I am once again requesting the President’s decision.

At noon, a protest by people with disabilities will depart from in front of the Presidential Palace. The long-announced demonstration aims to recall last year's strike in the Sejm and the demands then presented. The demonstrators will proceed along the Royal Route past the Prime Minister's Chancellery, and then past the parliament's seat.
As we wrote on 300POLITYCE, the European Coalition is organizing a tour of all electoral districts before the end of the campaign. Today, 5 events with the participation of Grzegorz Schetyna and EP candidates are planned: at 8:00 AM in Gdańsk (with Mayor Aleksandra Dulkiewicz), at 11:15 AM in Włocławek, at 1:45 PM in Łódź, at 4:00 PM in Katowice, and at 6:30 PM a convention will be held in Chorzów.
Manfred Weber will be visiting Warsaw today. At 8:45 AM, he will meet with the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski (press conference at 10:20 AM), and then, together with the European Coalition's EP candidate Andrzej Halicki, he will tour the Museum of Warsaw's Praga.
Patryk Jaki and Sebastian Kaleta are also organizing their conference at 9:30 AM. At 10:00 AM, a hearing will take place before the verification committee regarding Warsaw's reprivatization. At noon, the Sejm investigative committee for VAT fraud will convene in a closed session, and at 2:00 PM, the team – also behind closed doors – will question Leszek Wieciech. The interrogation will continue in an open session an hour later.
Robert Biedroń and Sylwia Spurek are organizing their press conference in Poznań at 9:00 AM. At 2:30 PM in Warsaw, a Spring convention dedicated to the problems of people with disabilities will be held.
At 6:00 PM in the Prime Minister's Chancellery, a tweetup under the hashtag #mlodziKPRM will take place with the participation of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Gliński. In turn, at 8:30 PM on TVP1, an election debate will be broadcast.

Prime Minister traveled to southern Poland yesterday. At 9:00 AM, he will commence a crisis staff briefing.
- At 9:00 AM, the Prime Minister will commence a crisis staff briefing, together with the services dealing with assistance in this situation at the Voivodeship Office. The Prime Minister traveled to southern Poland yesterday. I would like to remind you that the day before yesterday, when a tornado appeared in the Lublin region, destroying a number of farms, the Prime Minister also went there with the services. Yesterday, in southern Poland, where the flood problem began, threatening hundreds of farms, the Prime Minister traveled there, canceling his campaign commitments. He is still there on site, supporting the operation - said Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Daniel Wydrych and Piotr Goćka on "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on Polish Radio One.

Dworczyk:
The Morawieckis Will Sue. This Headline Became an Armed Weapon Against the Government. But There Are Limits. Gazeta Wyborcza Crossed Them.
- The Morawieckis will sue. The Prime Minister announced this, and the Prime Minister's wife announced this. The texts with which they were attacked in the mentioned newspaper are full of manipulation and insinuation. It is clear that this newspaper, extremely politically engaged in the final days of the campaign, also decided to become an armed weapon to fight the government, to fight Law and Justice. However, there are certain limits. Gazeta Wyborcza crossed those limits, hence the lawsuit - said Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Daniel Wydrych and Piotr Gociek on "Sygnały dnia" on Polskie Radio Jedynka.

Among Local Government Officials' Questions at the Freedom and Solidarity Festival - The Role of the Senate Today, Should it Not Have a Local Government Character?
“From the very beginning, we have spoken about the Freedom and Solidarity Festival having two dimensions, two pillars. One is civic. The other - local government. What the demands of local government officials will be, I don't know, because that's what the conversation and discussion will serve. Certainly, this is one of the questions about the future shape of Poland's system of government. In May next year, we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first fully free elections - those for municipal councils in May 1990. This is probably a good moment to ask ourselves these questions. Many local government officials and experts on the state's system of government are posing a fundamental question about the current role of the Senate, and one of the demands is indeed the issue of this chamber's character, whether, as in some countries, it should not have a local government character” – said the Mayor of Gdańsk, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on Radio TOK FM's Poranek.
07:57
Dulkiewicz:
The constant questioning of Gdańsk's Polishness is the essence of the Westerplatte dispute
"I wonder what purpose this constant questioning of Gdańsk's Polishness serves. I think that this is essentially the content of the dispute about Westerplatte. The entire city is adorned with European Union flags, but I suppose one cannot fail to notice the Polish flags. The discussion that swept through Poland, where PiS activists attacked Gdańsk, saying there are no Polish flags here, is simply untrue" - said the Mayor of Gdańsk, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, in an interview with Karolina Lewicka on Radio TOK FM's Morning Show.

- First and foremost, it is unethical [spousal property separation for a politician and his wife] if it is done to conceal assets. Sometimes it can be disqualifying, especially when someone pretends that the previous system of the Third Republic was a system of exploitation, as Mateusz Morawiecki often says, and to hide the assets they accumulated then, they sign a separation of property. I did the complete opposite. My wife and I entered into an agreement when I entered politics to expand our joint marital property precisely so that there would be no doubt that someone was trying to hide something - stated Borys Budka in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".
- Civic Platform proposed the "Clean Hands" act to cut short these speculations - he continued. - We must do everything to ensure that politicians, especially those in the spotlight, are cleaner than Caesar's wife - emphasized the PO politician.
08:06
Budka:
If Morawiecki Truly Had Good Intentions, He Would Ask His Wife and Together They Would Disclose Their Assets
- We are saying 'checkmate.' We have put the [Clean Hands] bill on the table, which is intended to put an end to all speculation. If Mateusz Morawiecki truly had good intentions, he would ask his wife and together they would disclose their assets. I have the impression that this matter, if not for the journalists, would never have seen the light of day, and perhaps even President [Kaczyński] himself did not know how Prime Minister Morawiecki is trying to hide these assets from the public opinion - stated Borys Budka in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego."
- But what was the intention? I am convinced that the intention was precisely that Prime Minister Morawiecki, by suddenly aligning himself with the PiS electorate, could thunder, attack the mythical Third Polish Republic, while at the same time not showing that he was one of the biggest beneficiaries of the Third Polish Republic - added the Civic Platform politician.
- Prime Minister Morawiecki can disclose his and his wife's assets at any time. There is no legal obstacle - Budka emphasized.
08:12
- If there is a majority for it [civil partnerships], then Grzegorz Schetyna has clearly declared. A few weeks ago, on a rival station, Schetyna clearly said: if there is a majority capable of enacting this, then he, as the leader of Civic Platform, will put this topic on the agenda and we will close this matter - stated Borys Budka in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".
- I am prepared to declare that I will convince every colleague to this solution and will vote myself, as Schetyna spoke about. I think Polish society has matured for such solutions. We see how the views of most Poles are changing, and this is about basic human dignity, about everyone being treated equally - added the PO politician.
- We will be able to resolve this matter if we have a majority, and I hope that will happen - he emphasized.

JSW:
My Statement About the Dogs Was Indeed Senseless. I Admit It, I Would Never Write Such a Thing Again
- My statement was indeed senseless. I admit it, I would never write such a thing again. I'll say it again. We wanted the dogs to have a new home. They found one. We trusted this lady who, as it were, conducted the procedure with my husband. I am happy that the dogs found a new home, and that is the good ending - said Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia ZET".
08:26
- Our draft is on the table. It cannot be a commission composed of politicians. It must be independent experts. We say 'yes' to a truth commission, an independent commission appointed from experts, not politicians, while Mateusz Morawiecki has done nothing so far beyond a single slogan. The Sejm could have been convened, a law passed, we have our proposal, the proposal of a foundation or association representing victims of crime, and Morawiecki, as prime minister, has only thrown slogans - stated Borys Budka in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

People with Disabilities Want a Normal, Decent Life, Subjective Treatment. They Want Respect, and They Simply Deserve It
- Dignity and respect are the most important things and the most important matters that we must bestow upon these individuals. They want a normal, decent life, subjective treatment. They want respect, and they simply deserve it - said Grzegorz Schetyna during a press conference in Gdańsk.

No Commission Because PiS Has Shown in Recent Days They Are Not Fighting Pedophilia in Any Way
- There will be no commission because PiS has shown in recent days that they are not fighting pedophilia in any way, but rather, through certain provisions of the amended Penal Code, they are protecting criminals who commit these crimes - said Grzegorz Schetyna during a press conference in Gdańsk.

„The Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) is a service used for political purposes. I am not the one discovering this; everyone who observes political life knows it. Biedroń Abandoned Consolidating the Left, and That's a Major Minus for Me
- I had great hope that we would create a left-wing bloc based on the Together party, PPS, SDPL, the Feminist Initiative, and Spring. We wanted to create such a committee. I believe such a committee would have a chance for a good 12-13%. Unfortunately, Robert Biedroń said "no". Consequently, the perspective has changed. If you don't want to cooperate with us, if you want to go alone, then you are taking responsibility for yourself - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus, when asked if he would say today that he would support Robert Biedroń in the presidential elections.
- [Robert Biedroń] couldn't get along with the left, he abandoned consolidating the left, and that's a major minus for me. For Mr. Zandberg, it's also a major minus, and for Mr. Witkowski from UP as well. I don't want to go into details because it's an election campaign, but all these ambiguities related to some community center, molestations, stories not fully explained, regarding the way all these matters were explained. All matters related to the financing of this party. It's not clear, not transparent. This is impacting all of this - he added.
- At the time, I thought it was a good idea [Biedroń's presidential bid], today I think it's a bad one - emphasized the leader of SLD.

We're Sending the Kraków Institute of Criminal Law's Opinion to the Senate. Experts Show the Criminal Code Amendment Could Lead to the Release of Convicted Individuals.
- We have reached a situation where a significant portion of individuals may evade responsibility. We are sending the opinion of the Kraków Institute of Criminal Law to the Senate. In this opinion, the most distinguished experts show that this amendment, this legal blunder, could lead to the dismissal of hundreds of proceedings. It could lead to the release from prison of individuals who have already been convicted. This opinion is devastating. It shows that Minister Zbigniew Ziobro is personally responsible for the biggest legislative blunder in the history of the Third Polish Republic - Borys Budka said during a press conference in the Sejm.

I'd like to ask everyone who voted for me in the local elections to vote for Sebastian Kaleta in the European Parliament elections
- I would like to earnestly ask the residents of Warsaw for their support for Sebastian Kaleta in the upcoming European Parliament elections. I want to give my official endorsement and ask all those who voted for me in the local elections to vote specifically for Sebastian Kaleta. He is a person who, from the very beginning, co-created the verification committee with me, which works so hard to fight for what is most important: justice, the rule of law, and a stronger Warsaw - said Patryk Jaki during a press conference.
11:06
Biedroń:
We Would Like to Ask the Prime Minister to Find a Little Time Today for the Protesters in Warsaw
- We are currently the third political force in all polls, from the beginning. And we are very happy about that. And this is only early spring. We will see what happens next, after the European Parliament elections. But we are here primarily to address Prime Minister Morawiecki, who today talks a lot about the budget, which he considers not bad, talks a lot about investments, boasts about what the current government is doing for Poland and Poles. We would like to ask Prime Minister Morawiecki to find a little time today for all those who are protesting in Warsaw, and whom the PiS government has not found time for over the past years. I am speaking, of course, about people with disabilities and their caregivers - stated Robert Biedroń at a press conference in Poznań.
11:18
„I don't take promises made without discussion, thrown out a few dozen hours before the election, seriously. If there was an intention to help people with disabilities earlier, they could have convened a Sejm session, submitted a relevant bill, and all MPs would have gladly participated in those proceedings to resolve this matter. This is a slogan thrown out a few days before the election. We don't know what it will look like, we don't know if there's money, and such promises are simply unserious” - said Deputy Marshal Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska from Civic Platform (PO) at a press conference.
„There was time to sit down for talks, for the Prime Minister, the President, who promised a year ago to help, to solve the problems of people with disabilities, to sit and talk with this community. The President did not keep his word, did not help people with disabilities, which is why they are starting this protest in front of the Presidential Palace today” - added Jagna Marczułajtis-Walczak.

- I have asked Marshal Karczewski for a special meeting of the Convention of Seniors, to be held after today's first reading in the joint committees, to decide whether to continue work on this project - said Bogdan Klich during a press conference in the Sejm.
- In addition to other flaws, errors, and contradictions contained in this project – not a few, not a dozen, but several dozen – Civic Platform will vote to reject these changes in their entirety - added Klich.

Kukiz'15 Cooperates with the Five Star Movement, Which Demands Mandatory Relocation of Immigrants, Including to Poland. Paweł, Withdraw from This.
- I cannot overlook the situation when a coalition is formed with the [Five Star] Movement party, which proclaims in its program that mandatory relocation of refugees, including to Poland, is part of its economic and political agenda - stated Marek Jakubiak at a briefing in the Sejm.
- I appeal to you, Paweł, to break this coalition, or for the [Five Star] Movement party to change its beliefs. In this way, you legitimize anti-Polish actions, you legitimize actions against Polish interests. Stick to what we entered the Sejm with. Do not betray your voters - he added. - Paweł, withdraw from this - he appealed.

"This pathological situation of social gatherings between the head of the ruling party and the head of the Constitutional Tribunal only confirms that Polish citizens today must fight for their rights before EU institutions, and that they have nothing to look for before the Constitutional Tribunal. No one in intimate relations with a criminal should judge them, just as judges who are in league with the head of the ruling party or the head of the government should not judge or assess laws adopted by the ruling party. Involvement in such regular social contacts with politicians of the ruling party disqualifies Julia Przyłębska as the head of the Constitutional Tribunal. The whole story about this sudden outburst of friendship between the President of the Constitutional Tribunal and the head of the ruling party is just a sham. It simply stems from fear of the impact of this information on election results. As long as President Przyłębska was not the head of the Constitutional Tribunal, she did not have a friendship with the head of the ruling party" - said Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz from Civic Platform-KO at a press conference in the Sejm.
"Kaczyński himself is today creating a group that holds power and a pathological arrangement. It is difficult to believe that these meetings, which are supposed to be social, are meetings over coffee and cheesecake, because an entire security detail with heavy briefcases full of materials follows the President. These are certainly not cheesecakes" - added Andrzej Halicki from Civic Platform - "I wonder if TW Wolfgang attends these meetings, because that would be truly inspiring, what further would happen there".
15:40
Kaczyński:
Poland's Fate in Crucial Matters to Be Decided Within a Year
- This is the first step [EP elections] in this march, which includes European, parliamentary, and finally presidential elections. In short, within a year, the future fate of our country will be decided, and in matters of immense importance. I will start with one that is often raised and is indeed very important. It's the issue of the euro, whether or not to introduce this European currency. Well, our opponents, although as in many matters they say one thing, then another, many of them declare, and in forums where these declarations must be taken seriously, that Poland will adopt the euro. This means losses for the Polish economy, sovereignty, and households. Measurable losses. It's difficult to operate with exact numbers at the moment, but out of these approximately 14 million Polish households, the vast majority will simply lose out - stated Jarosław Kaczyński in Ryki.
- There will be more of these losses, because Poland will enter a sphere that is currently a sphere of stagnation. Economic stagnation, very slow development, almost zero development. For example, Germany has already been reduced in the predictions of institutions that deal with this to 0.7% regarding growth this year, so very, very slowly, almost imperceptibly - the PiS leader continued.
- Poland has a chance to exceed 4, and perhaps even up to 5% [GDP]. In short, there is a very large, significant difference between us. We, one might say, are catching up, getting closer. Let's take Germany. We will get 2% closer to Germany in terms of per capita income. Today it's about 60% of German income, after this year we will have, if everything goes normally, 2% more. And it can be like that in the following years, but it depends on the policy pursued - Kaczyński emphasized.
15:43
Biedroń:
Today we are the third political force in all polls and we are constantly growing. For now third, second on the lists, and soon we will be first.
“We have shown Polish women and men that it is possible, that change in politics is possible, that a different kind of politics is possible. Today, I would like to say something that hundreds of thousands of Polish women and men feel in their hearts. I would like to say that we succeeded, we did it, we gave hope for a different kind of politics. We showed that it is possible, that Spring has blossomed in Poland for good. Today we are the third political force in all polls and we are constantly growing. For now third, second on the lists, and soon we will be first” - said Robert Biedroń, the leader of Wiosna, at the last election convention.

"This gives me the right to speak about the past, because the present is pushing us into that past. My memory goes back to knowing when and how they burned books. And now they are burning books again. And then, of course, they burned people. We were fed disgusting, contemptible propaganda and now we have the same. We must stand against it. Since I want a better life for my granddaughter and children, I will also go to the elections," says Dunin-Wąsowicz.

Higher Voter Turnout Means Stronger Mandate for Polish MEPs to Advocate for Polish Interests
„These are very important elections where we will be deciding on the future of Poland, the European Union, and each of us. It is important that we express our support for the European Union in these elections. What appears in every poll, showing a very high acceptance of our membership in the EU, is something we should demonstrate. Let's show that the EU truly matters to us, and with high voter turnout, let's prove that not only polls but also actual participation in elections is this support. The higher the turnout, the stronger the mandate our representatives in the European Parliament will have to implement programs and advocate for Polish interests” - said Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview with Edyta Lewandowska on "Gość Wiadomości" on TVP Info.
20:14
Szydło:
Do we want representatives in the European Parliament who won't yield to German MEPs' pressure, or those who, as before, will yield to their own petty, particular political interests?
“It is worth drawing conclusions on Sunday. Do we want representatives who will defend our interests, who will not be afraid to say even difficult things, who will not yield to pressure from, for example, German MEPs, but will clearly state that our interest is the development of the EU, but we will never allow it to come at Poland’s expense. Or do you prefer to choose those who will, as before, simply yield to their own petty, particular political interests” – said Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview with Edyta Lewandowska on “Gość Wiadomości” on TVP Info.

- How much in total funds went to people with disabilities during your government? It was approximately PLN 15 billion. Now, under the evil Law and Justice government, which humiliates, etc., it is PLN 19.5 billion. Primary school will teach you and Civic Platform that PLN 19.5 billion is more than PLN 15 billion. Moreover, I'll say more. You were the Minister of Health, and you could have done a lot for people with disabilities. Please tell us, why, when you were Minister of Health, did you not introduce a solution for disabled people to receive medical assistance outside of the queue, which the PiS government managed to achieve? - said Patryk Jaki in an interview with Anita Werner on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

I have experience managing flood relief efforts from my time in local government. Only someone who hasn't lived through it, who wasn't on the dikes, can say what Schetyna does, that it's a cabaret.
„In Małopolska, we are not thinking about the election campaign. We are discussing what is important to people now. We are organizing aid. This is also my duty, I am a Deputy Prime Minister, but I am from here. I have experience in managing flood relief efforts, because I participated in such actions many times with firefighters when I worked in local government. Someone who has not lived through it, who has never been on the dikes in such situations, who has not seen the despair of people, can say, like Mr. Schetyna, that it is a cabaret, but this is truly a fight for life, for what is most precious” – said Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview with Edyta Lewandowska on „Gość Wiadomości” on TVP Info.

The Euro is Not for Today, First Comes the Debate
- Poland has committed to adopting the euro. Unfortunately, Polish governments since 2004 have done no work. There has been no discussion with society about the pros and cons. Our Approach to the Euro is Pragmatic. When it's Safe for Economies like Poland's, then it Makes Sense to Join
„We on the left have a pragmatic approach to the euro. We look at the results. The current construction of the euro is not very fortunate. This was evident after the economic crisis in 2008, as Germany or the Netherlands benefited greatly from the euro, while weaker economies ended up losing out considerably. We believe that the euro needs to be reformed, changed. When it is safe for economies like Poland's, then it makes sense to join” - said Adrian Zandberg of the Lewica Razem Electoral Committee during a pre-election debate.

We recently submitted a draft resolution confirming the zloty as our national currency. Unfortunately, PiS, like all initiatives from Kukiz’15, completely disregarded this project. To pay European prices, we must first earn European money” – said Paweł Kukiz from Kukiz’15 during a pre-election debate.

EC believes a strong EU is beneficial for Poland, but this doesn't mean a federal model
20:43
Kukiz:
Kukiz'15 firmly opposes euro adoption. An instrument serving the German economy above all.

Wiśniewska:
PiS's Firm 'No' to EU Federalization. We Say 'No' to a Multi-Speed Europe, to Double-Quality Products
„The European Union can be strong through the strength of its member states, hence PiS's firm 'no' to EU federalization. We must certainly do everything to eliminate differences between member states, to level out disparities. We say 'no' to a multi-speed Europe, to double-quality products” - said Jadwiga Wiśniewska from the Law and Justice (PiS) electoral committee during a pre-election debate.

Bosak:
We need a European Parliament composed of forces that critically view Brussels with suspicion regarding what is being prepared in the EU
- The future of the EU is unclear. Most Poles have doubts whether it will survive - stated Krzysztof Bosak during a TVP debate. - In our opinion, these doubts must be taken seriously. We must carefully observe what the strongest EU states, like Germany and France, are doing. We need a European Parliament composed of forces that critically view Brussels with suspicion regarding what is being prepared in the EU - he added.

Śmiszek:
Poles Want Further EU Integration, But Also Want the EU to Finally Solve Their Specific Problems
„Everyone I talk to says that the EU is a wonderful project. Wiosna also believes this. We consider ourselves European fundamentalists, like 90% of Poles. Poles want further integration with the EU, but they also want the EU to finally start solving their specific problems, and Wiosna has such a program” – said Krzysztof Śmiszek from Wiosna during a pre-election debate.

Zandberg:
I want an EU where people don't have to fear for tomorrow. A Europe where people are worth more than money.
- When I think about the future of the EU, I think about my children who will grow up in this EU. I want it to be an EU where people don't have to fear for tomorrow. A Europe where people are worth more than money, which is on the side of ordinary people. With such a program, the left is going into the elections, across the continent - stated Adrian Zandberg during the TVP debate.

Kukiz:
We want to help Africa, but we won't let Europe become Africa. We are tolerant, we love colors, but we won't agree to make homosexuality a religion
- If the EU wants to survive, it must be reformed. This is to be a Union built by people and for people, not by political parties. The powers of the European Commission must be reduced; it is an aristocratic court around the marriage of Empress Merkel and King Macron. We certainly want the European Parliament to have legislative initiative, because I don't know if you know that the EP does not have legislative initiative. It is a body elected democratically. We want consultations with citizens. We want to help Africa, but we won't let Europe become Africa. We are tolerant, we love colors, but we won't agree to make homosexuality a religion - said Paweł Kukiz during a TVP1 debate.

Kukiz:
Partnership unions should exist to regulate matters like hospital visits or finances. I will never agree to the institution of marriage for same-sex couples.
20:51
Bosak:
No Agreement on the EU Dictating Values, Promoting Deviations, or Brussels Propaganda
“Konfederacja brings together politicians who hold conservative views. In our assessment, we cannot agree to the EU dictating our values, promoting deviations, or allowing any propaganda or ideological project funding to come from the EP, the EC, or Brussels. We have submitted bills in the Sejm to prevent the funding of foreign foundations. They were not considered by PiS. Europe was built on Christian values. It is the diversity of national cultures, not the erasure of borders between them” – said Krzysztof Bosak from Konfederacja during a pre-election debate.
20:52
Zandberg:
Let People Live As They Wish
- Let people live as they wish. It's not the role of politicians to stick their noses under people's duvets - stated Adrian Zandberg during a TVP debate.
20:54
- It is worth recalling the statement by Chairman Grupiński, who said that we would deal with civil partnerships after the elections, because now they would chase us away - stated Jadwiga Wiśniewska during the TVP debate.
20:54
Śmiszek:
Politicians Should Create Living Conditions for Everyone to Feel Respected in Europe
- Politicians have their role to play. Politicians should have courage. Politicians should create living conditions for everyone, so that everyone in Europe feels respected. We say no to intolerance, no to racism, and no to homophobia – stated Krzysztof Śmiszek during a TVP1 debate.
20:55
Olbrycht:
No European Legislation on Family Matters, Only Opinions
"If we read the treaty that the Polish government accepted carefully, it clearly states that everything concerning family matters falls under the competence of the member states. There is no European-level legislation regarding family matters. There are opinions, but no legislation. There are values that clearly state that the EU stands for upholding human dignity, non-discrimination, equality, particularly between men and women, justice, and democracy. The European Commission states decisively: we are determined to defend European values at the European level" - said Jan Olbrycht from the European Coalition during a pre-election debate.

"What about Russian coal concerning energy security? Here, we are in a very difficult situation and our security is threatened" - Jan Olbrycht of the European Coalition asked Jadwiga Wiśniewska as a retort during a pre-election debate.

„Electricity prices in Poland are rising, and the media are censoring information that it's because of the EU. But there is another piece of information being censored in Poland, related to law 447 and enormous property claims from American circles against Poland. I wanted to give Ms. MP [Wiśniewska] such a badge. Please wear it if you are against this law. You are misleading voters” – said Krzysztof Bosak of Konfederacja during a pre-election debate, presenting Jadwiga Wiśniewska with an "anti-447" pin.
21:14
Kukiz:
Three Paths to Choose: Leaving Europe for the Russian Collective, Remaining in the Euro-Collective, or Kukiz'15's Path - Poland's Way in Europe and Europe for Poland, a Europe of Equal Fatherlands
"You have three scenarios to choose from: Poland's exit from Europe, meaning we directly come under Moscow's heel into the Russian collective. This is the first path. The second option is to remain in the euro-collective under the current rules. Although PiS (Law and Justice) is outbidding Platforma Obywatelska (Civic Platform) on who will do more for Europe. I will ask what you have done to bring back to Poland the 2.5 million Poles who had to leave, oppressed by taxes. There is also a third path, the path of Kukiz'15, the path of Poland in Europe and Europe for Poland, a Europe of equal fatherlands. If you want such a Poland, vote for Kukiz'15" - said Paweł Kukiz during a free-flowing speech at a pre-election debate.
21:14
Bosak:
Konfederacja is a Pro-Polish Coalition. We've United Forces Capable of Resisting Political Correctness, Calling a Spade a Spade
- Konfederacja is an alliance of proud Europeans, Poles who are not ashamed of their identity and are ready to defend national interests, independence in every forum, including the European Parliament. It is a pro-Polish coalition. We have united forces that are capable of resisting political correctness, calling things as they are, forces that are not guided by fear or opportunism, but by devotion to the homeland - stated Krzysztof Bosak during a TVP debate.
21:19
Wiśniewska:
On May 26th, we can defend our right to 500+, 300+, Emerytury Plus, and a lower retirement age, and to raise children according to our values. Only PiS can guarantee the refusal to pay Jewish restitution claims.
„Only PiS can guarantee reaching the European standard of living. On May 26th, we can defend our right to 500+, 300+, Emerytury Plus, and a lower retirement age. We can defend our right to raise children according to our values. I invite you to go to the polls and stand on the side of values. PiS representatives in the European Parliament have Polish duties and stand on the side of Polish matters. Only PiS can guarantee the state's refusal to pay Jewish restitution claims. Only PiS can ensure that we will be on the path to achieving the European standard of living” – Jadwiga Wiśniewska from PiS said in an informal statement during a pre-election debate.

Śmiszek:
Poles Care About Health, Clean Environment, Development, and Youth's Situation. Wiosna Exists to Implement Such Values in the EU
- I am Polish, I am European, and like most Poles, I am proud that we are in the European Union, which is a community of values. Goodness, care for others, diversity, and solidarity. On May 26th, we will make a very important decision. We will decide whether we will look towards the future, whether we will be progressive, forward-thinking, or whether we will, like the politicians here present, quarrel and argue about the past, about money. About things that do not concern Poles. Poles care about health, a clean environment, development, and the situation of young people. Wiosna exists for this very reason – to implement such values in the EU – said Krzysztof Śmiszek during a debate on TVP1.

Olbrycht:
Who Can Truly Secure Poland's Strong Position in Europe? It's Possible by Voting for the European Coalition, But Most Importantly, We Need to Change the Government. The First Step is in Two Days.
- Ladies and gentlemen. I appeal to you to calmly assess the situation after listening to everyone. Who can truly secure Poland's strong position in Europe. Who is capable of doing that. Who is rational and pragmatic. Who thinks in these terms. It is possible if you vote for the European Coalition, but most importantly, it is crucial that we change the government in October, and the first step is in two days - said Jan Olbrycht during a TVP1 debate.
