- There is no first or second spouse, only husband, wife, woman and man, and the Polish constitution. The minister may issue some regulations, but in my opinion, they will be a delict, a violation of the Polish constitution. If such a regulation is issued, I will persuade the President to file a motion with the Constitutional Tribunal because the highest law of the Republic is the constitution, not various rulings of international tribunals. Perhaps some people would like to listen to voices from abroad, but above all, they should listen to the voice of Poles. There is no agreement for such experiments; moreover, such a path is a direct route to recognizing such unions as marriages in the full sense of the word, including, for example, the adoption of children. - Zbigniew Bogucki stated on "Gość Radia Zet".
