if you win the election', someone might think: perhaps it's better if they continue to govern, just in case. An old method [...], today we cannot become victims of this method - he continued. - We are winning in order to effectively remove them from power. I am really well prepared for this - he emphasized.

19:18

Tusk:

Anyone Who Thinks 'PiS, PO - One Evil' Has Their Eyes Closed to Reality
- If someone truly believes that 'PiS, PO - one evil', because I know that slogan, it means they still have their eyes closed and don't want to see reality - said Donald Tusk in Rzeszów.

19:26

Tusk:

The Real 'Solidarity' Overthrew Parties Like PiS
- If someone truly still has 'Solidarity' in their heart, the real one, the one that fought for independence, do you think people are not ashamed of such leadership, such political dwarfs who have climbed, I won't say where, but so deeply into Kaczyński and his political party. True 'Solidarity' was about the exact opposite. True 'Solidarity' overthrew parties like PiS - Donald Tusk said in Rzeszów.

19:33

Kaczyński Responds to Tusk's Call for a Debate on TVP
- As I was coming here to Kazimierza, I received a question: will I take part in a debate, among others, with Tusk. I already have a scheduled meeting in Przysucha, concerning a safe village. The question is, what to choose: a conversation with a liar, and what's more, a person completely dependent on others, and we know from whom. Maybe it would at least be Weber. But him? Well, I chose Przysucha after all – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza-Wielka.

19:40

Schetyna on Government Actions Regarding Migrant Relocation: It Would Be a Good Topic for Discussion, e.g., at the National Security Council
- He is doing this [the Prime Minister going to the EU summit to talk about the lack of agreement on mandatory relocation] without consulting the opposition. This is precisely such a topic, because I saw today's conference of the President and the Prime Minister, that it would be a good subject to discuss, for example, at the National Security Council, for such consultations before such important decisions - said Grzegorz Schetyna in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of the Events) on Polsat News.

19:43

Kaczyński:

We've Gained Control of the Situation of Grand-Scale Embezzlement of Public Finances, and Thanks to This, We've Largely Changed Poland for the Better
- What was it like before? They were constantly saying: we need to save, there's no money, no money, the money is buried in Zakopane. We showed that the money exists, it just wasn't going into the pockets it should have been filling, because it should have primarily been filling the pockets of the group of people raising children. The pockets of retirees, very many low-earning employees, should have been filled. Simply put, there should have been greater justice, and we succeeded in that. We've gained control of this situation of grand-scale embezzlement of public finances, and thanks to this, this was the first step, a prerequisite for all others, we've managed to largely change Poland, and change it for the better – said Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza Wielka.

19:45

Kaczyński:

These are the most important elections since 1989
- These are the most important elections since '89. Why the most important? Firstly, already now, literally today, these days we stand before a very, very important dilemma. It's not unfolding here in Poland, it's unfolding in the EU, but it concerns Poland to a huge extent. This is the issue of relocation, it's the issue of immigrants, illegal immigrants. We see this assault on Europe, and here in Europe, in the EU, a plan has emerged to encourage this human trafficking industry – because it is an entire industry, a criminal industry – to operate even more vigorously, because opportunities for even greater profits have opened up – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza Wielka.

19:47

Schetyna:

We Can Build a Blocking Minority So That Countries Hosting Ukrainian Refugees Are Not Subject to Relocation Regime
- We believe that an agreement between several countries could effectively exempt, remove these countries from the relocation division, given that they have accepted millions of Ukrainian refugees, war refugees, to step outside the framework in this matter, to not be an element or subject to this relocation division - Grzegorz Schetyna said in Polsat News. - This is what we need to pursue, not to say "no because no" [...] we need to build a coalition that demonstrates commonality and common interest and can influence decisions. This is essential, this is possible, it was possible to build [...]. We are capable of building a blocking minority on this issue, so that the countries which have accepted millions of Ukrainian refugees are not subjected to this relocation regime - he continued.

19:47

Kaczyński:

Now That Their Deeds Are Coming to Light, They're Trying to Claim My Late Brother Signed Certain Things. That's a Brazen Lie.
- Now that their deeds are coming to light, for example – I don’t know if any of you are watching it – in this series ‘Reset,’ they are trying to convince us, for example, that certain matters were signed by my late brother. This is a brazen lie; he protested against all of this. He conducted a thoughtful policy that was meant to result in Russia being stopped on its path towards war, because he had no doubt it was heading towards war [...], and this was a really good plan. And this is precisely why he died – Jarosław Kaczyński said in Kazimierza Wielka.

19:53

Schetyna Announces Joint Appearance by Senate Pact Representatives and Opposition Lists
- I am also organizing a press conference in Wrocław, where representatives of the Senate Pact and leaders of the democratic opposition lists will appear together on Saturday at a meeting, at a press conference, to show that we are united, that we are working together for the electoral success of the democratic opposition - Grzegorz Schetyna told Polsat News. - There will be MP Krzysztof Śmiszek, there will be Tomasz Zimoch, there will be Kazimierz Ujazdowski, there will be Prof. Alicja Chybicka - he continued.

19:54

Kaczyński:

EU's Immigration and Climate Policies Have Fueled Rise of Unfavorable Forces in Europe, Such as AfD. This Must Be Stopped
- Ladies and gentlemen, the immigration policy and the climate policy have led to the rise of opposing forces in Europe. They are very strong today in many countries, particularly in Germany, but not exclusively there. However, esteemed ladies and gentlemen, they are not always sympathetic from our perspective. Because in Germany, AfD is a party where many say that the Wehrmacht should be honored. And even the Waffen-SS wasn't all that bad, so remember this. Remember that this also causes a phenomenon that can be described as the birth of great evil in Europe, and therefore it must be stopped. This is our duty towards Poland and towards Europe – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza Wielka.

20:22

Kaczyński:

TVN Lies So Much the Sun is Ashamed to Shine. It Even Beat 'GW,' Which Seemed Impossible
- With these truths I spoke of, we must also reach people through individual contacts, and this is my appeal to you and to everyone listening to this address, because it is probably being broadcast by someone, to do so, because there are such media bubbles in Poland. People live only by what TVN tells them, and TVN lies so much the sun is ashamed to shine. It has even beaten 'Gazeta Wyborcza,' which seemed impossible, but it has beaten it - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza Wielka. - You can reach these bubbles, these people who live under this influence, and these are often completely honest people, just simply disoriented. There are many undecided voters, still several percent of the electorate is undecided. Much can still be achieved in these final days of the campaign [...] and I earnestly appeal for this - he added.

20:32

Kaczyński:

Confederation is neither an alternative nor an ally for us right now. They will make a deal with the other side.
- I myself have wondered how much longer we should govern for things to be good. Until some decent opposition emerges in Poland, some decent alternative […]. Until some such decent, patriotic alternative emerges for us, because today there isn't one – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Kazimierza Wielka. - Of course, KO, or PO, and PSL are not that […], and naturally Lewica isn't either, because it, one could say, has completely lost its mind at the moment. And Confederation isn't either, because it's actually unclear what Confederation wants. One side wants a liberal utopia, which is as realistic as communist utopia […]. And the other side, in turn, claims to be very national, but in its actual actions, it supports forces that are completely non-national, completely foreign to us - he continued. - While we have different views on many matters, we don't differ so much that we couldn't go together. Although in certain matters we would certainly disagree, but we also have different views within our party. But they don't want to. Too bad, they are where they are, but they are certainly not an alternative for us right now, nor an ally - he continued. - Anyone who thinks: PiS hasn't done certain things the way I would like, so now I will vote for Confederation, because fundamentally it's the same, they will make a deal. You are mistaken. They will make a deal with the other side, remember that too - he stressed.

20:34

Jaki to Kropiwnicki: You are against forced relocation, so I wanted to ask why you voted for it in the EP?

- Mr. [Kropiwnicki], you said that you are against forced relocation, so I wanted to ask why you voted for it in the European Parliament? You did vote for it. We will move on to the debate shortly, but for the debate to be possible, the European Parliament adopted its negotiating position, which includes forced relocation, and you voted for it - stated Patryk Jaki on the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.

20:41

Jaki:

The Problem is That Weber Spoke in Your Name, Saying This Migration Pact Must Be Adopted Quickly
- The problem is that Weber spoke in your name, saying this migration pact must be adopted quickly. Indeed, in the evening, the last, eleventh of these projects was adopted by the Council of Ambassadors. This means, this is already one conclusion, that we are perhaps dozens of days away from this project being adopted and Poland could be turned into a hell like Sweden - stated Patryk Jaki on the program "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.
