- Since we are operating in wartime conditions, we must also adopt certain extraordinary measures. And yes, this is an extraordinary regulation aimed at protecting the population, citizens, from unjustified price increases, because everywhere in the world, including Poland, we have often observed attempts to exploit this situation to the detriment of citizens. Meaning, drivers have very often had to subsidize this war. That's how it was in the past - added the head of government.
