At 10:00 AM in Krakow, the European Coalition will hold a convention with the participation of its leaders: Grzegorz Schetyna, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, Katarzyna Lubnauer, and Małgorzata Tracz.

At 11:00 AM in Krakow, a regional convention of PiS will take place with the participation of party leader Jarosław Kaczyński and Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Following this, the PiSbus, with Morawiecki on board, will embark on a tour. A meeting is scheduled for 2:00 PM in Wodzisław, and at 3:45 PM in Kielce.

At 11:00 AM in Łódź, Wiosna will hold a convention with Robert Biedroń, focusing on "environmental and health protection, moving away from coal, and settling accounts for 14 years of neglect by PO and PiS in these areas."

PiS campaign strategists, speaking with 300POLITYKA, state that the final convention, commencing at 11:00 AM, is set to be larger than any previous event. Our sources also emphasize that this Krakow event, held on the final weekend of the campaign, has been prepared with significantly greater scope than earlier ones. Speakers during the convention are expected to include Jarosław Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki, among others.

- Today's authorities, we see this every day, are destroying the courts, the prosecution service, and the police. This is damage that we can and will repair, because we will rebuild free courts, restore the rule of law, the prosecution service will be independent again, and the police free from party influence. Justice will be the same for everyone, because before the law, there are no equals and no more equal than others. On the other hand, we can say that they are destroying education, which is true, and it is an unforgivable sin, a void and a loss for several generations of children. It is the humiliation of teachers, stress and chaos for parents and students. It will be difficult to make up for this, but we will also manage with this. Together with teachers, local governments, and parents, we will create the best education and make up for these losses. Teachers who have been deprived of their salaries will receive what they are entitled to. We promise them this today - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Platform convention in Krakow.

- The PiS government is losing 100 billion PLN in EU funds. We've been talking about this for weeks. We will recover these funds and allocate them, among other things, to introduce European healthcare. Today's healthcare system, we all know this, is an absolute disaster. People are dying in emergency rooms, facing months-long queues for specialists. They fall ill and die poisoned by smog. Patients in rural areas are often effectively cut off from medical care. The situation is bad, and we know it won't change before the elections. But we have a plan to achieve European-level healthcare in Poland - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the Civic Coalition (KE) convention in Krakow.

- If, at the hands of this government, the state turns its back on suffering children, if it dons a sanctimonious mask and sides with those who harm, against those who suffer, if the state, before our very eyes, allows itself to be drawn into a conspiracy of silence, if it turns a deaf ear to the tragedy of children simply to appease friendly and influential hierarchs, then Poles will turn away from it with disgust. - We waited too long for this free Poland to let it be defiled. Please forgive my emotions, but this matter concerns all of us. All those we love most. I am a father and a Pole; for half my life, I dreamed of living in an independent country. Here, with one fell swoop, they reach for both children and a sovereign state. So I very much ask everyone, let us stand firm together. Fathers, mothers, Polish women, Polish men. Let's say it loud and clear: not one step further on this matter - he added.

- What kind of Europe do we want? First and foremost, one where Poland will not follow anyone's orders. It will be a sovereign country. It will not be anyone's client. It will be able to pursue its own interests. Of course, in cooperation with others, including making various compromises, because they are unavoidable in such a large union of states, but its own. This is very important. Secondly, we do not want an ideological Europe. That is, one that will impose on us how to raise children. Parents are responsible for that. We do not want to sexualize children from kindergarten, we do not want all these astounding ideas. We do not want in schools those ladies who say that pornography serves primary school pupils well. Anyone watching television could have seen it recently. Simply put, we do not want all of that, including what Mr. Grupiński spoke about, which he currently does not want to publicly admit to, but which will certainly be implemented if they win. We do not want such a Europe and we will strive for it to be different - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Krakow.

The recording was presented at a convention in Krakow, and Jarosław Kaczyński also spoke about it. "We want a Europe of freedom. Freedom in all areas, including the internet. No to ACTA2. But this freedom is threatened not only on the internet. It is not so much threatened as one might even say abolished in many European countries. This cannot happen in Poland."

- Some say: let's pass a law. But a law can be changed in a single day. There is one guarantee that Poland will not pay for Germany's WWII crimes. That guarantee is PiS rule - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS convention in Krakow.

"We want Poland to once again become the heart of Europe. I respond to the politician who accuses us of 'alleged Europeanism' by saying that we are not ashamed that we are Poles, and that is why we are Europeans," stated Jarosław Gowin at the PiS convention in Krakow.

"I address Donald Tusk: if someone commits to the whole world to be impartial, and then leads the opposition's march, that's not Europe, that's embarrassing," he added.

"Is it really worth taking the risk of voting for those who go into elections without any program?" the Deputy Prime Minister continued.

The coming days in politics are dominated by the final stretch of the European Parliament election campaign – the last 5 days, as a pre-election silence will commence from Friday midnight until Sunday 9:00 PM. At the start of the week, Grzegorz Schetyna will present the concept for establishing a commission on pedophilia within the Church. Towards the end of the week, the Senate will convene for an extraordinary session to address the toughening of penalties for pedophilia, as well as a bill to reinstate bus routes.

The Final Week of the EP Campaign. These are the last five days of the campaign – on Sunday, Poland will hold elections to the European Parliament. Campaign strategists from all major political groupings admit that this will be a decisive week, but they are not revealing details at this stage. It is known that on Monday, Kukiz'15 will hold regional conventions in Krakow and Gliwice. Meanwhile, on Monday at 3:00 PM, the European Coalition will hold a regional convention in Bydgoszcz with its leaders in attendance.

Presentation of Proposals for a Commission on Pedophilia in the Church. – “We must establish a state, independent commission that will address cases of pedophilia within the Church, not to act against the Church, but to help this Church. To cleanse itself and atone for its sins. We want a state and independent truth commission, because our state needs the truth,” stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the European Coalition convention in Krakow. – “We cannot wait with this until the autumn elections. In this matter, one must not look at any elections at all. The damage here can be irreversible, and action must be taken immediately,” he added. A press conference on this matter will be held at 1:00 PM in Toruń.

President Duda in Silesia and Greater Poland. On Monday at 1:00 PM, in the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology in Warsaw, President Andrzej Duda will formally sign the act on the National Oncology Strategy. Also on Monday, he will visit Mysłowice and Świętochłowice in the Silesian Voivodeship. Meetings with residents are scheduled for 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. On Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Belvedere Palace, President Duda will participate in a meeting summarizing the cycle of conferences “Perspectives for Rural Residents,” after which he will visit Poznań.

Marshal's Guard Day. On Monday at 12:00 PM, a ceremonial roll call of the officers of the Marshal's Guard will take place to mark their holiday. Invited to participate in the event are, among others, members of the Sejm and Senate Presidiums, the leadership of both Chancellories, heads of uniformed services, representatives of the Council of Ministers, and the officers' families. The ceremony will be held on the Sejm complex grounds in front of Building G. Subunits of the Marshal's Guard, officers of the State Protection Service, the Hungarian Parliament Guard, the Representative Orchestra of the Polish Army, and the ceremonial drill team of the Representative Battalion of the Polish Army will participate in the roll call.

Hearings Before the Investigative Committee. On Wednesday at 9:00 AM, the VAT investigative committee will hear testimony from Elżbieta Chojna-Duch, former Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, and Halina Pupacz, President of the Board of the Polish Liquid Fuels Chamber. On Thursday at 2:00 PM – partly in a closed session – MPs will hear testimony from Leszek Wiecich, President and General Director of the Polish Oil Industry and Trade Organization, and on Friday at 10:00 AM – also partly in a closed session – from Andrzej Parafianowicz, former Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance.

Protest by People with Disabilities. – “I invite everyone who supports our protest to Warsaw on May 23rd,” stated Jakub Hartwich in a video published via Facebook. First, the protesters will gather in front of the Presidential Palace, and then they will march before the Sejm and the Prime Minister's Chancellery.

Additional Senate Session. On Friday at 9:00 AM, an extraordinary session of the upper house will commence, which will also continue into the following week. Senators will address amendments to the Penal Code, which include, among other things, tougher penalties for pedophilia, and the so-called bill to reinstate bus routes.
