- Regarding the presidential draft bill [on the so-called SAFE 0%], there's probably little to improve because it's about nothing. It simply doesn't guarantee any funds. There's a lot of bureaucracy, and if profits were to appear at the NBP, there are very precise regulations for that in the 1999 act – stated Adam Szłapka at a press conference.

- The project, as I understand it, that Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz spoke about, is a parliamentary draft, not a government one. I haven't seen it yet; I think individual parliamentary clubs will analyze it and then make decisions. However, in this case, it's hard to talk about improving the presidential draft because it's simply unsuitable for proceeding – he continued.
