„We take local governments seriously, and in the law giving Poles ownership, we have granted them enormous freedom. Local governments decide when to divide properties, about fees, and they organize certificates. If it turns out that local governments are using this freedom to delay enfranchisement, we will legally limit it” - said Deputy Minister Artur Soboń in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus’s „Sedno Sprawy” (The Heart of the Matter).

- Let's not manipulate. Discounts are always for everyone. Always, in subsequent election campaigns, if they are held. And indeed, they are held for every election campaign, such an offer is directed to all committees. Some use this discount, others do not. In this case, four committees took advantage of this discount - said Rafał Trzaskowski during a press conference.

- At the next government meeting, I will present a report [on the Sunday trading ban] that we have prepared in the ministry. We have examined what Poles do on their free Sundays, whether the money they spent in shops remains in their savings accounts - stated Jadwiga Emilewicz in an interview with Łukasz Kijek on Gazeta.pl.

- This is very interesting data that strongly contests the information currently available on the market, which is commissioned by large retail chains. I don't think there will be any legislative revolution - she added.

If the government claims there's money for it and generously distributes funds without introducing any differentiation, then the government assumes everyone will take it - stated Leszek Miller in an interview with Marek Kacprzak on WP's program "Tłit".

- A big injection of money, yes. Of course, I'm not complaining, because I know there are pensions of 1,000, 1,500 zł - he continued. - Money should be transferred with intent. Not to millionaires, but to people who are less or moderately well-off - emphasized the former Prime Minister.

- Undoubtedly, Grzegorz Schetyna deals the cards in the European Coalition to the greatest extent, and there's nothing strange about it, because he is the leader of the largest coalition party - stated Leszek Miller in an interview with Marek Kacprzak on WP's "Tłit" program.

- Donald Tusk is doing what he can. But it's not Donald Tusk pushing Great Britain out of the EU, but Great Britain doing it of its own volition - stated Leszek Miller in a conversation with Marek Kacprzak on WP's program "Tłit". He added:

"I believe Brussels is wrong to allow the British government and the British to extend the transition period. It is very good that Brussels presented an agreement that should have been adopted by the British parliament, it was not adopted, so today should be the last day of Great Britain's presence in the EU."

- Evidence strongly suggests that politicians from Civic Platform (PO) benefited from promotional services of a municipal company at below-market costs. Therefore, we are preparing a draft notification to the prosecutor's office - said Sebastian Kaleta during a press briefing.

- We want to see if it's possible that the same companies had contracts for the municipal campaign, and then shortly after, Civic Platform politicians joined for the last two weeks of the campaign. This is a very serious matter. A major bus scandal in Warsaw. We will investigate the case - added Kaleta.

“I wanted to emphasize our partnership and express my gratitude. We find ourselves today at a crucial moment, on the day when we are expecting another vote in the British Parliament in a few hours. This vote will decide the fate of Brexit. For us, the fundamental issue is for Great Britain to remain in the EU. We have wanted this from the very beginning, and I have repeatedly urged Prime Minister May on this matter, but these are internal affairs of the British society, which decided as it did in the referendum” - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki after a meeting with the EU's Brexit negotiator, Michel Barnier.

„The intensified activity of Prime Minister Morawiecki and the services subordinate to him has raised concerns. It turns out that vehicles that should be at the disposal of state services, which should be used for carrying out tasks, such as ITD vehicles, are being used to promote the PiS party program. There are dozens of pieces of evidence for this. This situation raises serious concerns regarding the financing of a party campaign with public funds, which is an illegal action. The situation involving Prime Minister Morawiecki and employees of the Prime Minister's Chancellery also caught attention. On March 22nd, an announcement appeared in the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) stating that the Prime Minister's Chancellery (KPRM) had ordered advertising space for the promotion of an unspecified government program for a considerable 800,000 PLN during the European Parliament election campaign period. Looking at the legislative work of the Council of Ministers, there is no program among these documents that corresponds to the content of the order. Doubts arise as to whether this announcement, which would be placed in newspapers, will serve to promote the party's program and will have nothing to do with the actions of the Council of Ministers” - said Arkadiusz Myrcha from Civic Platform at a press conference in front of the National Election Commission (PKW) headquarters.

„We are appealing to Prime Minister Morawiecki with a demand to withdraw the announced tender. Additionally, we are calling on Prime Minister Morawiecki to provide full information on what funds were used to implement the promotion of the so-called Kaczyński's five-point plan” - he added.

„The PKW, in addition to conducting elections, also deals with the examination of party financing and party election campaign financing. We are submitting a request to the PKW to investigate this case, to what extent it violates the Act on Financing of Political Parties and Election Campaigns” - argued Jan Grabiec.

– A reshuffle might occur when we already know who will be in the European Parliament, then we will talk... – stated Ryszard Czarnecki in "Sygnały dnia" on PR1. He added:

"[A reshuffle] will definitely not happen before the elections. Secondly, the European Parliament will be constituted on July 2nd, which is more than a month after the elections, and by common sense, then a reshuffle may occur, because it's difficult for it to happen earlier, when those ministers or deputy ministers who will be elected, and I don't know if all of them will be elected, the voter decides, to the European Parliament, they will not yet be MEPs at that time, so a reshuffle, if it happens at all, then it will be after July"

There will be "The Five Plus." - There is another issue that gives us a tailwind in a completely unexpected segment of the electorate - we hear from Nowogrodzka Street.

- PiS will expand "The Five" at its Saturday convention in Gdańsk - this sensational piece of information was unofficially confirmed to 300POLITYKA by a PiS politician. The direction of the expansion of "The Five" is said to be a complete surprise: - Nobody expects this, and we won't say anything more. The leader will announce everything - we hear. 

According to 300POLITYKA's interlocutors, Jarosław Kaczyński himself, after consultations with the Prime Minister, is said to have proposed the expansion of his "Five" to surprised campaign staff. - The leader is observing the course of the campaign very carefully and has seen that there is another matter that gives us a tailwind in a completely unexpected segment of the electorate - we hear.

At Nowogrodzka Street, there is a conviction that Kaczyński's "new Five" has energized the ruling right-wing's campaign, especially at the local level. It is evident not only from polls but also from observations by leading PiS politicians that "The Five" may have reversed the perception that the political trend could change. 

- After all, in every journalistic program we participate in with the opposition, the conversation mainly revolves around "The Five." The opposition is left somewhat empty-handed, and moreover, tension is growing within its ranks. Politicians from Nowoczesna say they will vote against it, PSL for it, and Schetyna is still fueling the discussion about our program, sometimes calling it handouts and at other times trying to outdo us. It doesn't hold together - a politician from Nowogrodzka tells us. 

- Additionally, the grassroots meetings that our candidates and MPs are already conducting on a large scale show that people are primarily interested in "The Five" - our interlocutor says. - They ask for details, about what and when. Essentially, other topics do not exist at these meetings, and only the convinced and activists attend them - he adds.

Therefore - as we hear - Jarosław Kaczyński will announce the expansion of "The Five" in a direction no one expects at Saturday's convention in Gdańsk. - And once again, we will dominate public discussion for several days, and the opposition, before they come up with something, will be left with five press conferences a day in the Sejm, which nobody even notices anymore - a leading PiS politician tells us.

- I believe there will be no Polexit and I would not want there to be a Polexit. That is my opinion. However, there have been many different behaviors and public statements by various PiS politicians that could indicate such a desire was emerging - said Michał Boni in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" on Polsat News.

I don’t understand why we should fund church universities. Philosophy, absolutely, but not theology, because theology is the domain of the church. Why should we fund the education of priests? "[I would expand Kaczyński's five plus] with a sixth postulate: an end to PiS. Today, PiS is incapable of realizing any postulate. It is very close to elections, the state budget has been drained.
