Wednesday's Political Agenda: Kwiatkowski's Interrogation, PAD in Orzysz, and Verification Commission Hearing

Today, President Andrzej Duda will meet with soldiers of the 15th Mechanized Brigade of Giżycko and soldiers from the USA, Great Britain, Romania, and Croatia forming the NATO Multinational Battlegroup, at the training ground in Orzysz, as part of NATO's enhanced forward presence on the eastern flank.

The President will also visit Chełchy in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship today. At 3:00 PM, a wreath-laying ceremony is planned at the plaques dedicated to the late President Aleksander Kaczyński and the victims of the Smolensk catastrophe, as well as Poles murdered in the camps in Ostaszków, Charków, and Miednoje. Subsequently, at 3:30 PM, PAD will meet with the community of the Primary School named after Lech Aleksander Kaczyński.

At 10:00 AM, the parliamentary committee investigating VAT fraud will interrogate Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, former Minister of Justice and current head of NIK. Also at 10:00 AM, a hearing of the Verification Commission will commence regarding the area of Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych near Gocławskie Lake, Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych, and Ulica Bora-Komorowskiego. At 11:00 AM, a press briefing will be held by the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Jadwiga Emilewicz, and the German Ambassador, Rolf Nikel, titled "Upcoming Polish-German Economic Forum: Digitalization - Energy - Mobility."

Also at 11:00 AM, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will participate in the "Entrepreneurial Women" Conference. At 1:30 PM in Gdańsk, a press conference will be held by Adrian Zandberg and the Tricity activists of Lewica Razem, during which a candidate will be presented who will head Lewica Razem's lists in Pomerania in the upcoming European Parliament elections. They will also jointly discuss one of the coalition's main programmatic postulates.

Bodnar on Potential Teachers' Strike: Teachers Didn't So Much Rush as Notice Something Was Wrong

- The government said it would be fine, particularly in the context of the approaching demographic bulge in school enrollment. When you talk to school principals and students, they all say they don't know what awaits them and what it will look like. I could say that two years ago, when the reform was carried out, I wrote speeches to the Minister and pointed out this very problem - stated Adam Bodnar in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego". He added:

"We must remember that we are in a very specific situation, entering the resolution of disputes under the Act on the Resolution of Collective Disputes. This is a very difficult procedure, because one doesn't immediately say that a strike is being organized and that strike is imminent. First, negotiations and mediations begin. Only when these yield no results is a strike announced. Furthermore, a referendum must be organized along the way. It seems to me that the teachers didn't so much rush as they saw that something was wrong. Because on one hand, it probably looked like they had somehow reached an agreement with the government, and one could say that the protest action was called off. Then, it suddenly turned out that there were also 40 billion PLN for additional social programs, and they said: well, but what about our demands then? That's not what we agreed upon."

Bodnar on Sylwia Spurek's Resignation: Everyone Has the Right to Exercise Their Active and Passive Electoral Rights

- We had a conversation on this topic with Sylwia Spurek at the beginning of February. Formally, I didn't know [about her political plans]. When we had the conversation, I found out. She had been asked about it in press interviews before. There was an interview with Magdalena Rigamonti where she said that if she were to make such a decision, the Ombudsman would be the first to know, of course. I believe that every person has the right to exercise their passive and active electoral rights. In this situation, as I understand it, Dr. Spurek has made such a decision - stated Adam Bodnar in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

- I think we could consider in the future how this should be resolved. It seems to me that somewhere in the future, we could think about it [introducing a cooling-off period] - added the Human Rights Ombudsman.

Bodnar on Plans After Term Ends: 'I Have No Political Plans. I'm Not Thinking About Politics'

- I have no political plans [after my term as Ombudsman ends]. I'm not thinking about politics. For now, I'm thinking about the university. I have started the habilitation procedure, that's a priority for me. There are various life options I might have after my term ends - stated Adam Bodnar in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's 'Rozmowa Piaseckiego'.

08:13

Bodnar:

Yesterday I Sent a Reply to Ms. Zybertowicz's Letter

- Yesterday I sent a letter, a reply to Ms. Zybertowicz's letter. This morning, this letter was published on the Ombudsman's website. I would like Ms. Zybertowicz to read this letter first and confirm receipt. So I encourage you to visit the RPO website. The full text of the letter is there. I point out that, of course, I agree that we have an excessive tendency in recent times to resort to legal proceedings, that for every dispute, for every word, it's straight to court. Anyway, I am an example of this myself, because I have been sued by TVP. However, I also indicate that if this group simply wanted to talk to Professor Zybertowicz, meet, perhaps agree on some form of apology, a joint stance, then my office can be that neutral ground where they can meet and talk - stated Adam Bodnar in an interview with Konrad Piasecki on TVN24's "Rozmowa Piaseckiego".

If Fidesz is excluded from the EPP, our political group would be the natural place for cooperation in the EP for Fidesz, ECR, and PiS

- "As of now, based on what we know, these are media reports, but also from what is being said in the European Parliament, and from conversations with my colleagues from Hungary, with MEPs recently, there are indeed about 9-12 countries determined to remove Fidesz from the EPP, with a strong emphasis on the largest member states, while the majority are either hesitating or are decidedly against it. The situation is still unclear, but it also shows an extraordinary lack of democracy and a certain freedom of opinion within the EPP, because any deviations from the mainstream norm or views that serve greater sovereignty, the building of a sovereign Europe of fatherlands, are being suppressed and excluded from the political discourse within this political formation, this political group," stated Tomasz Poręba in an interview with Paweł Lisiecki on "Trójka Political Salon".

- "We will see what happens with Fidesz, but if, hypothetically assuming, it turns out that Fidesz is excluded from the EPP, then certainly the ECR group, which I think has a great future ahead of it in the EP, I think we will be significantly strengthened, despite Brexit, after the departure of British MEPs, I think we will have new MEPs from Spain, Italy, and Sweden, I think we will have a similar number of seats as we do now in the next EP, so certainly, in the case of Fidesz being excluded from the EPP, the natural place, the common ground, the platform for cooperation in the EP for Fidesz, ECR, and PiS would be precisely our political group," added the PiS MEP.

A Major Difference Between Us and the European Coalition; We Have Programmatic Cohesion, While Our Opponents Are an Ideologically Contradictory Conglomerate
Certainly, there is a significant difference between us and the European Coalition because we have a certain programmatic cohesion and consistently present proposals that we are implementing, and we are proposing further solutions important from the perspective of Poland and Poles, Polish families or entrepreneurs, and the Polish economy. On the other hand, our political opponents are a conglomerate of parties that are very strongly ideologically contradictory. This is a question that Poles will have to answer for themselves in May when voting in the European Parliament elections. Do they want to bet on a party that is all over the place, on one hand individuals who want to put the Catholic Church on trial at The Hague, and at the same time being in the same coalition with the PSL, which refers to Christian values, or on a party that has been consistently implementing the program of good change for many years, accelerating Poland's development, ensuring greater security for Polish families, supporting entrepreneurship, lowering taxes, and implementing this program of building a strong, European state - stated Tomasz Poręba in an interview with Paweł Lisiecki on "Trójka's Political Salon."

08:59

Szydło:

I'm Not Retiring from Politics. I Will Remain Active in Polish Politics. The European Parliament is Another Challenge, Another Stage in Beata Szydło's Political Life

I think every politician should gain various kinds of experience. When I was in Strasbourg for a debate on Poland, when as Prime Minister I had to face the European Parliament, it was partly a result of the fact that colleagues from PO, MEPs, were mainly busy complaining about Poland in Brussels. I realised that if there isn't a team of MEPs from Poland who will stand on the side of our issues and defend Poland's interests, we will always be treated as that country…” – said Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

I am not retiring from politics. I will remain active in Polish politics. [The EP] is another challenge, another stage in Beata Szydło's political life” – she added.

09:20

Szydło:

I'm Not Afraid of Jaki, I Hope Jaki Isn't Afraid of Szydło, and PiS is One Team

I assess my capabilities realistically, we'll see what the outcome will be, it's very strong because the voters will decide. However, the Małopolska-Świętokrzyskie list is very strong; changes to this list may or may not happen at this time. As far as I can say at this moment, Mr. Jaki, MP, was nominated by Solidarna Polska to run on our list. And I'm not afraid of Patryk Jaki, I hope Patryk Jaki isn't afraid of Beata Szydło, and PiS is one team” - said Deputy Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview with Beata Lubecka on Radio Zet.

Braun Asked If He Sees Himself and Confederation in a Coalition with PiS: 'Nothing Is Ruled Out. Since We Are Engaging in Politics, Let's Not Rule Things Out in Advance'

- Nothing is ruled out. Since we are engaging in politics, let's not rule things out in advance, but for today, PiS is implementing the former concept of President, Leader, Prime Minister Kaczyński: to our right, there is only a wall. That was Kaczyński's concept, repeated many times to his associates, and it seems they are still implementing this concept. We are eluding this concept because we exist - stated Grzegorz Braun in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus, when asked if he sees himself and Confederation in a coalition with PiS after the parliamentary elections.

10:06

Braun:

We are very pleased to welcome the esteemed Member of Parliament Jakubiak into our ranks

- There is not much more that can be added [to the name] because there is the Electoral Code, there were formalities regarding how many letters can be in the name, so there would be a problem with that, but obviously, having too much is not a bad thing. I am very happy that our Confederation is working, that its attractive force, its magnetism is so strong, and I am very happy that we can welcome the esteemed Mr. Member of Parliament [Marek Jakubiak] into our ranks - stated Grzegorz Braun in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

10:51

Marcinkiewicz on running for the European Parliament: Probably leaning towards 'no' for now. I've made myself available
- If the European Coalition believes I'm not worthy of running, I will support them nonetheless. I will do everything I can for this coalition to win these elections - stated Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz in an interview with Marek Kacprzak on WP's "Tłit" program. - Probably leaning towards 'no' for now. I've made myself available. I am advocating for the European Coalition's victory in these elections, and what happens to me is of no consequence - he added, when asked about running for the European Parliament.

11:39

PM during the 'Enterprising Women' conference: I am very happy that you are breaking through these glass ceilings. I want to believe that there are fewer and fewer of them in Poland. I ask that you point them out so that we can fight them together.

- I am very happy that you, ladies, are breaking through these, unfortunately, one must say, sometimes glass ceilings. I want to believe that there are fewer and fewer of these glass ceilings in Poland. This is extremely important to us. Where they still exist, I ask that you point them out so that we can fight them together. I was raised among women, I must say. I have three sisters, a mother, and a wife of almost 30 years, and this way of thinking, this world, this perspective through the eyes of women is very close to me, close to my heart. That is why I am glad that in many dimensions of social and economic life, we also have more and more women - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during the 'Enterprising Women' conference.

Kopacz:

PiS Did Absolutely Nothing for Healthcare in 4 Years. We Will Ask the Prime Minister to Allocate 3 Billion PLN to Save Facilities and Create New Oncology Beds
“The number of Polish patients considered cured of cancer, meaning they have survived for 5 years, is decreasing. In Europe, we are only better than Lithuania and Bulgaria, meaning we are at the very bottom in terms of cancer survival rates. The government, which has learned to demolish everything, has also effectively demolished the healthcare system. Hospitals are record-indebted, beds are being eliminated, and someone can leave the ministry and say that 3,000 fewer beds is not a big deal, but these 3,500 fewer beds mean more difficult access to treatment and hospitalization. The queues, which have now demonstrably lengthened, are evidence that absolutely nothing has been done in the healthcare system for 4 years. Today, we can see the true face of PiS. There is money from the National Health Fund (NFZ) to finance agencies and the president’s salary, but there is no money for treating cancer patients. We will submit a request to the Prime Minister to allocate 3 billion PLN to save facilities and create new oncology beds” – said former Prime Minister and former Minister of Health, Ewa Kopacz, at a press conference in the Sejm.

Footage from the Sejm Comments on Twitter:

Suski Stole the Board

Social media is currently abuzz with footage showing Marek Suski taking a board with the "Kaczyński arrangement" from in front of the Civic Platform club. Sławomir Neumann wrote that the PiS politician "stole the board", while Arkadiusz Myrcha sarcastically commented that Suski wants his own copy of the board.

Tomczyk:

The authorities are panicking, afraid to reveal the Kaczyński arrangement, hiding it desperately, and paradoxically, the more they hide it, the more visible it becomes

- We need to be clear, because we haven't dealt with something like this before. Today, a minister in Prime Minister Morawiecki's government, the head of his political cabinet, is stealing property of the Civic Platform and taking a plaque that all of Poland has already heard about. I think that in connection with the action of Minister Suski, who is such an intellectual backbone of the government, all of Poland will hear about this plaque for the third time today. Today, these authorities are panicking, afraid to reveal the Kaczyński arrangement, desperately hiding this arrangement, and paradoxically, the more they hide it, the more visible it becomes, the more often we can talk about it and remember it. Today, we are saying very clearly: this plaque must be returned to its place - stated Cezary Tomczyk in the Sejm, in a conversation with TVN24.

13:57

Mazurek on the Plaque: "We All Know Marek Suski's Temperament. The Plaque was Slander, but Why He Acted That Way is a Question for Him"

- We all know what Marek Suski is like, what his temperament is. The plaque was slander, a lie. But as for why he acted that way, that is truly a question for him, not me - stated Beata Mazurek at a briefing in the Sejm, when asked about the plaque with the "Kaczyński Arrangement".

- In reality, this plaque should not stand here. MPs from Civic Platform, along with Deputy Marshal Kidawa-Błońska, know this perfectly well - added the PiS spokesperson.

Mazurek Confirms: Parliamentary Debate on Foreign Policy Next Thursday

- The Marshal of the Sejm hasn't mentioned anything about additional Sejm sessions yet, and no such motion was filed during the presidium meeting. I confirm that next Thursday there will be a substantial debate on foreign policy, during which the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will speak. There will also be government draft bills and those related to Brexit - stated Beata Mazurek at a briefing in the Sejm. This confirms yesterday's information from 300POLITYKA.

14:03

Mazurek on European Parliament Elections: Once Lists are Agreed in All Districts, They Will Be Presented

- I have also spoken about the [European Parliament] lists many times, and I will emphasize: once all these lists are agreed upon in all electoral districts, we will present them to you in full - stated Beata Mazurek at a briefing in the Sejm.

President Andrzej Duda observed a dynamic demonstration at the Orzysz training ground, prepared by soldiers of the 15th Mechanized Brigade from Giżycko and soldiers from the USA, Great Britain, Romania, and Croatia, forming the NATO Multinational Battle Group, as part of NATO's enhanced forward presence on the eastern flank – the Chancellery of the President informed. The visit to Orzysz is part of the NATO Week celebrations, organized on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization structures.

Remembering the Platform's Empty Promises on Retirement Age. PiS Releases New Video
We want to emphasize that PO is a completely unreliable formation. Before the elections, they lure and promise, and after the elections, they equivocate and fail to deliver on their promises - said Beata Mazurek at a briefing in the Sejm. - This is a question for Poles: will they choose a party that delivers on its promises, or a party that is not credible? Let PO finally present its proposal for Poland - she continued. https://twitter.com/pisorgpl/status/1103276064183410688

Jakubiak Joins Confederation - A Coalition of Nationalists, Korwin, Braun, and Liroy

Leaders of KONFEDERACJA KORWIN BRAUN LIROY NARODOWCY presented another coalition partner at a press conference in the Sejm, which is MP Marek Jakubiak along with the Federation for the Republic he created.

- By virtue of the powers granted to me by the members of the Federation for the Republic, I am joining KONFEDERACJA KORWIN BRAUN LIROY NARODOWCY. Confederation is a project whose main goal is a free, independent, strong, and rich Poland. This is a goal to which all Poles who think wisely and patriotically should join - said Marek Jakubiak at a briefing in the Sejm.

- I want to remind you once again that Confederation invites everyone. The other two factions, who are supposedly waiting for something, are actually working for the benefit of PiS. Confederation invites everyone from the center to the right, for whom Poland's development is important - emphasized Piotr Liroy-Marzec, adding that Confederation will continue to grow stronger day by day.

Trzaskowski Proposes Re-Decommunization of Six Warsaw Streets; Lech Kaczyński Memorial Initiative Post-Election

Warsaw residents, especially those living on streets that were subject to decisions by the ruling party, are overwhelmingly against changes to the names of the streets where they live. This is the most important issue for me, because there were very, very many protests. We often discuss this topic whenever I am on the streets of Warsaw. The changes that were introduced by the ruling party were made in violation of the law. This has been confirmed by an independent court. It is our duty to restore the street names to their previous state” – said the Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski, at a press conference.

We respect the law and are restoring the previous state, to which we are obliged. This has no connection with our attitude towards individual street patrons and their assessment. Often, these assessments should be made away from the political noise” – he added.

I believe that Lech Kaczyński deserves to be commemorated in Warsaw, but I do not want to initiate this during the heat of the European Parliament election campaign, and later the parliamentary elections, because I know very well that during an election campaign, we would have political noise. Probably my proposal would satisfy no one. Every proposal on this matter will be controversial. I have talked, I have had dozens of conversations on this topic. Regarding Lech Kaczyński, I will submit my specific proposal, but after the parliamentary elections” – Trzaskowski announced.

In total, Trzaskowski will submit a legislative initiative concerning six Warsaw streets:

  • 17 Stycznia to Komitetu Obrony Robotników (Committee for the Defence of Workers)

  • Małego Franka to Danuty Siedzikówny „Inki”

  • Wincentego Pstrowskiego to Bohaterów z kopalni „Wujek” (Heroes of the "Wujek" Mine)

  • Sylwestra Bartosika to Grzegorza Przemyka

  • Teodora Duracza to Zbigniewa Romaszewskiego

  • Franciszka Bartoszka to Stanisława Pyjasa

Mazurek:

PO's Plaque is Full of Lies, but Suski's Action is an Overreaction to PO Breaking the Law

On the occasion of the unveiling of a plaque commemorating the 10th anniversary of the "Gazeta Polska" club in Szczecinek, Beata Mazurek commented on the subsequent events. The plaque was unveiled by the Civic Platform (PO) and its unveiling ceremony was attended by, among others, Tomasz Lenz and Piotr Kruszyński. However, the plaque quickly became a source of controversy.

According to Beata Mazurek, a politician from the Law and Justice (PiS) party, the plaque contained a number of falsehoods. "This plaque is full of lies," Mazurek stated, adding that it misrepresented historical events and distorted facts concerning the activities of the PO.

Mazurek also addressed the reaction of a PiS MP, Marek Suski, who reportedly reacted strongly to the unveiling of the plaque. While acknowledging that Suski's response might have been provoked by the perceived misrepresentations on the plaque, Mazurek described his actions as an "overreaction." She argued that while the PO may have broken the law by presenting false information, Suski's forceful response was disproportionate.

This incident highlights the ongoing political tensions and sharp rhetoric prevalent in Polish politics, particularly between the ruling PiS party and the opposition Civic Platform (PO). The controversy surrounding the plaque underscores the deep divisions and differing interpretations of historical events and political narratives within Poland.

Siemoniak:

Candidate Lists by End of March/Early April. Our Major Election Campaign Launch is Imminent.
"[We will learn about the lists] in due time. I think that by the end of March or in the first days of April, everything will be finalized. This will be a major launch of our election campaign. Everything is on the best possible track. Negotiations were tough beforehand, and now it's evident there's a strong desire to work. The number of conflicts over candidate lists, which are always present, will be significantly smaller than those who wish us ill believe," said the Vice-Chairman of Civic Platform (PO), Tomasz Siemoniak, in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News.

19:26

Siemoniak:

For PiS, the Bidding War is a Certain Hope, as They Don't Want to Talk About Europe, Schools, Healthcare, or Scandals: KNF, Srebrna, PCK

For PiS, the bidding war is a certain hope, as they don't want to talk about Europe, schools, healthcare, or scandals: KNF, Srebrna, PCK. The outpouring of scandals is very large. They are not being explained. In the case of Srebrna, there is no investigation. A serious matter, and there is no investigation” – said the Vice-Chairman of Civic Platform (PO), Tomasz Siemoniak, in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News.

19:32

Siemoniak:

The Prime Minister Speaks Strangely. He Invents, Tries, Sometimes It Falls Flat, Sometimes Less So. Less PR, Less Propaganda, More Governing and Work.
“Prime Minister Morawiecki is a strange speaker. For a former bank president, I always thought he was a precise technocrat. He says: the opposition calls us wizards. Someone checked. We have never called PiS, or Prime Minister Morawiecki, wizards. He invents, he tries, sometimes it works out funny, sometimes less so,” said the Vice-Chairman of Civic Platform (PO), Tomasz Siemoniak, in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News. “Less PR, less propaganda, and more governing and work – that’s always better for a government,” he added.

19:56

Hofman:

A Difficult Campaign, Even More Difficult Than a Few Weeks Ago, Because the Polish Jobbik Has Emerged, Ready to Provoke PiS from the Right

- A difficult campaign, even more difficult than a few weeks ago, because the Polish Jobbik has emerged, meaning a list of various right-wing politicians who will provoke PiS from the right. Jarosław Kaczyński's dogma is that the right flank is a wall, we guard this right flank, but in this election, this dogma might lead to guarding the right flank, yet losing the election - stated Adam Hofman in a conversation with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News.

- The question is whether it's worth sticking to this, or if it's better to fight for victory and deal with Jobbik in the coming months, leading up to the national elections - added the former PiS politician.

Hofman:

Schetyna Won Double, Giving Up List Spots to Coalition Partners at the Cost of Tusk's People

- Soon there will be polls and they will show that the bonus for coalition unity exists and that the [European] coalition is winning against PiS, despite the 'Five'. Of course, one must approach this sceptically, because with polls, it's still a long way to the elections, so they will vary. But Grzegorz Schetyna has won double, because please look, he gave up spots on the lists to coalition partners at the cost of Donald Tusk's people - stated Adam Hofman in a conversation with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News.

Mucha on the Plaque: It Was a Symbolic Arrest of Jarosław Kaczyński. Horała: The Minister Got Agitated Because He Says He Saw Himself on That Plaque, He Reacted Emotionally, It Has No Significance
- It was a symbolic arrest of Jarosław Kaczyński. There was also the forceful removal of disabled protesters, and the protest plaque concerning the exhumation of Sebastian Karpiniuk was seized - Joanna Mucha said on Kropka nad I. - The minister got agitated because he says he saw himself on that plaque, he reacted emotionally, it has no significance. I didn't actually look closely at it - Marcin Horała responded.

20:12

Hofman:

Today the situation is a draw, and the election outcome will depend on the campaign. But PiS, despite various opinions, is good at campaigns.

- In my opinion, today the situation is a draw, and the election outcome will depend on the campaign. For both sides, a draw plus one is important, meaning one more vote. Victory matters; it will be important until the last moment. PiS, despite various opinions, is good at campaigns. They already have a staff of people who are not very visible, but when they appear, things start to look different – stated Adam Hofman in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on Polsat News.

20:15

Mucha:

- I feel an incredibly large group has been humiliated. Giving this two weeks before the election is like a slap in the face. Here you go, and vote. It's such a humiliation for the entire group of pensioners and disability pensioners that I can't even comprehend it - said Joanna Mucha on Kropka nad I. - Well, you didn't actually humiliate pensioners in this way - Marcin Horała laughed.

Over 17 months, this is 508 PLN in the minimum wage, which will translate to an average of 800-900 to 1000 PLN. Teachers' salaries are quite complicated - stated Anna Zalewska in an interview with Michał Adamczyk on TVP Info's "Gość Wiadomości".

Mucha: We have no knowledge of any relationship that might connect this lady with President Glapiński or the work she performs.

Mucha: I feel an incredible sense of humiliation for a large group. Giving it two weeks before the election is like slapping them in the face. Here you go, vote!

Hofman: Today the situation is a draw, and the election outcome will depend on the campaign. But PiS, contrary to various opinions, is good at campaigns.

Hofman: Schetyna has actually won twice. He gave up spots on the lists to coalition partners at the expense of Tusk's people.

Hofman: A difficult campaign, even more difficult than a few weeks ago, because the Polish Jobbik has appeared, which will attack PiS from the right.

Siemoniak: The Prime Minister is a strange speaker. He makes things up, he tries, sometimes it's funny, sometimes less so. Less PR, less propaganda, and more governing and work.

Siemoniak: Lists at the turn of March and April. Our election campaign will launch in full swing.

Mazurek: The PO billboard is full of lies, however, Suski's actions are an overreaction to PO's breaking the law.

Trzaskowski will propose a renewed decommunization of six streets in the capital. The initiative concerns commemorating Lech Kaczyński after the autumn elections.

Jakubiak joins Konfederacja - a coalition of nationalists, Korwin, Braun, and Liroj.

"We remind you of Platforma's empty promises regarding the retirement age." PiS releases a new clip.

The President is visiting the training ground in Orzysz.

Mazurek on the European Parliament elections: Once the lists are agreed upon in all constituencies, they will be presented.

Mazurek confirms: Next Thursday there will be a parliamentary debate on foreign policy.

Mazurek, asked about the billboard: We all know who Marek Suski is, what his temperament is like. The billboard was slander, but why he behaved that way is a question for him.

Tomczyk: The government is panicking about showing Kaczyński's arrangement, it's panicking to hide it, and paradoxically, the more it hides it, the more visible it becomes.

"Suski stole the billboard." Footage from the Sejm commented on Twitter.
