Kosiniak-Kamysz on Nawrocki and the Planned Swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal Judges in the Sejm:

I Don't Think He Will Participate.

"He should have organized it himself much earlier. He is delaying this, he has not accepted judges properly elected by the Sejm under a law that was, after all, created by the party that nominated him in the parliamentary elections and strongly supported President Nawrocki's candidacy," said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in TVN24, when asked if the president should attend the swearing-in of Constitutional Tribunal judges in the Sejm.

"The judges are seeking the fulfillment of the law, as they are also obliged to take action based on their election by the Sejm, and they are proposing the possibility of hearing this oath-taking in the Sejm. The president should have carried this out himself much earlier, and everything would be normal," he continued.

"I don't think, if such a situation arises, that he will participate, but it is the president who is committing a tort here by not fulfilling the provisions of the law," he added, when pressed on whether the president would come to the Sejm.
