At 13:00 in Zielona Góra, a PiS election rally will take place with the participation of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. After the rally concludes, the PiS-bus will travel to election meetings: at 16:30 in Świebodzin and at 18:15 in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Additionally, at 11:30, PMM will participate in the inauguration ceremony of the S3 road, the Nowa Sól - Kaźmierzów section.

The Polish People's Party (PSL) has released a new video clip addressing the closure of a sugar factory. The clip highlights the decision made by the Law and Justice (PiS) government, suggesting it has led to the factory's shutdown. The party aims to draw attention to the economic consequences of this governmental action.

- I didn't work on Andrzej Duda's campaign, I know nothing about any army of bots. I think the opposition – Civic Platform above all – and the media associated with it are truly reaching the height of absurdity. A few weeks ago, we had publications suggesting that Russians were behind the victory of Andrzej Duda and PiS, even though there isn't a shred of evidence for it. Let's recall that after the so-called tape scandal, Platforma governed for another year and a half, they had all the special services at their disposal to clarify this – stated Adam Bielan in an interview with Krzysztof Ziemiec on RMF FM.

- This company was involved in moderating the website; these are classic activities in an election campaign. I repeat: I did not participate in this campaign – he continued. – I have absolutely no idea [why my name is appearing]. It's truly astonishing that in what was until recently a leading Polish newspaper, the main political piece is based on someone having Googled that people who founded a web development company were once my assistants. This sadly shows the level of investigative journalism in Poland... – he added.

"If anyone claims that Bronisław Komorowski lost due to so-called bots, which no one saw at all, then that is truly the height of absurdity. Soon, 'Gazeta Wyborcza' or other media associated with Platforma will write that aliens won Andrzej Duda's and United Right's campaign. I am to blame because I've seen many films with aliens. You will probably also be described in subsequent journalistic follow-ups as someone associated with aliens."

- The permanent stationing of American troops is a very long process: we started our efforts for this many months ago, and I believe that if it is concluded with an official decision, it will happen no earlier than next year, because the Americans are planning a reorganization of their army for 2020 - stated Adam Bielan in an interview with Krzysztof Ziemiec on RMF FM. He added:

"No. Such a decision is made with the cooperation of many centers of power in the United States. Of course, the president plays a huge, crucial role, but the State Department, the Department of Defense, both houses of Congress, and the Pentagon also participate in this. Congress has appealed, requested the Pentagon to prepare a detailed report by March of next year on the possibilities of permanently stationing American troops in Poland - and I think that spring, summer of next year is when decisions will be made on this matter."

- I decided to support Waldemar Buda, the candidate for the President of Łódź, because Łódź deserves more, and the candidate, I hope the future president, can do more for Łódź. My motto as an MEP for 14 years has been 'Łódź at the center of Europe'. I believe that Łódź can extract, gain, and achieve more from this relationship with Europe because there are cities that receive more funds per capita. There are those who can integrate city strategies into EU strategies. The EU offers a great deal in this regard. Under Articles 7 and 8 of the regulation on the European Regional Development Fund, measures for sustainable urban development and urban innovation are foreseen. These are millions, even billions; approximately 6% in the upcoming financial perspective, within the framework of the regional development fund, will be a dedicated envelope for cities. One must be able to and know how to reach for them. This is voluntary. There is a European network of city cooperation, there are initiatives for smart cities, concerning better regulation, the introduction of Łódź capital, partnerships with others, and sharing experiences. Cities that can engage in these relationships and cooperation can receive additional funds and, of course, develop better. That's why I would like to have a partner in Łódź, and I count on Waldemar Buda to be such a partner, as we have known each other for a long time, and he can be - stated Jacek Saryusz-Wolski at the conference.

- In light of the problems that arise on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, I take on the commitment that at least one clinic in each district will be open from 8 AM to 6 PM. In the event of something unpredictable happening, every Warsaw resident will be able to come to such a clinic with children, and we will ensure on-call duty and pay for it, on-call duty for internists and pediatricians, as well as nurses. So that on weekends and holidays, when unforeseen situations sometimes occur, one doesn’t have to go to the hospital and often wait for hours in queues for help, but can receive help in every district, as it used to be. We estimate the cost of this program at approximately PLN 7 million – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a briefing.

- We will try to listen to the voice of the residents, and when problems arise, if the government doesn’t solve them, we in Warsaw will try to solve such problems – added the Civic Coalition candidate for the Mayor of Warsaw.

- It's difficult for me to react to speculation. It's not me who will assess the candidate for president and vice-president [of Warsaw], but the residents of Warsaw will. Let's wait for the assessment from Warsaw's residents themselves. If Patryk Jaki presents his team, then we will evaluate it. Yesterday we saw the PiS lists. I think that's what we should focus on, because there are many very controversial figures on them, people who express joy or call for the EU to collapse, who have made antisemitic remarks. I think the aim right now is to divert attention from these lists, but let's wait for the facts. Warsaw's residents will certainly be able to take a stance on this in the elections, on who presents what kind of team to support them - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a briefing, when asked about Piotr Guział's candidacy for Vice-President of Warsaw.

"See the differences between us and my main opponent. My main opponent says that for him, Warsaw is for everyone. Show me someone with right-wing views in his circle. And here, please. We have people with right-wing, centrist, and left-wing views. For us, Warsaw is for everyone. Local government cannot be ideological. We have many issues on which we differ, but ideology is not the most important thing. The most important thing is the future, an honest and ambitious Warsaw. In the fight for an honest Warsaw, all hands on deck, and I am glad that the left is joining us. Together we will fight for an honest and ambitious Warsaw."

- If a political party at the national level fulfills its commitments, does what it announced, then I believe we can assume, with a very high degree of probability, that it will also do so at the local government level. This seems to me to be an important observation. We need to pay attention to the control mechanisms. I mentioned control by institutions prescribed by law, referendums, decisions by district or provincial councils to recall authorities, and the possibility of criticism, but does it really work efficiently? I know that perhaps there are different views on this matter in this room. Allow me to present my view: it varies. Because the level of social activity differs. There is no good control without social activity. Without residents of a commune, city, perhaps most of all in smaller communes, being active in some way. If it is the case, and you all know it is, that in many places social organizations operating in a commune or district, or sometimes more broadly, and the media are dependent on local authorities, then all this control is effectively a fiction - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at a convention in Zielona Góra.

- I would like to remind you that we, meaning the PiS authorities, the right-wing coalition, established the Institute of Freedom. It is precisely to support local organizations or media that do not want to take money from local authorities, that want to be independent, as an element of control. This is really important. The institute's activity is currently still in its initial, nascent stage, but we want to develop it. We want to organize local communities, because without this control, there is no - the PiS leader continued.

"Local governments, contrary to what might seem, have a really great power to take away freedom. I have spoken many times, including in one of my speeches, about the little kingdoms and principalities that have emerged in Poland, where people at work, at larger meetings, I have even heard of cases where on the street, they are afraid to speak ill of local rulers. This is not freedom. This is a radical limitation of freedom. This must be eliminated at all costs, and we want to eliminate it, because freedom is precisely what we are fighting for. And for the freedom of co-decision and freedom in the negative sense, that we are allowed to criticize the authorities, both in Warsaw and also in our own commune. This must be guaranteed"

- PiS is a nationwide party. PiS has central power and in some, not too many local governments, but we are striving for there to be more of them. PiS is a party that can coordinate actions at various levels - stated Jarosław Kaczyński at the convention in Zielona Góra.

- PiS keeps its word and is under control. The media control us, to the point where everything is burning for them, the opposition controls us, but perhaps not everyone knows this, but state institutions designated for this purpose also control us. The CBA also controls us. Unfortunately, there are bad cases of some abuses, and do not think that anyone here is spared because they are from PiS. That is not the case at all - he continued. "A vote cast for PiS is a rationally cast vote" - added the PiS chairman.

- Indeed, we are rebuilding our state, our country, our homeland in the spirit of social solidarity, freedom, accessibility of various public services, and in the spirit of democracy, because indeed, actual democracy, democratization consists of accessibility, and also of people having the opportunity to participate in broadly understood public and social life. And how did it look not so long ago, in the times of our predecessors? Did they treat miners and demonstrators with rubber bullets and gas? They did, unfortunately. - A government by Platforma and PSL would be the most costly for Poland, and that's quite serious.
