They are already in operation in many EU countries, and Poland, despite high energy prices and the need for rapid transformation, has still not submitted any program - according to an analysis by the Polish consulting firm CRIDO. Within nine months, member states, under the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF), have prepared actions worth 28 billion euros.
