- I doubt [whether Bogdan Święczkowski will reach the end of his term as President of the Constitutional Tribunal]. Because I doubt. I am a doubting person. The mechanism concerning Mr. Święczkowski is quite simple. He has immunity that protects him within the Constitutional Tribunal. If there is a majority that decides this immunity and protection from it does not belong to him, it will be revoked. If it is revoked, the prosecution will deal with him. And if the prosecution brings charges, it will go to court. When the court takes up the matter, it will make a decision - stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach" (Facts After Facts).
