- At the beginning of the parliamentary term, I asked Mr. President to respond to the matter within two days and sign the act concerning the KRS, which is currently with him. He did not sign. Consequently, Mr. President bears full responsibility for the fact that I had to initiate the procedure under the old, bad law. Under the law that strips judges of their agency and which, this old law, has led to the judicial system in Poland, the legal system, being very unstable - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said at a press conference in the Sejm.

- Mr. President, you did not have the courage to set things in order. Consequently, we will elect the KRS under the old law - he indicated.

- I have an appeal to all judges, I have an appeal to all citizens to participate in this procedure, despite everything. And of course, I have an appeal to the democratic side of the Sejm, to the entire Sejm, but I believe more in the democratic side, that it will elect judges nominated by judges, because that is the only fair approach to this matter - he appealed.
