Tuesday's Political Agenda: PiSbus with Mateusz Morawiecki, Draft Law on Politician Flights Published, Liroya's Press Conference

At 9:00 AM, a government meeting will take place. The agenda includes a draft law on resolving disputes concerning double taxation and concluding advance pricing agreements.

Following this, Mateusz Morawiecki will embark on a PiSbus tour. The first briefing in Warsaw is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Subsequent briefings will be held at 12:45 PM in Sochaczew, 2:25 PM in Rawa Mazowiecka, 3:30 PM in Grójec, 5:00 PM in Otwock, and 6:20 PM in Halinów.

The publication of the draft law regulating politician flights is also expected today. Michał Dworczyk announced at a recent press conference at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (KPRM) that the draft will be sent to individual parliamentary clubs with a request for comments and opinions. "We will await them until Monday, 7:00 PM, and then starting Tuesday morning, the draft will appear on the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) and we will begin the official legislative path, so that this project can be presented at the Sejm session on August 30th," stated the head of the KPRM.

At 12:00 PM in the Sejm, a press conference will be held with the participation of Piotr Liroya-Mar, the leader of the Skuteczni party, and leaders of other groupings who will run for the Sejm on the electoral committee list of Skuteczni Piotra Liroya-Marca. The topic: The unification of civic, anti-system, and libertarian groups has become a reality! A new political center has been established!

Kierwiński:

This Won't Be a Campaign of Grand Conventions. It Will Be a Campaign of Tens of Thousands of Meetings, Where All Candidates Must Engage

- I have to say that I have the impression that this election campaign will not be a campaign of grand conventions. It will be a campaign of tens of thousands of meetings, where all candidates must engage. Moreover, I believe that this is the most enjoyable part of a politician's job - said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Piotr Gociek on Jedynka radio's "Sygnały dnia".

07:34

Kierwiński:

As of today, Kwiatkowski's name is not among those recommended by Civic Coalition. However, he is undoubtedly an important figure in Polish politics.
I don't want to jump the gun by declaring that this agreement is signed. As of today, Mr. Minister, President Krzysztof Kwiatkowski's name is not among those recommended by Civic Coalition. However, he is undoubtedly an important figure in Polish politics – said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Piotr Gocek on Polskie Radio Program 1's "Sygnały dnia".

07:52

Gowin:

Onet's Article is Confusing in Places, but Serious Allegations Have Been Made, and Judge Piebiak Must Now Respond

- I have read this article [by Onet about Deputy Minister Piebiak]. It is ambiguously documented, confusing in places, but serious allegations have been made, and now Judge Piebiak must respond to it - stated Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- One should not make any judgments before familiarizing oneself with the other party's position. Let the judge respond. I am convinced that the Ministry of Justice will also address the matter, but I don't want to downplay anything. Such practices, if they were to occur, are obviously unacceptable - he added.

- The article suggests that Minister Piebiak is on leave, but I expect that in the coming hours, both he and the Ministry of Justice will take a position on this matter - emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister. - If this article [by Onet] presented facts truthfully, without taking certain formulations out of context, then I emphasize again: this is unacceptable behavior, unacceptable conduct. Both from a state official and from a human perspective - he continued.

08:03

Gowin:

There are Two Natural Candidates for Prime Minister

- Today the situation is different [than in 2015] because we are in power. We have a prime minister, a very good prime minister. It's no secret that I highly value Mateusz Morawiecki's work. Statements of this type [that he will be prime minister for another term] would be an example of what I called dividing the skin of a bear not yet killed. Back then [in 2015], it was about presenting a governing project, a program, and the people who would implement this program. We will present the program soon, at the beginning of September. This is the collection of conclusions and a summary of the programmatic convention in Katowice - stated Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego", when asked who the PiS candidate for prime minister is after the elections.

- There are two natural candidates [for prime minister]. One is the current, very good prime minister, and the second, if such a decision were made, would be the leader of the entire camp, Jarosław Kaczyński. I cannot imagine any third candidate, but it's not as if we are discussing and resolving these matters - added the Deputy Prime Minister.

08:06

Gowin:

I Don't Know If Pre-Election Debates Will Happen At All. If They Do, Our Face Is PMM

- I don't know if these kinds of [pre-election] debates will happen at all. The quality of political culture in Poland has been systematically declining for many, many years. However, if these debates do take place, then our face is Prime Minister Morawiecki. If such debates occur, I emphasize that I would see Prime Minister Morawiecki in a natural role here - stated Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

08:11

Gowin:

When Brejza Found Out He'd Be Second, He Decided to Demonstratively Run for the Senate. It's a Challenge to Schetyna

- We don't have a feeling of certainty [of victory], and that's not rhetoric. It's genuinely the case that the election outcome will be open until the very end - Jarosław Gowin stated in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- For me, the most interesting thing is the shift of MP Brejza from the Sejm list, from being second on the list to the Sejm, where he was pushed, to the Senate list. This is a challenge thrown down to Grzegorz Schetyna. He was supposed to be number one; when he found out he would be moved to second place, he decided to run for the Senate - he continued.

- MP Brejza counted on being number one, and was, in fact, announced as such. When he found out he would be second, he decided to demonstratively run for the Senate. This is not just a demonstration regarding these elections. MP Brejza, in this way, raised a banner for all those dissatisfied with Grzegorz Schetyna's leadership and said: after the elections, if we lose them, gather under this banner - emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister.

08:18

Gowin:

We Will Present Our Program at the Beginning of September. A Key Element Will Be a Prescription for the Future of Healthcare

- I have already mentioned that we will present our program at the beginning of September. We are currently working on this program. One of the main elements of this program will be a prescription for the future of healthcare - stated Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

08:35

Czarzasty:

We Treat SLD as a Vehicle to Bring the Left to Parliament

- This has very much consolidated the entire team. A lot of these different moves, concerning our parties that form the coalition, had to be made, which have truly consolidated us. The case is in court, it has not been resolved. Therefore, we decided to register the SLD Election Committee with the logo, with the graphic sign of Lewica - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Paweł Lisicki on Polish Radio Trójka's "Political Salon".

- We, all parties including myself, treat the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD) as a vehicle that will provide an opportunity to bring Lewica into the Sejm - Czarzasty added.

08:35

Sasin:

Once Again, It's Confirmed That Our Political Competitors from PO Want to Copy Us in Our Solutions and Our Way of Communicating with Poles, Because That's Our Hallmark

- As I see it, it's being confirmed once again that our political competitors from PO want to copy us in our solutions and our way of communicating with Poles, because that's our hallmark. Not now, in these elections, not just from today, when we are truly starting a very intensive tour, Prime Minister Morawiecki will visit several towns in the Masovian Voivodeship today, but each of us, in fact, has been in this campaign mode for many weeks, even though the campaign is only formally starting. I must say that, as is often the case with copies or attempts to copy, a caricature always emerges, and I have the impression that the Platforma's actions are somewhat of a caricature of PiS's actions, because I really travel very intensively in my electoral district and I have never, at any meeting or event taking place there, encountered any politician from the Platforma or the broader Civic Coalition. So I don't know where they are traveling and who they want to meet - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Piotr Gocek on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

08:37

Czarzasty to Lisicki: If 'Wprost' Published True Information, They'd Sell More Copies Than Your Magazine, and Your Magazine Doesn't Sell Much Either

- If 'Wprost' published true information, they would sell more copies than your magazine, and your magazine doesn't sell much either. It's some marginal publication that tells untrue things - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with Paweł Lisicki on "Political Salon" on Trójka radio.

08:38

Sasin:

PiS Program to be Presented on September 7th

- Yes, we indeed want to present our program on that day [September 7th]. We are working very intensively on this program, because, again, in contrast to what the Civic Platform is doing, we take our program seriously, as we know that when we present a program, it is a program that must be implemented. We base our actions on credibility. We want to be credible, we are credible. Just as we implemented our previous program, the one we will propose to Poles for the next 4 years must be a realistic, costed program, very strongly based on budgetary realities, and that is what our program will be - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Piotr Gocek on "Sygnały dnia" on PR1. That PiS is planning a convention for September 7th, we wrote a few weeks ago on 300POLITYKA.

08:40

Czarzasty:

I Sometimes Expressed Unwise Opinions About Wiosna. They Did Too About Me. There's a New Stage

- I sometimes expressed unwise opinions about Wiosna. They did too about me. There's a new stage. What needed to be apologized for, we have apologized for. The consolidation of the left is important - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Paweł Lisicki on the 'Political Salon' program on Polskie Radio Trójka.

08:43

Sasin on the Bill on the Pedophilia Commission: As Far As I Know, August 30th is Planned for the Second and Third Readings

- This project [establishing a commission on pedophilia] has already passed its first reading in parliament. On August 30th, as far as I know, the second and third readings, meaning the vote on this project, are scheduled for this [Sejm] session, and nothing stands in the way of this commission being established before the autumn elections, following its approval by the Senate and signature by the president - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Piotr Gocek on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

08:44

Czarzasty to Grzegorz Schetyna: 'Grzesiu, Relax, Take a Chill Pill and Don't Attack Us. Fight for the Constitution to be Respected in Poland'

- I will not do what the Civic Platform did, telling people not to vote for PSL or SLD because it would be a wasted vote. I will not choose their people for them, I will not make such proposals, because my enemy is elsewhere. That enemy is PiS. So I tell Grzegorz: Grzesiu, relax, take a chill pill and just don't attack us. Fight so that the constitution is respected in Poland – said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Paweł Lisicki on the Polish Radio Channel 3's "Salon polityczny" (Political Salon).

08:48

Czarzasty:

I Won't Argue or Drag My Feet on the Number. For Democracy, I'm Willing to Have Two Senators

- It's not about who has more, who has less. It's about reaching an agreement on this matter. I will not argue or drag my feet on the number. My concern is that the Senate is not in the hands of PiS. That's my message. Whether I have two people or seventeen, for the sake of democracy, I am willing to have two senators - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Paweł Lisicki on Polskie Radio Program III's "Political Salon."

08:49

Sasin:

Budgetary Session Ahead in Coming Days as We Work Intensively on Next Year's Budget

- Also in the coming days, a budgetary [government] session awaits us, as we are working very intensively on next year's budget. We want to solidify in this budget the good trends that have been built over the past few years, primarily the continuous reduction of public debt and risks related to the budget deficit. A safe budget, but at the same time pro-development, in which we want to include not only development mechanisms but also guarantees for our major social projects - stated Jacek Sasin in an interview with Piotr Gociek on "Sygnały dnia" PR1.

09:10

Müller on the Piebiak Case: PM Asked the Minister for Explanations. They Must Be Submitted Today

- This article [by Onet concerning Deputy Minister Piebiak] appeared yesterday evening. The Prime Minister has asked the minister for explanations, and we are awaiting them. They must be submitted today. But let's wait for them, because indeed, in the context of the justice system, it's important that the other side responds to this. As I mentioned, the article is from yesterday evening, but we are waiting for these explanations and then we will be able to respond directly. It is proper to follow such a procedure - stated Piotr Müller in an interview with Krzysztof Ziemiec on TVP1's "Polityczny Kwadrans" (Political Quarter Hour).

- He did not speak with the minister personally [but asked for explanations to be submitted]. [Today is] a government session, so there will also be an opportunity to discuss this matter - emphasized the government spokesperson. When asked about a resignation, he replied: - Resignation is always a tool that can affect any minister, regardless of whether such articles appear, for various reasons. But at this stage, it is too early to make such a claim, because the minister must respond to what Onet wrote yesterday.

- There were absolutely no prior signals or such information, which is why we are surprised by yesterday's article, and therefore we will only be able to address it today when we also know the information from Minister Piebiak - he noted.

10:26

Kropiwnicki:

They Should Leave Immediately. Both Piebiak and Ziobro. This is the Only Way to End This Tragic Series of Events at the Ministry of Justice

- Such individuals, who break the spines of Polish judges, are trying to continue to hold public office. They should leave immediately. Both Łukasz Piebiak and Zbigniew Ziobro. This is the only way to end this tragic series of events that is unfolding at the Ministry of Justice. It is unacceptable for a serving judge to behave in this manner, and yet, several hours after this scandal was revealed, no disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against him - Robert Kropiwnicki stated during a press conference in the Sejm.

11:06

Müller on the Piebiak Case: Personnel Decisions Will Be Made After Explanations. The Minister is Currently Returning to Warsaw, As Far As I Know

- A certain political culture requires that the minister also have the opportunity to explain himself regarding this publication. When we compare what the journalists have published with the minister's response, then specific declarations can be made. Nevertheless, if it turns out that such actions were taken as mentioned in this article, then such a situation would require a reaction. Personnel decisions, if any, will be made after explanations are submitted. As far as I know, the minister is currently returning to Warsaw - said Piotr Müller, responding to journalists' questions before the PiSbus.

11:25

PMM:

We're Setting Off on a Journey That Could Be Called: A Trip for 40 Million Smiles. We Count on Your Vote, But Above All, We Value Your Voice

- We're setting off on a journey that could be called: a trip for 40 million smiles. We want Poles to be smiling, to be satisfied with what we do. This journey across Poland is a painstaking one, full of various conversations. Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't. What can be done, what still needs to be done in our country. But it has one special hallmark. It's the credibility of what we do - said Mateusz Morawiecki before embarking on the PiSbus trip, during a press conference in front of the National Stadium.

- We count on your vote, but above all, we value your voice, and that's why we're traveling across Poland to have further conversations - the Prime Minister added.

11:30

PM on the Piebiak Affair: We'll See What These Explanations Are and I'll Make Appropriate Decisions Accordingly

- I have demanded explanations from the Minister of Justice on this matter. We must always listen to both sides, we'll see what these explanations are and I'll make appropriate decisions accordingly - said Mateusz Morawiecki before traveling on the PiSbus, during a press conference in front of the National Stadium.

11:33

PM Morawiecki: I will visit every electoral district during the campaign

- In the past few weeks, during the holiday period, I already visited over twenty districts, but of course, as part of this campaign that we are initiating and launching, I will be in every electoral district - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a press conference before traveling by PiSbus, held in front of the National Stadium.

11:40

Sobolewski:

Unlike the opposition, we are at a stage where we don't have to wonder whether to send someone to the Sejm or the Senate

- Unlike the opposition, we are at a stage where we don't have to wonder whether to send someone to the Sejm or the Senate. Whether we put people on our electoral lists who would be best suited for a comedy show. Whether we put people on the electoral list who should be checked more thoroughly by a specialist doctor. We already have our lists and candidates, who I hope will reach every village in Poland soon - said Krzysztof Sobolewski before the PiSbus journey, during a press conference in front of the National Stadium.

11:44

Sobolewski:

Next Weekend We Have Our First District Conventions with the Party Leader and Prime Minister

- Next weekend we have our first district conventions with the participation of the party leader and the prime minister. Various meetings, so the PiS campaign has entered another stage. As they say, we've shifted into second gear – said Krzysztof Sobolewski before the PiSbus journey, during a press conference in front of the National Stadium.

13:31

PM Morawiecki: "We want young people to stay in Poland, to find jobs easier, to be our present, not just the future."

- With this project, we are implementing tax holidays that are intended to last until the age of 26. The whole world has become interested in this solution, I can say. From Paris to Washington. I received a request from CNN for an interview on this matter. They were particularly interested in how it is received by young people, what we want to achieve through this new project. And we want to achieve a lot. Above all, we want young people to stay in the country, in the place where they are, so that it is easier for them to find jobs. So that they can take up work sooner, even during their studies. I was just talking about this with young people, about the problems they face, even while studying or after high school, in integrating into the labor market - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Sochaczew, after a meeting with young people. This is another stop on the PiSbus tour with the head of government today. As he continued:

"It is often said that young people are the future of the nation. Of course, they are the future of the nation, but we want them to be the present too, so that young people here and now have a good place to live, in Poland, so that the offer does not consist of advising young people to leave our country permanently or to take out loans. That's not the way. Above all, we want young people, on whose shoulders the future of this country will one day rest, to have it easier today, to have it easier today, so that they are not burdened today with such taxes, such taxation, as there has been so far."

- Over 1.5 million people have left Poland in 15 years. The majority of them are young people. It's as if - one could say - the whole of Warsaw has become empty. Therefore, creating professional prospects for young people to develop is fundamentally important. That is why here in Sochaczew, but also throughout Poland, we are promising young people exactly this. Tax holidays until the age of 26, and then we are also working on ever better conditions for those who want to run their own businesses and for those who want to take up employment with various employers - emphasized PMM.

The Left Files a Criminal Complaint Against Piebiak

The Left has filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding suspicion of offenses committed by Piebiak.

13:39

Sawicki:

It's possible that in several electoral districts, there will be no opposition agreement for the Senate
There is no opposition pact for the Senate. I don't know why it's called a pact. It's an agreement. Where we have good candidates, we put them forward, and we have an agreement that in these places, the Civic Coalition, and also the Democratic Left Alliance (SLD), will not put forward their candidates - stated Marek Sawicki in an interview with wPolityce.pl. When asked if such an agreement would apply in all districts, the Polish People's Party (PSL) politician replied: I don't know. It's possible that in several electoral districts, there will be no opposition agreement for the Senate. This could be the case in two, three, or five districts. The main authors of the agreement are the regional structures. Of course, there were prior discussions on this topic at the central level, which gave permission to the regional structures to negotiate. But the main authors of the agreements are precisely the regional structures. They arrange the internal relations within the opposition.

PM on Restoring PKS Bus Connections: Not Just New Projects, But Also Making Up for Past Neglect – That's Our Hallmark
- Not just new projects, but also making up for past neglect – that's our hallmark. You know that in the times of our predecessors, almost half of the police stations disappeared; we are rebuilding these stations. We are restoring rail connections because it's the bad conscience of the Third Polish Republic. But here in Rawa Mazowiecka, I want to say that we are also rebuilding small PKS bus connections over shorter distances, between municipalities and districts. Someone rightly noted that children don't have driving licenses. They need to get to the market, to school, to the hospital, to visit friends. 20 years ago, there were 1 billion 950 million vehicle-kilometers, and today there are only 500 million, which shows how many of these connections were wound down. The EU means freedom of movement, yet in our local homelands, the opportunities for movement have often disappeared. We encourage all local government officials because the budget has already been allocated by law for the restoration of these connections. Who among us hasn't missed a PKS bus in their life at some point? I have many times, and this is a synonym for restoring these connections – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Rawa Mazowiecka, during his tour.

Tusk on the Piebiak Affair: They are ministers of justice precisely because they are capable, not despite it. And there was so much outcry when I spoke of modern Bolsheviks.

Parties Claiming to be Liberal Believe it's Either Lower Taxes or Socially Just Policy. We've Shown This Can Be Reconciled

- Our aim is for employees to have greater opportunities to earn money at a European level. That's what we call it. Europeanism in practice. Sometimes, parties that claim to be liberal, neoliberal, believe that this is the alternative: either lower taxes, or socially just policy. We have shown that it's not an either-or situation, that these can be reconciled - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Grójec.

Stefaniak Launches Campaign and Recruits Staff: 'If You Want an Adventure, a Little Learning, and Some Work, You're Welcome'

In a video posted on Twitter, Jakub Stefaniak invites collaboration in his election campaign staff.

- The Sejm, but not as scary as it seems. This is my goal, I intend to get there, to become a Member of Parliament. If you would like to have an adventure, learn a little, and work with me to achieve this goal, then you are heartily welcome. I am open - he says in the recording.

18:28

Morawiecki:

Investing in Polish Families Better Equips Us to Face Europe's Economic Slowdown
"It is precisely because we are now investing in Polish families that we have a better opportunity to respond to the economic downturn, which is noticeable in various places across Europe. By implementing this policy, including the 500+ benefit for the first child, we were able to respond appropriately to the slowdown," said Mateusz Morawiecki in Otwock.

18:36

PM:

I will accept Minister Piebiak's resignation. I believe this concludes the matter
I will accept the resignation of Minister Piebiak. I believe this concludes the matter – Mateusz Morawiecki said in Otwock.

- Certain issues are unclear to me and require clarification. I am convinced that this is also the case for Minister Ziobro. In Minister Piebiak's case, as he himself stated, he will take this matter to court, and the court will be able to determine the reality of the situation – he added.

18:43

Morawiecki:

We want statutory stability for senior support measures. We want to propose legal framework for 'Emerytura plus'
We want to regulate this matter, so there are no doubts that these various measures for seniors, for pensioners, have statutory stability. We want to propose that 'Emerytura plus' truly have such a legal framework – said Mateusz Morawiecki in Otwock.

19:54

Kwiatkowski:

Tomorrow I will announce if I will run for parliament
Regarding whether I will run for parliament, I will of course announce tomorrow at 10:30 AM on Piotrkowska Street - said Krzysztof Kwiatkowski in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News's program “Wydarzenia i Opinie”.

19:58

Kwiatkowski:

I would be the last to rule today on whether Piebiak was guilty. None of us can pass final judgment today

- I would be the last person to rule today on whether the minister [Piebiak] was guilty or not guilty. This needs to be thoroughly investigated, and it's obvious that none of us can pass final judgment today - said Krzysztof Kwiatkowski in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the Polsat News program "Wydarzenia i Opinie".

20:01

Fogiel:

Ziobro Asked Piebiak for This Resignation

- The Ministry of Justice absolutely should fight against hate speech, and this is how I understand the decision regarding Minister Piebiak's resignation. This is a swift and proper reaction from Minister Ziobro, who asked Minister Piebiak for this resignation. It has been submitted, and the Prime Minister has already said he will accept it – said Radosław Fogiel in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program 'Wydarzenia i Opinie' (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

20:04

Fogiel on Piebiak: I Presume the Judicial Self-Government Will Conduct Disciplinary Proceedings

- I presume that the judicial self-government will also conduct disciplinary proceedings in this matter - said Radosław Fogiel in a conversation with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

20:04

Zoll:

The Case Isn't Closed Because the Minister Plays the Most Important Role in the Ministry of Justice
- The case isn't closed because the minister plays the most important role in the Ministry of Justice. The position of this state official is not in order, because from the very beginning he led to the improper enactment of the Act on the Prosecution Service. It should not have been done – merging the minister with the function of the Prosecutor General - said Professor Andrzej Zoll on Kropka nad I. - If a deputy minister acts with someone to discredit judges, that's something unimaginable - added Zoll.

20:08

Tomczyk:

If the Minister of Justice has someone responsible for the organized hate industry under his supervision, we can imagine something similar operating in every ministry

- If the Minister of Justice has someone responsible for the organized hate industry under his supervision, we can imagine something similar operating in every ministry - said Cezary Tomczyk in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.

20:12

Tomczyk on Piebiak: This Case is Absolutely Criminal in Nature
This is a very serious matter. We talk about hate speech, we talk about trolling. This case is absolutely criminal in nature. Moreover, the prosecution has initiated proceedings in this matter. We are talking about threats, persistent harassment, and the production of materials aimed at defaming fellow citizens. This is something incredible - said Cezary Tomczyk in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.

20:16

Zoll:

We Must Win the Election and Remove Those Currently in Power, Because It Will End in Tragedy
- We must win the election and remove those currently in power, because it will end in tragedy - said Professor Andrzej Zoll on Kropka nad I.
