At 10:00 AM, the Military University of Technology will open a new building for the Faculty of Electronics. The ceremony will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and Deputy Minister Stanisław Wziątek. Speeches by the head and deputy head of the Ministry of National Defence are planned.

At 10:30 AM, a press conference will be held at the Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine in Warsaw, with the participation of, among others, Minister of Health Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda and Deputy Minister Katarzyna Kacperczyk. The topic is the signing of an agreement for the implementation of the project "Development of a health security standard in the field of hematological care in Poland".

Also at 10:30 AM, but at the Wrocław Główny railway station, a press briefing will commence with the participation of the Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak and the Minister of Transport of the Czech Republic Ivan Bednarik, in connection with a bilateral meeting concerning actions in the area of transport and infrastructure.

The beginning of a two-day session of the Senate is scheduled for 11:00 AM, during which members of the upper house of parliament will address, among other things, the law on coordinating anti-corruption activities and the liquidation of the Central Anticorruption Bureau.

Earlier, at 10:50 AM, a press briefing by the Marshal of the Senate Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska is scheduled.

At 12:00 PM, a government session will begin. Ministers will consider three draft laws. The first of these is a draft law on the metropolitan union in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The next two projects concern amendments to the Education Law, the law on the education system, and certain other laws, as well as the personal income tax law, the corporate income tax law, and the lump-sum income tax law for certain revenues earned by individuals.

Wednesday also marks the first day of a two-day session of the Monetary Policy Council.
