Subsequently, at 12:30 PM in Strzelin, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will attend a meeting, and in Wieluń at 2:00 PM – a meeting with leader Jarosław Kaczyński. Additionally, at 10:00 AM, PMM (Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki) will participate in the opening of the Wrocław Entrepreneurship Service Centre, and at 4:00 PM – in Warsaw – in a presentation concerning the Football Academies Certification program.

At 11:00 AM in Warsaw, the National Council of PO (Civic Platform) will convene, during which the largest opposition party will approve candidates for the European Coalition lists in the European Parliament elections. The joint convention of the European Coalition – as we reported on 300POLITYKA – will be held on April 6th.

Also today, Robert Biedroń's party will present its candidates in the European Parliament elections. "Soon we will present our New European Team to you. Be with us on March 23rd at 1:30 PM at Warsaw's Palladium, where we will present our female and male candidates in the European Parliament elections. It's time for Spring to finally arrive in Europe! Together we will give it wings," announce the organizers.

At 10:00 AM, the Minister of the Interior and Administration, Joachim Brudziński, will hand over a voucher for the renovation of a bridge in Górki Noteckie. The ceremony will take place at the District Office in Strzelce Krajeńskie. At 1:00 PM in Radom, a press conference will be held by the leader of PSL (Polish People's Party), Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Adam Struzik, and Member of the European Parliament, Jarosław Kalinowski.

According to 300POLITYKA sources, Danuta Huebner is returning to the European Coalition's lists in the European Parliament elections – she is expected to run from the fourth position on the Warsaw list. Furthermore, as we hear, Paweł Zalewski has resigned from his candidacy. The lists are to be approved today by the Civic Platform's National Council, which is convening at 11:00 AM in Warsaw.

- We are on the right path, a path towards the right goal. That goal is a just Poland. But when we talk about a just Poland, we are not talking about numbers, statistics. We are talking about something very concrete. About facts. About those that are behind us, and those that are ahead of us. More than once in recent years, in the last three or two years, it has happened that one of our fellow countrymen no longer had to wonder whether to buy food or medicine. Many a family, sometimes for the first time, went on vacation. Many a person, our compatriot, could decide to work somewhere very far away because the work was there, not closer because they didn't have money for tickets - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the regional PiS convention in Wrocław. He added:

"One can also say that we no longer take children away from poor parents. One can say that Polish parents today have a choice between sending a child aged 6 or 7 to school. That they also have a choice regarding the age of retirement. But these are just examples. And yet, a new 'five', the PiS 'five', lies ahead of us. It will greatly expand everything we have done so far. I repeat: this good path to a just Poland is a path for Poles, for the improvement of their fate. It is the path of true, well-understood Europeanization of Poland. But ahead of us lies a very, very important question, and it is not a question that a party must ask. It is a question that Poles must ask. Should this path be continued? For it to be continued, we must be able to win. In these upcoming May, European elections, autumn parliamentary elections, and in 2020, the presidential elections, we simply must have the opportunity, and power gives that opportunity, to continue on this path. Because if this does not happen, not only will we stand still on this path, Poland will stand still on this path, but Poland will begin to regress. Our opponents certainly, even if they wanted to, would not be able to continue this path. But they do not want to. They say they do not want to. They say they intend to change all this, that they intend to destroy our social policy, and also, as they say, Polish democracy."

- Today we met here standing so that we could very quickly head out to various places in this province, Lower Silesia, but also to different places in the country. I, for example, am going to Wieluń. All of us from this team are going somewhere. Today, at least 200 meetings will take place in Poland, perhaps significantly more. And that's exactly what it's about - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the regional PiS convention in Wrocław.

„We have formed a coalition because we want to be together. We will not be divided. This is a new, Polish patent for victory - the unity of people of good will. The European Coalition is the Polish way to defeat autocrats, populists, and nationalists. Nobody has done this before us, and there is strength in unity. We know this. We have already had our baptism of fire. The first attempt to divide us failed because we are united by something that has united Poles for centuries, namely the dream of a strong, beautiful, and free Poland” - said the Civic Platform chairman, Grzegorz Schetyna, during the PO National Council.

„Byzantium, autocracy, boyars, political police, shameless propaganda – Poles have always rejected this. Something like this doesn't pass here. And that's what's beautiful about our nation. Poland's future is in Western Europe. Gentlemen from PiS, get this into your heads: this is Poland, not Russia. This is the West, not the East. There is no place here for castes, Black Hundreds, or a Tsar to whom one brings money in an envelope. This is Poland, Mr. Kaczyński!” – stated Civic Platform (PO) Chairman Grzegorz Schetyna during the National Council meeting.

„For PiS, equality is not a given. They believed they were a better sort, but that is ending today, and they know it. That's why the strongest members of PiS are fleeing to the European Parliament to gain immunity. They are leaving the weaker ones behind. These are their principles. We can tell them loudly today: 'Evacuation won't help you. The law is relentless and patient. It will find its way to you. We promise you this'” – said Civic Platform (PO) leader Grzegorz Schetyna during the National Council meeting.

- We can succeed, but only if we can reach Poles, given our opponents' vast media advantage. Tell them what is happening in Poland. Because in reality, many have a heavily muddled picture, muddled precisely by the media, which calls white black and black white. Unfortunately, there are quite a few such media outlets in Poland, and that is why direct contact, convincing your families, friends, but also strangers, is the most important thing. An offensive stance, both during various meetings and even daily, in private. We simply have to fight for convictions, beliefs, as is often said, for the soul of every Pole. Because this – I repeat – is the only way. The only way to achieve the three victories that we need so that Poland can continue to change. So that it can be more European in the true sense of the word, meaning closer to the West, the richer part of Europe, in terms of living standards, stronger, more influential. So that a Pole who is in the West, and after all, millions of Poles are going to the West today, can say: well, those differences used to be huge, today they are much smaller – stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the regional PiS convention in Wrocław.

„Poland and Poles deserve more. This government has wasted 4 years. Today I ask them, where are the medicines for one zloty for seniors, where are the affordable apartments, where is the faster construction of roads, where is the clean air, where is an honest state, Mr. Kaczyński? Where is all of this?” – said the chairman of Civic Platform (PO), Grzegorz Schetyna, during the National Council of PO.

„We say to the current government: your time is up. Leave, because you stand in the way of Poles fulfilling their dreams. Get out of the way, because Poles are moving towards their future, and this wave will sweep you away. We have a great choice between looking back and moving forward. Kaczyński does not understand this. He does not understand that Poland is a modern, Western European country” – he added.

- Yes, Poland is changing, in very different places, in big cities, in smaller ones. But we must remember that this change also results from our policies, especially where these centers are smaller. Because we don't divide Poles. We don't divide Poles into better and worse ones, depending on the region or views. We don't call anyone a 'mohair beret,' though there's nothing wrong with wearing a mohair beret itself, but it's clear it's about the symbol, about conservative views - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS regional convention in Wrocław.

„In a modern state, social assistance is essential. I guarantee once more with all our might: nothing granted will be taken away. We promise this” - said Civic Platform (PO) Chairman Grzegorz Schetyna during the National Council meeting.

- We did not send the ABW (Internal Security Agency) against people who ran a website that made light fun of, joked about President Komorowski. We did not organize Operation Fork, after which several hundred people in Warsaw were detained, and many of them were treated very brutally by the police. We did not send private militias against people who defended their jobs. We practice democracy. Coming in here, I heard "Constitution". Yes, we are a formation that abides by the Constitution - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the PiS regional convention in Wrocław.

"I can assure you that in 2030, Poles' wallets will match those of Italians and Spaniards. After another decade – German ones. We face a big choice: either cushy jobs for PiS party activists, or higher wages and lower taxes for all Poles" – said Civic Platform Chairman Grzegorz Schetyna during the National Council of PO.

- The point is that Poles should also know about it. That they should know that there is no real contraindication to voting for PiS. For the coalition, for the united Polish right. But I repeat again: now is the time of trial. Now is the time for supreme effort. Now is the time for determination and work. And victory will come - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the regional PiS convention in Wrocław.

„Poles face a grand choice: either a PiS state and its hate campaign, or a solidary state that treats all citizens with dignity and equality. Our detailed plan for the upcoming European, parliamentary, and presidential elections will be gradually unveiled starting April 6th this year, but no plan to build an affordable, safe, and modern Poland will succeed if Poland remains – as it is today – on the margins of Europe” – stated PO National Council Chairman Grzegorz Schetyna.

“We all know the European Union’s slogan – united in diversity, because we are diverse, and everyone in Poland and the EU simply deserves respect. This is a choice between truth and lies, between community and conflict, between East and West. We have already said ‘no’ to lies and manipulation once. We said it in the local government elections, and it is time to once again, loudly, say ‘stop’ to populists” – said the President of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, during the Civic Platform’s National Council meeting.​

“PiS is proposing a policy based on complexes and fear. Look at these cynical politicians. Their eyes only light up when they finally have a topic to incite Poles against each other. That’s the only time they light up. That’s the only time, because they are completely incapable of doing anything constructive. They are completely incapable of building anything, and this is evident in Poland and in Europe,” said the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, during the Civic Platform’s National Council meeting. 

“The Wielkopolska ethos is very close to my heart. Professional work and social work are duties of individuals towards their families and towards the general public. We rightly pride ourselves on Wielkopolska's thrift, Wielkopolska's diligence, love for order, and lawfulness. Wielkopolska is where we meet Europe, and Europe meets us” – said former Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz during the Civic Platform's National Council meeting.

- I am coming to you almost directly from Brussels. There, I fight against tax havens every time. These are special mechanisms through which wealthy companies did not pay taxes here, in Poland. Today, they have started paying. It is from there that tens of billions of zlotys come, which we have allocated for 500+ for the first child, for the Pension Plus program, and for tax reductions - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a meeting in Strzelin.

- There is one fundamental condition for these societal gains to be maintained. That condition is honesty and credibility. And again, we can admit our mistakes when there are any irregularities. Besides, on a scale, compared to what happened in the times of our predecessors, there is no comparison. It's like a mouse to an elephant - emphasized PMM. - We watch our own activists just as closely as everyone else. And this sets us apart greatly from our political opponents - he added.

"I don't want to serve those who don't put Poland first, who don't look after the fate of ordinary people, precisely those pensioners, people who sometimes couldn't make ends meet. All our actions serve this purpose. The new Five Plus, the program with which I am returning victoriously from Brussels. Because there, presidents and prime ministers of other countries asked me what this program is, how it will work, and everyone is also very amazed, positively surprised that our programs translate so positively into the economy. Because these programs are coherent. We look at society and the economy, the state as a whole. The state is meant to help society and entrepreneurs in the economy so that they get richer, have higher earnings, and pensions.

- I ask everyone for broad engagement, to reach out to friends, to family. And even to those who hold slightly different views, perhaps especially to them. And to convince, convince, and convince again. You have powerful arguments. What the main opposition leaders said 2-3 years ago: impossible, handouts, the budget will never balance, a second Greece, bankruptcy. We will reverse all of that, we will undo it all. Today they say something different, but they lack credibility. And we don't have media. Powerful media stands behind our political opponents. Powerful business stands behind our opponents, political competitors. We have you, the people. The people who must go out to the nation and ask for support, for trust, because it is needed for us to achieve victory together. Then Poland will be for long, long years a country that will be a good place to live for children who are just being born, for youth finishing school, for students, for employees up to the age of 26, for all workers, for seniors, for the weaker, for the disabled. This is our vision of Poland. We strive for such a Poland and then together we will win, if we mobilize our supporters, but also let's reach out to people as broadly as possible. Let's ask for trust. I am convinced that together we will be able to achieve further great victories - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a meeting in Strzelin.

We are all getting down to hard work, because social, painstaking work, reaching out to people, distributing leaflets, newsletters, and conveying our arguments paves the way to further victories. We do not lower the banners of our dreams, our banners of a victorious Poland. The Poland we carry in our hearts. We do not lower the banners of a just Poland, an honest one, and towards such a Poland we strive together. Now, in these upcoming elections and in the elections this autumn. We need all Poles, and we must promise everyone that when we are re-elected, we will take further great steps. Following those we have already accomplished, these steps will further transform Poland. They will make Poland more just, even stronger, safer, more prosperous, just as we would want it to be. At the European level, our earnings, security within NATO structures, and a more peaceful, secure, and prosperous life for all Poles - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at a meeting in Strzelin.

Joachim Brudziński, Minister of the Interior and Administration, responded to Grzegorz Schetyna's statement on the programme "Tłit" on TV Republika. The politician of the Law and Justice party quoted a fragment of the opposition leader's statement regarding the potential formation of a coalition with the Polish People's Party (PSL).

"Grzegorz, we are as afraid of you as Shrek is of Fiona," Brudziński wrote on his Twitter account, attaching a fragment of Schetyna's statement to the post.

In the aforementioned programme, the leader of Civic Platform (PO) spoke about the possibility of a coalition with the PSL. He admitted that this was an "interesting thought." According to Schetyna, if the PSL were to join the coalition, it would be a "very interesting coalition," which would certainly lead to "some interesting surprises." He also pointed out that the PO and the PSL have already cooperated in the past.

Brudziński's barb is a clear reference to the popular animated film "Shrek." Fiona is Shrek's partner and, according to the logic of Brudziński's statement, the fear of one would be mutual and perhaps even insignificant, implying that Schetyna's perceived threat is not taken seriously by the ruling party.

Today, we know this is about the sexualization of children from the earliest age. And here too, we must fight, we must defend the Polish family. We must defend it with full determination, and even more so, with fierceness, because it is a civilizational threat, not just to Poland. It is a threat to all of Europe, to the entire civilization that was built on the foundations of Christianity and which created the most humane human relations that have ever appeared in the history of mankind” – said the leader of PiS, Jarosław Kaczyński, in Wieluń.

- A few weeks ago, I resigned from my position as Deputy Commissioner for Human Rights. I receive dozens of questions asking why I am leaving such a public office. Why I am entering politics. – It was only when Wiosna appeared that integration within the European Coalition accelerated. It happened. From February 4th. We gave them encouragement. Today we have a healthy situation. We have PiS, traditional, old political parties that have been around for some time, and we have the fresh Wiosna. This is a reasonably healthy situation in a democratic country.
