Tonight at midnight, the deadline expires for the President's decision regarding the current Supreme Court judges who have submitted declarations of intent to continue adjudicating, based on the amended Supreme Court Act. Yesterday on TVP Info, Andrzej Duda's spokesperson announced that the President's decision would likely be revealed tomorrow morning: "There was a certain procedure. The National Judicial Council, opinions, forwarding the applications to the Presidential Chancellery. The President makes his decision by 24:00 tomorrow. At the latest, by Wednesday morning, we will send a communication to the media informing them of the President's decision. [What that decision will be] will be known on Wednesday morning."
The government, at a session starting at 10:00, will focus exclusively on one item: determining the minimum wage and minimum hourly rate for 2019. Three proposals are on the table: the government's proposal of 2220 zlotys, and two trade union proposals: Solidarność's at 2255 and OPZZ's at 2383.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki is scheduled to present the government's anti-smog program at 16:20 in Opoczno today. "Regarding the fight for clean air, I am just returning from a meeting in the Radom district, where we presented the program's assumptions; tomorrow the Prime Minister will do the same in Opoczno. It is a program for which we are allocating 103 billion PLN over 10 years" - announced the Deputy Marshal of the Senate, Adam Bielan, yesterday on "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.
At 9:30, Rafał Trzaskowski will hold his press conference on the XXX floor of the Palace of Culture and Science. Patryk Jaki will meet with journalists near the Skłodowska-Curie Bridge at 8:30. The Amber Gold investigative committee will hear testimony at 10:00 from Małgorzata Kin-Kaczmarek of Amber Gold and Jacek Góra, former head of a department at the Ministry of Finance.

"We are discussing this within the political circle. First and foremost, we need financial information and it must be a sound calculation. If such a possibility arises, I will vote in favor. We are receiving information, it reaches me, we are meeting with residents of Poland, I recently concluded a tour of Poland, and this issue was very often raised by older people, pensioners. With this baggage of information, we arrived in Warsaw, we passed this information to the president and the entire party leadership. Everyone had their observations, but those concerning the need to strengthen pensioners were conveyed by all. We are considering how to resolve this" - said the Marshal of the Senate, Stanisław Karczewski, in an interview with Jedynka radio, regarding a potential new program for pensioners.

Jaki:
"I was in opposition. It never occurred to me to hold a press conference and demand a politician's resignation after such tragedies."
- Not my subordinates. The system is constructed in such a way, and has been for years, in all states, that the decision on whether a given person can leave a correctional facility, in addition to being dictated by current law, is made by a probation officer, psychologists, psychiatrists, experienced penitentiary workers + everything happens under the supervision of a penitentiary judge. Only those working within the correctional facility [are under my supervision]. I have ordered an urgent inspection of this matter. I absolutely do not underestimate it. I am awaiting the final results of the inspection. The problem probably wouldn't exist if the Polish penal system were constructed differently. As we want to construct it. If it weren't the case that this person's sentence is soon to end, we want longer sentences. Much has been achieved. We are introducing changes to the Penal Code, we have managed to introduce changes to the Penal Code that extend sentences. That's why they vote for Civic Platform in correctional facilities, not for us. I personally introduced, this is already my work, a solution that states that individuals convicted of the most serious crimes cannot work outside of a correctional facility - stated Patryk Jaki in an interview with Konrad Piasecki in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24, when asked about the 40-year-old who killed someone while on a prison leave. He added:
"Unfortunately, such tragedies have happened before, and they happen all over the world. I do not make this decision. I am not a psychologist, nor a judge. It is abhorrent to play politics with such a tragedy. During previous governments, there were significantly more such tragedies, significantly more than under mine. The penitentiary system has truly changed, despite this great tragedy, which I do not underestimate. I was in opposition. It never occurred to me during those times to hold a press conference and, after such tragedies, and there were many more of them, to hold conferences and demand a politician's resignation. You do not exploit such tragedies for politics."

Had We Won, We Would Cooperate With All Local Government Officials, Because We Don't Work for PiS Mayors, But for the People
„Certainly, had we won, we would have cooperated with all mayors, because we don't work for the mayors and presidents of Law and Justice, but we work for the people; we want to solve their problems. We cannot erect political barriers and walls, and we want to put an end to that” – said Marshal Stanisław Karczewski on Polish Radio Channel I.

"In this situation, it is as follows, I have spoken about this many times. It's about the fragment that emphasizes that it's better to regulate IVF by law than to maintain a situation where there is no law. At the same time, I have always emphasized that if I were to become the Mayor of Warsaw, I would maintain this [IVF] program. No [I do not agree that IVF is an immoral procedure]"- My stance is this: it's better to regulate it by law, thus allowing it, than to maintain a situation without regulation by law. If I were to become the Mayor of Warsaw, I would maintain this procedure - stated the PiS candidate.

If anyone was offended by this post, I apologize here and now
- This is a post [about journalists] from almost 7 years ago. On Friday, immediately after, I informed, I conveyed that I am sorry for having done something like that. I was young, inexperienced. Different times. I was just a budding politician, I was just starting my real adventure with politics. Nevertheless, here, at this place, on RMF, primarily to editor Mazurek, if anyone was offended by this post in any way, felt unwell, I apologize here and now - stated Błażej Spychalski in a conversation with Robert Mazurek on RMF FM.

- I cannot respond to an accusation that is completely untrue. I was collecting signatures for the "Save Women" project, and these are still my values. We do not address the issue of abortion access in regional assemblies. The problem of abortion access is addressed at the parliamentary level. The young women with whom I collected these signatures, including in Warsaw, understand what we are doing. We are protecting Poland from PiS - said Barbara Nowacka in a conversation with Beata Lubecka on the "Gość Radia Zet" program.

- I listen to these words, I look at these left-wing parties and I think that the specter of sectarianism is looming over them. Because they have started to expel from the left everyone who doesn't want to sit in their basket, but wants to implement the program - said Barbara Nowacka in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the 'Radio Zet Guest' program.

We Want to Build Europe's Largest Living Lab
- In the latest rankings, Warsaw, when it comes to smart city solutions, loses to all cities, the capitals of the region. The capitals of Hungary, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia. Yet Warsaw has greater potential and greater possibilities. It's high time for Warsaw to accelerate its economy. Today, the future of urban economy lies in innovative solutions, in smart city solutions. In Warsaw, this is the most important project and the most important vision: to build Europe's largest living lab - said Patryk Jaki at a press conference organized near the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Bridge.
- This is a place where everyone will want to invest, because a city will be built from scratch. A city where, while building various types of solutions, constructing buildings, creating autonomous spaces, it will be possible to test modern technologies. Today, everyone in the world is looking for such places – Jaki added.

Relations with Czarzasty Do Not Allow for Any Contact
- I could not join Włodzimierz Czarzasty because the relations with him are such that they do not allow for any contact. I have spent the last two years on such rather curious criticism, because he believes that the United Left was a mistake and the SLD would have been much happier if it had not entered into a coalition with the SLD – Barbara Nowacka said in an interview with Beata Lubecka on the program "Gość Radia Zet".
- Let's leave it, I no longer want to deal with their problems. Today, the SLD left is engaged in historical politics and the defense of the PRL. I do not want to engage in the defense of the PRL, because I believe it was an unjust system, also socially unjust – added Nowacka.

“Warsaw has changed for the better over the last 12 years. In my campaign, I talk to Varsovians about the future, about what can be done, what their expectations are, what can still be fixed in Warsaw. My competitor is weaving narratives that resemble science fiction rather than being grounded in reality. I spoke about the 19th district, whereas all Varsovians know that the 19th district is simply the Vistula River. My competitor is crafting visions here that hardly align with reality” – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press conference in the Palace of Culture and Science.
“You can promise anything. The problem is whether someone can fulfill their promises. The easiest way to check this is by comparing the achievements of PiS when they governed Warsaw with those of PO, and these comparisons are quite clear. Patryk Jaki often refers to the legacy of Lech Kaczyński in managing Warsaw. With all due respect to President Kaczyński, these comparisons turn out quite unequivocally” – he added.

Gersdorf is a Retired Judge
- After the expiry of this three-month period, from the date the provisions of the act came into force, i.e., July 4th, Professor Małgorzata Gersdorf is a retired judge - said Paweł Mucha in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.
- It strikes me that many Polish judges, unfortunately including judges of the Supreme Court, engage in political assessments and strictly political activities, appearing at party rallies, and making political statements. If we open the commentary to the Polish constitution, to the provision that establishes judicial independence and mandates apoliticism, we will read there that a judge should not comment on the exercise of competences by public authorities. They should not manifest their political views, just as they should not manifest their worldview or religion – Mucha added.

„The Supreme Audit Office's (NIK) inspection results [regarding smog] are negative. No local government has taken sufficient action to improve air quality. Among cities, Krakow has the best results, while Warsaw is among those that have not coped with the smog problem. Urban movements have been talking about smog for many years. I was involved in the social dialogue commission. We prepared a document that we sent to the city authorities and councilors in 2017 with a project for actions that should be taken. Unfortunately, none of them were used” - said Justyna Glusman, candidate for the Mayor of Warsaw representing urban movements, at a press conference.
„When it comes to the sources of smog in Warsaw, we have two problems: low-emission sources from hearths, stoves, and boilers. Here, the problem is 16,000 solid fuel hearths. This number includes over 2,000 apartments heated with coal, which belong to the city. The city is replacing these hearths too slowly. The subsidy program that the city offers for hearth replacement is not really working. For private individuals, Warsaw started this program in 2017. Only about 300 subsidies were granted”
„We demand that real actions be taken, that public transport be improved to reduce the number of cars and pollution, because life for residents of the city center is becoming very difficult. Children are getting sick, they have asthma. The issue of air pollution is a matter of life and health for city residents. We have a comprehensive anti-smog program” - she added.
„Our basic assumption is to get rid of coal in Warsaw. We don't want any more city-owned apartments burning coal and poisoning residents. The city is doing nothing about it. It was we who highlighted the problem of 'city boilers' and are still waiting for decisive action. We've had enough of waiting. When we manage to win the elections, we want to tackle this problem seriously” - explained Jan Mencwel, president of the Miasto Jest Nasze (The City is Ours) association.

- At a meeting in Lubań, very specifically, after meeting with local government officials, as soon as he learned about the situation at the plants in Pieńsk, he spoke about this particular plant and the actions he took in this matter. He spoke about discussions with the Starost of Zgorzelec, discussions with the Lower Silesian Voivode, he explicitly mentioned monitoring the situation and that there would be contacts at the ministerial level - said Paweł Mucha in an interview with Jacek Prusinowski on Radio Plus.
- In Pieńsk, we have a situation where the private owner has announced, and local government authorities are in possession of this information, that he wants to liquidate the workplace. We are verifying whether such a decision can be changed or if there are circumstances that make this decision irreversible. We know that it is a private entrepreneur, so there is no executive power regarding decision-making. However, if such information were to be confirmed and ultimately announced, we will take all actions in cooperation with the Voivode and other services to ensure appropriate opportunities for those who will be laid off from this plant – Mucha explained.

Ryszard Petru, leader of the Nowoczesna party, has published a letter from the commander of the Municipal Police stating that the ban on driving into the Sejm (Polish Parliament) grounds cannot be lifted due to concerns about security.
The letter, shared by Petru on Twitter, explains that the decision is based on the politician's previous actions, which the authorities deem insufficient to guarantee the safety of the parliamentary complex.
"The prohibition of driving a car onto the premises of the Sejm cannot be rescinded because your past actions do not provide a guarantee of security," reads the document signed by the Municipal Police Commander.
Petru has been involved in a dispute with the parliamentary security services regarding access to the Sejm building. He has previously expressed his intention to challenge the ban, arguing for his right to access the premises.
The publication of this letter indicates a firm stance from the municipal police on the matter, emphasizing that security protocols remain in place and will not be altered for individuals whose past conduct is deemed a potential risk.

In a thirty-second spot, which 300POLITYKA is publishing first, Patryk Jaki's campaign team juxtaposes Rafał Trzaskowski's words from a meeting at BCC: "In Warsaw, I'm not entirely able to find an answer to the question of what Warsaw should really be," with Jaki's vision of the 19th district, "Przyszłość" (Future), presented at Sunday's convention.
According to our sources close to the right-wing candidate, the campaign staff aims to reduce the discussion at this stage of the campaign to the difference between "vision" and "lack of vision."
Following Trzaskowski's statement, in which he ponders "what Warsaw should be," Jaki appears in the spot, presenting his vision of an innovative district stretching across currently undeveloped areas along the Vistula River. "Let the ambitious Warsaw win" - these are the words that conclude the short video.
As announced by Jaki's campaign team, the spot is to be heavily promoted on social media.

I'm not announcing any radical shift. There's no talk of a turn to the left. We are a broad coalition, and all viewpoints are represented.
„I am not announcing any radical shift. All the demands presented by Grzegorz Schetyna, Barbara Nowacka, or myself are in agreement. We all want the observance of women's rights, help for those who need it most, free tickets for children, and free meals in schools. There is full agreement on this. However, Civic Coalition is a very broad coalition. Both conservative and liberal currents are represented there, and of course, social sensitivity, which Barbara Nowacka is strengthening within Civic Platform. No, [there is no talk of a turn to the left]. We are a broad coalition, and all viewpoints are represented. When it comes to social sensitivity, it's about helping the weakest” - said Rafał Trzaskowski in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on wPolsce.pl.

President Andrzej Duda has granted his consent for five judges to continue their duties at the Supreme Court (SN). This decision comes amidst ongoing discussions and controversies surrounding the composition and functioning of the Polish judiciary.
The specific identities of the five judges and the exact nature of their continued service are details that would typically be elaborated upon in a full news report. However, the President's approval signifies a step in navigating the complex legal and political landscape concerning judicial appointments and mandates in Poland.
This development is particularly noteworthy given the broader context of judicial reforms and the scrutiny the Polish Supreme Court has faced both domestically and internationally in recent years. The President's role in such matters is significant, as his assent is often a prerequisite for the confirmation of judicial nominations and the continuation of service for existing judges.
Further information regarding the implications of this decision and the specific cases or circumstances involving these five judges would require access to the full article or related news reports. The provided link points to a tweet from Radio ZET NEWS, which likely contains a brief announcement or update on this matter.

"I wanted to appeal to all candidates for the mayor of Warsaw to join me in forming a joint program council. I would like to appeal for all candidates who care about Warsaw being honest, and who do not want Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz's mission to continue in Warsaw, because it was and still is a horribly corrupt office. An office about which Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz herself said that an organized criminal group operated there. And all candidates who do not want this mission to continue, I ask them to sit down with me and create a joint program council, so that we can go to the elections together and fight for an honest Warsaw, so that the privatization mafia does not continue to rule Warsaw. Tomorrow at 4:00 PM, I invite all candidates here for a conversation about whether it is worth jointly creating a program council that will select the best ideas for Warsaw, so as not to split votes in the fight for an honest Warsaw" - said Patryk Jaki at a press conference.
"In Jan Śpiewak, I see good elements related to housing construction. In Jacek Wojciechowicz, I see a much-needed reflection on the fact that PO's or Rafał Trzaskowski's governments will not be good for Warsaw. In Piotr Ikonowicz, I see great social sensitivity. In Piotr Guział, I see great left-wing sensitivity, the true left, and at the same time extensive experience in local government. In the candidate of the urban movements, I see a commitment to green spaces, to ecology. We could also find common ground in many areas" - he added.

We Understand the President's Silence Means the Procedure Regarding Supreme Court Judges is Not Concluded
“As for the other individuals who applied for the possibility of continued adjudication in the Supreme Court, the President has not made any decision. We understand that this silence on the President's part means that the procedure concerning these individuals has not been concluded, that it is ongoing. We also understand it to mean that the President has taken into account the fact that some judges have appealed the decisions made in their cases, and that this is, as it were, an expression of respect for the ongoing appellate proceedings, as well as for the ruling of a panel of 7 Supreme Court judges,” stated Michał Laskowski at a briefing at the Supreme Court. Furthermore, as the spokesperson informed, the Supreme Court has submitted two more preliminary questions to the CJEU. They concern the Disciplinary Chamber and whether its composition, elected by the new National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), constitutes an independent and impartial court within the meaning of European law.

"I am appealing to my opponent, Rafał Trzaskowski, to clarify his position on ACTA2. We have a very important vote that could affect internet freedom, that could lead to you having problems posting or linking any information online. It is unclear whether it will still be possible to use it or not. Very significant restrictions concerning memes. The Internet thrives on freedom. ACTA2 would set us back several years in terms of civilization. We cannot allow this, and I am unaware of Rafał Trzaskowski's position on this matter. Is the internet, internet freedom, important to him? I would like to know his opinion" - said Patryk Jaki at a press conference.

The President's Lack of Decision Regarding a Judge's Statement of Intent to Continue Holding Office Results in the Judge's Retirement

"It turns out this is not the first such case. These are dozens of situations where criminals are on leave, and no one has paid attention to it until now, but this example of the death of two innocent people illustrates what is currently happening with the oversight of the prison service. The person who should be overseeing it is the Deputy Minister of Justice, Patryk Jaki. The prison service has been reporting specific demands for many months, which have gone unanswered. This is not only an issue of a lack of oversight over those who go on leave and commit crimes, but also the very high workload of overtime hours for officers, the complete lack of reaction from Patryk Jaki when criminals cause innocent officers to be arrested, and prosecutors to accuse prison guards" – said Borys Budka from Civic Platform (PO) at a press conference in the Sejm.
"If Patryk Jaki were even slightly honorable, his resignation would already be on the Prime Minister's desk today. Unfortunately, Patryk Jaki draws no conclusions whatsoever. He does not resign, and therefore, we, the opposition politicians, demand the immediate dismissal of the Deputy Minister of Justice, Patryk Jaki, who, instead of performing his duties, is solely engaged in an election campaign, and we demand that Prime Minister Morawiecki and Minister Ziobro appoint a responsible and competent person to the position of Deputy Minister responsible for the prison service" – he added.

There are 7 individuals in the Supreme Court who have expressed their will to continue adjudicating in various ways. Until a written declaration, we consider the procedure ongoing.
- There are still 7 individuals who have expressed their will to continue adjudicating [in the Supreme Court] in various ways. A part of these individuals, in accordance with the procedure stipulated by law, and 3 judges in a manner that does not fully align with the statutory procedure, but they have expressed their will to continue adjudicating - stated Michał Laskowski at a briefing in the Supreme Court.
- It seems that even if he [the 60-day deadline] passes me, the president should declare that, in accordance with the law and a specific provision, the expiry of this deadline results in a specific consequence. Until such a written declaration and its delivery to these individuals, we consider this procedure to be ongoing - he added.

A Decision Paving the Way for Further Constitutional Violations. Budka: PAD Already Failed His Constitutional Exam Once. Civic Coalition Comments on the President's Decision Regarding Supreme Court Judges
„There is no doubt that the National Council of the Judiciary has ceased to fulfill its role. Currently, it is composed of political appointees and listens to voices coming from Nowogrodzka Street. The President should refrain from taking any actions concerning judges over 65 years of age until the preliminary questions are resolved by the Court of Justice of the European Union. We are aware that this is a decision that paves the way for him to further violate the constitution and EU treaties. We will likely soon learn whom the President will appoint to the position of First President of the Supreme Court, in violation of treaties and the constitution” - said Kamila Gasiuk-Pihowicz from Nowoczesna at a press conference in the Sejm.
„The Constitution does not grant any possibility for the President to consent to a judge continuing to hold their position. This is a violation of the constitution. The President has no right to verify judges. As we know, he already failed his constitutional exam once, and every subsequent violation of the constitution undoubtedly only shows that he does not respect it. If President Andrzej Duda were fulfilling his role, he would not have signed the act which, contrary to the constitution, places the Supreme Court and the National Council of the Judiciary in the hands of politicians, and today's decisions he has issued have no constitutional basis. Furthermore, they constitute a blatant violation of the law, as they do not take into account the Supreme Court's ruling regarding the suspension of the application of the provisions” - added Borys Budka from PO.

We Decided to Recommend a Higher Minimum Wage Than Originally Planned – PLN 2250
- Today, together with Minister Rafalska, we wanted to convey current information from our [government] session today, where we discussed the minimum wage. We made a decision at the Council of Ministers to recommend a minimum wage higher than we had originally planned – at the level of PLN 2250 – stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Idzikowice. He added:
"This is another promise, another proof that we keep our word. You can also compare it to the level of the minimum wage during our predecessors' time, and at the very end of it. October 2015, 3 years ago. It was PLN 1750. So today, by implementing this regulation, it will be PLN 500 more. So, our next 500+, one could say, +500"

Seniors Are Our Absolute Priority
- Investing in seniors is essential, it is a civilizational necessity. We see how much can be done, with, in fact, small means on the scale of Warsaw, and how important it is who works for these people. We viewed two parts of the facility. One was wonderful, renovated, with marvelous doctors, rehabilitators, and medical assistants, and then the second part. Also taken care of, but requiring urgent renovation. There are no funds for this, but there should be. So that each of us, who will find themselves here someday, feels good, safe, cared for, and that we know there is hope, that despite sometimes severe health conditions, there is a chance of recovery. This can be achieved thanks to good infrastructure and wise city investments. I hope that Rafał Trzaskowski will be the person who not only speaks about this but actually ensures that the city invests in seniors, those in need, and also in medical personnel - stated Barbara Nowacka at a briefing before the Warsaw Care and Treatment Center.
- When I talk to my peers, two issues most often come up in these conversations. Education for our children and how to care for our seniors. I presented my election slogan weeks ago – Warsaw for everyone – and I take it very seriously. Warsaw for everyone, regardless of their age, their health condition, and a place like this reminds us of these commitments and how incredibly important they are - said Rafał Trzaskowski.
"I commit to supporting further investments here for another 200 beds. We will ensure that such centers develop. For those who are most seriously ill, but also in many districts of Warsaw, we will build day centers for seniors, similar to the one we have in Wola, so that seniors who manage, are in better health, have a place where they can spend time in the best possible conditions. And finally, something completely new – we want to organize so-called respite holidays in places like this"

We Want to Focus on the Future in These Elections
- In many places, there are certainly various irregularities, but in these local government elections, we want to focus on the future, on the best solutions for local communities, for people. That's why we proposed the "Warm Home" program, which involves thermal modernization, but also lower waste disposal costs, and also the further and closer vicinity of homes, meaning day care centers for seniors, playgrounds for children, thematic playgrounds, over 3,000 sports facilities, i.e., the closer vicinity. A bit further away, bus stations, PKP, bus lines, sidewalks for children so they can safely get to school. This is our program and this is what we want to focus on, while if there are any irregularities, various auditors are certainly clarifying them. I have great hope and I believe that the vast majority of local governments, better or worse, try to act honestly. Some are not as efficient and effective in their actions, and that's why a change is needed in many places, especially in regional assemblies, in districts, cities, but we are primarily going to hold accountable, not to look for issues from the past, but to concentrate on the future, so that there is fast internet in every municipality, so that there is that sidewalk, more connecting lines, PKS, to deal with what interests people most - stated Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Idzikowice.

Once Our Affairs Are Resolved, We'll Address European Matters; For Now, Leave Us Alone to Fix Poland
- We will ensure that people do not say that courts in Poland are unfair, that the judiciary in Poland functions poorly and does not protect citizens. We will not allow people to say that Poland is an unjust state. A state for elites, where the ordinary person is overlooked. We will do everything so that you have this conviction when our terms end, that much has been done for you during this time, that electoral promises have been fulfilled, that someone has finally thought about citizens, and not about their own matters or some imaginary community from which little results for us. We need a community here in Poland, our own, focused on our affairs, because they are the most important matters for us. Once our affairs are resolved, we will address European matters, and for now, let them leave us alone and allow us to fix Poland, because that is what is most important – said Andrzej Duda in Leżajsk.
- I believe that this is precisely the expectation of the majority of citizens in Poland. A decisive majority. That all this will be realized and that you will feel it and feel it even more strongly in the future, in the most positive sense possible, for this I wish you with all my heart. That you have the Poland you imagine, the one you would like it to be. I believe we will succeed in making it so. Beautiful, free, always independent, ever stronger, prosperous, one that defends its citizens, one in which truth and justice prevail, not boorishness, violence, and deceit. This is what I wish for you. And this is what I wish for myself. Simply a normal Poland – added the President.

- I don't intend to change my service, because that's how I view my mission in the Ministry of National Defence. I am aware that I am not assigned to a position; nothing is owed to me. Anyway, Prime Minister Kaczyński spoke about this in 2015. None of us are owed anything; we are called to implement the Law and Justice program – said Mariusz Błaszczak in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program "Wydarzenia i Opinie" (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

The President Wants to Avoid Written Evidence of Further Constitutional Offenses
„The fact that there is no written decision regarding the remaining judges is evidence that the president clearly wants to avoid any written proof of committing further constitutional offenses, i.e., evidence for the State Tribunal. I have the impression that the president is washing his hands like Pilate. He assumes it doesn't concern him. The president has been doing this very carefully for a long time” - said the leader of Nowoczesna, Katarzyna Lubnauer, on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach."

Lubnauer:
We're in a Situation Like After an Atomic Bomb Drop. Future Generations Will Feel the Effects of Our Current Legal Chaos
„Chaos is being created, and we have a situation akin to the aftermath of an atomic bomb drop, where future generations will feel the effects of the legal chaos we are currently experiencing. Why are there no private investments at this moment? Why are private investments so small? Because investors are afraid of legal chaos” – said Katarzyna Lubnauer, the leader of Nowoczesna, on TVN24.

Nowacka:
I was against Jan Śpiewak running from the start
- From the beginning, I believed that the coalition, which included Inicjatywa Polska and Partia Razem, should have had Paulina Piechna-Więckiewicz as its candidate, and I was against Jan Śpiewak running from the start. This is because, from the perspective of Warsaw, the experiences with him show that he brought councilors into the Śródmieście district who immediately moved to the non-leftist side. One was even referred to as 'Wiplerjugend' and it was a poor choice of people. Later, he also brought in Mr. Wujek Samo Zło, who supported Mr. Patryk Jaki – said Barbara Nowacka in an interview with Dorota Gawryluk on the program 'Wydarzenia i Opinie' on Polsat News.

Kukiz:
According to the Constitution, Gersdorf is the President of the Supreme Court
- According to the Constitution, Ms. Gersdorf is the President of the Supreme Court - stated Paweł Kukiz in an interview with Monika Olejnik on "Kropka nad i" on TVN24. "This is definitely a violation of the Constitution" - he stated. Kukiz added that in the case of the judges' retirement age, we are dealing with a political struggle.

„I just want to say that the vote that will take place tomorrow in the European Parliament is not a vote on the adoption of this directive. It is a vote on the amendments that have been submitted to the report adopted by the legal committee and a second vote to begin negotiations with the Council and the Commission,” said PO MEP Tadeusz Zwiefka on TOK FM.
„My political group, the European People's Party, will vote in favor of sending the draft directive to negotiations with the Council,” he added.

Kukiz:
Both Private and Public Media Have Clearly Blacklisted Jakubiak
- Both private and public media have clearly imposed a ban on Jakubiak. Tell me, when were there any reports from Jakubiak's press conferences, and how many times did TVN send their people to cover them - stated Paweł Kukiz in a conversation with Monika Olejnik on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
