Szłapka on Tusk's Address:

Hooligan Circles Have Felt Impunity Lately.

Michał Olech

- I don't know hooligan circles, but anyone who breaks the law must expect a strong reaction from the state. I won't interpret this; the Prime Minister spoke clearly about saboteurs, and neither you nor the network will ask me who this Russian saboteur is who also cannot sleep soundly - stated Adam Szłapka in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".

- Generally, we know that fan circles, the hooligan ones – and I'm not talking about regular fans – have felt a sense of impunity lately. We remember the case of a 12-year-old who was tortured in Pomerania, we remember the case in Podlasie where some fight was being prepared. There is no agreement for breaking the law in Poland - he continued.
