Jaki:

Trzaskowski is Backing Down from His Electoral Promises

"I've gained perspective. I'm looking at it very calmly. I won't hide the fact that with a slight satisfaction, seeing what's happening. It's just that I'm sad I was right. I'm sad I was right on many matters. Seeing what's happening at City Hall – it's been two days in office – it turns out that my respected, my former opponent, and now president, Trzaskowski, is backing down from his promises. He has backed down, he has absolutely backed down. He has backed down from financing Skra – a very important project that he discussed with me during the campaign, saying he would definitely do it. It turns out he's backing down from declarations regarding ticket prices and garbage fees in Warsaw. Additionally, we see him talking about additional positions at press conferences now, but in reality, the press is writing today about rigged competitions. The City Council session has been prepared as poorly as it has been in a long time" – said Deputy Minister Patryk Jaki in an interview with Krzysztof Ziemiec on RMF FM.

Jaki:

New Warsaw-Related Projects Coming Soon. Residents Have Assigned Us an Opposition Role, and We Intend to Utilize It Fully

I have the mandate to hold Trzaskowski accountable, given to me by a quarter of a million residents, and I intend to use it. You will soon see new projects related to Warsaw. I have ideas, and I would like to, perhaps for the first time on your broadcast, declare that they will appear soon. I feel obliged to these quarter of a million people who voted for me. These will be Warsaw-specific, local, and also political projects. The residents have assigned us a role in the opposition, but we intend to utilize this role very strongly, which was already evident at the first city council session” – said Deputy Minister Patryk Jaki in an interview with Krzysztof Ziemiec on RMF FM.
