- I met with each of them individually. I informed each of them that, unfortunately, I cannot recognize that I have established an employment relationship with the Constitutional Tribunal, as I have not been informed by the President that they have taken an oath before the President of the Republic of Poland, and I must have such confirmation - stated Bogdan Święczkowski at a press briefing.

- The event that took place in the Sejm today, I cannot recognize as the taking of an oath before the President. Unless the President informs me that he considers such a meeting in the Sejm as the establishment of an oath before him.
