- We have no influence on when the terms of office for corporate bodies, supervisory boards, or management boards end. Here, we are dealing with a situation where the management board's term is expiring. We are obliged to conduct a tender [at Orlen] - said Wojciech Balczun in "Pytanie dnia" on TVP Info.

- Anyone can apply if they feel up to it, but of course, they must meet the criteria set by the supervisory board. We expect, I think, significant competition here, and we will be making, or the supervisory board will be making, very substantive decisions - he stated.
