„We always say that an investigative committee should be established when state institutions are not functioning. I must say, with a sense of satisfaction, I heard that generally our entrepreneurs are pleased with the current economic situation, that their businesses have developed in the last year, both in terms of jobs, investments, and above all, revenues. Of course, we also discussed the future, about what we expect and anticipate. PAD added that the entire situation related to Leszek Czarnecki's recording is "difficult". - It concerns two banks. The problem did not appear yesterday, it has been present for a long time. I am being informed about it by my representative and I am also observing this matter - he emphasized.

The President also admitted that "disturbing signals have reached him": - My representative consulted his actions with me, and I advised him to exercise extreme caution. For me, this meant above all taking care of the interests of people who have deposits in these banks. This is the most important thing for me. Shareholders, Mr. Czarnecki, of course, but first and foremost those who trusted these banks and deposited their money. I am convinced that Zdzisław Sokal acted in precisely this way. And what he is being accused of, namely the desire to act in accordance with the current provisions of the Bank Guarantee Fund Act, only confirms this.

Andrzej Duda also referred to the issue of the alleged corrupt proposal, which was said to have occurred during a meeting. - I will not assess this in such a way, because the fundamental issue is the authenticity of what we have been able to read. I am approaching this very cautiously - the President noted. He called Marek Chrzanowski's decision to resign "responsible".

- At this moment, one coalition has been formed. An agreement has been signed that very clearly states what programs will be implemented for Lower Silesia, because indeed, in Lower Silesia, after long negotiations, such a consensus has been reached. I think that the residents of Lower Silesia have won here above all. It is for them that these programs will be implemented. I am convinced that this cooperation between PiS and the Non-Party Self-Governmentors will work out very well - stated Michał Dworczyk in a conversation with journalists.

- Today, one should not speculate, especially in the media, about where else coalitions and agreements will be formed - added the head of KPRM. - As of today, it can be said that PiS governs in six regional assemblies independently, and in the seventh, it is in a coalition.
