- Not only President Nawrocki likes to quote Roman Dmowski, so I want to paraphrase these words and say very clearly - you are the President of Poland, you have Polish duties, not Russian ones, and therefore we would expect that in matters of international policy, especially in sensitive situations like Russian, Ukrainian, or European issues, the President would support the international policy created by the government, not act against Polish interests. These are strong words, but I know what I'm talking about - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.
