Will E-commerce Lose Customers Post-Pandemic? An Interview with Jakub Kłoczewiak from Allegro
In a series of video interviews recorded by our editorial team during the Impact’22 conference, we asked guests about the most important economic events and phenomena in Poland and around the world. In this episode, Katarzyna Mokrzycka speaks with Jakub Kłoczewiak from Allegro.

Few industries could describe the pandemic period as a good one – e-commerce is a major exception. But what does the operation of an e-commerce giant look like post-pandemic, now that all stores are operating normally again? We ask Jakub Kłoczewiak, Director of Customer Experience Management at Allegro, about this.

The Polish company, alongside sales growth, has managed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with service quality.

This is because we have priorities – it’s about a wide selection, prices, and convenience – says our interviewee, pointing out the significant role modern technologies play in the company's development. Which ones? For example, artificial intelligence, used on a very large scale in customer service during the complaint and return process.

Katarzyna Mokrzycka talks with her guest about this and other technological solutions, as well as how the end of the pandemic affects the company's operations and Allegro's development plans related to foreign market acquisitions.

Emotions Have Always Been Important, Though Underappreciated. An Interview with Rafał Ohme, Psychologist, CEO of Digital Emotions
In a series of video conversations recorded by our editorial team during the Impact'22 conference, we asked event guests about the most important economic trends and phenomena in Poland and around the world. In this episode, Emilia Derewienko interviews Rafał Ohme, psychologist, CEO of Digital Emotions. During the conversation with Rafał Ohme, we touched upon the subject of emotions and what we need them for in this cybernetic, digitized world, and whether they are truly useful when facing artificial intelligence. – Emotions have always been important and, for half of humanity, that is, for men, they have been underappreciated. In the context of what will happen now, in the era of artificial intelligence development, emotions will be the only thing that artificial intelligence does not possess – said Rafał Ohme from Digital Emotions. We asked our guest what we can learn about ourselves thanks to emotions, and whether emotions can be… measured. It turns out that this is one of the areas Digital Emotions specializes in. What conclusions have its representatives reached? For the answers to these questions, we invite you to watch the video.
