At 10:00 AM, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will participate in a popular science conference organized by the Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the founding of Solidarność Walcząca (Fighting Solidarity) in Poznań.

In the morning, at 8:30 AM, the Committee for the Defense of Justice will hold its conference in front of the Supreme Court. Representatives from Wolne Sądy (Free Courts), Amnesty International, the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, and the judicial organizations Themis and Iustitia will speak at the press meeting.

Also at 8:30 AM, the Civic Coalition candidate for the mayor of Warsaw will present further program proposals titled "Healthy Warsaw". At 10:30 AM, the leader of Civic Platform (PO), Grzegorz Schetyna, the head of Nowoczesna, Katarzyna Lubnauer, and the leader of Inicjatywa Polska, Barbara Nowacka, will organize a joint press conference in Zgierz with the Civic Coalition candidate for the city's mayor.

Two hours later, at 12:30 PM, another briefing by Civic Coalition leaders will take place with the Mayor of Łódź, Hanna Zdanowska, on the topic of meals for children in Łódź schools. Meanwhile, at 2:00 PM in Piotrków Trybunalski, a Civic Coalition conference will be held with the participation of Schetyna, Lubnauer, and the candidate for the mayor of Piotrków Trybunalski.

At 9:40 AM by the Czerniakowski Port, a press conference will be held by the United Right (ZP) candidate for the mayor of Warsaw, Patryk Jaki. At 11:30 AM, PiS councilors from the capital and Jaki's election campaign manager are planning their meeting with the media at JakiCafe.

At 10:30 AM, a press conference will be held by the PSL candidate for the mayor of Warsaw, Jakub Stefaniak, along with candidates for the Warsaw City Council and the Masovian Voivodeship Sejmik. The special guest of the conference will be Władysław T. Bartoszewski.

The main reason [why we won't enter a coalition with PiS] is the stripping of competencies from local government officials, and PiS has been implementing this for three years. – As a musician, I believe that cyberspace should indeed be organized in some way, but if I had to choose, if I were presented with a dilemma between money or freedom, I would still choose the latter, which is freedom – stated Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

– Article 13 of this regulation is very dangerous because it effectively gives all internet service providers the ability to surveil, instruments for surveilling recipients – he added.

I believe that the First President of the Supreme Court is Ms. Gersdorf, as stipulated by the Constitution. The Constitution is useless, unfortunately, the Constitution is the fundamental law, and I may dislike Ms. Gersdorf; moreover, I believe that the courts in their former form were a tragedy, a drama for citizens, beyond any control, a special caste, as they assessed themselves. This needs to be dismantled immediately, I have no doubts about that. Nevertheless, we must start by changing the Constitution. "It will be a mix, a lot of youth, experience. There must be a division of roles. Jakub Stefaniak is a candidate in Warsaw, and it is his right and duty to present the candidates [on the Warsaw lists]. I will not do it for him," said the leader of the Polish People's Party (PSL), Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, in an interview with Piotr Witwicki on Polsat News.

- I am a regular MP, a member of the foreign affairs committee, but soon I will be in another one as well. Yesterday I received information that I am returning to Poland's representation at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. This is our representation within NATO, I will participate in international meetings – said Witold Waszczykowski in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program “Gość Radia Zet”.

- A few months ago, I ceased to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I entered the second part of the term where these functions were already allocated, and now I am gradually returning to parliamentary activity – added Waszczykowski.

- Of course, I am satisfied with Mr. Jakbiak, but I am not very satisfied with the conduits, i.e., the media, which are absolutely not interested in any candidate other than Trzaskowski and Jaki. However, if they do show any interest in other candidates, it is only in the context of Jaki and Trzaskowski. In general, the media, which fight so hard for the observance of law in Poland, for democracy, for the Constitution, support those who defend this archaic, post-Bolshevik law; these same media support candidates, as if they were campaigning together with PiS and PO candidates six months before the permitted deadline - stated Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

- I had such an offer to be a city mayor, but since I didn't accept it, there's no need to say which city – Witold Waszczykowski said in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia Zet".

- Was it Łódź? – the journalist inquired.

- No, no, a smaller city. I believed I wasn't suited for local government. I already had experience from a local government campaign. Back then, it was a fight for Łódź; unfortunately, the Łódź PiS environment was divided. At that time, one of our camp's members opposed me, and we split the votes at 15%. If I hadn't had that rival, I would have made it to the second round – stated Waszczykowski.

- I had no doubts, with all due sympathy for Germany, I am not an enemy of Germany, but I have no doubts that during Tusk's government, German influence was greatly facilitated by the very person of Prime Minister Tusk, who is very pro-German, even for family and identity reasons. I have no doubts that Donald Tusk is pro-German - stated Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

Today marks another element of the "Healthy Warsaw" program. I have repeatedly stated that Warsaw can afford the highest aspirations, that we should draw examples from all over Europe, for instance from Scandinavian countries or other EU states, and this is precisely what we have begun to do in Warsaw. I want to continue this trend, namely, technology from the 21st century. Telecare – and here we have such an example, a special tele-bracelet that can guarantee remote assistance to the elderly. When needed, a caregiver appears. This is truly very modern technology. We currently have a pilot program in Warsaw for 40 people. I would very much like to expand this program, and do so in a very ambitious way – stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a briefing. We have a pilot program for 40 people. I want to expand it to 7,000 people. It's evident that this is 21st-century technology. The local government will also subsidize rehabilitation equipment, including hearing aids. We want to comprehensively support these types of solutions that are connected with new technology – added the Civic Coalition (KO) candidate for the Mayor of Warsaw.

- One very important thing: this program [Tele-Care] is co-financed, and the one I want to propose will be co-financed, with EU funds. The EU means a sense of true community, it means incredible investments in Warsaw, over 40% of all investments, but it also means projects like these. That's why it's important for those in power and the president to measure their words, to know what they are saying, because these words have consequences. Not only for grand politics, but precisely for such modern programs, which we are presenting here today. That is why I directed my appeal to all local government officials, together with Chairman Schetyna, that everyone should influence the head of state and the PiS government to consider what they are doing, because some of his decisions and statements are unfortunately pushing us towards the margins of the EU, and consequently towards leaving the EU. We all must loudly say "no" to this - stated Rafał Trzaskowski at a briefing.

- If I become the mayor of the capital city of Warsaw, the verification commission will be dissolved. The commission will not be needed because it has taken over the competencies of the capital city of Warsaw, and because, in my assessment, the city's actions support the reprivatization mafia, but it has exactly the same competencies as the commission. If the City Hall changes and wants to act for the common good, and not for the reprivatization mafia, the commission will not be needed – said Patryk Jaki at a press conference.

We will create the Warsaw Entrepreneurship Centre. A centre that will be located in this district, not only based on modern, green, autonomous technologies, but the centre will ensure that practically every Varsovian who one day wants to try something different, will be able to do so with the city's help. It will be a unique space for offices, for small businesses. There will be features that will definitely make a group of people want to try – said Patryk Jaki at a press conference. The first feature will be specialised and legal assistance for every Varsovian. People will work in the building who will help, showing the pros and cons of a given investment. Secondly, it will be a smart city integration centre, a place where everyone can develop their ideas and projects in terms of modern technologies. Additionally, this place will house special individuals who will be responsible for special funds. The city will create a corporate fund that will support the best ideas. Besides this, we will have a large coworking space and an interesting idea, an institute for the international promotion of start-ups – assured the candidate for the capital's president. The city will create exceptional conditions, using the best solutions in the world. We have gathered such solutions and want to create something like this on a global scale. Some of it functions in Warsaw, some doesn't. We want this to be a single, unique place on a European scale. It will complement our district of the future project. A district of the future must be based on new technologies, on innovation, on the smart city. Cities that do not do this will not be able to catch up with the world – added Jaki.

"When I think of Fighting Solidarity back then, I see a very diverse environment. There were right-wingers and left-wingers among us, social democrats, conservatives, statists, syndicalists, and even a few monarchists could be found. Although we had different experiences and came from different traditions, one idea guided us: a free, sovereign, independent Poland, but we were also a kind of unity" - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Poznań during the celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the founding of Fighting Solidarity.

"If we are in the EU and have signed an association agreement, then of course this also entails an obligation to respect [ECJ rulings], but the extent to which we will respect the ruling will depend on what its content will be and to what extent the ruling can be transposed into the Polish legal order," stated Marek Ast in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.

"Regardless of what anyone thinks, we have fundamentally improved the state's basic institutions: tax institutions, we are reforming the judiciary. We have also restored elementary historical justice and dignity. Of course, at a far from sufficient level, with regard to allowances for people involved in opposition activities. I am aware that this is all too little and too late, but we are doing it. We call criminals criminals, we are rebuilding the memory of our even greater heroes, the Cursed Soldiers, the Home Army" - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Poznań.

- With ill will, any politician's statement can be interpreted contrary to their intentions. Incidentally, I myself recently experienced this when I spoke about European integration. The entirety of PAD's statements and actions leaves no doubt. Like the United Right camp, he is a supporter of European integration. There is a serious dispute about what constitutes a serious threat to the EU. In the opinion of Euroenthusiasts, the greatest threat comes from the governments of Poland, Hungary, and other states that emphasize the excessive pressure of Brussels bureaucracy on the internal affairs of states. In my opinion, the threat is precisely the opposite – we stand for the original project of integration – the EU as a platform for cooperation between sovereign nation-states. We are by no means the "bad boy" in the EU, the one who is bad and reluctant towards the union. In reality, in the long run, it will turn out that a government like ours, or the Hungarian one – that we are the true defenders of European integration – stated Jarosław Gowin in the program "Tłit" on Wirtualna Polska.

- In my opinion, sooner or later, Poles should indicate to us politicians in a constitutional referendum in which direction to change the constitution. As long as it is in effect – it is our solemn duty to remain faithful to it, and our governing camp is doing so. I feel that I am always faithful to the letter, even if I disagree with it, as well as to the spirit of the constitution. If I were the Minister of Justice, as I was in Tusk's government, I would reform the judiciary differently – in the way I reform science and universities, through dialogue as broad as possible. Minister Ziobro also tried at the beginning. But there are politicians who believe that quick and radical changes are much more effective and necessary for Poles. I believe that this reform does not violate the principles of a democratic rule of law state in any way – said the Deputy Prime Minister.

- I do not underestimate Tusk's rhetorical and political skills. He is a politician of outstanding European caliber. It is a pity that he uses them mainly for his own career, rather than for looking after the interests of his own country. Małgorzata Wassermann is a professional through and through. She would cope with Tusk, just as she would with Mr. [X] or with me. I spoke openly before the Amber Gold commission - according to the knowledge available to me, there are no clues indicating Tusk's responsibility. Except for one – a serious accusation of a political, not criminal, nature. Tusk was responsible for a theoretical state, for a policy of warm water in the tap, rather than for tackling real problems – stated Jarosław Gowin in the "Tłit" program of Wirtualna Polska.

- I disagree with some of Patryk Jaki's views regarding in vitro funding. I deeply disagree with this method. To be clear - I am not in favor of banning this method, but it should not be funded by public money - stated Jarosław Gowin on the "Tłit" program on WP.

- We are coming to support the candidacy of MP Hanajczyk. We are on the eve of these elections. Elections to the city council and county council are important to us. We also support leaders for the regional assembly, we support Mr. Dariusz Joński, Ms. Ilona Rafalska. We are also here in Zgierz not by chance. We want to emphasize how important the fight against the flood of waste and the fight for clean air is to us – said Grzegorz Schetyna in Zgierz.

Today, at W. Bartoszewski Square, Jakub Stefaniak presented candidates for the City Council of Warsaw and the Voivodeship Assembly. The guest of honor was Władysław T. Bartoszewski.

- As early as after the war, Prime Minister Mikołajczyk professed the principle that the PSL is not a party solely for farmers, but for all reasonable people. Here, in this place, we have a new PSL. A PSL that has undergone a transformation; it is an educated, hardworking team that has - most importantly - a very good election program. I was already greatly impressed by what was presented at the PSL's election convention. Mr. Stefaniak is running in Warsaw, I wish him all the best, I support him and the entire PSL team in Mazovia, and I hope they manage to achieve a good result because they come with concrete, reasonable proposals - stated Bartoszewski.

- We are diverse, and therefore interesting. We have opened ourselves up to new social groups. The lists for the City Council will include, among others, Bartłomiej Opaliński - a member of the reprivatization commission, Anna Kalbarczyk from the Warsaw Tenants' Association, Colonel Pilot Konrad Luśniewski, and the mother of the famous boxer Andrzej Gołota. We will begin our direct campaign next week. We will meet with the capital's residents and talk with them, because local government is precisely about dialogue. Let's get to work! - added Stefaniak.

"Because I have a six-year term and it has not yet ended, therefore no statutory provisions can change that, and the President cannot either. He would have to change the constitution. - The story about ACTA2 is typical fake news thrown out during an election campaign.
