The Supreme Court has just sent the case back to the Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal sent it back to the District Court, annulling the District Court's decision, but the registration remains, only the ruling is invalid. Our status is that we are still in the same position as we were two years ago, before all these matters. Meanwhile, the National Electoral Commission claims that at this moment we have ceased to exist, because the National Electoral Commission is apparently not informed, and we will have to explain this to the National Electoral Commission, because if we don't explain it, they will forbid us to form a coalition. And we will still run, of course, but not under the name we would like - stated Janusz Korwin-Mikke in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.
