- I don't entirely agree with Prosecutor Woźniak on this matter, because I've discussed it with many prosecutors, and the principle is that if we base a motion on evidentiary material, but a part of that evidentiary material is not included in the motion itself, especially if it concerns classified materials, then there is no obligation to provide that material to the court - said Waldemar Żurek on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
