Jaskóła from Kukiz'15: Mr. Balt earns many times more than a teacher in a municipal company, his wife too, let him share
- Mr. Balt earns many times more than a teacher in a municipal company, his wife too, let him share - said Tomasz Jaskuła from Kukiz'15 to Marek Balt from SLD in Woronicza 17.

Szefernaker:

Increases from September 1st, by 9%. We are implementing phased increases. There were 0% increases in 2013, 14, and 15, and we are implementing increases and that's how we differ – we are realizing the program.
- Increases will be from September 1st, by 9%. We are implementing phased increases. In 2013, 14, and 15, there were 0% increases, and we are implementing increases, and that's how we differ: we are realizing the program – said Paweł Szefernaker in Woronicza 17.

Kempa on the Kozłowska Affair: Politicians' Carelessness, like Róża Thun's Ignorance, Harm Not Only Poland but the Entire EU
- The services raised very serious reservations. We must realize that we are being infiltrated; our services are obliged to protect our citizens and state institutions. Politicians' carelessness, like Róża Thun's through her ignorance, harmed not only Poland but the entire EU - Beata Kempa stated on Woronicza 17.

10:29

Jaskóła:

We have communist dinosaurs on the European Coalition's lists, and it amuses me when I hear at their convention that we fought communism, and Leszek Miller is sitting there.
- We have communist dinosaurs on the European Coalition's lists, and it amuses me when I hear at their convention that we fought communism, and Leszek Miller is sitting there - said Tomasz Jaskóła from Kukiz'15.

Szefernaker:

A Foundation Suspected of Russian Ties, Fighting the Polish Government, is Collaborating with You for Political Gain, Despite Warnings of Threats to Poland's Security
- The devil has dressed himself in a chasuble and rings for mass with his tail. The leader of the KE's list is Ms. Róża Thun, who cooperated with the Open Dialogue Foundation. I will second what the PSL says on this matter, but this is hypocrisy. There is a foundation suspected of ties to Russia, it is involved in the fight against the Polish government, and you are collaborating with it because it serves your political interests, despite warnings about threats to Poland's security - said Paweł Szefernaker in Woronicza 17.

Schetyna:

Today, We Risk Losing European Funds for Violating the Rule of Law, Disrespecting the Constitution, and Breaking European Principles and Law
Over these 30 years, we have achieved a great deal. Just 5 years ago, in 2014, on the 25th anniversary of June 4th, I recall it on Castle Square, US President Barack Obama, presidents of major powers, all countries in Europe and the world. They celebrated this great date with us, this great anniversary, the fact that Poland was Europe's top student, that Poland showed how to achieve political, economic, and also mental transformation. And today, after 5 years, where are we? Who will come today for the anniversary of June 4th, 1989? Will any leaders of the largest states come, or will anyone be invited at all? Will those who govern today remember how important this date is and how much it has brought? No. Today we are at the stage of losing everything that previous political generations built. After 1989, every term of every government, of every Sejm, added, facilitated, and opened up opportunities for us to reach a safe path. First to NATO, then to the EU - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the European Coalition convention in Opole. - Today we are in a different place. Today, we are losing everything that has been built. Today, we are losing influence over the European budget, the new perspective. Today, we can only recall how our negotiators, first Jarosław Kalinowski, but also Leszek Miller when we joined the EU, and later Janusz Lewandowski, as well as Jan Olbrycht fought for the budget for Poland. In the last perspective, it was over PLN 500 billion. This is the success of our government, the PSL, and PO. But this success has no continuation. There is no chance for us to sit at the main table today as we did then. To have the conviction that in Brussels, Berlin, and Paris, in all the capitals of our continent, it is precisely there that our Polish voice is heard. There is a place for us there, and the EU does not make decisions without the Polish voice. Today, that is no longer the case. Today, what threatens us is the withdrawal of European funds for violating the rule of law, for disrespecting the Constitution, for breaking European principles and law. Today, we risk losing European funds in the next perspective. This is what Polexit looks like today. A process that shows that step by step, month by month, Poland is moving away from the mainstream of the EU, heading to the margins of the EU, and in perspective, to its borders, and then beyond them - added the PO chairman.

10:44

Kempa:

We are witnessing information and hybrid warfare; there's an attempt to destabilize special services. I want to thank our special services for prompting EU-level actions.
- We are witnessing information and hybrid warfare, there's an attempt to destabilize special services. I want to thank our special services for prompting EU-level actions as well, ensuring our safety. Thanks to the services, we were able to safely conduct World Youth Day - said Beata Kempa on Woronicza 17.

10:44

Schetyna on the New EU Budget: 'In the proposal on the table, we know it's €25 billion less. These are tangible losses resulting from the anti-European, anti-democratic policy of the PiS government.'
- We established the European Coalition to win these elections. We established it so that this budget, this draft European budget prepared, which will be worked on for the next few months, where our MEPs, fighting, are rapporteurs in the budget committee, fighting every day for it to be as good as possible for Poland, but in this proposal, which is already on the table, we know it's €25 billion less. These are the tangible losses resulting from this policy, the anti-European, anti-democratic policy, the policy of the PiS government - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the European Coalition convention in Opole.

10:51

Schetyna:

Let's Show Those Who Want to Take Poland Out of Europe the Kozakiewicz Gesture

- Those to whom [the Kozakiewicz gesture] was addressed are no longer here today. History has forgotten them. But I want all of us to show that gesture of Kozakiewicz to those who want to take Poland out of Europe, who will destroy our democracy, the rule of law, who are taking away our freedom. I want all of us to show these bad people the Kozakiewicz gesture. Then we will win - stated Grzegorz Schetyna at the European Coalition convention in Opole.

10:57

Neumann:

On the Other Side, Teachers Have No Partner for Dialogue. The Government Lacked the Will to End the Protest

- This isn't a matter of disappointment. It was the teachers' decision. On the other side, teachers have no partner for dialogue, because the government and the parliamentary majority were doing everything to actually fuel this strike and these emotions through various statements or actions. There was absolutely no will from the government to end this protest through some dialogue or conversation. All of this was a pretense. So, the teachers have suspended, not ended, it - stated Sławomir Neumann on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Table).

11:35

Jaki:

We Greatly Respect Teachers; We Want Them to Earn More

- It's not like we enjoy teachers striking. Quite the opposite. We greatly respect teachers; we want them to earn more, and we are actually spending more money on it. It's just that the other side unfortunately has a political agenda - stated Patryk Jaki on TVN24's "Kawa na ławę" (Coffee on the Bench).

12:47

Kaczyński:

Europeanism is simply a standard of living, and we want to achieve it. I want to strongly emphasize, we want to achieve it throughout Poland.
It is known that PiS is a party that consistently strives for our country, our homeland, to catch up with the EU, the EU average, and then the average of richer countries to our west, in terms of economic development and standard of living. After all, we say that Europeanism is simply a standard of living, and we want to achieve it. We want to achieve it, but I want to strongly emphasize this, we want to achieve it throughout Poland, not just in some of its parts. Our concept, our idea is balanced development - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a convention in Białystok.

12:50

Kaczyński:

We Want Sustainable Development

- We want sustainable development. We want rights for everyone. But this is not a matter of intellectual dispute. Because one can say that the first solution, polarized-diffusive, is easier. The second one is fairer. But that doesn't mean it's less effective. And we clearly, unequivocally choose the latter - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the convention in Białystok.

12:57

Kaczyński:

My Announcement of 'At Least 100 Zł per Pig and 500 Zł per Cow' Was Mocked, Even a Cow Costume Appeared During the Teachers' Strike, But It's a Truly Great Opportunity
- For many days, or even weeks, my announcement made in Kadzidło, in Kurpie, was mocked. 'At least 100 zł per pig and 500 zł per cow.' Even during the teachers' strike, someone dressed up as a cow because of it. But it's truly a great opportunity. These farms can receive, independently of per-hectare subsidies, very significant funds. After all, today a family farm can be up to 300 hectares. This can really amount to a lot of money. If someone, for example, keeps 100 dairy cows, they will get 50,000 zł from it, or more, if they are of course kept in the appropriate way. If they have hundreds of pigs, that's also a substantial sum. In addition to that, per-hectare subsidies. Together, it's truly very significant money – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a convention in Białystok.

13:03

Kaczyński:

We Must Expand Faith in Poland. We Must Make Our Nation a European Nation, But Simultaneously a Truly Great Nation. And There Is a Chance for This.

- We are a great nation. Yes, here, on this land, we know that we are a great nation. But we must expand this faith in Poland to all our lands. We must expand it and introduce it into the consciousness of all Poles, into our culture, which today often goes in other directions. We must make our nation a European nation, but simultaneously a truly great nation. And there is a chance for this. This chance is the good change, this path that we have already chosen, and it is my great request to you that we can continue this path. To go to these elections, to vote, because this is the first round of these 2019 elections, elections that will decide the further fate of Poland. Development, equality, strength, dignity, or what our opponents present, the liquidation of various institutions, bowing to LGBT, etc., etc. I know that Poles will choose as they should – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a convention in Białystok.

13:15

Morawiecki:

We haven't been in Europe for 15 years. We have been in Europe for eleven centuries.

- Let's not say we've been in Europe for 15 years. We have been in Europe for eleven centuries. The Polish state was formed earlier than the Italian state, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, Portugal, and Spain. Poland's baptism preceded the baptism of Hungary and Sweden. This shows what our traditions and roots are. We have been in Europe for eleven centuries. Such a presence, tradition, strength, and greatness oblige us to contribute, at this turn in history the EU finds itself, to the EU emerging from this bend as strong as possible, because a strong Poland also means a strong Europe. We cannot forget this - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a convention in Białystok.

13:23

PMM:

Is Closing Police Stations and Schools European? This is Not Europeanism

- We need to answer very clearly what the Europeanism of our political rivals consists of and what our Europeanism consists of. Because it's easy to have your mouth full of platitudes. It's easy to talk about Europeanism. But let's always get down to specifics. Is taking 150 billion PLN from OFE from citizens European? Un-European. Is allowing people to work, as was the case a few years ago, for 5 PLN per hour European? No, this is not Europeanism. We don't want this kind of Europeanism. Is closing police stations and schools European? This is not Europeanism. This is Europeanism only as a mouthful of platitudes, and we are for Europeanism in concrete terms, which will serve the land of Podlasie, Mazury, and Warmia. Because that's what real Europeanism, which serves Poles, consists of. It's about fighting for the rights of Polish consumers, equalizing farmers' subsidies, which will happen very quickly, in the next EU perspective. The first one now, for which we are responsible, because our political rivals were responsible for the previous one. And finally, it's about attracting these road and rail investments, precisely to Podlasie - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a convention in Białystok.

13:26

Polish PM: EU Leaders, Prime Ministers, and Presidents Ask Us How We Closed the VAT Gap So Quickly
"Today, EU country leaders, prime ministers, and presidents are asking us how we managed to practically close the VAT gap in such a short time. Of course, we won't see such growth again, but closing it by almost 50% in a short period of 2-2.5 years, that's nearly 60 billion PLN, close to 60 billion PLN in 2.5 years – that's what European prime ministers are asking us about. This is Europeanism in practice," stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a convention in Białystok.

13:31

PMM:

Poland is Becoming the Ever-Stronger Beating Heart of Europe
"Yes, Poland is meant to be, and is becoming, the ever-stronger beating heart of Europe. But the rhythm of this heart must be set here, from the Podlasie region, from Eastern Poland, from the Masurian lands, the Warmian lands. We are going to Europe with this aim: not just for it to be strengthened through our actions, our economic and social policies – that is already happening. But we are going to consign to the dustbin of history that false division, which they tried to impose on us, that Poland can be either enterprising or only social. We have shown that we are combining an innovative, enterprising Poland with a solidaristic Poland, and that is why we are going to Europe. This will be a great, beating heart of Poland in Europe. A solidaristic, modern Poland, which does not forget any of its districts, its municipalities, its villages, or any of its cities. The Poland of our dreams," stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a convention in Białystok.

Italian Deputy Prime Minister at Kukiz's Convention

Paweł Kukiz welcomed "friends from abroad," including Italian Deputy Prime Minister Luigi di Maio and Ivan Sinčić, one of the leaders of the Živi zid (Living Wall) organization from Croatia. "I've recently been watching reports from party conventions, and you don't need to shout 'Paweł' at me, let's shout for the citizens!" said Kukiz.

14:34

Kukiz:

The 5 Star Movement's Years-Long Battle in Italy Against Powerful Parties with Money and Media. The Wind Blows Hard Against Us, But Poles Will Also Understand That Poland is Our Property
- Poland in Europe, Europe for Poland - Paweł Kukiz presented the slogan of his movement. - Equal rights for all states in Europe. The European Commission serves the marriage of Macron and Angela Merkel; Europe cannot be just for two states. For over a decade, the 5 Star Movement in Italy fought against parties possessing immense power, money, and their own media. A ministry of direct democracy was created; Italy is becoming the property of Italians, not the mafia. The wind is blowing hard against us, but Poles will also understand that Poland is our property - said Paweł Kukiz.

14:35

Italian Deputy PM at Kukiz's Convention: The Left-Right Divide is Outdated, Now It's Just Good vs. Bad Ideas. We Can Be the Deciding Factor
- We have decided to go down this path together. Your anti-corruption bill is similar to ours. Our goal is to create a group in the European Parliament that will not focus on ideology, but will deal with citizens' problems. The division into left-wing and right-wing ideas is outdated; now it's simply a division into good and bad ideas. We can be the deciding factor - said Luigi di Maio, leader of the Five Star Movement and Deputy Prime Minister of Italy.

14:40

Italian Deputy Prime Minister to Kukiz: If China had our parliamentary proportions in Europe, they'd need a stadium for MPs. We want to focus on direct democracy.
- If China had our parliamentary proportions in Europe, they'd need a stadium for MPs. We want to focus on direct democracy; we have already cut high parliamentary pensions and will proceed to cut their salaries. We are moving towards direct democracy. We ourselves are chosen through online platforms, this is how we choose candidates and the topics we address - stated Luigi Di Maio at Kukiz's convention.

15:11

Kukiz'15 Presents European Election Coalition Partners: Marek Jurek and Paweł Tanajno's Direct Democracy

At the Kukiz'15 convention, coalition partners for the European elections were presented: Marek Jurek, Paweł Tanajno's Direct Democracy, and the "Stop Bank Robbery" association. - This is a spring of the people; Italy has a Ministry of Direct Democracy! - said Tanajno.
