- It seems to me that Przemysław Czarnek's bill was not processed - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists, when asked how he would respond to PiS's opinions that the government bill on fuel prices is a plagiarism of what Przemysław Czarnek proposed.
- It evidently had some flaws - he continued, after being pointed out that it was submitted in mid-March.
