Wednesday's Political Agenda: Sejm Debates 'Pekaes' Bill and Potential Criminal Code Changes, Amber Gold Commission's Final Report, and President Duda in Myślenice

The Sejm's session, scheduled for three days, will commence at 10:00. During this session, MPs will address the government's so-called 'Pekaes' bill (at the beginning of the session), the Kukiz'15 bill on protecting the property of the Republic of Poland against claims concerning escheated property (at 16:30), and most likely, amendments to the Criminal Code related to the prosecution of pedophilia (the time for consideration is not yet known; the bill has been sent for its first reading).

At 9:00, in front of the Sejm, there will be a "ceremonial launch of the first bus from the program announced as part of 'Kaczyński's Fifth'," led by Adrian Zandberg. After the bus departs, a commentary on the assumptions of "lex PKS" and a presentation of Lewica Razem's transport program proposals are planned.

At 10:15, the Sejm's investigative commission on Amber Gold will hold a meeting, where its chair, Małgorzata Wassermann, is expected to present her version of the team's final report. At 14:00, the investigative commission on VAT will interrogate Karol Jęny, a former permanent advisor to the "Friendly State" extraordinary commission on matters related to bureaucracy reduction.

The President of the Czech Senate will be visiting Poland. At 9:00, he will meet with Marshal Stanisław Karczewski (briefing at 9:40), at noon with Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, and at 15:00 with Marshal Marek Kuchciński.

President Andrzej Duda will visit Myślenice in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, where at 17:00 he will meet with residents of the Myślenice poviat.

Belka on Pedophilia: We Should Stop Covering Up and Relativizing This Phenomenon. It's the Biggest Problem. Not Whether Penalties are Lighter or Harsher, But That Perpetrators Typically Avoided Accountability.

- First and foremost, we should stop covering up and relativizing this phenomenon [of pedophilia]. It is, after all, the biggest problem. It's not about whether penalties are lighter or heavier, or harsher or less harsh, but simply that perpetrators of these acts have typically avoided criminal accountability – stated Marek Belka in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News's "Graffiti" program.

Gowin on the Sekielski Brothers' Film: It's an Opportunity for the Church to Purge Itself

We Catholics should be grateful to the Sekielski brothers for this film. It is an opportunity for self-purification for the community that is the Church, and for the Church institution. I believe that conclusions will be drawn. Not only the perpetrators, but also those who covered up such crimes, will face ecclesiastical consequences. Regardless, the law must act. This law is unambiguous” - said Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin on “Sygnały dnia” on Jedynka radio.

08:12

Belka:

Combating Communication Exclusion is Perhaps the Most Interesting Element of the 'Five'. However, it's Not Just a Matter of Legislation; it's a Serious Organizational and Logistical Operation Requiring Cooperation with Local Governments
- I believe that combating communication exclusion is perhaps the most interesting element of this 'five' [Kaczyński's]. However, this issue is not just about legislation or finding several hundred million zlotys, but above all, it's a very serious organizational and logistical operation that requires cooperation with local governments, because the situation is slightly different in every municipality and every district. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the implementation of this program - stated Marek Belka in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

08:14

Gowin:

Currently Skeptical of Teachers Gaining Civil Servant Status

“For now, I am skeptical of the idea for teachers to gain the status of state civil servants. I believe it is still too early at this stage to make any definitive decisions. deliberations of the educational roundtable have begun. We are all aware that Polish education should undergo a systemic change just like the one that began at Polish universities last year. Let us allow teachers themselves and experts to voice their opinions on the direction these changes should take” - said Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin on “Signals of the Day” on Radio Jedynka.

08:15

Belka on PiS's Ideas to Stricter Penalties for Pedophilia: 'Difficult to Oppose, But I Think It's Also an Attempt to Cover Up Their Own Kind of Complicity'

- It's difficult to be against this [PiS's ideas to toughen penalties for pedophilia], but I think it's simply also an attempt to cover up their own kind of, I would say, complicity in this procedure. This is because the very unfortunate alignment with the most conservative part of the Polish Catholic Church hierarchy is very awkward for PiS in the context of this film. If someone says: a hand raised against the Church is a hand raised against Poland, then in the context of the Sekielski brothers' film, it looks disgusting – stated Marek Belka in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News's "Graffiti".

08:18

Gowin on Tusk's June 4th Speech: If the European Coalition Loses, They'll Raise the Banner and Signal the Opposition to Rally Around. If the European Coalition Wins, Their Hands Will Be Tied.

If the European Coalition loses the election, I expect Donald Tusk will, on [June 4th], raise the banner and give a clear signal for the opposition to group and gather around him. I think he will directly come forward with an initiative for a joint opposition Senate list, involving pro-Platform [Civic Platform] or anti-government mayors of large cities. However, if the latter scenario occurs, which I wish neither for myself nor for Poland, should the European Coalition win the election, Tusk's hands will be tied by Grzegorz Schetyna. It's known that these two gentlemen are sooner or later destined for a fight to the death” - said Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin on "Sygnały dnia" (Signals of the Day) on Jedynka radio.

Archbishop Polak: One Specific Challenge Will Be the Permanent Synod on May 22nd. Archbishop Gądecki Convenes It After Consulting Bishops
One of the specific challenges will be that in the immediate future, on May 22nd, there will also be a Permanent Synod, meaning Archbishop Gądecki, after consulting with the bishops, is convening the Permanent Synod immediately. First and foremost, we must once again analyze everything you are talking about, the current situation, and show what steps we will be taking - stated Archbishop Wojciech Polak in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet. He admitted that the situation in the Polish Church is serious, fires need to be put out, and that is why he canceled his trip to South Korea.

08:28

Archbishop Polak: The Moment of Confrontation Between Victims and Perpetrators Was Most Moving and Painful

- The moment of confrontation between those who were harmed and those who harmed them, something I had never experienced before, most moved and pained me. That is, the sheer drama of these individuals who had to return in this way to the traumatic experiences of their childhood – stated Archbishop Wojciech Polak in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet. He added that today, perhaps no one will deny that such crimes do occur in the Church.

08:32

Polak:

I Don't See Any Attack on the Church in This Film

- No, absolutely not [the Sekielski film is not an attack on the Church]. I don't see any attack on the Church in this film. Quite the opposite. Even when you listen to Mr. Sekielski talk about this film, it seems to me, and it's not just my feeling, that Archbishop Gądecki's first action after watching the film was to thank Mr. Sekielski, because it is another element in our fight, our struggle against pedophilia - stated Archbishop Wojciech Polak in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

08:36

A Pole on Archbishop Gocdź's words that he "doesn't watch just anything": You can't speak like that when you haven't seen something
- You can't speak like that when you haven't seen something. You can say that there are some voices and films, etc., but only after you've watched them, seen them, can you then assess them. I wouldn't make such judgments off the cuff - stated Archbishop Wojciech Polak in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

09:36

Schetyna:

Creating This Public Register of Pedophiles Harmed Victims

"The creation of this public register harmed the victims. We spoke about this during the commission meeting and at the plenary session, after consulting with the Ombudsman. If such a tragic situation arises where a father rapes his child and their case enters the public register of pedophilic offenses, that story is also described, and his child is involved. The revealed story leads to total trauma" - said the Civic Platform (PO) leader Grzegorz Schetyna in an interview with Piotr Kraśko on Radio TOK FM's Poranek.

09:40

Schetyna:

The question for the Church is whether it can cooperate with state bodies. If not, I have the worst forebodings about the future

A commission must be established by parliament, composed of authorities. I believe this will be a big question for the Church. Will the Church be able and ready to cooperate on this matter? Will it engage in this commission and will it want to clarify this issue, to close this tragic chapter?” - stated PO leader Grzegorz Schetyna in an interview with Piotr Kraśko on Radio TOK FM's Poranek.

There is no way out if the Church is unwilling to cooperate. This is the question for the Church: is it able to cooperate with state bodies, or not. If not, I am filled with the worst forebodings about the future. We will not let this go” - he added.

Kukiz'15 Bill on Uninherited Property Claims Removed from Agenda. Dworczyk: Various Groups Cynically Exploiting the Issue in the Final Stage of the Political Campaign

“Due to the Marshal not receiving sufficient documents and opinions on Kukiz's bill concerning claims, that is, the infamous issue related to Act 447, this project has been removed from the current Sejm proceedings. The Sejm session has been shortened. It will last two days” - said Deputy Marshal Beata Mazurek at a press conference in the Sejm.

It is difficult to resist the impression that a dirty game has been played around this issue in recent days. The change in the composition of the Israeli government delegation, which was recalled by the PiS government's decision, fits into this game. Similarly, various groups are trying to cynically exploit this matter in the final, very heated phase of the political campaign, both here in our country and on the international stage. The Polish ambassador in Tel Aviv was attacked yesterday. The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded an explanation. The Polish government expects the perpetrator of this attack to be punished, and Ambassador Azari was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today” - said Minister Michał Dworczyk.

As stated by Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński and Prime Minister Morawiecki, the Polish government will not pay any compensation to anyone. The only claims, the only compensation that Poland can have is as a victim of World War II. It was the Polish nation, it was Poland, that suffered gigantic losses during this conflict. At most, we can have legitimate expectations for reparations” - he added.

10:24

Mazurek:

Stricter Penal Code Tied to Public Outrage, Hence Swift Processing. The Goal is to Protect Victims of Heinous Acts

The government bill concerning the tightening of the Penal Code in the context of pedophilia was proposed by the Marshal of the Sejm. PO and Nowoczesna have raised objections to this bill. These objections will be voted on in the block of votes at 11:30 AM. If they are rejected, the government project will be processed at 3:30 PM’ – Deputy Marshal Beata Mazurek stated at a press conference in the Sejm.

The issue is naturally linked to what is causing public outrage, hence the swift processing. The project will be sent to the legislative committee. The aim is to be able to react as quickly as possible, so that victims of these heinous acts can be protected’ – she added.

Winnicki on Removal of Anti-447 Bill from Agenda: PiS Intends to Pay Jews Huge Property Claims Being Articulated Today
“I am asking for a recess and clarification as to why the item concerning the bill on ownerless property has been removed from the agenda. This is evidence that PiS intends to pay Jews huge property claims that are being articulated today in the USA and Israel,” stated Robert Winnicki in the Sejm.

10:51

Nitras:

Today the question is: Who is paying Prime Minister Morawiecki? You won't escape this question, nor will Morawiecki
A week has passed since the media revealed information allegedly linking Prime Minister Morawiecki to an agreement with his former employer, Bank Zachodni, under which he would receive financial benefits and the bank would have certain obligations. A week has passed. In this time, the Prime Minister has managed to announce the adoption of his own children – some claim this was done to hide this matter – but has not addressed it. Today, from the parliamentary podium, during this session, a statement should be made: whether Prime Minister Morawiecki is linked by any agreement or not, because today the question is: who is paying Prime Minister Morawiecki, who is paying him? You won't escape this question, nor will Prime Minister Morawiecki – stated Sławomir Nitras in the Sejm.

10:53

Budka to PiS: There is someone in your ranks who justified the Tylawa pedophile. There is someone in your ranks who defended such behavior. We say clearly: zero tolerance for such behavior.
"There is someone in your ranks who justified the Tylawa pedophile. There is someone in your ranks who defended such behavior. It doesn't matter to us whether it's your MP or a former mayor of Słupsk. We say clearly: zero tolerance for such behavior" - said Borys Budka from Civic Platform (PO) from the parliamentary rostrum.

10:56

Piotrowicz:

I Did Not Conduct the Investigation in Tylawa. I Informed the Media Multiple Times. I Did Not Undertake Any Procedural Actions or Make Substantive Decisions in This Matter
"I understand that some politicians are not interested in facts, especially those that do not align with the theses they have predetermined. In this case [from Tylawa], the facts are that I did not conduct the investigation in this matter. I have repeatedly informed the media about this. I did not undertake any procedural actions in this matter and did not make substantive decisions" – said Stanisław Piotrowicz from PiS from the parliamentary rostrum. "I acted as a press spokesperson, as that was my duty. District prosecutor's offices do not have a press spokesperson institution, and according to the regulations for the operation of general organizational units of the prosecutor's office, only the head of the prosecutor's office is authorized to contact the media. I only informed about the findings of the investigation. It is an abuse to attribute to me statements that are not of my authorship. This is a faithful quoting of witness testimonies" – he added.

10:58

Gasiuk-Pihowicz on Piotrowicz: This man is incapable of leading a commission tasked with addressing child sexual abuse
A bill increasing the penalty for child sexual abuse has been submitted to the Polish Sejm. And this bill is to be handled by a commission headed by a man who, as he himself admitted at a press conference, as a spokesperson, downplayed and blurred the guilt of a priest from Tylawa, who was convicted of child sexual abuse. He said that touching the intimate parts of several-year-old girls would be linked to the priest's bioenergetic abilities. He spoke at that press conference about how sleeping at the rectory of the priest from Tylawa was an attraction for the girls. I have a question: would you allow girls from your family to sit on the lap of the priest from Tylawa? This man is incapable of leading a commission tasked with addressing child sexual abuse – stated Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz in the Sejm.

11:02

Suski:

Budka Should Explain Himself; As Minister, He Released a Pedophile Who Attacked, Raped a Child, and Lacked Supervision. He Should Apologize.

- When it comes to explaining himself, I think Mr. Budka should explain himself because when he was a minister, he released a pedophile who attacked a child, raped her, and there was no supervision. He should apologize for that, because you defended pedophiles - stated Marek Suski in the Sejm.

11:20

Neumann:

Our Proposed Solutions Offer a Real Chance to Combat Pedophilia

- The solutions we propose, in our opinion, offer a real chance to combat pedophilia. They are not just a simple increase in punishment, but also provide tools to prosecute this pedophilia. Today, there must be an independent group of prosecutors who operate and who are able to investigate, clarify, and if confirmed, file indictments in all these cases of pedophilia. The state has not succeeded, we see that. The Church has not succeeded, we see that, so a new solution must be found that will give a chance to resolve this problem, which, I have the impression, is only just beginning to surface. If someone thinks that this film will be the end of it and we will only discuss this film, then I believe that today many more victims will have the courage to come forward and seek justice, so the state must be prepared for this, it must have tools. Such a tool is a dedicated group of prosecutors who could immediately investigate such cases - stated Sławomir Neumann in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

12:00

Kukiz on Removal of Anti-447 Bill from Sejm Agenda: 'I wonder if PiS made this decision after the attack on Magierowski and if they will continue to act from a position of subservience, showing Poland's immense weakness'

- We wanted to inform you that the Anti-447 bill, authored by Kukiz'15, the first reading of which was scheduled for today in the Sejm, has unfortunately been removed from the agenda today - stated Paweł Kukiz at a briefing in the Sejm. - I do wonder if the Law and Justice party made this decision after the attack on Ambassador Magierowski, and if they will continue to act from a position of subservience, in a way that shows Poland's immense weakness towards some external pressure - he added.

"The Jerusalem Post wrote an article yesterday stating that talks between the Israeli and Polish governments regarding restitution of unclaimed property have been ongoing for 3 years. As you may recall, we had some mysterious trips by Prime Minister Szydło to Israel, about which the public was not informed. Today we learn that the bill, which we intended to end all these ambiguities, which would clarify Poland's position that there will be no return, no restitution of unclaimed property, because there is no such precedent in the world, is simply being thrown out of the agenda today, despite the brutal attack on Magierowski"

12:03

Tyszka on the Anti-447 Act: What Happened Overnight? Was There Pressure from Israel and the USA? And the Most Important Question: Do We Have a Government on Call Right Now?
- The Sejm Presidium and Convention just held a meeting. Yesterday, the ANTI-447 Act was still on the agenda for this Sejm session. The first reading was supposed to take place at 4:30 PM. Meanwhile, in the morning, we learned from Marshal Kuchciński that the act would not be presented. When I inquired about the reasons, I received no answer. What happened overnight? Was there pressure from Israel and the USA regarding this matter? And the most important question, do we have a government on call right now? Is this a Polish government standing on the grounds of Polish national interest? - Stanisław Tyszka said at a briefing in the Sejm. - For months, we have been attacked in a disgusting, racist manner by politicians from Israel. By Mr. Katz, by Mr. Lapid, and the Law and Justice government, when they spit in their faces, they say it's raining - he added. - This was an opportunity to close the issue of claims by Jewish organizations to ownerless property once and for all, which, I remind you, in no legal order in the world are such claims considered through compensation funds. We must start conducting proactive policy and I appeal for people to show Law and Justice their place on May 26th and to opt for proactive, pro-Polish governments - Tyszka continued.

Neumann:

Individuals like Piotrowicz, who defended the Tylawa pedophile, and Biedroń, who did nothing and acted like in "Only God Knows," should be silent and give prosecutors a chance.
“We saw, right at the beginning of the Sejm session, our intention to remove Mr. Piotrowicz from the head of the committee that will deal with this matter. Today, all political forces, all decent, respectable people should ensure that the crime of pedophilia in the Church and other places is investigated to the very bottom, giving a chance to the victims and prosecuting the perpetrators,” said PO-KO leader Sławomir Neumann at a press conference in the Sejm. “Hiding pedophiles or covering up these matters is as much a crime as pedophilia itself. It doesn’t matter if someone is a bishop, the mayor of Słupsk, or the head of the justice committee. Today, all these individuals should remain silent and give independent prosecutors a chance to investigate this matter, including their responsibility in this regard. Just like Mr. Piotrowicz, who defended the Tylawa pedophile, or Robert Biedroń, who did nothing and actually acted like in the film ‘Only God Knows,’ all these people should be silent and give the prosecution a chance,” he added.

PO Criticizes Brudziński for Black Hawk Landing in Choszczno. Nitras: A Helicopter Meant for the Police Serves Brudziński as a Coach.
“I want to state very clearly that the Brudziński - Zieliński duo is a nightmare for the Polish police. We have never had such a duo managing the police in Poland. We learned today from Minister Brudziński that he has decided to launch an inquiry into police officers in connection with the landing of a Black Hawk helicopter in Choszczno. Our surprise stems from the fact that we don't know what needs to be investigated there. After all, it wasn't police officers who landed there, but Minister Brudziński. The problem isn't the interruption of the match, because if there had been a disaster, an incident, we would all understand. The problem is that without any justification, Mr. Brudziński used a helicopter to fly to a PiS political event in West Pomerania. A helicopter that should serve the police is being used by Mr. Brudziński as a coach. There is nothing to investigate here. Brudziński is trying to blame the police officers from Choszczno for the entire situation. We will not let the police officers be harmed” - said Sławomir Nitras from Civic Platform (PO) at a press conference in the Sejm.

Hands off the Polish police officers. You made them cut confetti, serve as lackeys, and now you are burdening them because you decided to attack the grass on a school pitch with your colleagues and disperse the children playing there. This is a scandalous situation. In our assessment, this is the use of [police] transport for campaign purposes. The State Election Commission should look into this as soon as possible” - added Mariusz Witczak.

13:33

Kuchciński:

I Proposed That the Bill Amending the Penal Code and Stiffening Penalties for Certain Crimes Be Sent to the Legislative Committee

I understand that there might be a need for further discussion on this matter. Therefore, I proposed that the bill amending the Penal Code and stiffening penalties for certain crimes be sent to the legislative committee. This will allow for a thorough examination and consideration of all aspects before it moves forward. #justice #law #parliament

Pudłowski to PiS: It's Time to Act Based on Current Laws, Not Mask Inaction by Throwing Out More Draft Legislation
  • - I have a government draft bill in my hands that toughens penalties for pedophilia. It's a very extensive draft, and we've been given until 3:30 PM, when a debate on the matter will take place. The fight against pedophilia requires us to familiarize ourselves with it thoroughly from a legal perspective, seeking opinions from experts, sexologists, and psychologists - stated Paweł Pudłowski at a briefing in the Sejm.
  • - We received a draft not consulted with any communities; it was created somewhere in a PiS office, written hastily for the needs of political marketing - he continued. - This is merely a cover-up for the fact that over the past 4 years of PiS rule, little has been done on the issue of pedophilia, despite having all legal tools and appropriate services at their disposal - he added.
  • - As the head of the Modern Poland club, I ask why change the law if the current one is not respected. Why toughen it when current regulations allow for the effective prosecution of sexual offenders – it simply needs to be done - emphasized the head of the Modern Poland club.
  • - If a person who printed a few stickers with the Virgin Mary in a rainbow halo can be effectively stopped and brought to the police station, why can't we act just as quickly regarding these terrible crimes and the people responsible for concealing them - he said.
  • - We appeal to PiS – it's time to act based on current legal provisions, not to engage in masking inaction by throwing out more draft legal acts. We expect immediate action from Minister Brudziński - he stated.

15:14

Morawiecki:

PiS is the political force that has always strived to fight on behalf of the weaker, the wronged, the victim

- Today we face a very important decision, a decision about changes to the Penal Code, and the Penal Code and criminal law are among the main elements, pillars, that define the order of values in every state. Today we must answer the fundamental question: what kind of Poland do we want? A Poland that is just for everyone, or one that is lenient, tolerant of the wicked, bandits, bad people? Do we want a Poland that is decisive, acts decisively against people who have undoubtedly erred and done so cruelly, or a Poland that is lenient, one that permits extremely pathological behaviors? Hence the proposal that we are submitting to this esteemed chamber. At the Council of Ministers, we adopted a draft amendment to the Penal Code, which responds to the needs that PiS has always advocated for. PiS is the political force that has always strived to fight on behalf of the weaker, the wronged, the victim, rather than being tolerant or lenient towards perpetrators, sometimes towards oppressors - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

15:16

Morawiecki Appeals to European Coalition MPs to Vote for Stricter Penalties

Today I am appealing to the MPs of the European Coalition as well, to vote for the stricter penalties that we have proposed – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the Sejm, during the first reading of the bill amending the Penal Code.

15:23

Biedroń:

The Polish State Must Immediately Gain Access to Church Archives

[The Sekielski brothers' film] is accompanied by a list of shame created by the 'Do Not Be Afraid' Foundation. This list of shame unfortunately also includes high-ranking church officials who hid or helped hide perpetrators of pedophilia within the Catholic Church. There are at least two archbishops’ names connected to the Wrocław diocese. We, as Wiosna, will be watching the prosecutors and courts closely to see how these cases are resolved. We demand decisive action in this matter. We know today that there may be obstruction and concealment of perpetrators and documents. The Polish state does not have access to the archives of the curia, the church. We must immediately gain access to these archives. The prosecution, the police must knock immediately” – said Wiosna leader Robert Biedroń at a press conference in Wrocław.

15:24

Biedroń Files Election Lawsuit Against Neumann Over Remarks on Pedophilia in Słupsk: "Spring and I, with our authority and actions, are an example of how to solve these problems"
I wanted to address Mr. Neumann's statements. I am filing an election law demand for correction, an election law lawsuit, regarding his remarks concerning Słupsk and pedophiles in Słupsk. This is a lie, untrue. I have the impression that Civic Platform is trying to divert attention from the issue of priest-pedophiles in the Catholic Church, trying to distract from their many years of inaction on this matter. We, as Spring, and I particularly, with my authority and actions, are an example of how to solve these problems. Therefore, we will decisively defend our name. This is a lie and manipulation by Civic Platform, which has remained silent on this issue for years and is now trying, I hope not in cooperation with the Catholic Church, to divert attention from the problem of priest-pedophiles. We expect a verdict within 48 hours, so that no Neumann or anyone else lies again” - said the leader of Spring, Robert Biedroń, at a press conference in Wrocław.

15:24

PMM:

Only harsher punishments, their adequacy, and inevitability can lead to a real reduction in extreme pathologies that rightly outrage us all after the Sekielski film

- Only the toughening of penalties, the adequacy of these penalties, the inevitability of penalties can lead to a real reduction in these extreme pathologies, which so terribly and justifiably outrage us all after the film shown by Messrs. Sekielski - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

15:27

PMM:

Which Political Formations Supported Lustration from the Outset, Which Formations, Which Political Camp? For Decommunization?

- Later [after the film], Mr. Sekielski admitted that a significant portion of these perpetrators, torturers, terrible people were registered as secret informants. I am now asking the High Chamber, which political formations supported lustration from the very beginning, which formations, which political camp? For decommunization? At this very moment, I can say: hit the table, and the knives will respond - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

- If there had been this lustration, we could have avoided a series of such cases, because these people would not have been further blackmailed by the security officers who led them - he added.

15:30

Who Said It? 'Nobody from PiS'. PM Morawiecki Quotes Kopińska

- Now, I will quote a certain person more or less from memory. Attention: Minister Ziobro has done more to combat pedophiles, this terrible scourge, than his predecessors. Who said that? Nobody from PiS. It was Ms. Kopińska from Duży Format of 'Gazeta Wyborcza' - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in the Sejm during the first reading of the bill amending the Penal Code.

15:37

Ziobro:

Despicable and Vile Claims That Our Register is Meant to Protect Certain Professional Groups, Like Priests

- There are also those who claim in a despicable and vile manner that the register we have prepared is allegedly meant to protect certain professional groups, for example, priests. This is a despicable and vile statement, which is reflected in numerous legal proceedings that have been initiated against editorial offices. I trust that those who voice such false theses from the opposition benches will not hide behind immunity when they face legal recourse and lawsuits that will reach them - stated Zbigniew Ziobro in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

15:54

Ziobro to the Opposition: You Were Against Stricter Penalties for Pedophiles, We Remember. I Hope Poles Will Remember

- You were against 500+ for children. I remember what Donald Tusk, your leader, said, what Rostowski said, we remember. How you were against stricter penalties for pedophiles, we remember. I hope Poles will remember – stated Zbigniew Ziobro in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

Scheuring-Wielgus Unfurls Map of Church Pedophilia During Criminal Code Debate

Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus, a Member of Parliament, caused a stir during a parliamentary debate on amendments to the Criminal Code by displaying a map of alleged church pedophilia incidents. The action, documented on Twitter, aimed to highlight the issue of sexual abuse within the Catholic Church and its alleged cover-ups, placing it directly within the context of legislative discussions on criminal justice.

16:59

Ziobro to the Opposition: You Stood Shoulder-to-Shoulder with Pedophiles, Opposing Stricter Penalties, Just as Some Are Now Against Stricter Penalties

- You were against these changes. You acted on behalf of pedophiles. You stood shoulder-to-shoulder with pedophiles, opposing the tightening of penalties, just as some are now against the tightening of penalties in their statements - stated Zbigniew Ziobro in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

17:05

Ziobro on the Penal Code Amendment: The Government's Proposal is a Very Clear and Firm Response Showing We Don't Want and Won't Tolerate This Type of Criminals

- The proposal that the government is putting forward is a very clear and firm response, showing that we do not want and will not tolerate this type of criminal. Showing that criminals should be afraid, and children should be much safer. Showing that if we rise above divisions, above political divisions, from cynical political calculations, and decide to think about the good of children, then we will all together, I trust, raise our voices in favor of these changes - stated Zbigniew Ziobro in the Sejm, during the first reading of the draft amendments to the Penal Code.

Orlen Joins GovTech Program
PKN ORLEN is joining the government's GovTech program, which supports cooperation between State Treasury companies, public administration, and SMEs in the IT sector. As part of the announced competition, the Concern will be seeking a solution for automated vehicle identification during refueling using the existing PKN ORLEN mobile application. The technology sought by PKN ORLEN aims to improve and enhance the security of mobile transactions made at fuel stations. The evaluation will primarily focus on the solution's usability for the end-user, as well as its universality and scalability. - For years, we have been an industry leader in mobile solutions. We were the first on the Polish market to implement a mobile application allowing business clients to easily and transparently manage fleet transactions. The mobile application introduced last year, enabling individual clients to make payments directly at the pump, was also a new standard. We continuously want to develop this area because we know this is what our clients expect. We are convinced that participation in the GovTech program will allow us to further develop innovative technologies and increase the satisfaction of our mobile application users – said Patrycja Panasiuk, Director of the Innovation Office at PKN ORLEN.

President Duda on the Attack on Magierowski: Unfortunately, Everything Points to It Being Simply an Anti-Polish Act, an Act of Hatred Against Us, Absolutely Unjustified Hatred

"The Republic is first and foremost its people, who have their needs, their pride, and their dignity. No one will insult or humiliate us. We will not allow it. Today, the Polish ambassador, Mr. Marek Magierowski, whom I personally sent to Israel to represent us there, was attacked and humiliated. The Israeli authorities must clarify this matter. The relevant security services in that country must clarify it. Unfortunately, everything points to it being simply an anti-Polish act, an act of hatred against us, absolutely unjustified hatred. I want to emphasize this with all my strength" - said President Andrzej Duda in Myślenice.

19:30

President Duda: Just as I combat all manifestations of antisemitism as something vile and unworthy, I will absolutely not agree to any anti-Polish act. Poles do not deserve such treatment

Just as I combat all manifestations of antisemitism, considering them something vile and unworthy, so too will I absolutely not agree to any anti-Polish act. Poles, who never allied themselves with Germany during World War II, who were the first to be attacked by Nazi Germany and by the Soviets, who bled throughout the entire World War II until the very end, and were later abandoned by their allies, Poles, who never participated in the Holocaust in any institutionalized way, and who are the most numerous today among the Righteous Among the Nations, absolutely do not deserve such treatment. It is unworthy, wicked” -  said President Andrzej Duda in Myślenice.

19:38

Duda:

"We Did Not Start This War. We Will Not Agree to Changes Allowing Property Claims"

If anyone fears that they will come here and file claims for property for which there were no heirs, in connection with World War II, then I will say this: we did not start this war. We did not murder defenseless people during this war. We did not create concentration camps. We were prisoners in those concentration camps, alongside Jews and other nations. I will say to all who feel concerned: be at ease. If anyone wants to pursue such claims in Poland, then in order for them to be successful, Polish law would first have to be changed, because today there is no room for that. I, as the President of the Republic of Poland, as long as I am president, will not agree to Polish law being changed in this way” – said President Andrzej Duda in Myślenice.

Wassermann:

Brejza Had an Unpleasant Role in the Committee. His Task Was to Defend an Indefensible Case. I Devoted Three Years of My Life for the Satisfaction of the Victims

MP Brejza is being untruthful multiple times, and today once again, because he has not read this report, because he could not have, as he received it today, when the committee began” - said the chairperson Małgorzata Wassermann in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on “Wydarzenia i opinie” on Polsat News - “He had an unpleasant role in this committee, because his task was to defend a case that is indefensible. Honestly? I am completely uninterested in the statement of MP Brejza, or anyone else. I devoted three years of my life for the satisfaction of the victims”.

Lubnauer Responds to Scheuring-Wielgus: Pedophilia is Too Serious, Dramatic a Topic for Such Immature Behavior, for Arguing Over Who Has the Moral Right and Who Doesn't

"The whole problem is that this is too serious, dramatic a topic for such immature behavior, for arguing over who has the moral right and who doesn't. Ms. Scheuring-Wielgus has a very emotional approach to this, and I understand that. She has worked extensively with the 'Do Not Fear' foundation. The foundation's idea regarding a commission is a good one" - said Katarzyna Lubnauer, the leader of Nowoczesna, in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' 'Events and Opinions'.

Bielan:

Prof. Legutko Has Academic Experience, But Not With Manipulations That Take 20 Minutes of a Statement and Use 5 Seconds to Attack Someone
- One must know the entire context of Professor Legutko's statement, who, as a member of our political camp, supports the toughening of penalties for the crime of pedophilia. I do not in any way interpret his remarks as downplaying the crime of pedophilia. He has been repeatedly attacked by liberal and left-wing media for his conservative worldview, and I assure you that he has a decidedly negative attitude towards pedophilia. He is a politician and, previously, a philosopher active for decades; he has academic experience but lacks experience with such manipulations where 5 seconds are chosen from a 20-minute statement and used to bludgeon someone. For years, he has clearly supported the tightening of the law on this matter - Adam Bielan said on Kropka nad I.

20:20

Bielan:

My Camp Has Always Demanded Harsher Penalties for Pedophilia, Introduced a Public Pedophile Registry in 2016, While the Current Opposition Explicitly Protested Against It
- It's a heinous crime, it traumatizes for life. My camp has always demanded increased penalties for pedophilia, and introduced a public pedophile registry in 2016, while the current opposition explicitly protested against it - stated Adam Bielan on Kropka nad I.

20:23

Bielan:

I've heard many colleagues express shock after seeing this film, and I'm not surprised you're quoting statements taken out of context
- I've heard many statements from my colleagues that they were shaken after watching this film, and I'm not surprised that you are quoting a few statements taken out of context - said Adam Bielan on Kropka nad I.

20:26

Bielan:

We Don't Just Talk About Fighting Pedophilia; We Consistently Increase Penalties and Disclose the Pedophile Registry, Aiding Prevention.
- We don't just talk about fighting pedophilia; when we are in power, we consistently increase penalties for pedophilic acts and disclose the pedophile registry, which aids in prevention. A court decides on entry into the registry – said Adam Bielan.

20:33

Bielan:

There is no place in our camp for those who trivialize the crime of pedophilia
- There is no place in our camp for those who trivialize the crime of pedophilia, and I know that my political camp has consistently advocated for tougher penalties for this crime for years - Adam Bielan said on Kropka nad I.

20:34

Bielan:

I'm Glad Politicians Who Once Voted to Shorten the Statute of Limitations, Like PO Politicians, Have Now Wised Up
- I'm glad that politicians who, until recently, raised their hands in favor of shortening the statute of limitations, for example, PO politicians, have now wised up, and this is one of the positives of the Sekielski brothers' film. I hope that Platforma [Civic Platform] won't change its mind on this matter after the elections, as it has on many other issues - said Adam Bielan on Kropka nad I (Dot on the I).

20:40

Bielan:

If Israel rightly expects Poland to condemn all acts of antisemitism, then we expect Israel to condemn all acts of anti-Polonism

We expect the Israeli side to swiftly punish the perpetrator of this xenophobic and racist attack on a Polish diplomat, as should be the case in any civilized country. If Israel rightly expects Poland to condemn all acts of antisemitism, then we expect Israel to condemn all acts of anti-Polonism. It would be expected that prominent politicians in Israel would speak out on this matter. Let's reverse the situation and imagine that something like this happened to an Israeli diplomat; it would be expected that the President of Poland and the Prime Minister would address it – Adam Bielan said on Kropka nad I.

POLSAT EVENTS -- HEATED DEBATE IN THE SEJM ON TIGHTENING PENALTIES FOR PEDOPHILIA. THE PRIME MINISTER CALLED ON ALL CLUBS TO VOTE FOR THE BILL, WHICH PROVIDES FOR LIFE IMPRISONMENT FOR HARMING CHILDREN - announcement. -- THE OPPOSITION DEMANDS PIOTROWICZ'S RESIGNATION - Dorota Gawryluk continues. -- THE DEBATE ON TIGHTENING PENALTIES FOR PEDOPHILIA DID NOT ATTRACT MUCH INTEREST FROM MPS - Mira Skórka: It was enlivened by Modern Poland politicians, who brought a banner with a map of clerical pedophilia. -- THE OPPOSITION SUPPORTS MANY PROPOSED SOLUTIONS BUT WANTS TO GO FURTHER - TO ESTABLISH A SEJM COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE PEDOPHILIA IN THE CHURCH - Skórka. -- THE REGULATIONS WERE SENT TO THE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE, ALTHOUGH INITIALLY THE JUSTICE COMMITTEE, HEADED BY STANISŁAW PIOTROWICZ, WAS SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH THEM - Skórka. -- PIOTROWICZ FOUND HIMSELF AT THE CENTER OF A POLITICAL STORM - Skórka: Piotrowicz explains that the statement spread online was not his opinion, but a quotation of witnesses. -- CIVIC PLATFORM DEMANDED HIS REMOVAL FROM THE POSITION OF HEAD OF THE JUSTICE COMMITTEE - Skórka. -- NEXT WEEK, THE EPISCOPATE WILL CONVENE IN AN URGENT MANNER, AND THE PRIMATE OF POLAND IS CANCELLING AN OVERSEAS TRIP - announcement: Archbishop Sławoj Leszek Głódź apologized for his words that he doesn't watch just anything. -- INFORMATION ABOUT THE ATTACK ON THE POLISH AMBASSADOR IN ISRAEL CIRCULATED THE WORLD - announcement: Magierowski was spat on by a 65-year-old man who had previously tried to enter the Polish embassy. -- TENSION BETWEEN POLAND AND ISRAEL HAS INCREASED FOLLOWING THE AMENDMENT TO THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL MEMORY ACT. NOW THE ISSUE OF THE RESTITUTION OF UNINHERITED JEWISH PROPERTY IS RETURNING - Jan Mikruta. -- THE SEJM WAS TO ADDRESS THE KUKIZ'15 ANTI-CLAIMS ACT TODAY. WORK HAS BEEN POSTPONED - Mikruta. -- THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE INCIDENT IN TEL AVIV IS RELATED TO THIS MATTER - Mikruta. -- THE ATTACK ON THE AMBASSADOR IS, HOWEVER, AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION - Mikruta. -- THE AMBER GOLD INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE HAS CONCLUDED ITS WORK. MAŁGORZATA WASSERMANN PRESENTED THE FINAL REPORT - announcement. -- THERE ARE TWO DIAMETRICALLY DIFFERENT CONCLUSIONS - FROM THE LAW AND JUSTICE PARTY AND THE OPPOSITION - Piotr Michalak. -- THE REPORT DOES NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION OF WHO COULD BE BEHIND MARCIN P. - Michalak. -- ON SATURDAY, TUSK WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE EUROPEAN COALITION'S PRO-EUROPEAN MARCH IN THE CAPITAL - Michalak. ***** FAKTY TVN -- Government bills tightening penalties for pedophilia are already in the Sejm express lane. The new regulations provide for higher prison sentences for pedophiles, no statute of limitations, and raising the age of consent from 15 to 16 years old. At Wednesday's Sejm session, the opposition filed a motion to dismiss the head of the Sejm Justice and Human Rights Committee, Stanisław Piotrowicz, in connection with his statements when he was a prosecutor. -- PIOTROWICZ'S WORDS ABOUT THE PRIEST FROM TYLAWA FROM JOANNA SCHEURING-WIELGUS' FACEBOOK. -- MY CONSCIENCE REPROACHES ME NOTHING - Piotrowicz. -- Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz in the Sejm. -- AND I TAKE IT AS SUMMER - Krystyna Pawłowicz. -- THE LAW AND JUSTICE PARTY DEFENDS PIOTROWICZ, AND THE PRIME MINISTER SUGGESTS THAT THE PROBLEM OF PEDOPHILIA IN THE CHURCH IS RELATED TO COMMUNISM, WHICH, HOWEVER, AGAIN AWKWARDLY REMINDS THE LAW AND JUSTICE PARTY THAT PIOTROWICZ WAS A PROSECUTOR DURING MARTIAL LAW - Knapik. -- KNAPIK ON THE GOVERNMENT'S ANTI-PEDOPHILIA OFFENSIVE: THE OPPOSITION HAS TOO LITTLE TIME TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH IT. -- Głódź's apology. -- SHOCKING STATEMENTS BY LAW AND JUSTICE POLITICIANS - in the announcement: If we follow the example of other countries, a commission on pedophilia in the Church is necessary. Not composed of clergy, but of people from outside the Church. Cooperation of hierarchs and Law and Justice politicians will be needed. Listening to the shocking statements of the latter, they will probably not agree to the commission. -- Over 80 percent of these abuses concern boys aged 12 to 17. What kind of pedophilia is that, I ask you? This is not pedophilia at all, it is pederasty - such views on pedophilia were expressed by Ryszard Legutko from the Law and Justice party. -- SOBIENIOWSKI ON LEGUTKO: Ryszard Legutko is one of Jarosław Kaczyński's most important advisors. The head of Law and Justice is promoting Legutko's candidacy in the European elections. -- SOBIENIOWSKI ON LEGUTKO'S WORDS: He was Minister of Education in the Law and Justice government, so his identification of pedophilia with homosexuality is shocking in his statement. But if he talks about exploited 12-year-old boys and asks the question 'what kind of pedophilia is this?' and answers that it is not pedophilia, then the reaction of one of the Law and Justice members, when asked if a state commission should be appointed to investigate how many clergy have harmed children they were supposed to care for, seems less shocking. -- MAREK AST: Would you be concerned if a commission were established to investigate pedophilia among journalists? -- POLISH AMBASSADOR ATTACKED IN ISRAEL: A 65-year-old man in Tel Aviv cut off the car of Polish Ambassador Marek Magierowski. The man got out of his car and began hitting the roof of the Polish embassy car with his hand. When Marek Magierowski started recording him with his phone, the man opened the door and started cursing. The attack on the Polish ambassador occurred on Tuesday in Israel. The 65-year-old was detained. On Wednesday, Israeli Ambassador Anna Azari was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she expressed her outrage at the attack. -- AMBER GOLD COMMISSION REPORT: There is a seven-hundred-page draft report and the thesis that the prosecution service, special services, and police operated extremely poorly. The Amber Gold Commission is concluding its work. Opposition MPs will submit a dissenting opinion, as they believe the commission only sought to discredit Donald Tusk. -- EVEN THE THESIS ABOUT THE POLE IS NOT THE THESIS OF THE ENTIRE COMMISSION, IT'S MORE OF A PROTOCOL OF DISAGREEMENT - Jan Błaszkowski. -- THE COMMISSION WAS CREATED ONLY TO GET TUSK, WHICH FAILED - Cezary Tomczyk. -- PETRU SHOPS AT EURO IN GERMANY AND SLOVAKIA AND IT TURNED OUT CHEAPER THAN IN POLAND: Two baskets of food, chemicals, and cosmetics that are to refute the thesis that the introduction of the euro will cause a price increase. Ryszard Petru shopped in Slovakia and Germany and paid in euros, of course. It turned out to be cheaper than if he had bought in Poland. -- IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE MORE EXPENSIVE - Paweł Płuska: Ryszard Petru's baskets, the only politician who openly wants Poland to join the euro area as quickly as possible, are intended for price comparisons. It doesn't have to be more expensive - this is an answer to the words often spoken by Law and Justice politicians during the campaign. -- But what does "European" mean? The leader of the Now party bought his items in stores in Germany and Slovakia, and then compared the prices with those in Poland. In both cases, it turned out to be cheaper than here. Sometimes significantly cheaper - Płuska. -- PŁUSKA ON LOWER PRICES IN GERMANY: In Germany, many items, even more than in Slovakia, can be bought cheaper than in Poland. Not only chemicals and cosmetics, but also coffee, yogurts, or flour. Wine, bread - these are just examples of items that are cheaper across the western border. It has happened that even fuel, especially oil, was cheaper in the west. There is no rule. What is constant is only this statement. -- BRUDZIŃSKI IS FURIOUS: Image blunders in the campaign mean lost votes. The one with landing on a field during a junior match has a high chance of going down in history. No wonder Joachim Brudziński is reportedly furious. The search for culprits is underway. -- THE MINISTER WANTS TO KNOW WHY HE HAD TO LAND SPECIFICALLY ON THE FIELD - Marzanna Zielińska. -- I WOULD HAVE TO BE CRAZY TO FORCE A LANDING ON THE FIELD KNOWING A JUNIOR MATCH IS ON - Brudziński. -- BYZANTINE APPROACH - Siemoniak. -- I HOPE THAT UNDER A CIVIC PLATFORM GOVERNMENT, MINISTERS WILL TRAVEL BY HORSEBACK - Kownacki. ***** WIADOMOŚCI TVP -- THE SEJM ON GOVERNMENT PROPOSALS FOR CHANGES IN THE LAW IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FIGHT AGAINST PEDOPHILIA - announcement. -- THE PROJECT HAS BEEN PREPARED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS - Maksymilian Maszenda: The most important changes and PMM's statement from the Sejm in the material. -- THE LARGEST OPPOSITION CLUB, CIVIC PLATFORM-COALITION, SIMULTANEOUSLY CRITICIZED THE PROJECT PREPARED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE FACT THAT, IN THEIR OPINION, THIS SAME GOVERNMENT IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT PEDOPHILIA - Maszenda continues. -- BORYS BUDKA VOTED IN FEBRUARY 2015 TO SHORTEN THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR THE CRIME OF RAPING A MINOR - Maszenda. -- ALREADY IN THIS SEJM TERM, PLATFORM DID NOT WANT TO SUPPORT THE REGISTER OF SEXUAL OFFENDERS - Maszenda continues. -- THE TEACHERS' STRIKE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED THE SITUATION OF STUDENTS - ACCORDING TO MORE THAN HALF OF POLES - announcement. -- THE NATIONAL TEACHERS' UNION PLAN: PARALYZING THE 8TH GRADE AND JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL EXAMS DID NOT SUCCEED, THE EXAMS TOOK PLACE, AMONG OTHERS, THANKS TO CATECHISTS WHO REMAINED WITH THEIR STUDENTS - announcement. -- SUPPORT FOR THE UNION DROPPED WEEK BY WEEK - Karol Jałtuszewski. -- THE UNION LED BY SŁAWOMIR BRONIAZ DID NOT WANT TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT, ALTHOUGH SOLIDARITY OF EDUCATION DID - Jałtuszewski continues. -- GOOD NEWS FOR FARMERS, THEY HAVE UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH, NOT MAY 15TH, TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR DIRECT PAYMENTS. -- THERE ARE ALREADY OVER 20 THOUSAND WOT SOLDIERS, AND THAT'S NOT ALL. -- THE JUDGES OF THE CJEU RESIGNED FROM OPEN CONFRONTATION WITH THE POLISH GOVERNMENT - announcement. -- THIS IS BAD NEWS FOR THE OPPOSITION, WHICH COMPLAINED ABOUT THE REFORMS IMPLEMENTED IN POLAND IN LUXEMBOURG - Danuta Holecka. -- THE CJEU JUDGES DODGED AND RESIGNED FROM OPEN CONFRONTATION WITH THE POLISH GOVERNMENT - Konrad Wąż. -- THE TRIBUNAL'S UNEXPECTED VOLTE-FACE CERTAINLY DISAPPOINTED THE OPPONENTS OF THE POLISH GOVERNMENT - Wąż continues. -- THE POLISH AMBASSADOR IN ISRAEL, MAREK MAGIEROWSKI, WAS ATTACKED IN FRONT OF THE EMBASSY BUILDING IN TEL AVIV. -- THE POLISH ECONOMY IS HOLDING STRONG, DESPITE THE CLEAR SLOWDOWN IN WESTERN EUROPE. -- LIST OF ERRORS AND OMISSIONS OF THE CIVIC PLATFORM-PSL GOVERNMENT - banner. -- THE CONCLUSIONS FROM YEARS OF WORK OF THE AMBER GOLD SCAM COMMISSION ARE DEVASTATING - Waldemar Stankiewicz. -- THE COMMISSION DETERMINED THAT MARCIN P. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE INITIATOR OF THE CRIMINAL BUSINESS - Stankiewicz continues. -- MANY QUESTIONS ARISE IN THE REPORT ABOUT THE ROLE OF THE SERVICES AND THE SUPERVISION OF THE THEN PRIME MINISTER DONALD TUSK, WHOSE SON WORKED FOR MARCIN P.'S COMPANY - Stankiewicz. -- PLATFORM DEFENDS ITSELF BY ATTACKING - Stankiewicz continues: The report indicates that Prime Minister Donald Tusk did not ensure the coordination of the work of government administration bodies, nor did he issue any formal orders to stop the criminal procedure. -- A POLE WILL LEAD THE FIGHT AGAINST DOPING.
