Czarzasty on Constitutional Tribunal judges:

The President has a duty to accept the oath. If he doesn't, we will make appropriate decisions.

- The oath will likely have to be taken [by the elected judges of the Constitutional Tribunal]. Before the President - said Włodzimierz Czarzasty in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

Asked what would happen if the President did not receive the oath, he replied: - Well, let's first wait and see if he receives it or not. Let's wait first.

- The President has a duty to accept the oath. If he doesn't, we will make appropriate decisions. But let's give the President a chance to act in accordance with the law, the constitution, and all statutes. Therefore, truly, we must all believe in the President's good intentions - he continued.
