- Pre-trial detention is immediately enforceable, it is a decision issued by the court, but the defense has already announced appeal measures against it. But immediate enforceability means that the services must carry it out, since the court has applied such measures - said Waldemar Żurek at a press conference in the Ministry of Justice.

- As for what the further steps will be, it is set out procedurally: first a wanted notice, then a European Arrest Warrant. If this wanted notice is issued, we will again apply for an EAW to the competent court. And here the court will decide whether to apply the EAW and whether the protection that is granted to Minister Ziobro, we are talking about political asylum, whether this protection covers only Hungary or the whole world - he continued.

- Please remember, the EAW concerns Europe, the European Union. A wanted notice often concerns the whole world, so even if asylum is granted by one of the countries in the world, it obliges us to pursue in other countries, so it seems to me that everything is procedurally correct - he stated.
