Thursday's Political Agenda: Presidential Swearing-In and PiS Club Retreat

President Andrzej Duda, accompanied by his wife Agata Kornhauser-Duda, will participate in the ceremonies inaugurating the second term of the President of the Republic of Poland. At 10:00 AM, the swearing-in ceremony before the National Assembly will take place, followed at 11:15 AM by the reception of a report from the Commander of the Warsaw Garrison and the Commander of the State Protection Service.

At 12:00 PM, a Holy Mass for the homeland and the president will be held, and at 2:00 PM, a ceremony for the investiture of the president as Grand Master of the Order of the White Eagle and the Order of Polonia Restituta. The final scheduled event is the ceremony of the president assuming the supreme command over the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland at 3:30 PM.

Also planned for today is a one-day retreat for the PiS (Law and Justice) club. As announced by politicians from the ruling party, the session is intended to summarize the concluded presidential campaign. Furthermore, political plans for the immediate future are to be outlined.

Additionally, at 9:00 AM in the Sejm, a meeting of the Lewica (The Left) club will take place with the participation of Aleksander Kwaśniewski.

Hołownia:

We are launching a project where we will ask people to invite their neighbours who voted differently to have dinner at their homes

- This slogan would probably be the one that guides one of our projects, which we will have to implement, namely 'Let's invite them into the room'. We at Poland 2050 are now launching a project where we will ask people to invite their neighbours, who voted for someone other than themselves, to dinner at their homes - stated Szymon Hołownia in the TVN24 program "Jeden na jeden".

07:54

Hołownia:

Andrzej Duda will remain President of Poland in legal terms, but in practical terms will continue to be PiS's president, just as before

- I apologize, perhaps I'm showing too little faith, but this stinks of hypocrisy from a mile away. He had 5 years to show he is truly the President of the Republic of Poland. In legal terms, he will remain so, but in practical terms, he will undoubtedly continue to be PiS's president, just as has been the case until now - stated Szymon Hołownia on TVN24's "One on One" program.

Müller on the Absence of Some Opposition Politicians at the Sejm: An Internal Power Struggle within Civic Platform. Everyone Wants to Show How Sharp, How Oppositional They Are

- It's difficult for me to search for reasons why Civic Platform behaves this way, but I think it's also still a kind of internal power struggle within Civic Platform itself, because there will also be some post-election reckonings happening there. In connection with this, everyone now wants to show how sharp they are, how oppositional they are, and such a competition is probably underway in Civic Platform at the moment - said Piotr Müller in an interview with Dorota Łosiewicz on TVP1's "Political Quarter of an Hour".

08:39

Müller:

Today Minister Szumowski will present details on the regionalization of certain restrictions

- Today, Minister Łukasz Szumowski will present details regarding the regionalization of certain restrictions. He will also point to those districts that, unfortunately, currently have the highest number of infections, and we will be applying individual procedures there - said Piotr Müller on TVP1.

08:45

Müller:

Indeed, one of the proposals remains to reduce the number of ministers. If the number of ministries is reduced, the representation of individual coalition members must also proportionally decrease.
Indeed, one of the proposals was, and still is, to reduce the number of ministers. Consolidation of some ministries, and thus one of the proposals that is actually on the table, with such a configuration, also involves a change in a certain parity that exists in the government, because it will still mean similar opportunities for action proportionally. However, in the case of a reduced number of ministries, the representation of individual coalition members, i.e. PiS, SP, and Porozumienie, must simply proportionally decrease as well. There are no final decisions yet. I expect this reconstruction in September, perhaps in the first half of October - said Piotr Müller on TVP1.

Kidawa-Błońska on PAD's Swearing-in: As a delegation, we will be there out of respect for the voters, millions of Poles who participated in these elections, and out of respect for state institutions

As a delegation, we will be there out of respect for the voters, millions of Poles who participated in these elections, and out of respect for state institutions. I remember President Andrzej Duda's oath. He even invoked God, stating he would guard the constitution, and these five years have shown that he broke that oath. It's hard to be surprised that people for whom values and honor matter don't want to witness this again” - said Deputy Sejm Marshal Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska of Civic Coalition in an interview with Beata Michniewicz on Radio Trójka.

09:54

Szumowski:

We Want to Reintroduce Certain Restrictions and Rigors in Districts with the Highest Increase in Infections, and Less Stringent Measures in Districts with Slightly Fewer Cases

- We want to reintroduce certain restrictions and rigors in those districts where there is the highest increase in infections, and in districts that have slightly fewer, one might say yellow areas, these rigors to a lesser extent and degree. These red areas, where there are the most infections, are where these increases unfortunately occur. This is in the Wielkopolskie, Małopolskie, Łódzkie, and Śląskie voivodeships. That's 9 districts and 10 districts where these rigors will apply, but slightly milder. Additionally, Podkarpackie is to be added to the voivodeships I mentioned. At the same time, we are maximally swabbing and testing individuals from outbreaks - stated Łukasz Szumowski at a press briefing.

09:56

Cieszyński:

Districts with infection rates exceeding 12 per 10,000 will be marked red, and those between 6 and 12, yellow

We have adopted a methodology based on guidelines for reporting the number of new infections, using the rate of new cases per 10,000 inhabitants in a given district. For districts where this [infection] rate exceeds 12 within the 14 days preceding the publication date, we will mark them red, and those in the range of 6 to 12, yellow. Due to the fact that the data clearly shows there are districts among those that were selected based on criteria, where the condition is met, but in the last three days we see practically no increase in infections” - said Deputy Minister Janusz Cieszyński at a press conference.

09:57

Cieszyński:

Key Changes to Be Consulted Include Mask Mandates and Public Transport Capacity Limits in Red Zones

“The most important changes we will put forward for consultation will concern the obligation to wear masks and the limitation of the number of people who can use public transport to 50% of seating capacity in the red zone. We are also limiting the number of people who can participate in ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, and other family celebrations. In the red zone, this limit will be 50 people, and in the yellow zone, 100,” said Deputy Minister Janusz Cieszyński at a press conference.

10:00

Szumowski:

Schools to Open on September 1st, I Spoke with Minister Piontkowski Very Recently, They Are Set to Go. Regionalization, Which We Are Presenting Today, Will Also Be Implemented in Legal Acts Concerning Schools

- Schools will open on the first of September, according to my very recent conversation with Minister Piontkowski, they are set to commence. We do not know what the epidemiological situation will be in specific districts where these schools are located, therefore coordination is, of course, ongoing. It involves, among other things, the fact that this regionalization, which we are presenting today, will also be implemented in legal acts concerning schools. This will offer great flexibility for specific districts, for specific local governments, for specific school principals - said Łukasz Szumowski during a press conference.

President Andrzej Duda Sworn In Before the National Assembly

- Taking office as President of the Republic of Poland by the will of the Nation, I solemnly swear that I will remain faithful to the provisions of the Constitution, I will steadfastly guard the dignity of the Nation, the independence and security of the State, and the good of the Homeland and the well-being of citizens will always be my highest imperative. So help me God – stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly, taking the oath upon assuming the office of president.

10:22

President Duda: Power Derives from the Will of the Nation. Poles Have the Right to Decide Who Their President Will Be. And They Have Decided

- Power derives from the will of the nation, and the nation has expressed its will in the elections. It is Poles who have the right to decide who their president, the head of state, will be. And they have decided - said President Andrzej Duda, delivering an address before the National Assembly.

10:26

Duda:

Today, Democracy in Poland is Stronger Than Ever

- Today, democracy in Poland is stronger than ever. Citizens know that the most important state matters depend on their votes. Poland's future. Millions of Poles, who previously didn't believe in this – and didn't vote - have now voted. Throughout the country. In large, medium, and small cities, as well as in villages. And this is a great thing - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- This is a huge success for all of us. That is why I invited all my counter-candidates in these elections to today's ceremony. In order to tell them from this place: this broad participation of Poles in the elections is also the result of your work, your commitment. This has always been our goal. Ours, Polish democrats. So that this electoral mandate is strong. So that the turnout is as high as possible. And that is how it is today - he continued.

10:27

Presidential Address: The Most Important Thing is that the Elections Were Conducted in a Fully Democratic, Fair, and Highly Efficient Manner
I would like once again, with all my heart, to thank Polish women and men who participated in the elections. Everyone. Both those who cast their vote for me, and those who voted for my opponents. These were difficult elections. We have never had such elections in Poland before. A pandemic, restrictions, a suspension of the campaign, a change of candidates, a postponement of the date. But the most important thing is that they were conducted in a fully democratic, fair, and highly efficient manner, that Poles could exercise their right to vote – said President Andrzej Duda, delivering his address before the National Assembly.

10:29

President Duda: I hope Polish turnout in the next elections will be even higher. It's a task for all of us: to have over 70 percent turnout in 5 years, or even higher.

- At the same time, it is worth considering the fact that 5 years ago, over 4 million fewer Poles voted. And before 2015, it was often even worse. Why? We must answer this question for ourselves - because it is of key importance for the further strengthening of our democracy - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- I hope that the participation of Poles in the next elections will be even greater. This is a task for all of us: to have a turnout of over 70 percent or higher in 5 years - he continued.

10:30

President Duda: I Want to Be President of Polish Matters. Matters Important to All Poles. For My Voters and Those Who Supported My Opponents Alike

- I want to be president of Polish matters. Matters important to all Poles. For my voters and those who supported my opponents alike - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- I am open to cooperation and I encourage it. The doors of the Presidential Palace have always been open and will always be open to various circles, to representatives of all political parties - he continued.

- The Coalition of Polish Matters, which I have spoken about, is necessary. There are issues and problems that - despite existing differences - unite us. We should build the broadest possible consensus around them. I will consistently act in this direction - PAD emphasized.

10:31

Duda:

I count on good cooperation – with everyone. But this will to cooperate must also be on the other side. I trust it will appear. My hand always remains extended

- Politicians should set a good example in this regard. I spoke about this from this podium during the first, inaugural session of the Sejm. Political disputes, natural in any democratic system, will not disappear because they are part of democracy. But much can still be done to lower their temperature. Today, we all need more kindness, smiles, and mutual respect. It is extremely important that after even the biggest disputes, regardless of differences in views, we can always extend our hand to an opponent. Here, in the Sejm, at workplaces, within the family circle - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- That is precisely why, on election night after the second round, I invited Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski to the Presidential Palace. To shake his hand and thank him for the electoral rivalry. To show that the campaign was over. I wanted this to be a new custom in Polish politics - he continued.

- I count on good cooperation – with everyone. But this will to cooperate must also be on the other side. I trust it will appear. My hand always remains extended – as a sign of respect and readiness for cooperation - he emphasized.

10:32

Duda:

I Didn't Pretend To Be Someone Else During the Election Campaign. And I Assure You That Will Remain the Case. I Will Fulfill My Commitments Because I Consistently Adhere to My Ideals
- That is how my mentor, President Professor Lech Kaczyński, reasoned and acted. He sought common denominators, common causes in politics. He was the creator of the political camp from which I originate. Without him, my presidency would not have happened. Neither would the rule of the United Right in Poland - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- Today, by the will of my countrymen, the Polish nation, I am once again assuming the office of President of the Republic. Poles know me and know what values I profess. I did not pretend to be someone else during the election campaign. And I assure you that will remain the case. I will fulfill my commitments because I consistently adhere to my ideals - PAD continued.

10:33

PAD:

As I Promised, I Will Be the President of Polish Affairs. It Wasn't Just an Election Slogan. It's the Guiding Principle of My Presidency. This is How I Understand the Meaning of Holding This Office.
- For the next five years, I will be implementing my program. Polish affairs are the most important to me. These are the matters that concern all of us, the entire nation. As I promised, I will be the president of Polish affairs. It wasn't just an election slogan. It's the guiding principle of my presidency. This is how I understand the meaning of holding this office - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- This idea is being filled with authentic content through meetings with people across Poland. During conversations about problems, hopes, and expectations. This was the case for the last five years when I traveled all over Poland. And this will also be the case for the next term. Close to the people and close to what is important to my compatriots and to me - he stated.

- These key issues are family, security, work, investments, and dignity. These 5 Polish affairs symbolize a Poland that can combine tradition with modernity. Because these two values do not exclude each other, but rather complement each other. This is the Poland of my dreams - ambitious, rapidly developing, innovative, but remembering its roots, its history, identity, and tradition - PAD continued.

10:34

President Duda: Family is the Foundation, Forging Society, Economy, and Culture. It's Our Greatest Asset. We Must Protect and Foster its Development.

- Family is the foundation because it creates and shapes society, economy, and culture. Family is our greatest asset. We must do everything to protect the family and care for the conditions of its development. That is why I have signed the Family Charter and committed to maintaining all social programs introduced during my presidency – and to developing them – stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- Our great compatriot, Saint John Paul II, appealed many times – including to politicians – for us to surround the family with special protection. Both in legal and economic terms. He said that “the family is the basic cell of social life. It is the basic human community. The nation depends on what the family is like, because man depends on it” – he continued.

10:35

Duda:

Poland is Safe Today, But We Must Continue Modernizing Our Services to Strengthen This Position

- This is a matter of great importance to Poles. Security must be understood broadly. It's not just about the army or the police. But also energy, health, and food security. Every citizen of our country has the right to feel safe – and it is the duty of the authorities to ensure this – stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

Today, Poland is a safe country with a good and stable position on the international stage – in Europe and in the world. To strengthen this security, we must continue the process of modernizing our uniformed services. We must continue to modernize and develop our Armed Forces as well as our cooperative capabilities with allied forces present on our territory, particularly with the American army. We must work towards strengthening Euro-Atlantic ties and the North Atlantic Alliance.

Our energy security is strengthened by the expansion of international and national infrastructure ensuring natural gas supplies. Health security will only be provided by a properly organized and funded, modern healthcare system, responding not only to current needs but also prepared to face future challenges. Hence, among other things, the need for the full implementation of the National Oncology Strategy, the Medical Fund, and the creation of a healthcare system for seniors through 75+ Centers.

A special opportunity for action for the security of our country and our continent will arise in 2022 when Poland assumes the presidency of the OSCE, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. This will be an opportunity to more broadly promote the idea we consistently advocate for on the international stage. This idea is peace through law. Or, in other words, the rule of law, not the law of the jungle.

10:36

Duda:

For Years, High Unemployment Was Poland's True Curse. Today, Facing the Pandemic-Induced Crisis, We Must Do Everything Possible to Prevent It From Happening Again
We want an ambitious Poland. A Poland that develops its potential. Where new, well-paying jobs are created. A Poland that effectively competes economically with other countries. A Poland that creates conditions for its citizens for economic and professional development, for the growth of their prosperity. This particularly applies to the younger generation. It must have opportunities for good work here, in the country – stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

For many years, high unemployment was the true curse in Poland. It killed the dreams of millions of Poles, forcing them to emigrate for work. Today, in the face of the crisis caused by the epidemic, we must do everything possible to ensure this situation does not repeat itself – PAD continued.

10:37

Duda:

Poland's Development Hinges on Investment; We Must Reclaim Pre-Pandemic Growth Trajectory - A Historic Challenge

- The crisis necessitates swift and bold decisions, including concerning investments. In this domain, the state must provide an impetus, the state must lead by example. Public investments are most crucial precisely during a crisis. There is no and will be no development for Poland without investments. And we must return to the path of dynamic growth we were on before the pandemic. This is a historic challenge - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

"We need grand undertakings – such as the Central Communication Port, the expansion of the Gas Terminal in Świnoujście, the Vistula Spit canal, the construction and development of seaports, maritime transport, and the shipbuilding industry. Investments and outlays for the construction of roads and railway lines across Poland are essential.

But local investments are also needed. In every part of Poland, in every voivodeship. Through the Local Investment Fund, the School Modernization Fund, the expansion of district hospitals, through grants for retention tanks, and for the development of green energy, climate protection, clean water, and air. To continue improving the quality of life in our country, Poland must develop. I will oversee this!

Another area that holds great development opportunities for Poland involves investments within the framework of the Three Seas Initiative. Both we and our foreign partners, primarily in Central Europe, will benefit from the fruits of this cooperation. We need efficient communication between the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea, and the Adriatic Sea. This is also for leveling the economic and infrastructural development within the European Union. The Three Seas Fund, of which Poland is a co-founder and to which global economic powers wish to join, will support us in this. This demonstrates how, through international cooperation, the importance of our part of Europe and Poland as the largest and most populous country in the region is growing.
"

10:38

President Duda: No Difference Between City, Town, and Village Dwellers. Everyone Has Equal Dignity. We Don't Divide Poles into Better or Worse Based on Earnings, Education, Views, or Religion. Everyone Deserves Respect.

- Poland is a country of wonderful people. Hospitable, open, beautiful. With a magnificent history we are proud of. We will resolutely defend this truth about Poland and Poles. It is our duty - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

- We will also defend the truth that the beauty, prosperity, and wealth of our country is the common work of all Poles. This is also why the citizens of the Republic are equal. There is no difference between residents of large cities, small towns, and villages. Everyone has equal dignity. We do not divide Poles into better or worse based on earnings, education, views, or religious beliefs. Everyone deserves respect. Every person loyal to the Republic and to their fellow citizens is a Pole. Everyone who has Poland in their heart - continued PAD.

10:39

President Duda: I Believe in Poland. We are a Proud and Wonderful Nation. I Believe in Poles. In our wisdom and diligence, our perseverance and courage. I believe we will overcome the challenges of our time.

- I believe in Poland. We are a proud and wonderful nation. I believe in Poles. In our wisdom and diligence, our perseverance and courage. I believe we will overcome the challenges of our time - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

10:39

Duda:

I believe in God, but respect for universal values and traditions is paramount, regardless of faith

- I believe in God. At the same time, I know that not everyone has to believe in Him to respect the universal values and traditions from which Poland grew. Because both people of faith and non-believers respect and appreciate them. Poland found itself in Europe by accepting baptism in 966. We have been part of Europe for 1054 years. Let's not forget this - stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

10:40

Andrzej Duda: "I believe we will seize the greatest opportunity for our nation in over 200 years, which is to have a sovereign, independent, democratic, and at the same time secure Republic. God bless Poland."

- I believe in the good future of our homeland. We are joyfully and hopefully moving towards it – because we have learned more than once that together, united and in solidarity, we can achieve extraordinary things. I believe that we will seize the greatest opportunity for our nation in over 200 years, which is to have a sovereign, independent, democratic, and at the same time secure Republic. God bless Poland – stated President Andrzej Duda during the National Assembly.

President Duda Assumes Supreme Command of the Polish Armed Forces: Among Poland's Concerns, the Military's Development is Paramount. I Wish for Calm Political Agreement on These Matters.

- I appeal for us to be united on Polish matters. I spoke about this today in the Sejm, and among these Polish matters, the development of the Polish military is certainly one. It concerns how the modernization of the Polish army will proceed. It concerns how Polish soldiers will be able to develop in our country, and in what state the Polish military will be in the next five years and beyond. I wish for there always to be calm political agreement on these issues. I wish for there always to be calm, political debate on these issues. A substantive one that leads to good conclusions. Conclusions that support the Polish military – said President Andrzej Duda during the ceremony of assuming supreme command of the Polish Armed Forces.

17:39

Spychalski:

I can publicly thank President Kwaśniewski for attending the National Assembly session today. It's an important gesture from him.

- Here, I can publicly thank President Kwaśniewski for attending the National Assembly session today. It is certainly an important gesture from him, and I am simultaneously surprised by the absence of, for example, President Komorowski. It is a great pity that President Komorowski was not present at these ceremonies today. This is certainly not a good thing, either from President Komorowski or from other politicians who were absent from the ceremonies today. It is certainly not something unifying, something that would be a state-building factor - stated Błażej Spychalski on PR24.

19:09

Bielan:

We Await Final Decisions on Government's Structure

"We are still awaiting agreements within the coalition, within the talks with the head of government, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. We await final decisions regarding the government's structure itself. I am aware of public statements by President Kaczyński on this matter, who is the leader of the United Right. I have also spoken with him personally several times recently" - said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Roch Kowalski for the "Political Interview" on TOK FM.

19:11

Bielan:

Generosity is Relative. If We Are Convinced the New Government Formula Will Improve the Council of Ministers' Functioning, We Are Ready to Support Such a New Model

[Generosity] is a relative concept. Various negotiation techniques are used, but let's wait a few weeks for the results of the negotiations. We will know the new government structure, the number of ministries, and we will know how many departments will go to smaller partners. We have repeatedly emphasized publicly that the quality of governance is most important to us. If we are convinced that the new government formula will improve the functioning of the Council of Ministers, then we are ready to support such a new model” – said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Roch Kowalski on “Political Interview” on TOK FM.

19:16

Bielan on KO's boycott of ZN: A scenario Putin will rejoice in. It's a shame there are such useful idiots in Poland who participate in scenarios unfavorable to our country.

This is a lack of respect for the Polish state. A very harmful action for Civic Platform itself, which worries me less, but also a very harmful action for the Polish state. This is a scenario that Vladimir Putin will certainly be pleased with, and it is a shame that there are such useful idiots in Poland who participate in scenarios unfavorable to our country” - said PiS MEP Adam Bielan in an interview with Roch Kowalski in the "Political Interview" on TOK FM.

19:51

President Duda on Visit to Italy: It Will Begin September 22nd, Last Three Days. Meeting with Italian Authorities, Pope Francis, Prayer at John Paul II's Tomb

- I announced during the debate that the first foreign visit would be to Italy. To Rome and the Vatican. This visit will commence on September 22nd and will last for three days. It will indeed be a meeting with the authorities of Italy, and it will also be a meeting in the Vatican with His Holiness Pope Francis, and it will also involve prayer at the tomb of our saint, John Paul II - said President Andrzej Duda in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the program "Gość Wydarzeń" on Polsat News.

19:53

President Duda: Certain Changes in the Presidential Chancellery Are Coming. Szczerski, as Far as I Know, Currently Wants to Stay in the Chancellery

“Those who wish to pursue other, further life plans will certainly receive my support. Certain changes in the Chancellery are coming. Minister Szczerski, as far as I know, currently wants to remain here, in the Chancellery,” said President Andrzej Duda on Polsat News.

19:55

Duda on Kwaśniewski's Presence at Inauguration: He Showed Class

- First and foremost, I would like to thank most sincerely all those MPs and guests who came. I am enormously grateful to President Kwaśniewski. The President showed class; everyone knows that on a whole range of political and ideological issues, we disagree, the President holds different views from mine, but we have met several times. They were always very cultured, pleasant conversations, and I am grateful to the President for this very state-oriented gesture of his presence today. I also perceive it as a gesture of a certain cordiality, as well as inter-presidential solidarity with me. I am very glad he was there. In my opinion, he showed class by recognizing that the Polish state is simply more important than differences in views, because differences in views exist and will exist, but the Polish state must endure, develop, and will have its various political turns, because it is democracy. Fortunately, this democracy, as can be seen, is deepening in our country, is becoming more mature, functioning better, whereas the state must be respected, and the election of a president is an important event for the state. The presidential inauguration is an extremely significant state ceremony, a celebration that in some sense also directs the actions of state authorities for the coming years, and this is an important moment - stated President Andrzej Duda in an interview with editor Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń".

19:56

President Duda on Agreement Regarding US Troop Presence in Poland: It Was Long Negotiated. It Will Be Concluded

It’s not that simple. This agreement was negotiated. It has not yet been concluded. It will be concluded. It was long negotiated. It is also a result of an agreement signed between myself and President Donald Trump on increasing American presence in our country. The most important element of increasing this presence is the location of the V Corps Headquarters in Poznań. This is a very significant event for us, and also for Europe” – said President Andrzej Duda on Polsat News.

20:02

President Duda: "All media attacked me 5 years ago; Bronisław Komorowski had absolute media protection."

- I would remind them [those who claim the presidential elections were unfair and unequal] perhaps that 5 years ago, when I was running for President of the Republic of Poland, I was attacked by all, literally all media, perhaps least of all by Polsat. How TVP treated me back then, everyone saw. Please recall the interview with Ms. Tadla, while my opponent Bronisław Komorowski was under absolute media protection. Meanwhile, immediately after the first round of elections, when it turned out he hadn't won, he announced a referendum with Paweł Kukiz's postulates, who garnered 20%, and that referendum cost several hundred million zlotys. In light of the above, I don't quite understand those arguments from that side - stated President Andrzej Duda in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń."
