- Some of the leaders I had the opportunity to speak with, in a more discreet manner, also confirm our information, that they have reasons to believe that more serious provocations and incidents could indeed come from Russia. And we are talking here not only about this hybrid war, as we sometimes call it, but also about larger-scale provocations using drones or attempts at attacks, either in cyberspace or kinetic attacks on infrastructure - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk at a press conference in Brussels.
