Bogucki Confirms Submission of Presidential Bill:
I Will Not Agree to Protect Pedophiles.
- It is not the case that the President remains passive in this matter. Today, just before 11:00 AM, the President submitted his own bill, in which, on the one hand, the President of the Republic of Poland says - I will not agree to prolonged, temporary arrests, I will not agree for them to last indefinitely, but I also will not agree to protect pedophiles, and hence the presidential bill - stated Zbigniew Bogucki in the Sejm.
- The President also included in this bill essentially a general prohibition on the use of the fruits of the poisonous tree, meaning that evidence gathered as a result of prohibited acts cannot be used, but an exception must be made for it - for crimes against humanity, state security, terrorist acts of this kind, or the most abominable crimes against children - the head of the KPRP continued.
