Very enigmatically formulated.
- President Karol Nawrocki submitted an opinion to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs [regarding Poland’s potential participation in the Peace Council]. We received a very brief opinion from the ministry, contained in three points – said Rafał Leśkiewicz in “Gość Wydarzeń” on Polsat News.
- Well, he [Marcin Przydacz] was not under its impression, because it was a very enigmatically formulated opinion, consisting of three short points, essentially on one page – he stated.
- But it actually confirmed what is obvious and what the president has known from the very beginning, that is, the factual state resulting from the provisions of the Polish constitution, Article 89 of the Polish constitution, which states that every international agreement requires ratification – he continued.
