The President is aware of what the constitution states.
- First and foremost, the President is aware of what the constitution and Polish legal regulations stipulate. Therefore, signing any international commitment, and this concerned joining an international organization [the Peace Council], requires the consent of the Council of Ministers and ratification by the Sejm - said Rafał Leśkiewicz in an interview with Marek Tejchman on Polsat News's "Gość Wydarzeń" (Guest of Events).
