„The proposals were prepared over many months and were very meticulously calculated, with funds secured for them. Not everyone was aware of the specific proposals we presented at the program convention. These types of programs and projects are prepared over many weeks to ensure they are well and responsibly developed, but it's necessary to do so with a degree of discretion, so that information isn't revealed too early” – stated Minister Michał Dworczyk in an interview with Radio Jedynka.

- At this moment, we are dealing with what we would generally call political bribery. These programs, everything that PiS is currently proposing, is such a system, I would call it constitutional, which we would call PiSocracy. "For PiS, which made many promises to its voters, things it will quickly implement, cash injections for pensioners and families with children, this is a game for its electorate. Jarosław Kaczyński very cleverly noticed a gap that appeared in the market. This market is 2-3% for the PSL. By entering the coalition, the PSL made it harder to reach its voters, and Jarosław Kaczyński, by giving large cash injections, which will make a greater impression, especially in poorer rural areas, showed 'I will take these 2% from you,'" Adam Hofman said in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

„The bonus for unity is small given these polls. The European Coalition has one idea: we will play the famous Polexit card, we will scare them with Polexit. This will not work at all if the European Union elite does not get involved. If there is a certain agreement or understanding that this European elite, with prominent figures, will join in this scaremongering process… These must be names associated with the European Union, from the same political family, who will say that if PiS wins these elections, we will be like Great Britain, second in line. "The 500+ program was largely financed from the so-called grey economy, meaning we finally started collecting money that was flowing out of the state. We didn't take it from anyone, but from criminals. It turns out this process is still ongoing. If the momentum is maintained, and it is, these funds can be allocated to further social spending. This is a very good prognosis. Taking from criminals and giving to the people" - said Deputy Minister Patryk Jaki in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski in "Sedno Sprawy" on Radio Plus.

"I fought [for the reprivatization law], I'm fighting all the time. This fight consists of trying to convince people in offices that this law is needed. For now, I'm not the Prime Minister, and that's a decision that rests personally with the Prime Minister" - said Deputy Minister Patryk Jaki in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on 'Sedno Sprawy' on Radio Plus. "I hear more that this is not the right time. Additional analyses need to be conducted. That's why I am constantly conducting additional analyses".

- From today, every day this week, we will present the People's Social Package. This is a response to the call of social groups that feel overlooked in the government's proposals. The government wanted to create the impression that it cares about all Poles at its last convention. Unfortunately, this is not the case. There are many social and professional groups that have been protesting for months, demanding raises, better treatment, and a real conversation. Their demands have not been taken into account in the government's projects, government proposals. The government should solve problems, not create them, causing this frustration among our compatriots to grow. We do not see such action. It is more of an action directed at a group of people who can reciprocate in elections. We will, of course, support projects that put more money in the wallets of Polish families, such as 500+ for the first child or support for pensioners, although not all of these projects solve social problems. One-time support for pensioners is not systemic support, like a tax-free pension – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a briefing in the Sejm.

- Today, I want to present a project that will be submitted to the Marshal, concerning support for teachers. This is a professional group that has been fighting for many months for better quality of education in Poland, for children to have better access to knowledge, so that this knowledge is passed on as carefully as possible, so that there is not only education but also upbringing in school. They are fighting so that parents are calm about their children's future and, of course, so that teachers' working conditions are as dignified as possible – he continued.

- Firstly, we expect talks between the Prime Minister and the ZNP, other trade unions, and the teaching community. Serious talks. Secondly, we are submitting a bill to increase salaries for all teachers. Trainees, graduates, appointed teachers by 1000 PLN. Thirdly, we are submitting a request for co-financing of local governments, especially those that run schools, and those that have also transferred school management to non-governmental organizations – stated the PSL leader.

„Tomorrow I am meeting with Mr. President Trzaskowski at 11:00 AM. I hope the talks will be constructive, that we will jointly rebuild the Saxon Palace in Warsaw” - said Marshal Stanisław Karczewski at a press conference.

"It clearly refers to pensioners, not disability pensioners, so I think it concerns [the 13th pension] precisely pensioners. Regarding the money, a budget change - if there is a budget change, if it reaches the Senate, we will certainly work on it quickly and swiftly" - said Marshal Stanisław Karczewski at a press conference.

This is a new capability of the department, but we have also been working towards it, and we have obtained these funds. These are funds that, according to the law, should be allocated for the payment of compensation and damages. These funds exist. Why are the compensations we granted not being paid out? Previously, there was no mention of this, and now there's some new reason that supposedly some regulations are missing. No lawyer we consulted confirms that any regulations are missing. In my opinion, there is simply a lack of will to disburse them. If there are any further regulations, they will say that a comma is missing. Once the comma is there, there will be some pretext. In my opinion, they are simply looking for a pretext not to pay out this money, which is, of course, regrettable. And here I will allow myself a political comment: it is regrettable, especially in this context, that as you can see, millions of zlotys are available for LGBT, but there are not 100,000 zlotys for the daughter of the late Jolanta Brzeska. I consider this a disgrace – stated Patryk Jaki at a briefing.

- Indeed, President Adam Glapiński presented his reservations regarding this bill [on remuneration at the NBP] to the President, and he also conveyed them in writing. The President pledged to take them into consideration when signing the bill, however, this is always a matter of balancing arguments. On the one hand, we had something that is a cornerstone of Polish public life, namely transparency. When asked if the bill was necessary, PAD's spokesperson replied: - Yes, it was, because the National Bank of Poland operates within its statutory competencies, so it is primarily independent, and here parliament made the decision that yes, there must be a bill (...) The President agreed that if the National Bank of Poland is broadly understood as public administration, if public life in Poland requires transparency regarding the earnings, especially of management staff, then these regulations should also cover the National Bank of Poland, and hence the President's signature on the bill.

„In the past, [the Gazeta Polska community] was an assault unit that would break through positions that were, in essence, almost exclusively occupied by enemies. Today, it is an assault unit of a powerful army marching towards victory. I am convinced of this, but every army needs such a strike force, an assault unit. - By decisions of February 21, President Andrzej Duda appointed Supreme Court Judge Joanna Lemańska to the position of President of the Supreme Court overseeing the work of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, and Supreme Court Judge Tomasz Przesławski to the position of President of the Supreme Court overseeing the work of the Disciplinary Chamber - informed the Presidential Chancellery.

During the ceremony, the president congratulated the presidents of the two new chambers of the Supreme Court. - These are very important chambers, established to change the image and public opinion of the Supreme Court, and above all, of the Polish justice system - emphasized Andrzej Duda. He added: - It is very important that Poles have the feeling that courts in Poland are fair, that they make just rulings, and that judges are a special professional group, serving society.

The President also thanked the judges of the Disciplinary Chamber for their work so far. - Judges are the third branch of power. Special requirements must be placed on judges. It cannot be the case that a judge is above the law. Quite the opposite: they are subject to the law in a special way - recalled Andrzej Duda. He assured that he was aware of how difficult this work is. - You are from the same milieu. I know that [your work] often meets with ostracism, with social and professional dissatisfaction, but it is necessary. The President also emphasized the exceptional role of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court. - It raises many doubts, especially in the media, but I had no doubts - he recalled.

In conclusion, addressing all members of the two new chambers in the Supreme Court present at the ceremony, the president stated: - I know, as I am also an observer and participant in public life, that many unpleasant situations occur in the Supreme Court today. For you as experienced lawyers, as honest, upright people – I have no doubts about that. I ask you to endure this calmly. Those who humiliate you with various terms... I am unfortunately thinking here of situations that occur within the court itself, from judges, very often high-ranking judges. [These situations] are very unpleasant, but in essence, they bear witness to themselves. If someone demeans another person with various terms or actions they take, they bear witness primarily to themselves. And they show that they have no moral qualifications to be a judge. Because a judge cannot demean another person, whoever they may be. Even if they are a repeat offender, a murderer - they must treat them with respect. This is the essence of the justice system. These people bear witness to the fact that they should never have been nominated for this highly specific service. I ask you to approach it this way. There is no other way. You just have to wait calmly until they leave.

“The prosecution is rightly conducting proceedings concerning losses exceeding PLN 2 billion as a result of carelessness, unreliability, and a lack of due diligence on the part of the KNF” – said Minister Zbigniew Ziobro at a press conference – “The President of NIK stated in a report that the actions [of the presidents] were delayed. The KNF, with the same personnel, namely Mr. Jakubiak and Mr. Kwaśniak, according to the President of NIK, failed to exercise due diligence in the opinions provided in August 2015 to the NBP and the Ministry of Finance, thereby exposing the State Treasury to the risk of very serious financial losses, amounting to hundreds of millions of zlotys”.

- A project to rebuild bus connections is practically complete. In the coming days, this project will be added to the government's legislative work schedule. The next project will be 'Emerytura plus' (Pension plus), meaning pensioners will receive an additional 1100 PLN pension in May. From July, the 500+ program will be implemented for every first child. Further changes regarding taxes, namely zero PIT for individuals working up to the age of 26, and a reduction in PIT for working individuals along with higher revenue-generating costs, will appear at a later stage. At the nearest Council of Ministers meeting – March 5th – a roadmap of the projects I am mentioning will be presented. We will then present detailed solutions to you. I want to assure you that all these programs have been very carefully costed - said Joanna Kopcińska during a press conference after the government meeting.

Following prior discussions with Minister Joachim Brudziński, Brigadier General of SOP Tomasz Miłkowski, Commander of the State Protection Service, has submitted his resignation from his position. A new head of the State Protection Service will be appointed by the Prime Minister – at the Minister's request – the Ministry of Interior and Administration (MSWiA) announced on its website.
